Kajian Islam memiliki ruang lingkup kajian yang cukup luas secara sistematis dan terintegrasi untuk mengetahui, memahami dan menganalisis secara mendalam hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan Islam, baik yang menyangkut sumber-sumber ajaran Islam, pokok-pokok ajaran Islam, sejarah Islam, dan realitas Islam. implementasinya dalam kehidupan. Kajian humaniora menjelaskan ilmu alam yaitu ilmu sosial dan humaniora. Ilmu alam meliputi matematika, fisika, kimia, ilmu bumi, dan astronomi. Ilmu sosial tersebut adalah sosiologi, antropologi, psikologi, pendidikan, ekonomi, dan politik. Sedangkan ilmu humaniora meliputi bahasa, linguistik, sastra, pendidikan, sejarah, hukum, filsafat, arkeologi, seni, dan ilmu sosial yang memiliki muatan humanistik.

<![CDATA[Indomaret is a retail company that has been established for a long time in Indonesia, one of the retail companies that pays attention to and takes care of consumers. Indomaret pays close attention to the use of social media, product displays and growing brand awareness among the general public. In this case, Indomaret uses a method that has been known as online marketing using Instagram social media, where Instagram has strong enough access to bring consumers to stop by the store to make a buying and selling transaction. Indomaret has also updated the planogram program which is useful to make it easier for consumers to pick up the products consumers want to buy. Indomaret also continues to post or share interesting content on Instagram that is useful for the future or spoils consumers for shopping at Indomaret. In this study the method used by researchers divided it into two, namely the first is the method of data collection including observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The second is the distribution of questionnaires in which there are several consumers who order online. The conclusion regarding the development of a social media system for marketing products, product display is carried out in the display rack planogram update. Brand awareness is needed to be more famous among the people.]]>

<![CDATA[Tulisan ini membahas peran Deklarasi Parlemen Agama-agama Dunia dan Forum Kerukunan antar Umat Beragama (FKUB). Ada beberapa nilai yang harus ada dalam dunia yang damai, yaitu: non-kekerasan, kesejahteraan ekonomi, keadilan sosial, keseimbangan ekologis, dan kesetaraan, khususnya keseteraan gender. Nilai-nilai ini pulalah yang dipromosikan oleh Deklarasi Etika Global yaitu, komitmen pada budaya non-kekerasan dan hormat pada kehidupan, komitmen pada budaya solidaritas dan tata ekonomi yang adil, komitmen pada budaya toleransi dan hidup yang benar, dan komitmen pada budaya persamaan hak dan kemitrasejajaran antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Dengan demikian jelaslah signifikansi deklarasi etika global bagi upaya penciptaan dunia yang damai. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan karakter sikap toleransi pada masyarakat multikultural di era generasi Z di SMA Negeri 1 Model Tanjung Pura. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Tahapan pengabdian terdiri dari persiapan, pelaksanaan, analisis data, dan pelaporan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam memupuk sikap toleransi pada masyarakat multikultural. Dalam aspek kepemimpinan manajerial, kepala sekolah menunjukkan sikap menghormati dan menghargai orang lain tanpa memandang perbedaan. Dalam aspek sosialisme, kepala sekolah aktif menjalin hubungan baik dengan pihak internal dan eksternal sekolah. Selain itu, kepala sekolah juga menunjukkan profesionalisme dalam memimpin sekolah dan memberi contoh bagi guru-guru dalam menyusun RPP. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara efektif telah meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP. Meskipun sebagian guru masih hanya memenuhi administrasi tanpa memahami keseluruhan isi RPP, namun sebagian besar guru telah mampu mandiri dalam menyusun RPP. Pendidikan multikultural menjadi penting untuk mengantisipasi munculnya gerakan-gerakan yang dapat menganggu integrasi nasional pada era globalisasi. Generasi milenial memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga dan memperkuat sikap toleransi dalam masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, interaksi yang baik dan intensif antar generasi milenial diharapkan dapat membangun kehidupan yang lebih harmonis dan menjaga kebhinekaan bangsa Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the transformation of da'wah communication in the digital era and identify opportunities and challenges faced in the context of contemporary Islamic education. By studying communication theory, information technology, and Islamic education, this research focuses on the impact of changing times marked by advances in information and communication technology. The research method uses a qualitative approach, with literature studies, interviews, and observation as data collection techniques. Through analysis of the latest data and literature, this research finds that the digital era has opened up opportunities for access to information and a wider global reach for Islamic da'wah through various social media platforms and other digital technologies. However, challenges that arise, such as the risk of content not by religious teachings and the digital divide among Muslims, are a serious concern in efforts to spread religious messages wisely. Therefore, this study highlights the importance of a religious values-based approach in integrating technology into contemporary Islamic education so that da'wah can be carried out effectively and consistently with prevailing religious principles. The results of this study conclude that it is important to provide valuable insights for preachers and practitioners of Islamic education in taking advantage of opportunities in the digital era as well as overcoming challenges that arise to optimize the transformation of da'wah communications and carry out Islamic education that is adaptive in the midst of changing times.]]>

<![CDATA[Upaya pemerintah dalam pembentukan Smart Environment di kota Surabaya adalah perwujudan dari pelaksanaan Smart City. Dengan adanya inovasi tersebut maka akan terbentuk sebuah lingkungan yang baik pada penerapan ke sumber daya manusia dan juga alam. Sasaran dari pelaksanaan program tersebut harus direncanakan dan juga direalisasikan agar manfaatnya bisa dirasakan oleh masyarakat di sana. Komunikasi pemerintah menjadi titik utama dalam suksesnya progam tersebut. Karena pemerintah memiliki peran komunikator agar dapat memberikan informasi untuk masyarakat dan mengajak meraka untuk aktif pada pengembangan sumber daya yang ada di publik khususnya. Pemerintah juga harus mengurangi dampak dan kendala saat berkomunikasi dengan masyarakat, agar bisa berjalan dengan lancar dan dapat dipahami oleh masyarakat. Selanjutnya pada penelitian ini bertujuan agar mengetahui peran komunikasi oleh pemerintah kota Surabaya melalui inovasi kebijakan publik yang direncanakan demi merealisasikan progam kebijakan Smart City dalam penerapannya kedalam Smart Environment agar mendapatkan hasil apakah sudah berjalan dengan baik atau terdapat kendala di dalam pelaksanaanya. <![CDATA[This study carries an analysis related to the pattern of marketing distribution flow of the convection industry in Ledug Village through various levels of marketing channels. Three convection industries, namely Enjoy Apparel, Kayla Jaya Convection, and N Convection, are the main focus in this study. The data collected during the period of 2020 to 2023 becomes material for analysis to understand marketing strategies and adaptations made by the three actors in facing changes in market dynamics. The results of the analysis revealed significant differences in marketing strategy and performance among the three industry players. In zero and single-tier marketing channels, Enjoy Apparel was able to cement impressive distribution growth, reflecting responsive adaptation to fluctuations in domestic and international market demand. On the other hand, Kayla Jaya Convection and N Convection experience more complex performance variations, with repeated periods of increases and decreases. A deeper analysis of level two distribution channels reveals a more detailed shift in marketing strategy. While Enjoy Apparel continues to show steady distribution improvements, Kayla Jaya Convection faces a sharper decline, while N Convection remains at a steady level of performance. In this context, strategic adaptation and the ability to respond to market changes are emerging as decisive factors for maintaining competitiveness in a dynamic industrial environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Implementation of the Banyuwangi Response Stunting Program in Srono District, because the prevalence reached 6.98% and placed it as the 3rd highest rank in Banyuwangi Regency. The highest supplier is Wonosobo Village. The high stunting rate is because many people and including stakeholders think stunting is only about heredity, so it's considered normal. Objective: To describe, analyze, and interpret the implementation of the Banyuwangi Respond Stunting program to the people of Wonosobo Village. Method: Using qualitative principles according to constructive and participatory models. Primary data from interview results, and secondary data from the results of literature studies and various regulations relevant to the substance of the research. Result: It is difficult to reduce stunting due to ineffective prevention programs, not optimal coordination related to planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, ineffective and efficient allocation and utilization of resources and sources of funds, as well as minimal assistance and outreach regarding the prevention and treatment of stunting. Conclusion: Giving all the rights of people who are vulnerable to stunting as referred to in the Banyuwangi Respond Stunting program is very important.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to (1) Analyze the influence of human capital on the learning outcomes of the independent curriculum at SDN 1 Boyolangu. (2) Analyzing the effect of physical capital on the learning outcomes of the independent curriculum at SDN 1 Boyolangu. (3) Analyzing the effect of the learning climate on learning achievement of the independent curriculum at SDN 1 Boyolangu (4) Analyzing the effect of human capital, physical capital, and learning climate simultaneously on learning achievement of the independent curriculum at SDN 1 Boyolangu. This type of research is quantitative research. The total sample in this study was 105 students. Determination of the sample in this study using saturated sample technique. The independent variable (X) in this study is teacher quality, physical capital, and learning climate. The dependent variable (Y) in the research is the learning achievement of the Independent Learning Curriculum. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the t regression test and the F test. The results showed that human capital (X1) did not significantly influence learning achievement in the independent learning curriculum at SDN 1 Boyolangu. Physical capital (X2) does not significantly influence the learning outcomes of the independent learning curriculum at SDN 1 Boyolangu. The learning climate (X3) has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of the independent learning curriculum at SDN 1 Boyolangu. All independent variables (human capital, physical capital and learning climate) together have a significant effect on the learning outcomes of the independent learning curriculum at SDN 1 Boyolangu.]]>

<![CDATA[Communication is the process of exchanging information both verbally and nonverbally to others, so that it can be understood and stimulates action or encourages other people to be able to provide understanding or same understanding. This study discusses how organizational communication is at Rumah Qur'an Ar-Rahma Batang Kuis. This study aims to find out how the functions, principles and forms of communication in the Rumah Qur'an Ar-Rahma Batang Kuis take place. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, the data obtained through interviews, observation, documentation, and analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, namely methods that analyze with words. The results of this study indicate that 1) the communication function carried out by the teacher to students during the learning process takes place, the teacher gives punishment to students who do bad behavior regardless of the student's age and student status. 2) the principles of communication that the teacher teaches to students are the principles of mutual respect, having empathy, and being humble to fellow students, as well as the teacher's communication function in conveying subject matter that is easy to hear and understand and clear. 3) the form of communication carried out by the teacher during the lesson takes place by using forms of verbal and non-verbal communication simultaneously.]]>
