Abstract

PT Citilink Indonesia is one of the low cost airlines or Low Cost Carrier (LCC), a subsidiary of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero). The problem discussed in this study was how to increase the number of seat load factors of PT Citilink Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the company's internal and external factors and to analyze the strategies formulation to increase the number of seat load factors of Kertajati - Surabaya route in 2019. The research method used in this study was Qualitative by obtaining data through interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of the Internal External Matrix (IE), the company's position is in cell I; growth and development, with a total score of internal factors of 3.12 and external factors of 3.12. The alternative strategies could be applied are market penetration, market development, and product development. While based on SWOT - 4K analysis using the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) tables, the internal strength factor is 3.78 and the weakness factor is 2.27, which shows the difference between the two internal factors is 1, 41. As for the external factor the chance is 3.24 and the threat is 3.00, which shows the difference between the two external factors is 0.24. The conclusion of the research based on SWOT-4K diagram the company's position is in the SO quadrant, where the company has great strength and opportunities and based on SWOT-4K Matrix the company's position is in the S-O strategy.

Abstract

PT. Angkasa Pura II is a company that manages airport services and air traffic services that prioritizes flight safety and customer satisfaction, in an effort to provide optimal benefits to shareholders, business partners, employees, the community and the environment by upholding business ethics. The author used data from field through interviews, observations, and questionnaires to analyze the problem. Based on the IE matrix, the company's position is in cell II, which is in the position of growing and developing, with a total score of internal factors 2.78 and external factors 3.05 so that alternative strategies that can be carried out are market penetration, market development and product development and (Backward Integration, Forward Integration, Horizontal Integration). While in the SWOT analysis using IFE and EFE tables, the internal strength factor is 3.70 and the weakness factor is 3.35, so the difference between the two factors is 0.35. Moreover, the external opportunity is 3.60 and the threat factor is 3.40, so the difference between the two external factors is 0.2. The conclusion of the research based on the SWOT diagram is that the company's position is in quadrant I, where the company has great strengths and opportunities, so that in the SWOT matrix the company's position is in the S-O strategy.

Abstract

PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk is one of the Toll Road Service Provider Operators in Indonesia. Jasa Marga has been trusted to be responsible for toll road construction in Indonesia. With the large number of road growth, there will also be more toll roads to connect several regions in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the Average Daily Traffic (LHR) of the accident rate, to solve the problem, the author used 2 (two) methods, the first method of collecting data in the form of field data (field research) and documents review (based on the data from the company). The second method was data analysis with the basic calculation of Accident Rate. The results from the analysis show there is a contribution from the Average Daily Traffic (LHR) (X) of 27.04% to the accident rate (Jakarta - Cikampek Toll Road) (Y) and the rest 72.96% is the influence of other factors besides the Average Daily Traffic average (LHR).

Abstract

Reality check, there is always a late ship berthing activities or not docking on time at the port. There are several reasons caused this which leads to the low quality of ship’s services. This research was conducted at PT. Pertamina Trans Kontinental Balikpapan Branch with quantitative research method and multiple linear regression analysis test equipment. The t test and F test were used to test the significance. . Based on the results of the study,there is a significant effect between ship docking schedule on service quality, and the relationship of both positive with r value = 0.657 (strong). There is a significant influence between ship departure to service quality and the relationship between the two is positive with a value of r = 0.716 (strong). There is a significant effect between joint berthtime and departure schedules on service quality, with a value of r = 0.75 in the category of strong relationships. The regression equation is Ŷ = 1.161 + 0.359X1 + 0.624X2.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effectiveness of the implementation of halal logistics and the implementation of halal policies in logistics service providers in Indonesia. The need for a halal market in Indonesia is increasing and the market is no longer just talking in the context of food, but also has become a lifestyle. With this phenomenon, the logistics sector and the product supply chain must also apply halal aspects to the industry. As a pioneer of Halal Assurance System (Sistem Jaminan Halal/ SJH) Logistics where companies must be able to maintain halal during the supply chain process and ensure that the products distributed do not contaminate between halal and non-halal products. This research was conducted using descriptive method. Data was collected through direct observation in the field, interviews with employees and literature studies.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the level of accidents and the main factors that have been the source of motorized-vehicle traffic accidents in the city of Namrole. The research method used was semi-quantitative analysis, that was the failure mode effect analysis method to analyze the data obtained. This type of research is a descriptive study consisting of: Field Studies and Literature Studies. Research results from the results of brainstorming can be seen that there are several types of causes of traffic accidents, the factors are man, machine, systems, and surroundings.

Abstract

A good warehouse management could help the organizations to minimize the costs. The operational of the warehouse is always faced with various risks. This study aims at assessing the risk of operating a material warehouse using the cause and effect diagram method. The data was collected from a survey of 30 material warehouse employees. Risk mapping is applied to the risks of human resources, machinery, methods and materials by measuring the frequency of risk and the weight of impact on organizational performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted at the operational division of PT. DFDS Transport Indonesia. The problem in this study is to know the influence of vendor management to the implementation of export shipping in the operational division. To solve the problem the author used 2 methods. First, the data collection method in the form of questionnaire distributed to 19 respondents with saturated sample techniques used as many as 19 and processed data from the questionnaire. Second, the method of data analysis using regression, correlation analysis, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis and discussion show that there is a positive influence of vendor management on the export shipping, which is shown by a simple linear line equation, that is; Y = 14.25 + 0.68X, means that every change in one score of variable X will be followed by change in the Y score of 0.68 and a constant value of 14.25. Based on the correlation analysis r = 0.534, it means that there is a moderate influence of variable X on the variable Y. Determination coefficient test shows the number 28.09%, means that the influence of the information system quality to the employee performance is 28.09% while 71.91% is the influence of other factors that were not examined in this study. And the results of the hypothesis test show that tcount = 2.579 and ttable = 1.740 or tcount> ttable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, means that there is a significant influence of vendor management towards the implementation of export shipping.

Abstract

SMS is an important thing that is owned by all PT Hafar Daya Samudera's fleet. The main problems and objectives in this thesis are how is the implementation of the SMS (Safety Management System) to Neptune's Hafar Barge, how are the security and safety shipping procedures implemented by the crew at the time of emergency and are there any influence of the safety management system and the shipping safety on Barge Hafar Neptune on PT Hafar Daya Samudera. The results of the calculation of data processing by the author is important for Barge Hafar Neptune to implement a safety management system proven by the weight and average results of research calculations of 92 (4.60). It is important for companies to carry out accident prevention related to the safety management system according to the calculation and data processing carried out by the authors. The highest weight and average percentage according to the results of research calculations is 124 (6.20) and it is important for the company to improve accident prevention on Barge Hafar Neptune which is proven by the weight and average results of research calculations of 96 (4.80).

Abstract

The General Directorate of Customs is an agency assigned by the government to regulate goods entering and leaving the country, and Customs has customs facilities, namely temporary import and recently customs clearance together with KADIN and IMI makes temporary import easier with carnet system. The problem in this study is the role of the carnet system in the completion of the temporary import goods in the main service office of the Soekarno Hatta Customs Office. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the carnet system in the settlement of temporary import goods. To solve the problem of the author used 2 methods, first the method of collecting data in the form of field data and literature data. The second method of descriptive qualitative analysis is the analysis used to analyze and observe social situations broadly, thoroughly and deeply. The results of the analysis and discussion of carnet are documents used for temporary import with a period of 12 months. In the carnet there is the ATA carnet (Admission Temporary/ Temporary Admission Carnet) and CPD carnet (Carnet de Passages en Duane). There is a procedure for obtaining approval of temporary import facilities, terms and conditions for temporary import and sanctions. The procedure for using the carnet is that the importer reports to the general directorate of customs or the head of the customs service office and pays a guarantee until the completion of the temporary import by the carnet. There are the relevant agencies dealing with carnet KADIN (Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and IMI (Indonesian Motor Association) as well as the advantages and role of carnet in the temporary import settlement. The advantage of using this carnet system is that it is very fast in checking the release of goods because it only uses carnet document for each item.
