Abstract

PT TTA is a coal concession company that is part of the AIS Group. The HCGS Department as the manager responsible for managing human resources at PT TTA is one of the factors that can improve organizational performance. Management and planning of human resources can be done with workload analysis. Workload analysis is a method used to determine the amount or quantity of labor required. Full time equivalent is a workload calculation method by comparing the time used to complete various jobs and the available effective working time. Based on the results of these measurements, workload analysis was carried out on 6 HCGS employees, 3 of whom were overloaded, one employee was overloaded, and 2 employees had normal workloads. An even distribution of workload to employees is expected to improve organizational performance and reduce employee work stress

Abstract

This study aims to help organizations work more effectively than before by overcoming the existing problems in the Organization. The method used in this research is qualitative by using an open system approach and the assessment used to collect data is interviews, observation, and study of documents. This research was conducted at a coal mining company located in Jakarta. The data that has been collected will be integrated with the aim of completing the data found using other data collection methods. The problem that becomes the main point is the absence of role design and there is no career path scheme. This problem has an impact on the motivation to work down, difficulty in working, unable to work optimally and feel uncomfortable when working. Therefore it is necessary to design an appropriate intervention to overcome the impact of the above problems. The design of interventions carried out is the making of career paths

Abstract

Human Resources are assets that are needed for an organization, both those engaged in services and in the field of production goods. Every organization will certainly have the potential of human resources that are different from one another. This is a challenge for the organization to find and map the potential of its human resources, so we need an alternative that can be used to find potential employees owned by an organization or known as potential review. This study aims to measure the potential capacity of employees who are following the performance evaluation process so that they can identify the hospital's needs in employee self-development. In addition, the purpose of this study is to provide recommendations and suggestions for interventions that are in accordance with the results of the assessment in order to help optimize employee performance. Subjects in this study amounted to 1 person who is in the position of Cashier Supervisor. Methods of data collection using psychological tests and interviews. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. The results of the assessment show that the subject meets the potential standards that are expected to fill the Cashier Supervisor position with recommendations that can still be developed to occupy the Hospital Cashier Supervisor position so that later they can maximize their potential in carrying out the tasks and responsibilities given. In conclusion, a potential review assessment for the Cashier Supervisor position is needed to be carried out in the development of human resources through Coaching to develop the potential of the Subject's leadership abilities in order to carry out the functions, duties, and responsibilities as a leader in the cashier work unit

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is one of the deadliest diseases in the world. Especially in Indonesia, DM is one of the diseases that are often suffered, ranging from mild to serious chronic. The existence of DM suffered by individuals, can affect their psychological health, one of which is anxiety. The purpose of this study was to reduce the anxiety experienced by DM survivors by using cognitive behavior group counseling techniques. The research subjects consisted of 7 DM survivors who came from the XXX Puskesmas in Yogyakarta. The method used in this study is an experiment with one group of DM survivors who have been given the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) questionnaire. The data collected was then analyzed using the SPSS program through the Wilcoxson test. The results show that cognitive behavior group counseling is significant for reducing anxiety in DM survivors (p 0.018<0,05).

Abstract

This study aims to see the relationship between self-efficacy and social support with the career maturity of grade XI students at SMK Negeri 2 Padang. The research design used in this study is a quantitative method. The population of this research was 167 students of class XI at SMK Negeri 2 Padang and the sampling technique used was random sampling technique. Test the validity and reliability of this study using Alpha Cronbach technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the career maturity scale moved from rix = 0.305 to rix = 0.627 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.895, while on the self-efficacy scale it moved from rix = 0.359 to rix = 0.795 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.912. And the scale of social support moves from rix = 0.311 to rix = 0.669. Based on data analysis, it was obtained a value of 0.240 with a significance level of 0.008 which means it is accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between self-success and social support with the career maturity of class XI students at SMK Negeri 2 Padang. The effective suggestion from the variable of independence and social support with the career maturity of class XI students at SMK Negeri 2 Padang was 58%

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is a relationship between Organizational Climate and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at Bank X Padang. The independent variable in this study is organizational climate and the dependent variable is organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The measuring instrument used in this study is the organizational climate scale and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) scale. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study were all 56 employees of Bank X Padang. Test the validity and reliability in this study using the Alpha Cronbach technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the organizational climate move from rix=0.320 to rix=0.773 with a reliability coefficient of =0.911, while the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) scale moves from rix=0.352 to rix=0.791 with a reliability coefficient of =0.944. Based on data analysis, obtained a correlation value of 0.455 with a significance level of 0.000 which means the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a relationship between organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at Bank X Padang. The effective contribution of the organizational climate variable to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is 21%. This can be interpreted that the organizational climate is able to make a positive contribution to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)

Abstract

Pregnancy is time when a person experiences many changes, both physically and psychologically, making them more vulnerable to stress. This case happens because pregnant women experience hormonal changes that affect psychological and physical conditions during the pregnancy process. This study aims to determine the effect of group therapy using supportive techniques coupled with the provision of information needed to reduce anxiety in pregnant women. The data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, Focused Group Discussion (FGD), as well as pre-test and post-test using the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI). The research design using quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test without control, the sample in the study consisted of 7 pregnant women who had mild to severe anxiety levels. The results of data analysis using non-parametric test with the Wilcoxon test showed a value of z = 2.731 and a value of p = 0.018 (p <0.05). The results showed a significant decrease in anxiety scores before and after following the group therapy process. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of supportive group therapy on pregnant women at the Srandakan Public Health Center.

Abstract

The purpose of group therapy conducted in this research was to determine the effect of relaxation technique to reduce anxiety in pregnant women within the working area of Pakualaman Community Health Center. The research subjects consisted of seven pregnant women who experienced anxiety disorder in the moderate category. The methods for data collection were observation, interview, and focus group discussion, as well as a pre-test using a pregnancy anxiety scale with the results of Cronbach a = 0.896 at 28 items and reliability of 0.896. Data analysis techniques were carried out qualitatively based on the results of the therapy process and quantitatively by conducting a post-test. The research results revealed a decrease in anxiety, both qualitatively and quantitatively. The qualitative results showed that the research subjects were able to feel more positive, calmer, and more comfortable during their pregnancy and being optimistic when they were about to face the delivery process, which affected the perceived behavior such as reduced dizziness and comfortable sleep. Meanwhile, the quantitative results showed a decrease in score and the level of anxiety experienced by the research subjects between before and after participating in the group therapy process with the value of z = -2.366 with a significance of p = 0.018 (p <0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that group therapy with relaxation technique could reduce anxiety in pregnant women within the working area of Pakualaman Community Health Center.

Abstract

Permasalahan gangguan jiwa yang terus meningkat akan berdampak pada banyak aspek di dunia. Luasnya permasalahan mengenai kesehatan mental sehingga membutuhkan perhatian dan kerjasama dari lintas sektor, baik pemerintah, stakeholder, keluarga dan masyarakat. Partisipan dalam penelitian aksi ini adalah keluarga orang dengan gangguan jiwa, stakeholder dan masyarakat umum di Desa X Kecamatan Kretek, Bantul, D.I. Yogyakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah keluarga dan stakeholder lebih memahami cara pendampingan orang dengan gangguan jiwa serta mengupayakan pengobatan bagi orang dengan gangguan jiwa. Intervensi dilakukan dengan teknik psikoedukasi yang diberikan kepada keluarga dan stakeholder. Kata kunci : skizofrenia, komunitas, psikoedukasi

Abstract

Team management is needed to support the achievement of organizational goals. One form of good team management also includes efforts to understand and develop the team. The purpose of team development is to ensure that the team can consistently produce the required performance to help organizational processes. This study uses the Open-System model as an effort to understand and carry out team development. The object of this study is the components in one of the teams, namely the Human Resource Development (PSDM) team with team members and the team's environmental conditions. The data collection methods used were interviews with team members, observations of the team's work environment, and document studies on team performance profiles. Data analysis is carried out by integrating findings that have been categorized based on the Open-System model qualitatively. The findings of this study indicate that the Open-System model is able to provide a structured picture of the condition and performance of the HRD team. The main problem condition is that the team work target is not yet solid. The intervention used in responding to the team's assessment results is the preparation of team performance targets using special key performance indicators for the team, so this research is very helpful in developing excellent performance.
