The goal of this study is to assess the impact of credit risk and liquidity risk on profitability with the level of operational efficiency as an intervening variable, at Conventional Commercial Banks Bank Group Based on Core Capital3 and Bank Group Based on Core Capital4 listed on the IDX in 2021-2024. Data obtained from secondary data from annual reports of financial institution companies listed in 2021-2024. This research method uses the SEM-PLS 4.0 analysis technique. This study's hypothesis is based on past research and a variety of supporting theories. The findings of this study show that credit risk (gross and net NPL) has no meaningful effect on profitability. Credit risk (gross NPL) has a positive and large impact on operational efficiency, whereas net NPL has no meaningful effect. Liquidity risk has no substantial effect on profitability, but it does have a positive and considerable impact on operational efficiency. The level of operational efficiency has a negative and significant effect on profitability. The level of operational efficiency has a negative and considerable mediating influence on profitability of both credit risk (gross NPL) and liquidity risk. However, operational efficiency has no substantial effect on profitability when compared to credit risk (net NPL).

This study aims to evaluate the effect of hypnotherapy on medication adherence among CHD patients at the Heart Clinic of RSUD Batang. The study employed a quasi-experimental method with a pre-post test design. The sample consisted of 52 patients divided into two groups: an intervention group (hypnotherapy) and a control group. The research instrument included a medication adherence questionnaire based on the Health Belief Model, which has been tested for validity and reliability. This analysis was conducted to test the difference in mean ranking from the results of two measurements in the same group, so the test used was the Mann Whitney test with an ethical test with the number 445/039/KEPRSUDBTG/IX/2024. The analysis revealed a significant increase in patient adherence after receiving hypnotherapy compared to the control group. Hypnotherapy positively influences patient behavior, including increased motivation to consistently take medications and attend health check-ups. Hypnotherapy is effective in enhancing medication adherence among CHD patients.

The potential of mobile smartwatch health applications to improve sports performance, avoid injuries, and aid in general health management has drawn a lot of interest in recent years. Through the integration of cutting-edge technologies, these programs offer athletes immediate feedback, real-time physiological and psychoemotional indicator monitoring, and customized exercise regimens. According to the review, individualized workout regimens and real-time feedback from mobile Smartwatch health applications greatly enhance sports performance, injury prevention, and motivation. Persistent issues were identified, nevertheless, such as the inability to tailor regimens for a variety of athletes, guarantee user compliance, and handle privacy and security issues with data management. To maximize these uses, the results highlight the necessity of strong privacy safeguards and interdisciplinary cooperation. wellbeing apps for mobile smartwatches are essential for improving athletes' mental and physical wellbeing. But for them to succeed going forward, they must address issues like data security, adherence, and customisation. In order to optimize the potential of these applications in athletic health management, future research should concentrate on developing AI-driven personalization, enhancing user engagement, and fortifying privacy safeguards.

The shift from traditional English language instruction to a communicative approach in Indonesia has led to a perceived decline in the importance of grammar competence, particularly in the transition to teaching English as an international language (TEIL). Many educators prioritize communication skills over grammatical accuracy, resulting in students’ lack awareness of their grammatical errors. In response, this paper advocates for a contextual and meaningful framework for teaching grammar. This approach involves presenting input texts, analyzing language elements with a focus on grammar, engaging in discussions about grammar usage and patterns, creating new texts, conducting peer correction exercises, and discussing students' texts. By embedding grammar instruction within meaningful contexts, students can develop a deeper understanding and improve their overall language proficiency.

This study aimed to examine the workplace stress factors among part-time lecturers in Lesotho. A qualitative research design method was used where thirty face-to-face semi-structured interviews were used to collect data in lecturers working in public, private and religious higher education institutions. The findings reveal the following workplace stress factors in part-time lecturers: heavy workload, working hours, job insecurity, office space, resources and facilities, delay in payment and student behaviour. The findings of this study further add to the existing literature on workplace stress in the context of Lesotho. Therefore, future studies may use other methods and also focus on full time lecturers of all higher education institutions in Lesotho, to get more insights on the issue of workplace stress.

This study aims to investigate how customer loyalty in Indonesian MSMEs is impacted by service quality, pricing, and customer happiness. Fifty articles published between 2020 and 2023 were analyzed as part of a systematic review of the literature. After reviewing the literature, we created a theoretical framework that argues that MSMEs' antecedent configurations influence their service quality and customer satisfaction at different phases. We examine the fundamental theories of customer loyalty in SME research, as well as service quality, customer happiness, and loyalty, using in-depth content analysis. The assessment points out important theoretical knowledge gaps.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Analysis of Cash Flow Control in Order to Increase the Efficiency and Effectiveness of Budget Use at the University of Indonesia Hospital. This study is qualitative, namely research whose data sources use primary data from direct interviews with research informants. The population in this study was the University of Indonesia Hospital. The sample in this study was 4 informants, namely the Hospital Director, Procurement Staff, Budget Users and Pharmacy Staff. The study found that cash out budget management at the University of Indonesia Hospital (RSUI) is not yet fully effective. Budget use often deviates from plans, requiring improvements in planning, spending control, and evaluation. While regulations exist, their implementation remains inefficient. Strengthening evaluation, system improvements, and internal supervision is needed to enhance effectiveness.
