This research aims to explore the audience's expression during the presentation of Batak songs at Champion Cafe and Lavaz Coffee. The research uses the qualitative research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The research is characterized as qualitative with a descriptive design. The result of the study are 1) Expression is a form of self-expression present in each individual, manifesting as physical responses such as body movements when listening to musical melodies. 2) Saweran in the urban society of Medan is an expression involving the giving of money to the music performer when a song presented by the singer or band resonates well with the audience.

This study aims to discuss the image of mothers in the poetry collection Surat Kopi by Joko Pinurbo. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using a hermeneutic approach. The data of this research is in the form of poetry quotations that contain words or phrases containing images of mothers, both physical, psychological, and social images. The data is obtained from the poems contained in the poetry collection Surat Kopi by Joko Pinurbo. The poems used as objects are 18 poems, with consideration of the suitability of the issues raised in the study. The results of this study describe the image of a mother as a woman who has physical, psychological, and social aspects. The mother depicted is a mother who is strong and strong in raising her children and a figure who loves and cares about her children. The poet more dominantly displays the psychological and social aspects of a mother in her poems.

This research aims to explore the meaning of the use of Tungkot Tunggal Panaluan. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method which aims to describe systematically, actual and factually using words, sentences and images as supporting data.Data collection techniques in this research are library studies, documentaries and interviews with the source of the heir of Tungkot Tunggal Panaluan.Tungkot Tungkol Panaluan is a stick carved with the faces of seven humans and several animals carved according to actual events from certain wood and have supernatural powers. The research was carried out in Humbang Hasundutan, precisely Huta Gurgur, one of the areas that is one of the origins of the Batak or King clan rest (village). The results of the research are a source of information for understanding the meaning of Tungkot Tunggal Panaluan as a symbol of sahala or sangap.

This research focuses on stunting prevention by looking at the level of collaboration between local governments in overcoming stunting in Medan City. Qualitative research methodology with a descriptive approach was used in this study. In-depth interviews and observations were used to collect primary data. Data and information on the collaboration process and the relationship between the government, private sector, and community were collected directly from each of the Medan City Government agencies involved. Secondary data were collected from authorised individuals and agencies in the form of papers, reports, and scientific publications in the form of processed data. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The research findings show that government collaboration in stunting prevention in Medan City consists of three fundamental pillars in the notion of collaboration and, as a result, developed a coordination forum. In addition, although not statistically significant, the partnership process has resulted in a decrease in stunting rates. The Medan City government's efforts to learn and build trust with the community contributed to the success of the stunting prevention programme.

This study aims to determine how the Performance of the Medan City Transportation Agency in the Framework of Optimising the Safety Guarantee of Public Transport Passengers in Medan City (Study on Trans Metro Deli Bus) using descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data were obtained through primary and secondary data and analysed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Medan City Transportation Agency in the context of Optimising the Safety Guarantee of Public Transport Passengers in Medan City has been running well but there is still a need for supervision and a high sense of responsibility for the implementation and running of the Trans Metro Deli Bus and to further improve socialisation and good communication with passengers in order to attract their interest to always use the Bus because it is guaranteed safety, security and comfort.

This study aims to analyse the Effectiveness of the Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) Program in improving public compliance in Medan City using qualitative research methods. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data was obtained through primary and secondary data and analysed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) program in improving community compliance in Medan City is already running but there is still a need for massive socialisation and also accelerating the process of connecting static ETLE at several points that have not been directly connected to the back office dashboard so that enforcement has not been carried out optimally so that the objectives of the ETLE program, namely Kamseltibcarlantas (Security, Safety, Order and smoothness of Traffic) can be carried out properly.

This research aims to explain the value of Islamic religiosity in Admiral Cheng Ho's migration to Nusantara, Indonesia. This research uses library research. The descriptive analysis method collects, compiles, analyzes, and draws conclusions. The results showed that China communicated Islamic culture as an effective way to be accepted in the archipelago. The migration step of Chinese diplomacy through Admiral Cheng Ho is said to have reflected the "Clean Diplomacy" diplomacy theory by emphasizing that diplomacy focuses not only on the ends but also on the means, and all negotiation processes are equally important. The value of religiosity in life practiced by Admiral Cheng Ho, believing in Allah SWT, appreciating, and respecting the people in the archipelago, illustrates the behavior of loyalty to the Chinese ruler by spreading Islam in the archipelago through trade routes.

The development of technology and the internet has changed the way consumers interact with brands. Live streaming, especially via Shopee, has become an effective strategy in the digital era. This research analyzes the application of live streaming at night as an effort to influence purchasing decisions for Avero products. The research method uses descriptive qualitative with a SWOT matrix. Avero live streaming is powerful in live interactions, product presentations, and reading live comments. Disadvantages include connection disruptions and competing evening activities. Opportunities include special evening promotions and free delivery vouchers. Threats involve monotonous content and the emergence of new competitors. SO, WO, ST, and WT strategies are recommended to optimize Avero's live-streaming marketing on Shopee. The conclusion emphasizes adapting to competitors' strategies for greater live-streaming effectiveness. This research is expected to guide Shopee Live users in formulating more efficient marketing strategies.

Advertising is one way to market products in the digital era by utilizing social media as a marketing tool to expand its market reach without limits. Implementing the right online promotional strategy is very necessary to attract consumer attraction through TikTok social media. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of TikTok social media advertising as an online promotion strategy for CV Avero Indonesia and analyze the content characteristics of TikTok @averoofficial advertising as an online promotion strategy for CV Avero Indonesia. This research is qualitative research using the library research method. The research results can conclude that advertising via TikTok social media is quite effective as an online promotion strategy for CV Avero Indonesia. The advertising promotion strategy delivered by the TikTok account @averoofficial is in line with the AIDA stages, which attract a lot of attention and increase the audience seen from the number of followers of the TikTok account.

The proponents aim to assess the emotional state of the pre-service teachers from a tertiary education institution in Olongapo City, Philippines. A total of 185 pre-service teachers participated in the study using a descriptive research design. To gather enough information about the emotional state of the respondents, the study used a standardized instrument, the DASS-21, to assess three aspects of emotional status: depression, anxiety, and stress levels of the respondents. Afterward, the proponents then calculated the descriptive statistics like frequency and percentage. Results show that the pre-service teachers have normal to moderate levels of depression, a moderate to extreme degree of anxiety, and a normal to moderate level of stress in most of them.
