Ilmu sosial tersebut adalah sosiologi, antropologi, psikologi, pendidikan, ekonomi, dan politik. Sedangkan ilmu humaniora meliputi bahasa, linguistik, sastra, pendidikan, sejarah, hukum, filsafat, arkeologi, seni, dan ilmu sosial yang memiliki muatan humanistik.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the concept of Islamic education during the khulafaur rasyidin era and its contextualization in dealing with the problems of contemporary Islamic education. This study used a qualitative method with a library research approach. The researcher collects literature that discusses the concept of Islamic education during the khulafaur rasyidin era and the problems of contemporary education. The results of this study indicate that education during the khulafaur rasyidin period as a whole was almost the same as that during the Prophet's era, coupled with several developments that occurred in accordance with the conditions and needs of the Muslim community at that time. By contextualizing this, it is hoped that all parties responsible for education can consider it to take steps in overcoming the problems of Islamic education.

Abstract

Humans need education in order to have the knowladge and skills to live life. In Islamic education is very concerned, especially during the Abbasid dynasty. At that time the Abbasid dynasty brought Islam to the peak of its glory. In this period, Islam began to dominate all fields, both in terms of the economy, education and evan to the expansion of the territory on a large scale to mainland Europe. In the field of Islamic education, it is experiencing a golden peak or golden age where many books are currently being translated into Arabic. Baghdad was the capital during the reign of the Abbasid dynasty. In this city science is developing very rapidly. Along with the development of educational technology, it’s increasingly advanced, but many young people forget the teachings of Islamic education. The method used is literature review or library research by examining articles related to the discussions. During the Abbasid dynasty there were also many educational institutions that participated in helping the community in learning so that they could create extraordinary changes and advance civilization. The caliph also gave awards to scholars who succeeded in creating a masterpiece. It’s hoped that with the progress of science and technology, the implementation of Islamic education in the modern era will also shine.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the experience of the system adopted by the Indonesian state having two economic policies. The research method is library (Library research). Source data (primary) in the form of books relating to Islamic thought models and complementary (secondary) data to interpret source data in the form of magazines, newspapers relating to the title to be discussed. The results of this study discuss Islamic Economics; the existence of Islamic economic principles in Indonesia which are based on five universal values namely; The principles of monotheism, Adl, Nubuwwah, Khilafah and Ma'ad and the existence of Islamic economic law are the Principle of Representative (Khalifah), The Principle of Amar Ma'ruf Nahy Munkar, Amar Ma'ruf , The Principle of Tazkiyah, tazkiyah , The Principle of Falah, is the concept of success human beings., The Principle of Honesty and Truth, this principle is reflected in every transaction that must be firm, clear, and certain both the goods and the price.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to understand and analyze the role of organizational culture at the Ashqaf Jambi Islamic Boarding School in developing the independence of students. Qualitative research to understand and describe the phenomenon of developing students' self-reliance at the Ashqaf Islamic Boarding School Jambi. Sources of data include in-depth interviews with students, kiai, teaching staff, and pesantren administrators, as well as participatory observations within the pesantren. The data will be analyzed thematically and using a content analysis approach to identify the main themes related to the independence of the students. The results of this work are a) Ashqaf Islamic Boarding School has proven to be a leading educational institution that provides an important role in shaping the independence of students through a holistic educational approach, strong organizational culture, and support from teachers and mentors. b) A strong organizational culture at the Ashqaf Islamic Boarding School provides a solid foundation for the development of self-sufficient students, creates a harmonious environment that supports the growth of individuals who are strong, have noble character, and are ready to face various challenges in life. c) A strong organizational culture at the Ashqaf Islamic Boarding School has a positive impact on developing the independence of students, forming empathetic characters, and preparing them to become agents of positive change in society.

Abstract

This study aims to critically analyze educational innovation in Indonesia through twenty-four appropriate educational strategies. This type of research is library research. Collecting data by identifying discourse from books, papers or articles, journals, newspapers, the internet (web), or other information related to education. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, content analysis, and scientific critical analysis. The results of the study show that educational innovation in Indonesia can implement twenty-four educational strategies which include Personalization, Multi-Age Classes, Small Community Learning, Peer Group Learning, Small Group Learning Communities with other groups, Multidisciplinary Curriculum with Block Scheduling, Cooperative Learning, Cooperative Learning, Project Based Learning, Co-Teachers, Teaching Teams, Community Service Learning, Looping Partnerships, Business for Assessment, Resources, and Funding, Global Connections, Laptops, and Wireless Technology for Anywhere, Anytime Learning, Parental Involvement, Students Putting on Shows, Curriculum Life Skills (Non-Academic), Meaningful Career Counseling, Social/Emotional Counseling, Open Learning, Education to Serve Student Needs, Portfolio-Based Assessment and New Paradigm of School Buildings.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study include wanting to know the use of Islamic religious education teaching materials for class XII students at SMKN 6 Merangin, wanting to know the media used in learning Islamic religious education for class XII students at SMKN 6 Merangin, and wanting to know what obstacles the pai teacher experienced in teaching Islamic religious education to class XII students at SMKN 6 Merangin. This research is a type of qualitative research with a phenomenological design. In this research, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The resource persons from this research were teachers of Islamic Religious Education subjects, and students of class XII Multimedia. The results showed that the teaching materials for Islamic religious education for class XII students at SMKN 6 Merangin were in fairly good condition. However, here researchers still find the ineffective use of teaching materials, because there are still many students who are not active in discussions. The learning media for Islamic religious education for class XII students of SMK N 6 Merangin are in quite good condition, namely using infocus media and internet media. However, here the author finds obstacles in its use, namely the limited facilities at SMK Negeri 6 Merangin which only has 1 infocus. Constraints found by the author in the use of teaching materials and learning media, namely the lack and limitations of book references, the use of technology that is still awkward.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kualitatif deskriptif untuk memahami fenomena motivasi pada karyawan di PT EOS Maju Bersama yang bergerak di bidang f&b dengan brand Kopi Soe. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan fokus pada hubungan antara perilaku individu, komunikasi organisasi, dan budaya kerja dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi karyawan menjadi isu populer dalam bidang komunikasi, manajemen, dan kepemimpinan. PT EOS Maju Bersama menerapkan komunikasi organisasi yang efektif dengan pendekatan vertikal dan horizontal. Komunikasi vertikal dilakukan antara pimpinan dan bawahan untuk memberikan instruksi dan informasi, sedangkan komunikasi horizontal terjadi antara rekan sejawat. Perilaku organisasi di PT EOS Maju Bersama ditandai oleh orientasi pada hubungan (relationship-oriented behavior). Pimpinan memberikan perhatian dan dukungan kepada karyawan, mengembangkan karir mereka, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif. Komunikasi organisasi yang efektif membantu memastikan pesan dapat dipahami dengan jelas dan hubungan antar individu berjalan dengan baik, sehingga tujuan organisasi dapat tercapai dengan lebih efektif.

Abstract

The research objective is to describe the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model which is process and product oriented in learning to write scientific papers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were 2nd semester students for the 2022/2023 academic year Computer Systems Study Program, Balitar Islamic University. Sources of data include results of performance observations and scientific work products. The results showed that the PjBL model could facilitate students in achieving CPL with an average score of 81. By applying the PjBL model, students could develop ideas in writing scientific papers. The PjBL model is also able to develop aspects of cooperation, social sensitivity, ethics and morals, as well as good and correct Indonesian language skills. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the PjBL model can support the achievement of learning to write scientific papers and develop aspects of cooperation, ethics, morals, and good and correct language skills.

Abstract

This phenomenon occurs such as congestion, cleanliness, lack of transportation services, and lack of service are the causes of problems. This study aims to determine the Smart City Development Strategy (Smart City) in the city of Bandung. This study uses a quantitative approach in the form of numbers. The type of data used is using primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Research using the number of respondents as many as 97 people. Statistical tests and data processing were carried out using Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 4). The research findings show that: (1) Smart Branding has no effect on the development strategy; (2) Smart Economy has no effect on the Development Strategy; (3) Smart Living has no effect on the Development Strategy; (4) Smart Society influences Development Strategy; (5) Smart Environment influences Development Strategy; (6) Smart Governance has no effect on the Development Strategy; (7) Smart Branding has no effect on the Development Strategy through Smart Governance; (8) Smart Economy has no effect on the Development Strategy through Smart Governance; (9) Smart Living has no effect on the Development Strategy through Smart Governance; (10) Smart Society has no effect on the Development Strategy through Smart Governance; (11) Smart Environment has no effect on Development Strategy through Smart Governance. With an improved Smart Society and Smart Environment, the Development Strategy in the City of Bandung will also be easy to realize which aims for the growth of the City of Bandung.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and describe the techniques and methods of translating Arabic into Indonesian in Syaikh Ahmad Bin Yahya An-Najmiy's poetry. This research uses descriptive analysis method and qualitative approach. The source of the data in this study was a YouTube video with a duration of 1 minute 48 seconds from the "sharing information" channel with the title "Poems of Shaykh Ahmad Bin Yahya An Najmi Rahimahulloh about spending time with good deeds" and data in the form of Arabic poetry and translated sentences. by Al Ustadz Abu Amr Ridwan Al Ambooniy hafidzohulloh ta'ala. Based on the results of the analysis, 10 techniques were found out of a total of 50 techniques used by translators in 112 data, namely; literal (23), omission (8), inversion (4), natural borrowing (1), amplification (5), addition (3), adaptation (2), discursive creation (1), generalization (1), and conventional equivalence (2). The dominant technique applied is the addition technique, this is done to help convey the message or make it easier for the reader to understand. The translation method that tends to be applied by translators from the results of an analysis of the use of translation techniques and the type of text in the form of vocative is the communicative method.
