Nurses are one of the health professions that have a big responsibility in providing care and treatment to patients. However, the success of the nursing profession is inseparable from the level of work engagement of nurses towards the profession they are engaged in. Work engagement is a concept that describes the extent to which an employee feels attached to his job, the organization where they work, and the personal satisfaction he feels from his job. This study aims to examine the effect of psychological well-being and perceived organizational support on the work engagement of nurses at puskesmas with ASN status in the 3T area of X District, East Indonesia. The population in this study were puskesmas nurses who worked in X District, Eastern Indonesia with ASN status. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The measurement tool used consists of three scales, namely the work engagement scale, the perceived organizational support scale and the psychological well-being scale. The analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear analysis. The results of the analysis show a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.01), which indicates that psychological well-being and perceived organizational support can very significantly affect work engagement. The first minor hypothesis test has a significance value of 0.000 <0.01, which means that psychological well-being has a positive and very significant effect on work engagement. The results of the second minor hypothesis test have a significance value of 0.003 <0.01, meaning that perceived organizational support has a positive and very significant effect on work engagement. These findings indicate that when the psychological well-being of nurses is in good condition, the level of work engagement they have will also be good.

The world's current employee population is dominated by the millennial generation and generation Z. The generation in question is a collection of people who categorize themselves according to their birth year, age, place of residence, and life events. Generation Z was born between 1995 and 2010 and grew up in the 2000s. Millennials are defined as those born between 1981 and 1994. The Generation Z is practical in the workplace and craves more safety and stability. Additionally, Generation Z tends to despise short-term jobs as well as lack long-term employment. Because of this, members of Generation Z are more likely to switch employers, which may have an impact on the business's profits and reputation. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of meaningful work on Generation Z employees' commitment to their jobs. By distributing questionnaires online and setting restrictions on the types of respondents based on the Generation Z age range, a quantitative research methodology was applied. The findings demonstrated that work loyalty is greatly influenced by the meaning of the work. It was also discovered that up to 77% of respondents in generation Z said they preferred bosses who belonged to the millennial generation to those who belonged to generation X or the baby boomer generation. This demonstrates the need for superiors to pay attention to the aspirations of Generation Z if they want them to interpret their work and become devoted workers. Thus, it can be said that Generation Z employees are more loyal to their employers the more emphasis they place on their work.

Mental health during adolescence is crucial, as untreated issues can lead to problems in early adulthood. Early adulthood, the age period from late teens to late 20s, comes with various developmental tasks: selecting life partners, fulfilling social roles, achieving emotional independence, and establishing a household. Improving individual well-being is one way to address mental health and enhance subjective well-being, which includes life satisfaction, positive emotions, and reducing negative emotions. Self-compassion and religiosity are factors influencing subjective well-being during emerging adulthood. The research used a quantitative correlational method with self-compassion and religiosity as independent variables, and subjective well-being as the dependent variable. The findings indicate that self-compassion and religiosity together contribute 32,7% to subjective well-being in emerging adulthood. Self-compassion plays a larger role (32,2%) compared to religiosity (0,5%). These results of these research, highlight the importance of self-compassion and religiosity in improving individual subjective well-being. Enhancing these factors can help individuals face challenges, improve emotional resilience, and adopt healthier lifestyles, resulting in positive benefits for subjective well-being during emerging adulthood. Giving attention to adolescent mental health and developing self-compassion and religiosity during emerging adulthood are crucial to enhancing individual subjective well-being and overall well-being in Indonesian society. Relevant authorities should implement policies to improve the quality of mental health in Indonesian communities, ensuring the well-being and growth of future generations.

Depression has a serious impact that includes emotional, motivational, behavioral, physical and cognitive domains. One of the vulnerability factors for depression is the presence of stressful life events. According to the Humanistic view, a person can experience depression when they cannot fill their existence with meaning. Gestalt counseling is a counseling method that is often used in the humanistic approach because it has the main goal of achieving awareness centered on "here" and "now". One of the intervention methods in gestalt counseling is the empty chair technique. In this technique two chairs are placed in the middle of the room and the client sits while playing the role of top dog and under dog alternately. The subject in this study was a 44-year-old woman who experienced mild depressive episode disorder. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and psychological tests consisting of cognitive tests (WAIS), personality (Graphic), SSCT (Sack's Sentence Completion Test) and Back Depression Inventory (BDI). This research uses a quantitative approach with an experimental method using a single case pre test and post test design. Researchers used the empty chair technique to reduce depression in the subject. The intervention results show that the empty chair technique can be used as an intervention for patients with mild depressive episode disorder. This is evidenced by a positive change related to depressive symptoms in the subject. Meanwhile, based on the calculation of the BDI score, there was a decrease in the score from the original pre-test of 40 (severe depressive) down to 19 (Mild) in the post-test.
