Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan dan efektivitas game edukasi dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa di sekolah dasar pada rentang waktu 2021–2025. Kajian ini menyoroti berbagai jenis game edukasi, metode pengembangan, serta dampaknya terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Pendekatan PRISMA digunakan dengan menganalisis artikel yang relevan. Data dikumpulkan dari sumber akademik seperti Scopus, Google Scholar, IEEE Xplore, Research Gate, dan jurnal nasional terakreditasi SINTA. Jurnal yang dikaji diklasifikasikan berdasarkan metode pengembangan game, jenis teknologi yang digunakan, serta efektivitasnya dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa game edukasi berbasis mobile/web dan unity semakin populer dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa, sementara board game dan kartu edukasi masih digunakan sebagai alternatif di sekolah yang memiliki keterbatasan teknologi. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa penggunaan game edukasi meningkatkan minat belajar siswa hingga 82%, serta meningkatkan pemahaman aksara dan tata bahasa Jawa hingga 88% dibandingkan metode konvensional. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan dalam implementasi, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, kesiapan tenaga pengajar, serta kurangnya kebijakan yang mendukung integrasi game edukasi dalam kurikulum. Game edukasi terbukti menjadi media pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi, pemahaman, dan keterlibatan siswa dalam belajar Bahasa Jawa. Namun, untuk memastikan implementasi yang lebih luas, diperlukan dukungan infrastruktur teknologi, pelatihan guru, serta kebijakan pendidikan yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

Begging is an act of asking for help or donations from other people which is usually done in public places. People who beg are called beggars. This study aims to reveal the phenomenon of the dual role of beggars. Beggars usually perform actions that make people who see them feel sorry for them. This phenomenon is analyzed using dramaturgy theory, where the main concepts used to analyze the phenomenon are the concepts of frontstage and backstage. In the frontstage concept, the beggar acts as an actor and manages impressions to achieve his goal of getting money from others. Impression management is done on stage by paying attention to appearance and style of behavior. Meanwhile, the backstage is the normal life or daily life that beggars carry out but are not known by others because they are worried that they will receive social sanctions.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi, digitalisasi, dan kecerdasan buatan telah menciptakan disrupsi besar dalam dunia bisnis. Fenomena ini menyebabkan terjadinya efisiensi proses kerja pada fungsi-fungsi yang memungkinkan penerapan otomatisasi sebagai pengganti peran manusia dan melahirkan urgensi agar para pekerja dapat beradaptasi dan tangkas dalam menghadapi perubahan dengan menguasai keterampilan baru yang relevan. Di dalam beroperasinya sebuah bisnis, kolaborasi di tempat kerja merupakan wadah penting di mana modal sosial terbentuk dan menjadi tempat di mana para pekerja saling belajar melalui pertukaran informasi atau pengalaman untuk mencapai tujuan bisnis. Proses ini akan berjalan lebih optimal apabila didukung dengan rasa aman secara psikologis dalam mengemukakan ide atau pendapat, serta menerima kesalahan sebagai ruang untuk bertumbuh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan analisis regresi, untuk membuktikan adanya keterhubungan antara modal sosial di tempat kerja dan ketangkasan belajar, dan analisis moderasi, untuk melihat efektivitas keamanan psikologis sebagai moderator yang memperkuat hubungan keduanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal sosial kerja memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan ketangkasan belajar dan hubungan keduanya makin kuat dengan adanya keamanan psikologis. Temuan penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi pelaku bisnis dalam menerapkan kebijakan atau program perusahaan yang mengusung konsep belajar yang kolaboratif dan aman secara psikologis.

Abstract

Companies everywhere will face problems. Some of these problems are caused by internal and external problems of the Company. These problems can result in small or large losses to the Company. The instrument of this research is quantitative research with data study analysis, namely observation and literature study. In this study, the Fault Tree Analyst approach will be used. The application of this method begins with defining the problem, describing the graphical model, finding the minimum cut set, conducting a qualitative analysis, and conducting quantitative analysis. This research is a research development of the Enterprise Risk Management method. In previous research, using ERM only focused on identifying and evaluating risks through a qualitative approach based on the perception and experience of internal stakeholders on potential operational disruptions. However, this study develops this method by integrating a quantitative and systematic Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) approach in mapping the root causes of delivery inaccuracy. If in the ERM approach the risk is identified in general based on the probability-impact matrix, then in the FTA approach, the risk is further traced to the level of components and basic events, so as to be able to provide a more detailed picture of the contribution of each causative factor. The problems faced in this company focus on risk control related to the transportation of product delivery in this company. To strengthen the results of this study, the author added recommendations for proposed improvements. The results of the study using Fault Tree show that the dominant risks in this company are extreme distribution delays, work accidents that occur during work, and damage to transport vehicles. The problems in this study focus on risk control related to product delivery transportation.

Abstract

Recent studies have analyzed and dissected that translanguaging is an emersion phenomenon applied recently in English pedagogy, as one of the bridges for the English Educators. Those studies bring about the good of translanguaging applications, which take different places and subjects. Hence, this study continues to examine the production of translanguaging, specifically in places where vernacular still exists and influences the dialect of the locals, also aims to find out whether or not the existence automatically affects the translanguaging process in ELT. The data were taken from two senior high schools, SMA Negeri 1 Maumere and SMA Negeri 1 Waigete located in a place categorized as 3T (Tertinggal/underdeveloped, Terluar/outermost, Terdepan/most front) also known as affirmation areas where the land languages are spoken more than the Indonesian as the national language. The participants are two English Teachers from each school and the students under their teaching. The data collection was done by conducting semi-structured interviews with the teachers and observation. Both results from the observation and interview were qualitatively analyzed. The results reveal that during the process of ELT, teachers switch the language by using Indonesian with local dialect and sometimes even using the vernacular, especially in the more rural affirmation place. It implies that recognizing and embracing the fluid use of multiple languages in educational settings can enhance cognitive flexibility, and cultural understanding, thereby promoting a more holistic approach to learning.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based writing tools, such as Wordtune, are increasingly used in foreign language learning. Despite the growing importance of these digital tools, research on how AI-driven applications affect Indonesian students' writing in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) and their writing engagement remains limited. This study aims to examine the effect of Wordtune on students’ writing performance and explore their writing engagement. An explanatory sequential mixed-methods approach was employed, involving a writing test and interviews to collect data from 136 eighth graders, with 68 students in both the experimental and control groups. Both the writing test and interview guide were validated for content by two expert judges, while the post-test underwent empirical validity and reliability testing using data from 34 non-sample participants. The writing test data were analyzed using an independent t-test, and the interview data were examined through theoretical thematic analysis. The results showed a significant effect of Wordtune on students’ writing competency. Furthermore, students demonstrated active engagement across affective, behavioral, cognitive, and social domains. In conclusion, several implications regarding the implementation of AI writing tools in English language teaching are discussed.

Abstract

Sertifikat tanah merupakan dokumen bukti hak kepemilikan atas tanah sebagai produk akhir dari proses pendaftaran tanah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaturan hukum mengenai sertifikat elektronik dalam administrasi pertanahan berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia dan juga penerapan ketentuan hukum mengenai sertifikat elektronik dalam administrasi pertanahan di Kota Palangkaraya serta hambatan yuridis yang dihadap. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai tinjauan yuridis terhadap pengaturan dan implementasi sertifikat tanah elektronik dalam administrasi pertanahan di kota palangkaraya. Metode penelitian menggunakan yuridis normatif. sertifikat elektronik termasuk kedalam akta auntentik sekalipun dalam bentuk elektronik. Sertifikat elektronik mengandung tanda tangan Elektronik. sertifikat tanah elektronik memiliki kedudukan sebagai bukti yang kuat dalam hukum pendaftaran tanah di Indonesia sesuai dengan UU no 5 Tahun 1960 tentang pendaftaran tanah, prosedur pendaftaran tanah untuk mendapatkan sertifikat elektronik haruslah mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri ATR/BPN Nomor 1 tahun 2021 tentang Sertifikat Elektronik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh work-life balance dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Generasi Z di Kota Bandung. Dengan semakin banyaknya karyawan Generasi Z yang memasuki pasar kerja namun memiliki kecenderungan turnover intention yang tinggi, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, memilih responden yang merupakan karyawan Generasi Z dengan pengalaman kerja minimal satu tahun. Penentuan sampel dilakukan menggunakan rumus Cochran, menghasilkan 100 responden dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dan margin of error 10%. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang disusun berdasarkan indikator work-life balance, lingkungan kerja, dan turnover intention yang diadaptasi dari teori dan penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, sementara lingkungan kerja tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan secara parsial, tetapi memiliki pengaruh secara simultan bersama work-life balance terhadap turnover intention. Kontribusi praktis dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan untuk merancang kebijakan yang mendukung keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif guna menurunkan turnover intention, terutama pada karyawan Generasi Z. Temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan program yang lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan retensi karyawan Generasi Z di Kota Bandung.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of professionalism, independence, and social responsibility on ethical judgment. This research is motivated by the frequent occurrence of audit failures, which are often linked to indications of ethical code violations by public accountants. Audit failure is not only experienced by small and medium-sized public accounting firms but also by firms categorized within the Big Four, which have faced similar cases involving suspected ethical breaches by public accountants. The research method employed in this study is a quantitative approach. The population consists of public accountants in Bandung. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on this technique, 56 public accountants met the criteria during the observation period. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that professionalism, independence, and social responsibility significantly influence ethical judgment. The higher the levels of professionalism, independence, and social responsibility, the better the moral judgment of public accountants.
