Objective: This study uses a descriptive correlational quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach to determine whether there is a relationship between therapeutic communication and anxiety in rheumatic patients at the Jatinagara Health Center. Method: This study uses a descriptive correlational quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach to determine whether there is a relationship between therapeutic communication and anxiety in rheumatic patients at the Jatinagara Health Center. The population in this study were rheumatism sufferers as many as 119 people in the Jatinagara Health Center area using accidental sampling technique with a sample of 31 people. This study uses primary data or data obtained directly from the object of research by distributing anxiety questionnaires, namely Hamilton Rating Scale For Anxiety (HARS) and therapeutic communication questionnaires which were analyzed using statistical analysis applications, namely SPSS for windows with Chi-Square test. Result: The results of the study obtained respondents who obtained the following results from 31 respondents who received good therapeutic communication, namely 19 respondents (61.3%) and those who received poor communication were as many as 12 respondents (38.7%). Of the 19 respondents who received therapeutic communication (61.3%) of them there was no anxiety as many as 11 people (57.9%) and of the 12 respondents who received poor therapeutic communication, there were 3 respondents (25.0) who had severe anxiety. Based on table 2.4, the chi-square results show p-value = 0.081 > (0.05). Conclusion: based on research that has been done the results obtained show that the relationship between therapeutic communication and anxiety in rheumatic patients at the Jatinagara community health center is not effective.

Objective: To determine the effect of ROM activity therapy to increase muscle strength on physical mobility barriers in osteoarthritis cases. Methods: This case study uses descriptive methods to describe assessment, data analysis, nursing plans, interventions, implementation, evaluation by describing cases and using a nursing process approach so that it focuses on one of the important problems of osteoarthritis. Assessment is done by history taking and observation. Nursing diagnoses are determined by NANDA, while nursing plans are adjusted to interventions in the Nursing Intervention Classification (NIC), implementation is carried out according to nursing care plans that have been prepared, and nursing evaluations are documented using the SOAP model. Results: The results of the evaluation were carried out within a period of 3 days, the intervention given with range of motion activity therapy had an effect in increasing lower extremity muscle strength. The patient cannot move freely and has difficulty carrying out activities, for that the authors design an intervention especially to increase muscle strength and after implementation the patient can perform optimal movements. Conclusion: It was concluded that the effect of ROM activity therapy to increase muscle strength on physical mobility barriers in cases of osteoarthritis. It can be seen from the results of the research evaluation that range of motion exercises before and after can have a major influence in increasing muscle strength.

Objective: The aim of this case study is to carry out comprehensive management for pregnant women with mild anemia. Method: The design is a case study design with comprehensive care. This case study uses an analytical descriptive method, with the main objective of exploring the problem, providing an overview of the case, and analyzing more deeply midwifery care according to the client's needs. Results: Comprehensive care carried out for pregnant women with anemia was successfully carried out by increasing HB levels and giving birth without complications, as well as the condition of the newborn in good condition. Conclusion: Oral iron (Fe) supplementation is the standard of care in obstetric practice in pregnancy. The increase in hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with mild anemia conditions can be increased by providing correct and effective information, monitoring Fe consumption regularly by midwives, nurses, and health workers for 30 days, and providing information on danger signs during delivery until the baby's condition is born.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between diet and the incidence of gastritis in adolescents at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Ciamis (MAN 2 Ciamis), Ciamis Regency, West Java. Method: The research desain used in this study is an analytical survey, to find the relationship between diet and the incidence of gastritis in adolescents, it is carried out with a cross sectional approach. The population used in this study were all teenagers consisting of class X students with a total population of 62 people. The total sample used is 56 people. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which is the sampling of data sources with the consideration of 56 respondents. To find the relationship between the two variables, the SPSS TEST was used to obtain the results of the chi-square test with a 95% confidence level and presented in the form of tables and narratives. Result: In this study, as many as (67.9%) adolescents with poor dietary habits experienced more gastritis than those who did not experience gastritis (32.1%) and The results of the non-parametric chi square test showed a large number of values = 0.000 < 0.05 which stated that there was a significant relationship between diet and the incidence of gastritis in adolescents. Conclusion: There is relationship between dietary habits and the incidence of gastritis in adolescents at MAN 2 CIAMIS.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the development of non-hemorrhagic stroke patients by maximizing the implementation of ROM during treatment. Method: The method used is descriptive method with a case study approach in non-haemorrhagic stroke patients with decreased consciousness. The case study process was carried out by finding patient data and classified according to continued inclusion criteria. interviews (to the family) and secondary data collection from medical records, observation of the patient's condition and periodic physical examinations. After obtaining the data, further documentation of the nursing process is carried out from assessment, data analysis, nursing problems, nursing interventions, nursing implementation and evaluation. Result: Nursing problems that arise include: risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion related to hypertension, ineffective airway clearance related to retained secretions and impaired physical mobility associated with decreased muscle strength, Three nursing problems have not been resolved because stroke is a brain tissue damage that is characterized by irreversible (cannot be returned) and it takes a long time for the recovery process.

Objective: This case study aims to determine nursing care for anxiety in patients with pre-operative kidney stones (ureteroscopy) with progressive muscle relaxation therapy intervention in the Wijaya Kusuma room below the Kardinah Hospital, Tegal City. Method: The method used is a descriptive case study design where the case study sample is pre-operative kidney stone patients. The instrument used was the DASS 42 questionnaire (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 42). Result: The results of the case study on the third day showed the patient looked calm with vital signs blood pressure 120/70 mmHg, pulse 97x/minute, RR 21x/minute, temperature 36.1°C, a decrease in the results of the DASS questionnaire from before the action 18 to 11. Conclusion: The results of the case study showed a decrease in anxiety in patients with preoperative kidney stones.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of audiovisual distraction therapy on reducing pain levels in pediatric patients when taking venous blood in cases of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever. Method: The design used in this study is a descriptive study with a case study method for the provision of nursing care, namely from assessment, developing of nursing diagnoses, interventions, implementation and evaluation. The focus of the study was the effect of audiovisual distraction techniques on reducing pain scales in children who received invasive venous blood sampling. Result: The result is that after being given distraction therapy for 10 minutes for 3 days at the time of blood sampling, the respondent's pain level decreased from a scale of 8 on the first day to a scale of 2 on the third day. The audiovisual distraction therapy can be degrees pain level. Conclusion: This case study underscores the importance of the active involvement of nurses during invasive procedures that cause pain, one of which is taking venous blood in pediatric patients, so that pediatric patients are more cooperative.

Objective: This case study aims to describe the nursing care process and analyze the administration of chest physiotherapy to treat ineffective airway clearance in children diagnosed with tuberculosis. Method: This research is a case study research using random sampling technique for the sampling process. The samples used were children diagnosed with tuberculosis, being hospitalized, and experiencing ineffective airway clearance. The study was conducted in March 2022. Data collection used a nursing assessment format for children, a physical examination format, and an interview guide format. The nursing care process is carried out from the initial stage of assessment to evaluation. Result: The main complaint expressed was a fever that went up and down, often felt nauseated, coughed up phlegm that was difficult to expel. The data findings showed wheezing, cyanotic skin color, and an increase in respiratory rate and pulse. The patient experiences ineffective airway clearance. Effective chest and cough physiotherapy interventions were given for 3 days during the treatment period and showed that the results of walking clearance were not effectively resolved. This condition is seen from the phlegm that has come out, there are no additional breath sounds, the respiratory rate and pulse are within normal limits. Conclusion: The provision of effective chest physiotherapy and coughing interventions proved to be able to overcome ineffective airway clearance. Research recommendations to be able to combine alternative non-pharmacological techniques in overcoming ineffective airway clearance in children, especially with tuberculosis.

Objective: To determine the correlation of intraoperative blood pressure with PONV Incidence in post-general anesthesia patients at Tk. II Udayana Hospital Denpasar. Methods: This study employed analytical correlational with cross-sectional design. There were 60 respondents as the samples. The data were collected by using an observation sheet during intraoperative and PONV questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Spearman's Rho test. Result: The result showed that the dominant of intraoperative blood pressure of the patient was normotensive (68,3%), the dominant of PONV incident was no PONV (90%). There was significant correlation of intraoperative blood pressure and PONV incidence (p-value <0.001) with coefficient correlation -0.507. Conclusion: There is a correlation of intraoperative blood pressure and PONV incidence on post general anesthesia patients at Tk. II Udayana Hospital Denpasar with strong correlation.

Objective: This study aims to describe changes in pain in patients with 5 finger hypnotic non-pharmacological therapy. Method: This research is a case study that was conducted in March 2022 with an assessment guide instrument for data collection. Researchers used the nursing care process from the assessment stage to evaluation. Result: According to the results of the study, guided relaxation techniques for 3 days can reduce pain, from pain intensity on a scale of 5 to 4. Conclusion: The most felt and disturbing complaint of fracture patients is pain in the area around the wound/fracture with a scale of 5, pain like stabbing. Pain will be felt when the patient moves the fractured part. Non-pharmacological hypnotic therapy of 5 fingers within a period of 3 days is able to reduce the scale of pain felt in postoperative 5 finger digiti fracture patients.
