Abstract

Cyberbullying is a threat on any  digital platform, and it can have a very harmful and emotional effect on the person receiving these types of comments. Here, we present a deep learning framework that utilizes NLP-based and neural network-based approaches to analyze and predict the  emotional responses associated with cyberbullying incidents. The model is trained and evaluated using a curated dataset of social media posts labeled  with emotions like anger, sadness, fear, and neutrality. Tokenization, lemmatization, and word embeddings (GloVe, BERT, etc.) are  the different preprocessing methods used to represent textual data. Write. Multiple architectures, such as CNNs, LSTM networks,  and transformer-based approaches, are compared to achieve high accuracy in emotional response classification. Experimental results  show that transformer models outperform traditional learning models for precision and recall. The results can lead to intelligent monitoring systems that identify harmful emotional content  followed by necessary, timely interventions. Such  research shows promise for AI-driven emotion analysis to support safer online environments.

Abstract

Indonesia has long relied on coal as the largest source of energy from 2000 - 2022, as reported by the International Energy Agency (IEA). In line with this, this study aims to analyze the disclosure of environmental costs within the framework of responsibility accounting in coal mining sector companies in Indonesia. This study highlights the extent to which companies follow the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 305 standard in reporting Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions as well as transparency and accountability. The four companies that became the object of research were PT Adaro Energy Tbk, PT Bukit Asam Tbk, PT Berau Coal Energy Tbk, and PT Indika Energy Tbk. The research method used is qualitative analysis with a descriptive approach, based on secondary data from the company's sustainability report for the period 2021 - 2023. The results show that most companies have implemented the GRI 305 standard, but there are still variations in the level of information disclosure, especially in reporting scope 3 GHG emissions and ozone-depleting substances. PT Bukit Asam Tbk has the highest level of conformity, while PT Adaro Energy Tbk has a medium level of conformity. PT Berau Coal Energy Tbk and PT Indika Energy Tbk have a low level of conformity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the main challenges in Human Resources (HR) training in the hybrid working era, and to offer adaptation strategies that can be applied. The methods used in this study are literature review and analysis of current trends and practices in HR training management. The results of the study indicate that there are several main challenges, including adaptation of training methods, participant engagement and motivation, digital divide and accessibility, communication and collaboration, and evaluation of training outcomes. The conclusion of this study is that the success of HR training in the hybrid working era depends not only on technical solutions, but also on the transformation of organizational culture that supports continuous learning and collaboration. Organizations need to adopt a more adaptive, personalized, and technology-based training approach, and invest in the development of an integrated hybrid training strategy, supporting technology and infrastructure, flexible and modular training program design, facilitator skill enhancement, implementation of proactive communication strategies, utilization of online collaborative learning methods, development of adaptive performance evaluation metrics, focus on digital skills development and adaptability, building a culture of continuous learning, and conducting continuous evaluation and adjustment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of income inequality, average years of schooling, economic growth, and domestic investment on poverty in the Special Region of Yogyakarta during 2009–2023. Using a multiple linear regression approach, the findings show that income inequality and economic growth have no significant effect on poverty. Meanwhile, average years of schooling significantly reduces poverty, emphasizing the role of education in improving welfare. Domestic investment shows a fluctuating effect depending on its distribution. This research contributes to the formulation of inclusive policies to reduce poverty through equitable education access and strategic investments, especially in regions with high economic disparities. These findings are expected to guide policymakers in addressing multidimensional poverty.

Abstract

One part of the information system in the hospital is the pharmacy sector in the pharmacy installation, which is responsible for medications in the hospital. The research conducted is qualitative using Nvivo software. Data collection was carried out through observation and direct interviews with informants in the pharmacy installation who have been using the information system for at least 1 year. The method used involved pre-test, development, and post-test with the informants. The interview guidelines use the PIECES Framework method. The variables in this method are Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control, Efficiency, and Service. The evaluation results of the use of MIS in the pharmacy installation have several obstacles, including response time, system menus that are not yet fully functional, inaccurate drug stock data, and the absence of a report menu to assist in pharmaceutical work. The results of the evaluation after development showed significant differences between the pre-test and post-test in each variable of the PIECES method. This is because the development has addressed several issues that were problematic in the pharmacy installation. The evaluation of the management information system can be conducted periodically so that issues experienced by system users can be identified more quickly. Thus, continuous improvements can be made in the future, and the management information system used will be able to assist in the medication service process at the hospital pharmacy installation.

Abstract

The phenomenon of grey divorce, which is divorce that occurs in elderly couples (50 years and above), is increasingly prominent in modern society, including in the Christian community. Divorce in the golden age is often not caused by major conflicts, but by the loss of emotional connection, relational boredom, and the search for a more personal meaning in life. This phenomenon has psychological, social, and spiritual impacts not only for the divorced couples, but also for adult children and the family structure as a whole. From a Christian faith perspective, the church can be present as an agent of recovery and not just as a guardian of norms. With a theological-pastoral approach, this study emphasizes the importance of the church providing a safe and loving space for elderly couples experiencing marital crisis. Through pastoral counseling services, supportive elderly communities, and teachings that emphasize the values of loyalty and unconditional love, the church can play a significant role in restoring relationships, building new hope, and strengthening the meaning of marriage in the light of Christ's love.
