Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of job stress on job satisfaction among Gojek online drivers in Salatiga. The number of participants in this study was 50 that data collected by using questionnaire with Incidental Sampling technique. This study used a quantitative approach with simple linear regression data analysis. The results showed that there was a significant negative impact between job stress on job satisfaction among Gojek online drivers in Salatiga with -2,053 t-value (t-value -2,053> t-table 2,009) and 0,045 significance value (Sig.<0,05). These results indicated that the higher job stress among Gojek online drivers, the lower would be job satisfaction among them. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara positive thinking dengan forgiving behavior pada siswa di MTsN 6 Tanah Datar. Variabel independent dalam penelitian ini adalah positive thinking dan variabel dependent adalah forgiving behavior. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala positive thinking dan skala forgiving behavior. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 205 siswa. Uji validitas menggunakan Corrected Item-Total Correlation dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan teknik Alpha Cronbach. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan koefisien validitas pada skala positive thinking berkisar dari 0,314 sampai dengan 0.764, sedangkan koefisien reliabilitasnya sebesar 0,898. Hasil koefisien validitas pada skala forgiving behavior berkisar dari 0,340 sampai dengan 0,854, sedangkan koefisien reliabilitasnya sebesar 0,961. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan besarnya koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,457 dengan taraf signifikan korelasi (p) = 0,000. Artinya ada hubungan signifikan dengan arah positif antara positive thinking dengan forgiving behavior pada siswa di MTsN 6 Tanah Datar. Sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Sumbangan efektif variabel positive thinking dengan forgiving behavior adalah sebanyak 19%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara religiusitas dengan perilaku prososial. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah religiusitas dan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku prososial. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala religiusitas dan skala perilaku prososial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti sebanyak 630 subjek. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 149 orang siswa SMA Negeri 1 Lembah Gumanti. Koefisien validitas variabel religiusitas diperoleh nilai Corrected Item-Total Correlation berkisar antara antara rxy = 0,311 sampai dengan rxy = 0,865 dengan nilai koefisien reliabilitas sebesar α = 0,967. Untuk koefisien validitas variabel perilaku prososial diperoleh nilai Corrected Item-Total Correlation berkisar antara rxy = 0,326 sampai dengan rxy = 0,827 dengan nilai koefisien reliabilitas sebesar α = 0,902. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh 0,01 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara religiusitas dengan perilaku prososial yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Besarnya sumbangan efektif dari variabel religiusitas dengan perilaku prososial adalah sebesar 28% dan 72% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Minangkabau is a regional language where it is used as the main language by indigenous people in Minangkabau. In minangkabau language the word greeting many undergo changes, especially the word greeting used by teenagers. In addition, the word greeting that already exists is not used anymore by teenagers today. The purpose of the research to be carried out by researchers is, as follows, to find out and describe what are the variety of greeting words used by Minang teenagers to their matrilineal nuclear family, to find out whether the use of greeting words in Minangkabau language begins to fade in Minang teenagers, to find out if minang teenagers still want to apply minangkabau language words in everyday life. The study involved 101 participants, which has been in accordance with the criteria of minang people, namely aged 15-24 years who are male and female. This criterion is prepared to obtain information related to the use of various words of matrilineal kinship in Minangkabau. Researchers used the open-ended-quotionnaire method. The analysis techniques in this study consist of open coding and selective coding. The results of the study can be concluded that, adolescent minang in using the word Minangkabau greeting based on matrilineal kinship undergoes many changes at this time. In addition, most of the subjects studied want to apply the word Minangkabau greeting in everyday life and in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotion regulation on pre-match anxiety of Taekwondo UKM athletes in Makassar City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was SME Taekwondo athletes in Makassar City totaling 100 people with a sample of 50 people. By analyzing the data using SPSS 23.0 for Windows to test normality and linearity, and to test the hypothesis with simple regression. The results of this study indicate the value of F = 11,978 with a significance of 0.003 (p<0.05) which indicates that emotional regulation has a significant effect on anxiety in dealing with competition in Taekwondo UKM athletes in Makassar City. While the value of R is 0.195, it shows that emotion regulation affects the athlete's anxiety. Based on these results, the research hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to test empirically the effect of self adjustment, social support, visual learning style on academic stress in seventh grade students of SMP Negeri X Yogyakarta. This research method is a quantitative method with a Likert scale model as a data collection tool. The subjects of this study were seventh grade students of SMP X Yogyakarta. The sampling technique was carried out by cluster random sampling technique. Data analysis of this research is multiple regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS 21 program. The results of data analysis showed: (1) there was a very significant influence between self-adjustment, social support, visual learning style on academic stress as indicated by F reg = 107.076 with p value = 0.000 (p <0.01). (2) there is an effect of adjustment to academic stress which is indicated by the value of t = -13,349 with a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.01). (3) there is no significant effect between social support and academic stress as indicated by the value of t = -1.726 with a value of p = 0.086 (p>0.01). (4) There is no significant effect between visual learning style and academic stress which can be seen from the value of t = 1.944 with a value of p = 0.054 (p>0.01). The conclusion of this research is that there is an effect of self adjustment, social support, visual learning style on academic stress.

Abstract

Becoming a lesbian as well as a follower of a religion that opposes homosexuality creates an ambivalent and contradictory experience. This study aims to reveal the personal experiences of four homosexually oriented Christian women in Surabaya. All participants are members of Protestant Christian church congregations with different denominations. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and analyzed using an interpretive phenomenological analysis technique. The results of this study reveal three main themes, namely: living in two worlds, reconciling homosexual identity with religion, and making life decisions. The first theme reflects the dilemma experienced by the subjects when they realized that their choice as a homosexual was a sin in the perspective of their religion but they could not be able to force themselves to be a heterosexual woman. The second theme describes how the subjects tried to compromise between their homosexual orientation and their religious teachings. The last theme contains how choices are made when homosexual identity cannot be compromised with religious identity. This study concludes that most of the participants are trying to become a devout Christian and at the same time be able to engage in the same-sex sexual orientation. Keywords: homosexual identity, religious identity, lesbian, Christian Abstrak Menjadi lesbian sekaligus menjadi pemeluk suatu agama yang menentang homoseksualitas melahirkan pengalaman yang ambivalen dan kontradiktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengalaman personal empat perempuan Kristen yang berorientasi homoseksual di Surabaya. Seluruh partisipan merupakan bagian dari anggota jemaat gereja Kristen Protestan dengan denominasi yang berbeda. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan wawancara semiterstruktur dan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis fenomenologi interpretatif. Penelitian ini berhasil mengungkap tiga tema utama yaitu: hidup dalam dua dunia, mendamaikan diri, dan mengambil keputusan hidup. Tema pertama mencerminkan dilema yang dialami para subjek ketika menyadari pilihannya sebagai homoseksual adalah dosa namun tidak mampu memaksakan diri untuk menyukai lawan jenis. Tema kedua menggambarkan bagaimana para subjek berupaya mengkompromikan antara orientasi homoseksualitasnya dengan ajaran agamanya. Tema terakhir memuat bagaimana pilihan diambil ketika identitas homoseksual tidak dapat dikompromikan dengan identitas religius. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar partisipan berupaya menjadi seorang Kristen yang taat dan sekaligus dapat menjalani orientasi seksual sesama jenis.

Abstract

Kehadiran anak berkebutuhan khusus dalam sebuah keluarga akan membawa beban dan kesulitan sehari-hari yang dapat mengganggu keberfungsian dan kualitas kehidupan keluarga. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peran ayah yang optimal. Namun kenyataan bahwa Indonesia termasuk dalam Fatherless Country atau negara dengan keterlibatan ayah yang kurang dalam pengasuhan tentu akan membuat kebutuhan akan peran ayah yang optimal dalam keluarga dengan ABK sulit terpenuhi. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya kajian literatur untuk membantu memperoleh pemahaman tentang peran ayah dalam mengasuh anak berkebutuhan khusus dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Hasil dari kajian literatur yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ayah di Indonesia yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus cukup terlibat dalam pengasuhan, meskipun sebagian besar peran yang mereka mainkan adalah pengasuhan tidak langsung. Faktor yang memengaruhi adalah penerimaan anak, norma gender, kondisi keuangan dan status pekerjaan, dan kesejahteraan psikologis.

Abstract

The bond between parents and children really needs to be built. Attachment of parents and children is important in increasing independence in adolescents. Adolescents high independence helps them to make their own decisions both academically and in other aspects of life. The independence of students can also make students do whatever they want. This study aims to examine the attachment of parents to adolescent independence in grade VII and IX students located at MTsS Nurul Yaqin Siti Manggopoh, Lubuk Basung district. The independent variable used in this research is the scale of parental attachment and the dependent variable is Student Independence. The measuring instrument used in this research is the scale of attachment and independence. The technique taking sampling used in research this is saturated sampling. The number of samples in the study amounted to 50 students. Validity test using Corrected Item-Total Correlation and reliability test using Alpha technique Cronbach. The test results show that the coefficient of validity on the scale of attachment ranges from 0.318 to 0.789, while the coefficient reliability is 0.891 The results. The coefficient of validity on the independence scale ranges from 0.336 to 0.819, while the reliability coefficient is 0.897. Based on the results analysis data show size. This means that there is a significant relationship with a positive direction between Parental Attachment and Adolescent Independence in grades VII and IX at MTsS Nurul Yaqin Siti Manggopoh, Lubuk Basung district. So it can be interpreted that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. The effective contribution of attachment and independence variables was 27%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan buat mengenali hubungan antara regulasi emosi serta perilaku agresif pada siswa SMA di Yogyakarta. Jumlah sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 siswa yang diperoleh dengan metode cluster random sampling. Metode yang digunakan merupakan Metode kuantitatif dengan skala perilaku agresif serta skala regulasi emosi selaku perlengkapan pengumpulan data. Analisis data yang dipakai merupakan teknik analisis product moment. Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara regulasi emosional dengan perilaku agresif pada siswa SMA di Yogyakarta dengan pergantian nilai F sebesar 59, 314 dengan tingkatan signifikansi 0, 000 (p <0,01) yang sangat signifikan dengan kontribusi efektif sebesar 37, 7%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini merupakan ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara regulasi emosi dengan perilaku agresif. Semakin besar regulasi emosi maka rendah pula perilaku agresif siswa SMA di Yogyakarta, dan semakin rendah regulasi emosi maka tinggi pula perilaku agresif pada siswa SMA di Yogyakarta.
