Abstract

The participation of universities is highly expected in assisting economic recovery, so that economic turnover activities can continue without increasing the number of Covid-19 sufferers. In this case, universities provide solutions in the field of renewable energy as a source of electricity to support the efficiency of the prototypes produced. This activity was carried out by students and lecturers as a form of community service. Where the concept offered is online to offline to maintain shopping loyalty. Consumers can make transactions by selecting product quality, tasting the product, and tasting the product first and they do it in front of their house in the form of a solar-powered mobile market. The method used in the data collection process: the Preparation Stage, the Group Discussion Stage, the Capacity Building Implementation Stage: the Research Stage, the Data Analysis Stage. The conclusion from this study is that the community is enthusiastic, especially those living in housing because of the online to offline system (online ordering system, goods come offline, consumers can choose). For vehicles, it can save fuel because it uses a solar power engine.

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PKM) are carried out in one unit of the Mutiara Bahari Playgroup because it has a large number of students with limited learning resources and teacher competence. PKM is conducted from October to November by going through several stages including: initial identification on October 22 2022, debriefing on learning concepts on November 5 2022, workshop on implementing the use of learning resources in improving the quality of the learning process on November 11 2022, testing field trials from November 14 to 28, program evaluation in the first week of December. The change felt by the teacher is that for sufficient learning resources from the natural surroundings, there is no need to use materials or media from the manufacturer, and the most enjoyable thing is that children usually ask to go home during the learning process after activities are carried out using learning resources from the surrounding environment in an attractive arrangement. Children are more enthusiastic to come to school and do various creativity according to the imagination of each child.

Abstract

Bullying is a social problem that never ends in society. These problems can be found in various social contexts such as education, the world of work, even in everyday life. Perpetrators and victims also come from various age backgrounds. Children and adolescents are an age that is vulnerable to bullying. Schools are the places most frequently encountered cases of bullying, in fact, sometimes this problem has been internalized with other activities such as the new student orientation period. Bullying behavior in the school environment can create an environment that is less supportive of students' self-development, can hurt students, so they feel unwanted and rejected by their environment. This of course will have an effect on various student activities at school. The causes of bullying are caused by family factors, environmental factors, school factors and social environment factors. Bullies are students who have more physical or social strength than other friends, have a high temperament, and have a low sense of empathy. Victims of bullying who often fight against perpetrators, but some of them obey the perpetrator's orders and don't dare because they are afraid. Therefore, to tackle bullying, every school needs counseling that can increase students' understanding of bullying. The methods used in this extension are (1) lectures; (2) discussion; (3) feedback; and (4) video playback. The results of the counseling show that there is awareness among students that bullying can come in various forms. Students also realize the need for their role in reducing cases of bullying that occur at school.

Abstract

The independent curriculum is an entire unit and teachers are given the freedom to plan and carry out learning according to the characteristics and nature of the child, this is in line with the thoughts of Kihadjar Dewantara, as a national hero and the founder of national education, Ki Hadjar Dewantara's ideas about the education system through the among system have been widely studied and implemented in educational institutions throughout Indonesia. The development of the independent curriculum itself is optimized through the learning community in schools, between schools and the wider community. The participants can find out what an independent curriculum is, how to formulate learning objectives, determine dimensions in the five-dimensional student profile, and develop lesson plans using independent curriculum teaching modules. The existence of a pretest and post test shows that the knowledge and skills of the training participants show an increase as can be seen from the results of the post test where the average score increases to 78 from the average prestest score of 43, and the teaching modules produced by the participants show they understand and understand the curriculum independent.

Abstract

Indonesia has a low level of awareness of health and food safety. This is proven by the fact that there are still many foods in circulation that contain harmful preservatives such as borax. Borax is a food additive used to increase food shelf life, shape, taste, and texture. The purpose of this community service is to educate the people in Benangkah village regarding the dangers of borax and how to identify it using simple tools and materials. The method used is the lecture method and demonstration simulation. The results of the community service showed that several food samples positively contained borax which was indicated by a change in color to brownish red after being dripped with turmeric solution.

Abstract

Among the numerous scientific publications that affirm the advantages of butterfly pea blossoms. The inhabitants of Benangka Village, Burneh District, Bangkalan City, among others, do not appear to be familiar with this information to a large extent, according to community facts. Despite the fact that they have a butterfly plant in their yard. Based on this, we believe it is essential to hold educational activities for the residents of Benangka Village regarding the potential and benefits of the butterfly pea flower as well as suitable processing techniques, in order for the benefits of the butterfly pea flower to be felt by the larger community as fully as possible. The method used in this PKM activity was socialization and a demonstration of how to make butterfly pea flower herbal drink using a simple technique, namely brewing. The community responded positively to the activities that were carried out, as evidenced by the enthusiasm displayed during the activity.

Abstract

Indonesia is the largest producer of spices, one of which is ginger. Ginger is a plant that is easily grown in all types of soil, so it is easy to obtain, apart from cooking spices, ginger can also be used as an instant drink which is beneficial for the health of the body. Instant ginger powder is made from 100% ginger which is processed using household appliances so that everyone can make instant ginger powder drink easily and practically. The purpose of the community service in the village of Bangkalan, Bangkalan Regency, is to socialize the manufacture of good and correct instant ginger powder, so that it can produce really good powder, while the benefits are that many people still do not understand about instant ginger powder and its contents and benefits. The results of the dedication That from the ginger plant to instant powder and even the dregs can be used for some minor ailments that they don't know about and how to process ginger into instant ginger powder.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to increase participants' knowledge about the correct processing techniques for vegetables and fruit to maintain nutrient content. Furthemore, increase participant awareness to consume vegetables and fruit to meet daily nutritional requirements. This activity consists of four stages. First, the introduction of the situation. At this stage the committee conducts a regional survey and then determines the problem, then the activity targets are known. The second is planning, this consists of performance formation and preparation activity program. The third is implementation of activities and the last is assessment. This activity was carried out on January 27 2023. The community was enthusiastic about this activity and began to open their awareness about caring for their health.

Abstract

The lack of attention to learning Arabic makes Arabic a language that is marginalized from people's lives. Getting around this phenomenon, PBA IAIM Sinjai students initiated an Arabic language training program as an effort to attract the attention and interest of remote communities in learning Arabic and change their perspective that Arabic is not a primitive language. The type of research used is field research using a qualitative descriptive approach by means of which the researcher is directly involved with the community regarding the program to be implemented. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, implementation of learning programs and documentation. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman's theory which includes data reduction, display or presentation of data, then conclusions. The efforts made in this study were to use an Arabic language learning model which was packaged in an attractive way so as to show the enthusiasm of the local community and foster their love for learning Arabic.
