Objective: To present warm compress intervention nursing care as an effort to overcome pain to children who experience DHF with heartburn problems directly in the Melati Room BLUD Banjar City General Hospital. Methods: The design of this research is descriptive with a case study approach using nursing care that refers to the IDHS and SIKI books. The subject of this case study is only one person, namely a child who has DHF with heartburn problems in the Melati Room BLUD RSU Banjar City, with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, physical examination and documentation studies. Results: The results of the case study at the assessment stage showed that the client complained of heartburn. With the intervention and implementation used is a warm compress. During the intervention process until the evaluation took place, it went as expected without any obstacles. There is a change in the pain scale from the original 5 scale to a 0 scale. Conclusion: The conclusion of nursing care for children with dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) with heartburn problems is well resolved. Giving a warm compress intervention is effective in reducing pain intensity, the pain scale which was originally a scale of 5 has disappeared (scale 0).

Objective: This case study was conducted to describe a progressive muscle relaxation intervention in reducing pain in appendicitis patients. Methods: This study uses a case study design with an evidence-based practice approach that focuses on nursing interventions. This research was conducted at the BLUD RSU Banjar City on 27-31 May 2022. Participants in this study were Ny patients. C, 35 years old, female, complains of right lower quadrant abdominal pain. The process of assessing and establishing a diagnosis is focused on the main problem. Objective and subjective data becomes a reference for periodic evaluation of nursing implementation. Results: Patients gave recognition of decreased pain after being given a progressive muscle relaxation intervention with a pain scale of 4 out of 5 (0-10) and a scale of 3 out of 4 (0-10). Conclusion: Progressive muscle relaxation intervention should be suspected to be effective in reducing pain in appendicitis patients as evidenced by subjective patient recognition. Theoretically, this study does not conflict with previous research so that it can be a reference in future research. Theoretically, this research does not conflict with previous research so that it can be a reference in future research. Clinically, progressive muscle relaxation intervention can be an alternative intervention to reduce pain levels in patients with chronic diseases such as appendicitis in hospitals and health centers.

Objective: To present upbringing with deep breath intervention to reduce pain in patients with mild head injuries. Methods: The method used is descriptive with a case study approach using nursing care that refers to the SDKI and SIKI books. The subjects in this study were 1 patient with a nursing diagnosis of acute pain in a patient with a minor head injury at the orchid room of the Banjar City Hospital. With data collection techniques include interviews, observations, physical examinations and documentation studies. Results: From nursing care in patients with chronic renal failure, the symptom that appears at the time of the assessment is pain. The nursing problem that arises is that acute pain is related to physical injury agents referring to the SDKI book. The intervention carried out to reduce pain is by deep breath relaxation techniques. During the intervention process, the action went smoothly until the evaluation. There are changes in pain. Conclusion: After deep breath intervention there was a change in pain from a scale of 5 to 2 (0-10), while the results of anamnesis obtained subjective data, the client said the pain was reduced.

The elderly can experience a decrease in cognitive function because the body functions of the elderly also tend to decrease. Cognitive disorders in the elderly can interfere with and affect the behavior or activities of the elderly. The role of nurses is very important to provide interventions that can improve the cognitive function of the elderly. Non-pharmacological efforts are needed to overcome cognitive function problems in the elderly, one of which is through puzzle therapy. Puzzles in the form of pictures in the form of small pieces to hone intelligence, lead to patience, introduce the ability to share, and are a fun way to train the brain, especially for the elderly. This research method is a case study method with a nursing care approach to the elderly aged 80 years, the MMSE and SPSMQ questionnaires are used to assess cognitive and intellectual development in the elderly. The results showed that the application of puzzle therapy which had been carried out for 6 meetings with an intensity of 1x20 minutes per day showed an improvement in the results of the MMSE and SPSMQ scores, in other words there was an increase in cognitive and intellectual function in the elderly. For maximum results, puzzle preparation exercises should be carried out regularly and can be done together in nursing homes so that the elderly are more motivated and more enthusiastic.

While the technique used is accidental sampling. The results of the nursing analysis found that there was an effect of health education on the level of knowledge in elderly hypertensives after educational interventions were carried out Lansia Sehat Merata.

Objective: The study aims to find out whether the intensity of pain decreases after the application of non-pharmacological techniques of deep breathing relaxation. Method: Method used in descriptive case study with approach to nursing process. Population in this study of post-ORIF of fractures patella sinistra patients in Wijayakusuma ward Kardinah Hospital, Tegal City, who have experienced acute pain nursing problems. Data collection in this study was carried out through interviews, observations, and physical examinations. The analysis of data in this study is performed in a descriptive narrative manner using PDCA for patient development, the presentation of data is described descriptively to know the results obtained during conducting a case study. Result: The results of the study showed that the respondent’s pain intensity decreased from a 5 pain score to a 3 pain score after non-pharmacological respiratory relaxation therapy was administered. Conclusion: Deep breathing relaxation therapy can be used to reduce the intensity of pain in post-orif fractural respondents. It is hoped that this non-pharmacological breathing relaxation technique can be used by health care professionals, especially nurses, as a way to reduce the scale of respondent pain.
