Abstract

Effect of growing media and fertilizers Grow Quick S concentration on the growth of Dendrobium orchid hybrid. The aim of research to determine the effect of growing media and fertilizers Grow Quick S on the growth of orchids. Research compiled in Aak Design (RBD) with 3 x 4 factorial analysis and repeated 3 times. The first factor is the planting medium (M) which consists of three levels, namely: (m1; m2 coconut husk; charcoal and m3; brick) and the second factor Quick Grow fertilizer S (P), which consists of 4 levels, namely: ( p0; 0 ml / liter of water, p1; 1 ml / liter of water, p2; 2 ml / liter of water and p3; 3 ml / liter of water). The results showed growing media treatment significantly affected all variables observed except in the number of leaves ages of 30 and 60 HST and the increase in diameter trunk age of 30 HST. The best treatment is achieved m1 (coco) Quick Grow S treatment significantly affected all variables observed except in the number of leaves ages of 30 and 60 HST and the increase in diameter trunk age of 30 HST. Abstract

The main results are oil crops such as crude palm oil (Crude Palm Oil). Crude palm oil is the result of non-oil export commodities large enough nowadays. In fact, if it were processed into oil derivatives will provide a greater positive impact. One that can be used as oil derivative is a producing β-carotene. Attempts to separate the source of β-carotene from crude palm oil is the solvent selected and by extraction. Results extract crude palm oil will be applied in the manufacture of peanut shake at Regency. A rocking nut snacks are becoming the hallmark of Regency. Nuts rocking has limited shelf life. Abstract

Effect of Dolomite and NPK fertilizer on Coal Mine Closure Land for Plant Growth Rubber (Hevea brasiliensis). The purpose of this research know the effect of Dolomite lime and NPK fertilizer on Coal Mine Closure Land for medium rubber trees (Hevea brasiliensis) .Penelitian was conducted for 135 days, from July to November 2011, a post-mining land research Mining Authority PT. Bukit Baiduri Energy (BBE) Fruit Loa Village Sungai Samarinda.Rancangan City Kunjang used was a randomized block design (RAK) with factorial 4 x 4 are each repeated 5 times, the first factor which comprises four levels ie d0 (without calcification ), d1 (calcification of 500 g / hole), d2 (calcification of 750 g / hole) and d3 (liming 1000 g / hole). While the second factor which comprises the provision of NPK Pelangi 4 levels ie p0 (without fertilization), p1 (Provision of 40 g / tree), p2 (Provision of 50 g / tree) and P3 (Provision 60 g / tree). The results showed that administration of dolomite lime very significant effect on the parameters as height, stem diameter at the age of 45.90 and 135 days after planting, as well as the significant parameters of the number of umbrellas at the age of 135 days after planting. In the administration of NPK fertilizer treatment showed a significant influence on the parameters as height and diameter of the stem of the plant at the age of 90, 135 days after planting, while at the age of 45 days after planting NPK fertilizer significantly affected plant height and trunk diameter rubber plants on land post-mine coal. Interaction between giving Lime Dolomite and NPK rainbow showed significant effect on plant height and number of leaves crown / umbrellas at the age of 135 days after planting. Abstract

Research on the effect of concentration and frequency of giving PKS liquid waste on the growth and yield of mustard (Brassica juncea L.) was conducted in Arongan Village, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya Regency starting from November to December 2021. The design used was a randomized block design (RAK) factorial. The first factor is the concentration of PKS liquid waste which consists of 3 treatment levels K1 (4%), K2 (8%), and K3 concentration of PKS liquid waste 12%). The second factor is the frequency of watering PKS liquid waste which consists of 3 levels of treatment P1(frequency of watering PKS liquid waste 5 days 1 time), P2 (frequency of watering PKS liquid waste 7 days 1 time), and P3 (frequency of watering PKS liquid waste 9 days). 1 time). The results of the study did not show an interaction between the treatment of PKS liquid waste concentration and the frequency of watering PKS liquid waste with all observed variables. The concentration of PKS liquid waste had a significant effect on the number of leaves at 29 DAP and root length. Varieties treatment did not have a significant effect on all observed variables. Abstract

Variabel yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman (cm) umur 20, 40 dan 60 HST, jumlah daun umur 20, 40 dan 60 HST, jumlah cabang umur 20, 40 dan 60 HST, Jumlah buah pertanaman umur 20, 40 dan 60 HST. Hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan analisis ragam (ANOVA) α = 5%, dilanjutkan dengan uji beda nyata (BNT) α = 5%. Tidak ada interaksi pada tinggi tanaman begitu juga tidak ada respon baik pada faktor tunggal pemberian pupuk NPK maupun pupuk Organik, namun ada kecenderungan pemberian pupuk Organik 125 g/Polibag memperlihatkan tinggi tanaman yaitu 153,33 cm. Pemberian pupuk Organik memiliki tinggi tanaman yaitu 160,50 cm. Pemberian pupuk Organik 250 g/Polibag memiliki tinggi tanaman yaitu 155,83 cm. Pupuk organik dan NPK berpengaruh nyata terhadap rata-rata jumlah cabang dan jumlah buah pertanaman. Keywords : Pupuk Organik, Pupuk NPK, Cabai

Abstract

Lada di Indonesia sebagian besar diusahakan oleh rakyat. Hanya sebagian kecil yng diusahakan oleh negara dan perusahaan swasta besar. Luas lahan perkebuunan lada pada tahun 2012 sebesar 178.622 hektar. Naik sebanyak 0,64% dari tahun sebelumnya (2011) yang luasnya hanya 177.490 hektar. Jumlah total produksi lada pada tahun 2012 sebesar 88.160 ton. Produksi lada naik sebesar 1,23% dibandingkan di tahun lalu (2011) yang hanya berproduksi sebesar 87.089 ton. Sedangkan produktivitas nasional lada berada di angka 789 kg/ha pada tahun 2012. Produktivitas lada nasional naik tipis (0,13%) di bandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya yang hanya 784 kg/ha. Kalimantan Timur, produktivitas ladanya dapat mencapai angka 1.363kg/ha/tahun. Dari data tersebut dapat di simpulkan bahwa ada kesesuaian lahan, iklim, teknis budidaya yang benar, dan pengguanaan varietas unggul yang tepat. Saat ini penelitian dengan perbanyakan menggunakan stek sudah banyak di lakukan namun masih ada kegagalan dalam perbanyakan stek hal ini diduga bahwa perlu adanya penambahan zat pengatur tumbuh dan penggunaakn pupuk organik. Maka perlu dilakukan pengaruh ekstrak bawang merah dan pupuk kompos batang pisang terhadap lada (Piper nigrum L) varietas Malonan 1. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan ekstrak bawang merah dan pupuk kompos batang pisang terhadap lada (Piper nigrum L) varietas Malonan 1. Ekstrak bawang merah dengan konsentrasi 80 ml / 100 ml air mampu memberikan pengaruh yang sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan bibit lada pada parameter pengamatan panjang tunas umur 2 MST, 4 MST, 6 MST, 8 MST, dan panjang akar dengan rata-rata 11,82 cm, 15,37 cm, 20,96 cm, 27,66 cm, dan 14,75 cm. pupuk kompos batang bisang dengan dosis 450 g / polibag memberikan pengaruh yang sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan bibit lada pada parameter pengamatan panjang tunas umur 2 MST, 4 MST, 6 MST, 8 MST, dan panjang akar dengan rata-rata 11,66 cm, 17,16 cm, 21,12 cm, 27,20 cm, dan 16,52 cm. Interaksi kedua perlakuan memberikan pengaruh yang sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan bibit stek lada, dengan interaksi perlakuan terbaik adalah B3K2 yaitu konsentrasi bawang merah 80 ml / 100 ml air dan dosis pupuk kompos batang pisang 250 g / polibag dengan rata-rata panjang tunas 33,66 cm. Abstract

Semakin bertambahnya jumlah penduduk dan meningkatnya kebutuhan pangan, maka teknologi untuk meningkatkan hasil pertanian terus dikembangkan. Diantara teknologi yang ramah lingkungan untuk meningkatkan hasil pertanian adalah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi sonic bloom yaitu teknik menyuburkan pertumbuhan tanaman menggunakan gelombang suara frekuensi tinggi (3500–5000 Hertz) yang digabungkan dengan pemberian nutrisi melalui daun. Dari berbagai penelitian yang menggunakan paparan gelombang suara terhadap tanaman, sepanjang pengetahuan penulis belum ada yang menggunakan murotal Al-Qur’an dan music klasik pada tanaman kangkung yang ditanam dengan system hidroponik. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian dengan judul Pengaruh Suara Murottal Al-Qur’an dan Musik Klasik Terhadap Panjang Daun dan Berat Basah Kangkung Air (Ipomoea Aquatica) dengan Sistem Hidroponik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengetahui pengaruh suara murotal Al-Qur’an dan musik klasik terhadap panjang daun dan berat basah kangkung air yang ditanam dengan system hidroponik. (2) Mengetahui signifikansi suara murotal Al-Qur’an dan musik klasik terhadap panjang daun dan berat basah kangkung air yang ditanam dengan system hidroponik. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan tiga perlakuan yaitu (A) Suara Musik Klasik, (B) perlakuan kontrol tanpa suara, dan (C) suara murotal Al-Qur’an. Suara yang diberikan memiliki taraf intensitas bunyi sebesar 65,8-73,9 dB. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa : (1) Paparan suara murotal Al-Qur’an dan music klasik berpengaruh terhadap panjang daun dan berat basah kangkung air yang ditanam dengan system hidroponik (2) Hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada panjang daun dan berat basah kangkung air dengan perlakuan pemberian suara murotal Al-Qur’an, musik klasik dan tanpa suara.

Abstract

Manure is the group of organic fertilizers that play a role in increasing the biological, chemical and physical activities of the soil so that the soil becomes fertile and good for plant growth. The use of manure in Wamena is not yet significant because the community believes that organic farming is actually agriculture without involving any input other than planting seeds. This study aims to determine the effect of cow manure on the growth and yield of local varieties of Wamena shallots and to determine the appropriate dosage of cow manure for onion growth and yield. The study was was using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 4 doses of cow manure, that is without treatment of cow manure (S0), treatment doses of 50 g/polybag (S1), treatment doses of 100 g/polybag (S2), and treatment doses of 150 g/polybag (S3). If the statistical test results show a significantly different effect, then it is further tested using the LSD (Least Significant Difference) at the 5% test level. The results showed that effect of cow manure had an influence on the growth and yield of local Wamena varieties of shallots, which was shown by the treatment of S2 (100 g/polybag) on the parameters of plant height of 5 MST and fresh weight of plant leaves of 9 MST. Whereas S3 (150 g/polybag) treatment gave the best effect on the number of leaves at 1 MST, leaf fresh weight and leaf dry weight.

Abstract

The lesser grain borer, Rhyzopertha dominica (F.) (Coleoptera: Bostrichidae) is a primary pest that causes damage to stored cereals such as corn, grain, rice, wheat, sorghum, tubers, and starch-containing substrates and packaging made from wood. R. dominica not only cause losses in terms of quantity but also affect quality during the storage period through their feeding activities. The study aimed to determine the level of susceptibility to rice during storage to R. dominica. The research was conducted at the Laboratory of Plant Pest and Disease, Faculty of Agriculture, Malikussaleh University, Aceh which began from November 2019 to February 2020. The study was done in the form of laboratory experiments using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) nonfactorial with a total treatment of 10 rice varieties. The results of variance analysis using the Duncan Multiple Range test showed that the susceptibility level of rice to R. dominica infestation was classified into moderate category. The highest percentage of weight loss was found in Mekongga varieties (1,95%) while the lowest in Inpari 30 (0,73%)

Abstract

Research on application of solid decanter and SP 36 fertilizer on vegetative growth of palm oil seeds (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) age 1 month. The study was conducted for 12 weeks (3 months) from May - August 2021. The research was carried out in the Agrotechnology Experimental Garden at Widya Gama Mahakam University Samarinda. This research uses The research method used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with a 4 x 4 factorial experiment consisting of 3 replications. The first factor is P0 = No Treatment (Control), P1 = 75g/polybag, P2 = 100g/polybag, P3 = 125g/polybag. While the second factor is SP-36 fertilizer with: S0 = No Treatment (Control), S1 = 1.5g/polybag, S2 = 2.5g/polybag, S3 = 3.5g/polybag. The expected output is to provide information about the best dose of solid decanter for vegetative growth of falm oil for the community. Provide information about the best SP 36 fertilizer for the vegetative growth of palm oil for the community.
