Abstract

The focus of this article is to describe the Blue Ocean Strategy as a new paradigm of Islamic education management. the author seeks to elaborate on how the adoption of the Blue Ocean strategy of the business world to the world of education and answered the principles of what is accepted and rejected away from the theory. Adoption of blue ocean strategy is done by applying the universal principles are : among others reconstruct market boundaries, focus on the big picture rather than numbers, reach beyond existing demand, perform a series of strategies with appropriate, efforts to overcome organizational constraints and integrate execution into strategy. The principles of Blue Ocean Strategy Indicators that can be absorbed is an indicator that focuses gave excellent service and were not absorbed is a strong indicator of economic motivation. Generally, Blue Ocean Strategy quite well applied as a management paradigm of Islamic education.

Abstract

Di antara keunikan Al-Qur’an dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan kehidupan menggunakan model penyampaian pesan yang singkat, mudah, dan jelas, untuk dipahami. Dan salah satu metodenya adalah melalui ungkapan Maśāl (perumpamaan). Maśāl digunakan untuk menjelaskan hal-hal yang sangat mendasar dan bersifat abstrak. Penggunaan metode Amtsal membantu seorang pendidik dalam menjelaskan materi pelajaran dan mendekatkan mereka kepada pemahaman dan penguasaan materi ajar. Persoalan-persoalan yang abstrak dikemas sedemikian rupa sehingga menjadi konkrit, nyata, dan mudah dipahami. Dengan demikian, metode Amtsal membantu dalam menciptakan komunikasi yang menarik antara pendidik dan peserta didik. Pada sisi lain, metode Amtsal juga membantu pendidik dalam mengasah dan mengembangkan potensi akademik peserta didik, dan dari sini pula maka kegiatan pembelajaran menjadi menarik, menantang dan mendidik.

Abstract

Pendidikan agama diyakini dapat dijadikan sebagai benteng kepribadian dan pembekalan hidup untuk andil dalam persaingan di kancah dunia. Namun sudah maklum bahwa adanya kegagalan pendidikan agama Islam di negara kita bahkan pendidikan formal secara umumnya. Yang menjadi analisis klasik. Konsep pembinaan mental di MTs Satu Atap Islam Wathaniyah Cimpu Kecamatan Suli Kabupaten Luwuyaitu melalui proses internalisasi. Nilai-nilai moral yang diaktualisasikan pada peserta didik. Di sisi yang lain peserta didik diberikan pemahaman betapa pentingnya kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spritual lewat internalisasi dan metode guru PAI di MTs Satu Atap Islam Wathaniyah Cimpu Kecamatan Suli Kabupaten Luwu yaitu beberapa cara: 1. Memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk mengaplikasikan ilmu yang diterapkan oleh guru. 2) Pegawasan yaitu bertujuan untuk mengarahkan akan tetapi tidak mendikte peserta didik, 3) Pengamalan. Terbentuknya kesadaran keagamaan salah satunya adalah lewat islamisasi budaya atau menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang berorientasi Islam dan berbasis religius. Membangun kesadaran keagamaan tidak hanya lewat kegiatan guru pendidikan agama Islam akan tetapi untuk membentuk kesadaran keagamaan secara spiritual spesifik lewat pembinaan mental.

Abstract

Arabic language learning curriculum has an important role as a milestone of learning in schools. No doubt, the existence of pesantren has spawned a generation that has the ability Arabic, as in Tebuireng salaf pesantren in Jombang. But in reality, the historical development of Arabic language curriculum at the school has not received serious attention in academic circles. As this study aims to find out How did the history, dynamics, and the Arabic language curriculum model viewed from a historical perspective. In view of the movement of history Ibn Khaldun's theory affirms that everything is going to undergo a process of evolution and progress towards a cycle to form a spiral. Meanwhile, Auguste Comte believes that everything is always berprogres oriented progress. Based on studies conducted by the authors can conclude that the curriculum of Arabic language learning in schools Jombang Tebuireng spiral-dialectical. Learning system that is in it massively berprogres on learning madrasah. It is also offset by learning model oriented student centered.

Abstract

One of Islamic education aims is shaping the personality of real individual Muslims in accordance with the values of Islamic religion. Islamic education empirically refers to Islamic educational institutions, one of which is madrasa diniyyah using yellow books as the main source of teaching. The writing of this article uses descriptive deductive and inductive analysis and uses some data from the results of several literatures, observations, interviews, and documentation. The analysis found how the learning design to read the yellow book designed in Madrasa Diniyyah of Daruttaqwa Gresik using the Dick and Carey learning design model. There are ten steps in the Dick and Carey model including 1) Identifying the learning objectives, 2) Carrying out an analysis of learning, 3) Analyzing learners and learning context, 4) Formulating performance goals, 5) Developing assessment instruments, 6) Developing learning strategies, 7) Developing learning materials, 8) Conducting formative evaluations, 9) Revising learning program drafts, and 10) Conducting summative evaluations. The learning program to read yellow books designed at Madrasa Diniyyah of Daruttaqwa Gresik uses all the steps of the Dick and Carey learning design model completely without a single step left.

Abstract

Abstract : Management has a big role in developing the potential of the school. Therefore, management must be done carefully and periodically reviewed. This research seeks to analyze the management of education in the student character improvement program at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Taman through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring through the local curriculum. This research is qualitative in the form of case study research. Three stages in data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The findings of this study reveal that the management of the Islamic Character Building Student Education Program as an object of research involves principals, Ismuba teachers, students and parents to achieve the goals that have been planned together in character building as follows (1) planning starts from by formulating a vision, and mission and to disseminate to all stakeholders regarding planning which consists of several programs to improve student character including the implementation of the evening training program for faith and piety, lightning boarding school and ambassadors of the missionary (2) organizing starts from the process of forming a committee by the principal to all stakeholders related to the student's character improvement program in accordance with the expertise of each person (3) implementation in accordance with the job that has been given by the principal to all teachers, students and ismuba (4) the process of monitoring and evaluation is carried out by the principal in a continuous correction of all work programs that have been carried out by teachers, students and ismuba every one month in the form of corrections to work program adjustments in order to reduce discrepancies and evaluation every one semester by involving parents of students to be able to provide input, support and cooperation to improve the progress of the institution Abstrak : Manajemen mempunyai peranan besar dalam mengembangkan potensi sekolah. Oleh sebab itu, manajemen harus dilakukan dengan cermat dan dikaji secara berkala. Peneltian ini berupaya menganalisis manajemen pendidikan dalam program peningkatan karakter siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Taman melalui tahapan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan serta pengawasan melalui kurikulum lokal. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Tiga tahapan dalam pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa manajemen Pendidikan Program Student Islamic Character Building sebagai objek penelitianyang melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru Ismuba, waka kesiswaan dan Orang Tua untuk mencapai tujuan yang sudah direncanakan bersama dalam pembentukan karakter sebagai berikut (1) perencanaan dimulai dari dengan merumuskan visi, dan misi serta mensosialisasikan kepada seluruh stakeholder mengenai perencanaan yang terdiri dari beberapa program peningkatan karakter siswa diantaranya pelaksanaan praktik malam bina iman dan taqwa, pesantren kilat maupun duta mubaligh(2) pengorganisasian dimulai dari proses pembentukan kepanitiaan oleh kepala sekolah kepada seluruh stakeholder terkait program peningkatan karakter siswa sesuai dengan keahlian masing-masing personal (3) pelaksanaan sesuai dengan job yang sudah diberikan kepala sekolah kepada seluruh guru, waka kesiswaan dan ismuba (4) proses pengawasan dan evaluasi dilakukan kepala sekolah secara berkelanjutan berupa pengkoreksian seluruh program kerja yang sudah dijalankan oleh guru, waka kesiswaan dan ismuba setiap satu bulan berupa koreksi penyesuaian program kerja agar dapat mengguranggi ketidaksesuaian serta evaluasi setiap satu semester dengan melibatkan orang tua siswa agar dapat memberikan masukan, dukungan serta kerjasama untuk sebagai upaya penigkatan kemajuan lembaga.

Abstract

Abstrak: Proses pembelajaran merupakan hal yang sangat penting pada sebuah lembaga sekolah. Dan pelajaran ismuba adalah ciri khas dan keunggulan dari sekolah Muhammadiyah. Berbagai masalah pada proses pembelajaran ismuba yaitu Perencanaan program pembelajaran, pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran, dan pengawasan proses pembelajaran yang belum efektif. Adapun rumusan masalahnya adalah bagaimana pelaksanaan standar prosesnya, sejauhmana target pencapaian kinerja pendidik dan upaya tindak lanjut dari hasil pencapaian pelaksanaan standar proses yang dilakukan oleh sekolah. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan setandar proses pendidikan, untuk mengetahui tingakat pencapaian kinerja guru dan sekolah dalam proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian dalam proses pembelajaran, dan upaya tindak lanjut yang harus dilakukan oleh sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan subyek seluruh guru ismuba di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Playen. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode analisis data induktif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: pelaksanaan standar proses pendidikan di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Playen sudah berjalan dengan baik, dan masih ada kekurangan yang harus diperbaiki oleh sekolah, walaupun sudah ada sebagian yang sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Perlu upaya tindak lanjut yang perlu dilakukan oleh sekolah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru supaya menjadi guru yang lebih profesional.

Abstract

This study examines students' perceptions of counseling counseling held in Madarasah Aliyah, this study is conducted on the basis of the assumption of guidance and counseling teachers (BK) is a teacher to watch out for, unpleasant teachers, scary teachers, services provided BK services for students with problems, services as a form of student therapy, and learners judge that whoever is included in the record of BK teachers are naughty and troubled learners. This research is a field research using qualitative approach. The research saboh is the female students and the BK teacher. Data were collected using interviews, documentation, and observation and data validity using triangulation and analyzed by using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed the perception of learners of guidance and counseling teachers welcome and positive. BK Teachers can act as understanding, prevention, maintenance, development, and poverty alleviation. And able to provide orientation services, information services, placement services, counseling services, group guidance services, and group counseling services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the hypnoteaching approach on the learning motivation of the Vb MIN 1 Bantul class students. This study uses a mixed methods approach, a type of method that combines qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative is used to find out how the hypnoteaching method is applied in the learning process and has a significant influence in increasing student learning motivation. While quantitative is used to find out how much influence the hypnoteaching approach can increase student learning motivation. The data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques for making instruments, validity test, reliability test, and simple linear regression test. The results of this study show. First, the application of hypnoteaching in class Vb MIN 1 Bantul in the academic year 2017/2018 has a positive and significant influence in increasing student motivation. This is in line with the results of the analysis on qualitative data in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. All these data indicate that students after getting a hypnoteaching approach to learning they feel happy, excited and learn more passionately. The steps are to use the relaxation of the eyes and all the nerves in the body. In addition, it is also implemented with steps of self-motivation, pacing-leading, positive and suggestive words, praise and modeling, yelling or shouting together, emotional hours, invitations and commands. Second This study uses mixed methods with 2 variables, one dependent variable that is learning motivation, and the independent variable is hypnoteaching. Both of these variables are made a questionnaire with each variable 30 statements. After testing the validity there are 4 invalid statements and must be issued. As long as the research instrument becomes 56 statements. Then the reliability test showed all the instruments of reliable research with Alpha above 0.7, which was 0.952. Then a simple linear regression test, with the result of R2 (coefficient of determination) 0.775, thus it can be said that the hypnoteaching approach has a very positive influence in increasing student learning motivation with an average percentage increase of 77.5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the procedure of making and developing mahārah al-istimā’ based on Lectora Inspire media, and to know the validation result of media expert, material expert, teacher response and student response and the effectiveness of using mahārah al-istimā’based on Lectora Inspire media for students of Madrasah Aliyah Ulumuddin Lhokseumawe Aceh. This type of research is Research & Development by using the ADDIE development model that developed by Dick & Carry, a development model consisting of five stages including analysis, design, development, Implementation and evaluation. The result of the research is as follows: (a) The result of validation of media expert on mahārah al-istimā’ based on Lectora Inspire media obtained by percentage 81,82% with very good category, while the material expert validation result obtained 80% percentage with good category, B) The result of teacher's response to Mahārah al-istimā’ based on Lectora Inspire media obtained 94% percentage with very good category, whereas student response obtained 87,82% percentage with very good category, (c) The use of mahārah al-istimā’ based onLectora Inspire media is very effective in learning mahārah al- istimā’with the average pre-test score for students of Madrasah Aliyah Ulumuddin is 60.45 and an average post-test value is 85.06 with a significance value of p = 0,000 <0.05.
