This study aims to determine whether product quality and brand image affect consumer buying interest and analyze the effect of product quality and brand image on buying interest in the Thanksinsomnia brand in Surabaya. The population in this study were consumers of the Thanksinsomnia brand in Surabaya. The sample was taken as many as 107 respondents using the Non-Probability Sampling technique with the Accidental Sampling approach, namely the technique of determining the sample based on chance, that is, anyone who happens to meet with the researcher can be used as a sample if deemed suitable.Based on the research results, the results of the regression analysis are as follows Y = 3.801 + 0.214 X1 + 0.261 X2. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. In the classical assumption test, the regression model is multicollinearity free, does not occur heteroscedasticity, and is normally distributed. The individual order of each variable that has the most influence is product quality of 0.379, then brand image with a regression coefficient of 0.262. Thanksinsomnia brand needs to maintain the elements that have been rated well by customers and need to improve the things that are still lacking.

An organizational unit's success depends on the variables that affect it, such as job training, education, and work motivation, according to efforts to increase employee performance. Management must play a part in carrying out successful and efficient work. The goal of this study is to examine the variables that can raise employee performance. Employee performance serves as the dependent variable in this study, with training, education, and motivation serving as the three independent variables. Using the census method, this study acquired 34 employees from the Brangkal Mojokerto printing company's objects. Primary data, which were gathered by giving out questionnaires to participants, were the type of data used in this study. Multiple linear regression is a data analysis technique. The test results demonstrate that education, training, and motivation all significantly impact employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and brand equity on brand loyalty through brand trust of automatic motorcycle users. The population in this study is consumers in Kediri City who have bought or used Honda automatic motorcycles, while the sample is 127 people with simple random sampling. The type of research used is quantitative research with an associative descriptive approach. The data analysis method uses Path Analysis. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires at Galaxy Motor dealers in Kediri City. The results of descriptive statistical analysis show that brand image is included in the criteria of good image, brand equity is included in the criteria of good brand equity, brand loyalty is included in the loyal criteria, brand trust is included in the criteria of trustworthiness. The results of the study show that (1) Brand image (X1) is proven to have a direct positive and significant effect on brand trust (Z). In (2) Brand equity (X2) is proven to have a direct positive and significant effect on brand trust (Z). Then (3) Brand trust (Z) is proven to have a direct positive and significant effect on brand loyalty (Y). Then (4) Brand image (X1) is proven to have a direct positive and significant effect on brand loyalty (Y). And in (5) Brand equity (X2) has been proven to have a direct positive and significant effect on brand loyalty (Y). And the last (6) There is a positive and significant indirect influence between brand image and brand equity on brand loyalty through brand trust in users of Honda automatic motorcycle products.

The aim of the research is to see whether sales growth and profit growth can influence financial distress with asset growth as a moderate variable. The research object was carried out at sub-companies with a total of 45 annual financial reports. The tool used for data analysis is SmartPLS 3.0. The results explain that sales growth has a significant negative effect on financial distress. Profit growth does not have a significant effect on financial distress. Asset growth does not have a significant effect on financial distress. Asset growth cannot moderate the influence of sales growth on financial distress. Asset growth cannot moderate the influence of profit growth on financial distress in the retail sub-sector on the BEI in 2021-2023.

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational support on turnover intention mediated by organizational commitment at Prima In Hotel Malioboro Yogyakarta. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were 60 employees of Prima In Hotel Malioboro Yogyakarta using the sampling technique used in this study using saturated sampling technique. Data quality test analysis using classical assumption tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. Multiple linear regression analysis test. Hypothesis testing using f test, t test, coefficient of determination () test, and sobel test. Based on the results of the research test, it shows that transformational leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention, organizational support has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention, transformational leadership and organizational support have a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.

The development of an increasingly competitive business world requires every company to can process the company's resources to be more professional. The purpose of this study, among others, to determine the existence of PT. Ruvi Rizqy Berkah with its financial performance fulfills business feasibility during the current period. To find out the development of PT. Ruvi Rizqy Berkah with his financial performance in the coming period. To find out the whereabouts of PT. Ruvi Rizqy Berkah to his ability to independently expand or use foreign capital. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The population in this study are all financial statements of PT. Ruvi Rizqy Berkah. The sample of this research is the financial statements of PT. Ruvi Rizqy Berkah for the 2017-2019 book closing period. The data analysis step is to measure the data and evaluate how the company's financial performance is using the Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, Activity Ratio and Profitability Ratio. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded as follows PT. Ruvi Rizqy Berkah has good financial performance and fulfills business feasibility during the current period, the development of PT. Ruvi Rizqy Berkah with its financial performance in the coming period is still fluctuating, this is shown by the value of financial ratios which include solvency, profitability and activity which have decreased and increased, while the liquidity ratio shows the direction of decline and PT. Ruvi Rizqy Berkah has the potential to have the ability to independently expand or use foreign capital as evidenced by the fact that there are quite a lot of outlets or branches that require investors to develop their business, this can be seen in the high asset turnover, namely the value of the company's activity ratio

This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use on Post Covid-19 Online Purchase Intention by Shopping Habit during Covid-19 as a mediating variable. The study seeks to determine the extent to which these factors contribute to increasing Post Covid-19 Online Purchase Intentions in the millenial generation use the shopee. using a quantitative research approach is causal associative in nature with Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) tools. This research was conducted on a population consisting of all millennials in Yogyakarta, with a sample of 140 randomly selected respondents. Data was collected through a Likert scale-based questionnaire. The research findings show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and shopping habits during covid-19 have a positive and significant effect on post covid-19 Online purchase Intention. Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on Shopping Habit during Covid-19. However, there is a gap between theory and results, on the Perceived Ease Of Use variable which states that there is no relationship between the perceived ease of use variable and shopping habit during covid-19. This study strengthens the role of variables, especially perceived usefulness on post covid-19 online purchase intention, besides expanding the theory of perceived usefulness and expanding the theory of shopping habits during covid-19. This study argues that perceived ease of use affects online purchase intention. These findings contribute to the literature on the importance of making digital marketing strategies more effective in online marketplaces

This study aims to see whether Self-Efficacy, Soft Skills, and Field Work Practices affect Job Readiness. A descriptive quantitative approach was used in this study and questionnaires as a method of data collection. Grade 12 students of SMK Negeri 2 Sewon, Bantul as many as 237 students are the population in this study. The sampling technique in this study uses a simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study is 74 determined using the Slovin formula. The data in this study was processed using a data analysis tool, namely SPSS 27. The data processing method uses several linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study show that Self-Efficacy, Soft Skills, and Field Work Practices have a positive and significant influence on Job Readiness. In addition, Self-Efficacy, Soft Skills, and Field Work Practices simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Job Readiness. The implication of this research is that this research is expected to be a reference and evaluation material for SMK Negeri 2 Sewon in improving the ability and quality of students and in making decisions related to the program to be implemented so that the work readiness of SMK Negeri 2 Sewon students continues to increase.

This study aims to examine whether job satisfaction, job competence and extrinsic motivation affect organizational commitment at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, Malang branch. This research collects samples at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, Malang branch which is located in Malang city. The withdrawal method is sampling using accidental sampling using the slovin formula. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire technique distributed via google form submitted to the human resource of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Malang. The number of questionnaires processed was 68 respondents. The data was analyzed using spss. The results showed that each component has the same influence, which is positive and significant. The results showed that job satisfaction was shown to have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, work competence had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and extrinsic motivation was shown to have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction, work competence, and extrinsic motivation from simultaneous results (f test) were shown to have a significant positive effect together on organizational commitment at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Malang branch.

Competition in every company at this time is required to manage the business well and do new things in order to compete to maintain its business continuity. Companies that lose competitiveness will lose money and can experience financial distress. The research aims to analyze the impact of operating cash flow and book value on financial distress in state-owned companies listed on the IDX for the period 2009-2019. The research sample is a state-owned company that publishes financial statements in the 2009-2019 period in a row. The research uses a quantitative approach with a causal method. Multiple regression with SPSS was used in data analysis. The results of the study concluded that operating cash flow partially had a significant impact on financial distress. Book Value partially has insignificant impact on Financial Distress.
