Abstract

Quality and independently on education in the form of ability, stand alone and services, quality of education can point to the quality of the process and the quality of results (products). An education can be qualified in terms of the process if the learning process is most effective, and learners experience the learning process meaningful (meaningful learning) also acquire the knowledge that is useful both for themselves and for others (functional knowledge) which is supported appropriately by resources (human, financial, infrastructure and facilities). Quality of education services is a guarantee that the process of education adjusted with was supposed to happen and also in line with the expected quality of education so that it corresponds with what is supposed to be and what to expect which is used as the ceiling (benchmark). Factors causing low quality of education is the process of providing educational services is still far from expectations. On the one hand, the provision of education services have yet to find the most appropriate way, the rapid development of science and technology as well as increasing the life of the community has been the increasing demands of social life as education customers. Quality assurance of education determine and convey what is promoted to consumers, more than it has been started to improve the process of determining what customers want to design quality products and processes using the quality function deployment (Quality Function Development). If the quality is specified as customer satisfaction then the product will follow the expected quality through the process of serving customers, the quality education services are very important for consumers to obtain the service satisfaction of educational services provided by schools, for users and society as a customer of educational services put expectations greatly to the school in order to anticipate and respond to the challenges of life in the days to come, especially to improve the quality of education has been achieved not encouraging. The quality of education is closely linked to the educational process. Without the process of quality education services not obtainable product quality services, in other words there will be no customer satisfaction (the users and the public)

Abstract

Religion should be a way of life for human beings to be able to live this life well, religion will be present to answer any functional problems faced by humans, if it is integrated with the areas of human life by integrative approach. Complex problems of life can not be the way out of the scientific dimension, but must dialectic with other science. The existence of the Islamic universities is essential in order to build or integrative paradigm that integrates religion and science, which might be expected of the graduates will be able to become community problem solver, able to face the future challenges with a wise, thoughtful, and capable of building a better human civilization.

Abstract

Dalam berumah tangga pasti tidak pernah lepas dari berbagai macam permasalahan. Guna menghadapi permasalahan dalam rumah tangga dapat melakukan konseling keluarga. Konseling keluarga dalam perspektif Islam sangat membantu manusia dalam mengatasi permasalahan rumah tangganya tersebut. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan sumber pada kajian pustaka digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data-data yang memiliki relevansi dan berkaitan erat dengan tema pembahasan. Adapun hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya dalam perspektif Islam konseling keluarga sangat diperlukan guna menjadi perantara dalam menghadapi permasalahan rumah tangga yang timbul akibat berbagai macam faktor. In a household must never be separated from various kinds of problems. Family counseling can be used to deal with problems in the household. Family counseling in an Islamic perspective is very helpful for humans in overcoming these domestic problems. This research uses a qualitative approach to literature review, namely by collecting data that relevant with the theme of the discussion. The conclusion of this study said that in an Islamic perspective, family counseling is needed to become an intermediary in dealing with household problems that arise due to various factors.

Abstract

Childhood is an effective time in shaping the child's personality. This period of development methods in educating the child plays a role in the character formation. Children education method in the Qur'an there are five methods namely al-Qudwah, al-'A<dah, al-Mau'iz{ah, al-Mula>h{ad{ah and al-'Uqu>bah. Prophet Muhammad SAW has taught how to educate the right child described in the complete hadis{in the book of Riya>d{us{ S{a>lih{in. All hadis{'s exposure about children's education conclude that an educator should have a personality that was modeled by the prophet. For examples, the personality of the Prophet Muhammad SAW is not hopeless, has a personality that can be an example for his community, can give understanding, can make the child accustomed to doing good, able to give good advice and give educational punishment.

Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) merupakan suatu upaya pembinaan kepada anak sejak lahir sampai dengan enam tahun yang dilakukan dengan pemberian rangsangan pendidikan untuk membantu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan jasmani maupun rohani agar anak memiliki kesiapan dalam memasuki pendidikan lebih lanjut.Pendidikan anak usia dini di sekolah toddler, play group, dan TK Islamic Village yang terletak di Kelapa Dua Karawaci, salah satu sekolah yang mempunyai ciri khas yang juga banyak diminati oleh masyarakat sekitarnya. Adapun kurikulum program akademik di sekolah anak usia dini Islamic Village diantaranya yaitu: 1). Mengembangkan karakter berdasarkan nilai – nilai agama dan moral Islam yang luhur. 2). Mengembangkan keterampilan sosial, emosional, dan kemandirian. 3). Mengembangkan kemampuan dasar kognitif, bahasa, seni budaya, motoric halus dan motoric kasar. 4). Model pembelajaran berbasis empat sentra yaitu:Al-Izzah Al-Islamiyah & Family Centre, ICT, Bar centre, Science centre.Manajemen pendidikan anak usia dini di Islamic Village, dilihat dari manajemen tenaga kependidikan, kurikulum, sarana prasarana, anggaran biaya, serta partisipasi masyarakat, sudah mengalami banyak kemajuan dalam pengaturananya.

Abstract

This study was conducted to identify the cognitive abilities in the evaluation of Islamic religious education learning at Alfa Centauri Senior High School in Bandung based of the level of hardness of questions based on Hots (Higher Order of Thinking Skill questions. This research method uses descriptive participation method. The population is a whole class which consists of nine classes. From the nine classes, taken one class as sample, it is 11 with total number of students 22, which determination of the sample using cluster random sampling technique. The techniques of collection data was taken by test about muamalah material., interviews, observation, and documentation. The instrument used refers to essay test which refers to the Hots question. The conclusions of this study are (1) the achievement profile of the students' cognitive abilities, showed varying results with an average achievement of 80.4%, Cognitive abilities of students at level C1 which is equal to 96.25% belong to category “very good”, at level C2 which is equal to 91.25% included in the very “good category” too, at the C3 level of 73.75% included in the category “enough”, at C4 level of 82.5% included in the category “good”, at the level C5 which is equal to 91.25% included in the category “very good” and the last at the Level C6 which is equal 54.0% included in the category “low”. Recommendations for the results of this study for students It is expected that students can understand more in the important sense of learning Islamic education and for teachers are expected to be able to give more attention and use interesting methods to increase the enthusiasm of students in learning Keywords: Competence, cognitive, Islamic Education, senior hight School.

low competence of the head of Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) in implementing academic supervision due to the many duties and responsibilities of the head of Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB), led to the implementation of the academic supervision in SKB neglected, and not in line with expectations and a lack of understanding from SKB’s chief of the importance of implementing academic supervision in the SKB. This action research as one of the efforts to improve the competence of the head of SKB in carrying out academic supervision through mentoring professional development for educaion personnel (ProDEP). Abstract

The article will discuss the transformation of pesantren as one of the central institutions of Indonesian Muslims. based on two main theories. The first theory was adopted from Abdurrahman Wahid on the transformation of education in pesantren and schools. Second, Karel A. Stenbrink's theory of convergence of pesantren. The results of the discussion resulted in the fact that Pesantren in Indonesia continues to exist until today by continuing to improve, increasing its capacity and improving the quality of its education and continuing to develop its educational reform both from the institutional side, the education system, to its pre-tool facilities. this refutes the stenbrink karel thesis about the convergence of pesantren. This is to answer the doubts stenbrink and Islamic thinkers will be the madness of pesantren face the development of the times. The process of transforming pesantren education is strongly influenced by political factors, governmental power, socio-cultural factors of society, as well as the effort to meet the contextual needs by trying to maintain the uniqueness of the uniqueness of the pesantren itself.

Abstract

Abstracts: This study aims to provide a critical analysis of the Basic Framework (Curriculum Platform) in developing the curriculum at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Waru. Hopefully, this research can provide benefits to schools in understanding the foundation of curriculum development to optimize school potential. This study uses the Library Research approach according to the theory of John W. Creswell. The research subject is Document 1 SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Waru Sidoarjo. The results showed that the Waru 3 Muhammadiyah Junior High School curriculum had included 5 foundations that had been mandated by the Sidoarjo Regency Education Office; Philosophical foundation, Sociological foundation, Psychopedagogical foundation, Theoretical foundation and Juridical Foundation. However, on the philosophical foundation and sociological foundation, the Waru 3 Muhammadiyah Middle School Curriculum Document has not yet delved deeper into the uniqueness of Muhammadiyah as an Islamic missionary movement. Thus the need for strengthening the value of the two bases of Muhammadiyah so that the uniqueness of SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Waru as part of the preaching of Muhammadiyah can be raised. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan analisis kritis Kerangka Dasar ( Landasan Kurikulum) dalam mengembangkan kurikulum di SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Waru. Diharapkan, Penelitian ini bisa memberikan manfaat terhadap sekolah dalam memahami landasan Pengembangan Kurikulum untuk mengoptimalkan potensi sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Library Research sesuai teori John W. Creswell. Subyek Penelitian adalah Dokumen 1 SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Waru Sidoarjo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum SMP Muhammadiyah 3 waru sudah mencantumkan 5 landasan yang telah diamanatkan oleh Dinas pendidikan Kabupaten Sidoarjo; landasan Filosofis, Landasan Sosiologis, landasan Psikopedagogis, landasan Teoritis dan Landasan Yuridis. Namun, pada landasan Filosofis dan Landasan Sosiologis, Dokumen Kurikulum SMP Muhammadiyah 3 waru belum menggali lebih mendalam keunikan Muhammadiyah sebagai gerakan dakwah Islam. Dengan demikian perlua adanya penguatan nilai kemuhammadiyahan kedua landasan itu sehingga keunikan SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Waru sebagai bagian dari dakwah Muhammadiyah bisa dimunculkan.

Abstract

The discussion about multicultural education is never finished. Multicultural education is as part of practical education strategy which have been developed in Indonesia since the reformation era. Multicultural education is important to be implemented in Indonesia because Indonesia students have a socio-cultural background that is different. One of institutions in Indonesia intensively implementing multicultural education is Islamic boarding school. This article is trying to explore the implementation of multicultural education with an ethnographic approach. Pesantren since the early days of teaching have instilled co-existence peacefully and recognizes equal rights, awarness, mutual learning and understanding, respect and appreciation for others so that found multicultural awareness on self-generation of Indonesia Moslem.
