Abstract

This study aims to identify theoretical arguments and hypotheses also analyzing interrelationship between influence of e-WOM, destination image, and attitude towards tourists’ travel intention at Nusa Penida, Bali, Indonesia. With a total of 229 online respondents participated in this study. Primary data were obtained from an online survey using Google Form with likert scale. Author evaluated data using SPSS 27.0 to assess the validity and reliability test, also used AMOS 26.0 Graphic to analyze the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and examine the hypothesis result. The results of the analysis confirm that e-WOM is affecting destination image but not significant, also affecting tourists’ attitude and travel intention significantly. However, the destination image had a negative affect towards travel intention significantly and tourists’ attitude affected travel intention significantly. The results of this research will contribute to the fields of tourism destination marketing, e- commerce, tourist destination branding, and e-tourism. This study assists tourism organizations in the development and implementation of destination marketing strategies in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study which promotes financial literacy (X1) and fintech (X2) ascertain how financial inclusion (Z) affects the growth of MSMEs (Y). Quantitative research method employed. Abstract

This study examine financial literacy financial attitude and financial knowledge in relation to financial management behavior in Bengkulu city's UMKM fashion industry. This study both quantitative and qualitative data gathering methods, including a questionnaire. The study's sample included 75 respondents. The saturated sample method is the sampling approach that is employed. processing of primary and secondary data utilizing SPSS's multiple regression analysis approach and statistical analysis methods. According to the study's findings, financial management behavior is positively impacted the factors of financial obligations, financial knowledge, and financial attitudes at the same time. Each independent variable influences financial management behavior favorably to some extent.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price, and advertising on purchasing decisions of SMEs in Payakumbuh, using a case study of SMEs Sanjai Anna in Payakumbuh. This research was conducted by collecting data from 30 respondents who are customers of UMKM Sanjai Anna. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were selected purposively. The questionnaire consists of questions related to product quality, price, advertising, and purchasing decisions. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that product quality, price, and advertising have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Sanjai Anna's SMEs. Good product quality can increase customer confidence and satisfaction with the product, thereby influencing purchasing decisions. Competitive prices and promotion through advertising also have a positive influence on purchasing decisions. This research makes an important contribution to the understanding of the factors that influence purchasing decisions for MSMEs in Payakumbuh, especially for Sanjai Anna's MSMEs. The results of this study are expected to provide input for MSME owners in developing marketing strategies

Abstract

Management of human resources in an organization is an important aspect, because HR will have a positive impact on organizational development. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload and work life balance on employee performance through job burnout. This research was conducted at the Biro SDM Polda Bali. The population in this study were all employees of the Bali Police HR Bureau with a total of 88 employees. The sample used is the census method so that the entire population is used as a sample. Collecting data using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Work life balance has a positive effect on employee performance. Job burnout has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on job burnout. Work life balance has a negative and significant effect on job burnout. Job burnout is able to mediate the effect of workload on employee performance. Job burnout is able to mediate the effect of work life balance on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style and organizational climate on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable (study at Nyitdah Regional General Hospital). The data analysis technique uses 'path analysis' (path analysis) where the data has been tested for validity, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The results of the analysis found that 1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Nyitdah Hospital; 2) Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Nyitdah Hospital; 3) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Nyitdah Hospital; 4) Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Nyitdah Hospital; 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Nyitdah Hospital; 6) Leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at Nyitdah Hospital. Job satisfaction has not been able to act as a mediating variable in the relationship between leadership style and employee performance at Nyitdah Hospital; and 7) Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at Nyitdah Hospital. Job satisfaction can act as a mediating variable in the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance at Nyitdah Hospital. Suggestions in this study, it is expected that the hospital director should maintain and improve leadership style, organizational climate, and job satisfaction to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: i) the factor that determines tourists buying at coffee shop in the Denpasar area, and ii) the dominant factor that determine tourists decide to buy at coffee shop. The analytical tool used in solving this problem is factor analysis using the SPSS (Statistics Package of Social Science) 24.0 version for windows software program. The results of the research show that: i) the factor that determines tourists buy at coffee shop in the Denpasar area which include: Main factor (coffee shop facilities, name/brand, product price and building design) this factor is the dominant factor that determines tourists buy at coffee shop in the Denpasar area, Supporting Factor (strategic location, encouragement of local people, personal income and lifestyle), Convenience Factor (payment system, cleanliness of the coffee shop and parking facilities), Motivational Factor (discounted prices and expectations of satisfaction), Trust Factor (labor and promotional media), and ii) the dominant factor that determines tourists buy coffee shops in the Denpasar area is the Main Factor, this factor is formed by the variant of coffee shop facilities, name/brand, product price and building design

Work from anywhere has become a trend in today’s digital era, especially during the Covid- 19 pandemic which forced many employees to work from home. Although work from anywhere has brought benefits such as flexibility and convenience, it has also created several challenges, such as difficulties in maintaining work order and lack of social interaction with colleagues. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work from anywhere on job satusfaction and increase job satisfaction by prioritizing initiative and independence among employees to implement work effectiveness mediated by soft and hard competencies. Abstract

Joint Business Group (KUB) is an organization as a forum for community empowerment to review economic improvement. This study aims to identify the knowladge sharing model in KUBs in Gempol Pasuruan District Villages with a research sample of 13 villages. The research used a qualitative model with descriptive type. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that knowledge sharing in KUBs in Gempol Subdistrict Villages includes: (1) Regular Cadence (RC); (2) Integrating Expertise (IE); (3) Diversity and Inclusion (DI); (4) Regular Knowladge Update (RKU); (5) Interconnected Platforms that are Accessible to all (IPA); and (6) Create Points of Contact within Different Departments of an Organization (CPCDDO)
