Psyche 165 Journal is an interdisciplinary journal that publishes empirical research, theoretical articles, and selected reviews in applied areas of psychology (other than applied experimental or human factors), including: Behavioral Psychology Clinical Psychology Cognitive Psychology Counseling Psychology Cultural Psychology Economic Psychology Educational Psychology Environmental Psychology Ethics in Psychology Family Psychology and Couples Psychology Forensic Psychology Health Psychology Industrial and Personnel Psychology Professional Practice Psychology of Religion Psychotherapy School Psychology Social Psychology Sport Psychology In addition to publishing manuscripts that have a clearly applied focus, Psyche 165 journal solicits interdisciplinary research that integrates literatures from psychology with other related fields (e.g., occupational health, consumer behavior, law, religion, communication, and political science) in a meaningful and productive manner. Multidisciplinary authorship is encouraged, as is work that fosters novel ideas, identifies mediating variables, includes transboundary issues, and most importantly, encourages critical analysis.

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the relationship between parenting self efficacy, and anxiety of parents with autism children. This study involved 41 parents aged 27 to 60 years old and had children autism with 5 to 12 years old. Anxiety scale, gratitude scale, parenting self efficacy scale, and social support scale was used to collect the data. This Research using the product moment method with IBM SPSS Statistic Version 22 to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a relationship between parenting self-efficacy on the anxiety of parents of children with autism with a value of r = 0.257 and p = 0.000.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication and organizational commitment with group cohesiveness in student organizations. The sample in this study consisted of 31 members of the Ahmad Dahlan University Faculty Student Executive Board. The method used is correlation. Data collection used group cohesiveness scale, interpersonal communication scale and organizational commitment scale. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The result showed that interpersonal communication and organizational commitment with group cohesiveness was 0.810 with p = 0.000 (<0.05). It was included thar interpersonal communication and organizational commitment have a relationship to group cohesiveness.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between empathy with loneliness of children at the Putri Evangeline Booth Orphanage and Putra Wiliam Booth Orphanage. This research was conducted at Putri Evangeline Booth Orphanage located on Jl. Samanhudi No. 27, Hamdan, Medan and the Putra Wiliam Booth Orphanage located on Jl. K. L. Yos Sudarso No. 10, Medan. This study uses primary data for hypothesis testing. While the data collection method used is a questionnaire that was distributed to the study sample. The sample used in this study were 101 respondents. Data analysis technique used in this research is to use Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis method which is done with the help of SPSS 25 for Windows software. The results of data analysis show that the correlation value of product moment is -0.868. This means that there is a negative relationship between empathy and loneliness. The influence of empathy variable on loneliness is 75.3 percent, the remaining 24.7 percent is influenced by other factors not examined. From this study, we can also know that empathy held by children at Putri Evangeline Orphanage and Putra Wiliam Booth Orphanage are included in the high category. Loneliness felt by children is included in the low category. And empathy was proven to have a negative and significant relationship to loneliness in children raised at Putri Evangeline Orphanage and Putra Wiliam Booth Orphanage.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to see the relationship between adversity intelligence and career adaptability of BNI employees of the Rengat branch. The independent variable in this study is adversity intelligence and the dependent variable is career adaptability. The measuring instrument used in this research is the adversity intelligence scale and the career adaptability scale. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling with a total sample size of 35 employees. The validity test uses the Corrected Item-Total Correlation and the reliability test uses the Alpha Cronbach technique. The test results show the validity coefficient on the adversity intelligence scale ranges from 0.326 to 0.732, while the reliability coefficient is 0.915. The results of the validity coefficient on the career adaptability scale ranged from 0.349 to 0.831, while the reliability coefficient was 0.939. Based on the results of data analysis, the correlation coefficient is 0.368 with a significant level of correlation (p) = 0.030 (< 0,05). This means that there is a significant relationship with a positive direction between adversity intelligence and career adaptability of the BNI Rengat branch. So it can be interpreted that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. The effective contribution of the adversity intelligence variable with career adaptability is as much as 14%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to see the relationship between the spirituality with the readiness elderly in dealing with death in elderly at the Tresna Werdha Social Home, Sabai Nan Aluih Sicincin. The independent variable in this study is spirituality and the dependent variable is the readiness of the elderly in facing death. The measuring instruments used in this study were the spirituality scale and the elderly readiness scale in facing death. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a total sample size of 50 elderly. The validity test uses the Corrected Item-Total Correlation technique and the reliability test uses the Alpha Cronbach technique. The trial results showed the coefficient of spirituality validity ranged from 0.351 to 0.863, while the reliability coefficient was 0.967. The results of the validity coefficient on the readiness scale of the elderly in the face of death were 0.325 to 0.755, while the reliability coefficient was 0.932. Based on the results of data analysis, the correlation coefficient is 0.636 with a significance level of p = 0.000. This means that there is a significant relationship with a positive direction between spirituality and the readiness of the elderly in facing death at the Tresna Werdha Sabai Nan Aluih Sic Ring Social Home. So it can be interpreted that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. With the effective contribution of the spirituality variable to the readiness of the elderly in facing death at the Tresna Werdha Sabai Nan Aluih Sic ring Social Home, it was 40%.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to describe the Character Strength on the physically disabled athletes in NPCI (National Paralympic Committee Indonesia) Kota Padang. The method used mix method which are combine both quantitative and qualitative approaches. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study was 10 athletes with physical disabilities in NPCI Kota Padang. The measuring instrument used in this study is the character strength scale which is based on the classification of character strength, namely wisdom and knowledge, courage, humanity, justice, temperance and transcendence.Character strength can be seen from the measurement result using a scale consisting of 81 items in the form of a likert scale. After that, an interview was conducted with the subject to identify more deeply related to their character strength. The result of measurements and interviews show that athletes with physical disabilities in NPCI Kota Padang have five character strength. The five character strength are appreciation, spirituality, hope, gratitude and vitality.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between Job Characteristics and Cyberloafing Behavior among Educational Staff at the Academic and Student Affairs Bureau at Andalas University. The independent variable in this study is Job Characteristic and the dependent variable is Cyberloafing. The measuring instrument used in this study was saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study were 45 employees of the Academic and Student Affairs Bureau at Andalas University. Validity and reliability tests in this study used the Aplha Cronbach technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the Job characteristic scale move from rix = 0.347 to rix = 0.657 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.843. Meanwhile, on the cyberloafing scale, it moves from rix = 0.331 to rix = 0.670 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.898. Based on data analysis, the correlation value is 0.434 with a positive direction, with a significance level of 0.003, which means that the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a significant positive relationship between job characteristics and cyberlaofing.]]>

<![CDATA[The research is aimed to know the relationship between a social support of families with optimism the future of the inmate 's murder at the Lapas Klas IIA Kota Padang . The independent variable in this study is social support and the dependent variable is optimism . The measuring instrument used in this study is scale social support and optimism scale . Mechanical taking samples in the study is using the technique of saturated samples . Samples in research this is 38 people inmate cases killings at the Lapas Klas IIA Kota Padang . The validity and reliability test in this study uses the Cronbach Alpha technique . The results of the coefficient of the validity of the scale of social support moves from r ix = 0.30 9 until the r ix = 0, 689 with the coefficient of reliability of α = 0.9 14 while on a scale of optimism moving from r ix = 0.3 09 up to r ix = 0.799 with the co efficient of reliability of α = 0.9 35 . Based on data analysis , a correlation value of 0, 928 was obtained with a significance level of 0.000, which means the hypothesis was accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between social support from the family and optimism in the murder convicts in Lapas Klas IIA Kota Padang .]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between conformity and aggressiveness. The research subjects used in this research are high school students in one of the schools in Cirebon, totaling 151 people. This study uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique consist of a conformity questionnaire to see the conformity the subject and an aggressiveness scale to measure the level of individual aggressiveness. The data analysis used is Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The results of data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.347 with a significance of 0.000 (p <0.05) and showed that there was a very significant positive relationship between conformity and aggressiveness. The results of this study indicate that the contribution given by conformity to aggressiveness is 34.7% percent, this indicates a very significant relationship between the conformity variable and adolescent aggressiveness]]>

<![CDATA[PT.PN focused on the mining and energy sector contractors. Then it is trusted to work on quary, limestone, clinker, dam construction and road construction. PT PN has human capital development department that is tasked with managing the systems an processes of human resource development through the formulation of development strategies in line with rodmap people of Astra an PT PN. Increase organization effectiveness either by increasing manpower productivity. The research aims to improve the performance of human resources is closely related to man power productivity. One way to increase the contribution and value of human resources by using work sampling analysis method. This study involved five employees in the human caiptal development departement. Consisting of three people as the human caiptal learning an leadership development officer, one person inthe data management officer, and one person as the human capital development admin. Based on the measurement resuts of work sampling analysis, employeesin the HCD department have performed their duties effectively. This can be seen from the total employees man activity of 67,87%, support activity of 24,3% and allowance of 7,8%. The increase in the contribution and value of human ressources will directly affect the increase in man power productivity.]]>
