Ta’limDiniyah: Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam (Journal of Islamic Education Studies). a Journal of Islamic Religious Education Studies and Islamic Education. Published twice a year in October and April. The Journal of Islamic Religious Education is published by the Islamic Religious Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah IAI Al-Qodiri Jember and contains scientific writings on the study of Islamic Religious Education and related studies. It contains various thoughts in various forms; research results, conceptual ideas, and empirical experiences. In its development, TDJPAI pioneered online publishing and expanded the range of contributors from all over the archipelago. In the future, TDJPAI will expand the scope of contributors from several Islamic countries and other countries that have an interest in the study of Islamic education in the archipelago and internationally. This e-journal is an online version of TDJPAI published by the Islamic Religious Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah IAI Al-Qodiri Jember.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) pengembangan inovasi e-education dilakukan di Rasmisart School Songkhla dilatarbelakangi untuk mempermudah proses berlangsungnya kegiatan belajar dan mengajar dan guru termotivasi untuk  pengembangan inovasi e-education; 2) Proses pengembangan inovasi e-education tersebut dilakukan dengan sistematis, yaitu: a) guru selalu melakukan perencanaan pengembangan pembuatan media berbasis IT agar media berbasis IT dapat dimanfaatkan atau digunakan dengan maksimal; b) pengembangan inovasi e-education telah menghasilkan berbagai produk media pembelajaran berbasis IT seperti gambar, foto, video dokumenter, video pembelajaran, animasi dan lain-lain; c) guru melakukan proses evaluasi penggunaan hasil produk pengembangan inovasi e-education tersebut; dan 3) di dalam pengembangan inovasi e-education ini terdapat faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Pertama, faktor pendukungnya adalah adanya dorongan dari kepala sekolah, kebutuhan penggunaan media berbasis IT untuk mempermudahkan proses pembelajaran dan guru selalu memperhatikan kondisi siswa yang membutuhkan sesuatu media pembelajaran berbasis sebagai perantara dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Kedua, faktor penghambatnya adalah guru masih jarang dilibatkan dalam proses pembautan media berbasis IT dan guru selalu menghadapi banyak kesibukan dan mereka jarang mengikuti seminar pembuat media berbasis IT, sehingga hal ini membuat guru kurang memahami dalam pembuatan media berbasis IT.

Abstract

Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pengembangan linguistic intelegence santri di Pesantren Ar-Ruqayah MHI Jember difokuskan pada Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris, Bahasa Arab dan juga bahasa daerah yaitu Bahasa Jawa. 2) pengembangan intrapersonal intelegence santri sudah dilakukan dan diajarkan kepada semua santri, agar memiliki akhlak pribadi yang baik, menjadi insan kamil dan selamat dunia dan akhirat. Pengembangan intrapersonal intelegence santri selalu dilakukan mulai dia menjadi santri sampai dia menjadi alumni dan dilakukan setiap hari agar menumbukan kebiasaan dalam diri santri, sebab akhlak itu lahir dari kebiasaan; dan 3) pengembangan interpersonal intelegence santri sudah dilakukan dan dipelajari kepada santri serta diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari hari agar menumbuhkan karakter yang baik juga, karena interpersonal intelegence santri itu merupakan kewajiban bagi santri untuk memiliki akhlak pribadi yang baik kepada orang lain. Pengembangan interpersonal intelegence santri selalu dilakukan dan diajarkan kepada santri baik itu melalui kajian-kajian kitab husus yang mempelajari tentang akhlak maupun materi-materi lain. Saat pengembangan itu, kyai, nyai, para ustadz atau ustadzah selalu menyelipkan nilai-nilai moral tersebut kepada santri. Bahkan dalam kegiatan sehari-haripun, mereka berusaha agar akhlaqul karimah benar-benar melekat dan menjadi karakter para santri.

Abstract

Reading the Qur'an is an obligation for all human beings who are Muslims, because the Qur'an is the word of Allah or the words of Allah which can be used as a guide for Muslims in the world. But the problem is that at this time many are negligent in that regard, their motivation to read the Koran can be increased with the help of other parties such as Ustadz/Ustadzah. Koran. The research method used to achieve this goal is qualitative research. Data collection was carried out using observation and interview methods. This research aims to examine how the efforts of teaching staff in increasing motivation to read the Koran at Ma'ahad Al-Jamiah IAIN Curup. The results of this study are that the efforts of the teaching staff in increasing motivation to read the Koran at Ma'ahad Al-Jami'ah IAIN Curup have been carried out well as expected. One of the efforts is that in semesters 1-3 one year they are taught about the tahsin and ways to read it, by sending teachers who are experts in the field of tahsin itself. Supporting factors include the sincere intention of reading the Qur'an, strong motivation both externally and internally, and the presence of mentors and educators who teach students to read the Qur'an. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for students are impatient in learning to read the Al-Qur'sn and supervisors who are sometimes busy with other duties.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in shaping the akhlakul karimah students of Aisyiyah Middle School Creative School. Describe and analyze the role of parents in shaping the akhlakul karimah students of the Aisyiyah Middle School Creative School. Describe and analyze the collaboration of parents and teachers of Islamic Religious Education in forming akhlakul karimah students at Aisyiyah Middle School Creative School. This type of research is field research (field research) which is descriptive in nature. To obtain research data, data collection techniques were carried out, where the technique had three stages, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are Data Reduction, Data Analysis, and Data Verification. The conclusion of this study is the Collaboration of PAI Teachers and Parents in the Formation of Student Morals at Aisiyyah Creative Middle School, namely by providing understanding in the form of motivational values ​​about good morals to students, controlling or supervising all student activities including in implementing good morals, and providing punishment for students who commit disgraceful acts.

Abstract

Educators are people who teach or carry out educational activities. Educators as controllers, directors, and guides the process that directs human development and growth. In building the relationship between teacher and student is the educator's most important task. Meanwhile, students are individuals who will receive education from a teacher. Being a good teacher requires qualities that include courage, self-confidence, dependability, and respect for others. Teachers must also have pedagogical, professional, personality, and social abilities. The research is qualitative in nature using the method of library research (library research). In the literature study method, this is done by preparing a research framework. The purpose of this research is to find out the nature of educators in Islamic education, and the nature of students in Islamic education). The results in this study include (1) the definition of educators, the duties of educators, the characteristics of education, the competence of educators, and the responsibilities of educators. (2) the definition of students, the duties and responsibilities of students, and the ethics of students.

Abstract

Abstract The objective of this research is to investigate the influence of Salafi puritanism thought within the boarding school environment in Malang by depicting an undisclosed educational institution, focusing on its various aspects such as teacher support, curriculum materials, religious practices, and the dominance of Salafi lectures. The study employed qualitative research methods, including interviews, observations, and document analysis, to gather data from teachers, students, and school materials. The findings indicate a significant influence of Salafi puritanism thought in school. Teachers expressed support for Salafi teachings, as evidenced by their instructional methods, choice of source materials, and rejection of certain religious programs. The use of Salafi scholars' books in the religious curriculum and the exclusion of practices such as reciting the Shalawat Nariyah and celebrating additional Islamic holidays provide tangible evidence of this influence. Furthermore, variations in dhikr practices were observed, following the formula of Salafi scholars and differing from mainstream Islamic practices. Salafi preachers dominated the lecture sessions, while alternative perspectives were often disregarded or opposed by Salafi teachers. These indicators reflect the prevailing Salafi puritanism ideology within the school's educational environment. In light of these findings, it is recommended that the school administration considers promoting intellectual diversity. Creating an inclusive environment that acknowledges and respects diverse thoughts and religious perspectives is crucial.

Abstract

This research describes how the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program is implemented to strengthen the religious character of students at the State Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pasuruan City. The research method used is a case study which involves collecting data through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program plays a significant role in increasing students' understanding of Islamic religious teachings and forming strong religious character. Students who take part in this program experience improvements in aspects such as piety, discipline, responsibility and noble morals. The implications of the research show that tahfidz Al-Qur'an can be an effective tool in developing the religious character of students at MTS Negeri Pasuruan City and similar schools

Abstract

This research analyzes efforts to form students' religious character through Islamic boarding school-based integrative learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Pasuruan. Religious character is an important aspect in Islamic education which is not only related to understanding religion, but also behavior and moral values that are in accordance with Islamic teachings. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The research subjects involved students and teachers at MTs Negeri 1 Pasuruan. The research results show that Islamic boarding school-based integrative learning can play an important role in shaping students' religious character. Islamic boarding schools as a model of traditional Islamic education provide a supportive environment for religious learning and religious practices. Students who take part in this learning show an increased understanding of religion, strong moral values, and commitment to implementing Islamic teachings in everyday life. In addition, teachers play a central role in the process of forming religious character by providing the necessary guidelines, guidance and role models

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the techniques and steps used in evaluating PAI learning. Qualitative approach and literature study method. First, data collection techniques were used by reviewing various literature sources derived from various documents, both from books, journals, discussions with experts relevant to the study. Second, after that if the data is collected, data analysis is carried out. Furthermore, the author uses content analysis techniques, namely by interpreting data, adding explanations, and drawing conclusions. This study shows that; 1) the evaluation of PAI learning aims to measure the development of students during the learning process so that its effectiveness and efficiency can be known. If there is a discrepancy between the learning process and the planning, PAI educators are responsible for improving and overcoming the problems found. 2) Some learning evaluation techniques are planning and development evaluation, monitoring evaluation, impact evaluation, economic-efficiency evaluation, comprehensive program evaluation. 3) The steps of PAI learning evaluation include determining evaluation objectives, data analysis, interpretation of results, providing feedback, developing improvements, reporting and reflection. The results of this study provide important benefits, including encouraging the development of better evaluation strategies to help teachers and students achieve a deeper understanding of Islamic values, improving the quality of PAI teaching, curriculum development, measuring student progress.

Abstract

Kegiatan kelompok spritual pada saat ini menjadi populer di kalangan masyarakat, salah satunya kegiatan spritual jam’ah Shalawat Nariyah. Dalam melakukan kegiatan tersebut seseorang pasti mempunyai dorongan untuk melakukanya seperti halnya pada masyarakat di Kabubaten Jember Jawa Timur. Mereka antusias mengikuti kegiatan Shalawat Nariyah karena ada faktor pendorong, yang mana dorongan tersebut bisa dari dalam maupaun dorongan dari luar, dorongan tersebut merupakan penyemangat hidup dan merupakan suatu motivasi untuk menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menjelaskan motivasi masyarakat Jember Jawa Timur dalam mengikuti Shalawat Nariyah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Kehadiran peneliti disini merupakan instrumen kunci. Lokasi penelitian ini di Kabubaten Jember Jawa Timur. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa ternyata motivasi “lillahi ta’ala” dalam beribadah sudah banyak digantikan oleh motivasi yang bersifat materialis seperti mengikuti kegiatan majelis Sholawat karena ingin Usahanya Lancar, mencari wasilah melalui Air, Ingin dicap sebagai orang yang rajin dan Lain-lain.
