This study aims to map the development of the literature on digital marketing strategies in the tourism sector, with a focus on their impact on destination image and tourist decisions. Using a data-driven bibliometric approach based on Scopus data from 2009 to 2025, a total of 288 articles were analyzed to identify publication trends, dominant keywords, leading authors and institutions, as well as remaining research gaps. The analysis results show a significant increase in the number of publications post-2018, particularly following the COVID-19 pandemic, which accelerated digital transformation in the tourism sector. Data visualization via VOSviewer identified 14 main clusters, with five dominant themes covering digital strategies, e-WOM, consumer behavior, Generation Z engagement, and destination sustainability. The most productive journal is Sustainability, with significant contributions from authors and institutions in Indonesia, India, and Portugal. This study also identified important gaps, including a lack of research on consumer engagement, the use of advanced quantitative methods such as PLS-SEM, and the limited representation of developing country contexts in the existing literature. These findings make a significant contribution to mapping the literature and guiding strategic directions for future research, particularly research focused on the utilization of advanced technologies, content personalization, and a deep understanding of digital traveler behavior.

The integration of the digital economy and macroeconomic factors is increasingly influencing economic growth in the ASEAN-5 region, particularly in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Thailand. This phenomenon is worth studying given the region’s dependence on foreign investment, exchange rate stability, and internet adoption. This study aims to analyze the effects of FDI, exchange rates, inflation, and the number of internet users on GDP for the period 2014–2024. A quantitative approach using panel data regression with the Common Effect Model (CEM) was employed, utilizing Stata 14. The results indicate that FDI, exchange rates, and internet users have a positive and significant impact on GDP, while inflation has a negative but insignificant impact. These findings suggest that foreign investment, exchange rate stability, and digital economy adoption play a crucial role in driving regional economic growth, whereas inflationary pressures still need to be controlled.

This study examined and mapped the determinants of corporate sustainability practices among companies in the primary consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over 2020–2024. Employing descriptive qualitative content analysis on 105 documents from 21 purposively selected companies, the study identified five sustainability pillars: innovation capacity, corporate governance, environmental management, corporate social responsibility, and human capital investment. Empirical findings reveal that corporate sustainability is shaped by the synergy of all five pillars, with notable implementation variation across sub-sectors, indicating the sustainability agenda has evolved into a strategic business pillar transcending mere regulatory compliance.

This study aimed to determine the significant effect of teachers' self-efficacy on their burnout and job commitment. The key findings are as follows: among highly proficient teacher-respondents, the degree of self-efficacy was rated as "Quite a Bit" across four indicators: decision-making, school resources, instructional self-efficacy, and enlisting parental involvement while proficient teacher-respondents, ratings varied across the six indicators. Efficacy to influence, instructional self-efficacy, and efficacy to enlist community involvement were rated "Quite a Bit," while disciplinary self-efficacy, efficacy to enlist parental involvement, and efficacy to create a positive school climate were rated "Very Much." For level of burnout, highly proficient teachers were rated "High" in terms of career satisfaction. However, both groups generally reported a "Low" level of burnout concerning perceived administrative support and coping with job-related stress. Regarding attitudes toward learners, most teachers reported a "Moderately High" level of burnout. A significant difference in job commitment was found between highly proficient and proficient elementary teachers. However, no significant differences were observed between the two groups in terms of self-efficacy and burnout. Furthermore, job commitment was significantly affected by teachers' self-efficacy, whereas burnout was not. Based on these findings, a development wellness program is proposed for adoption by schools to support teacher well-being and professional growth.

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial ratios on the stock price of KBMI 3 banks in Indonesia for the period 2017–2024. The variables used include: Return on Equity (ROE), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Price to Book Value (PBV), and Non-Performing Loan (NPL), with a Covid-19 dummy control variable. The study used a quantitative approach with quarterly panel data on nine banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and was analyzed using a fixed effects model with robust standard errors. The results show that CAR and PBV significantly influence stock prices, while ROE and NPL are insignificant. Simultaneously, all variables have a significant effect. These findings suggest that investors respond more to capital strength and valuation than to profitability and credit risk.

This study examines the impact of digital marketing strategy on company performance with sustainability strategy as a moderating variable in the context of PT PLN (Persero) UID North Sumatra. Digital marketing strategy is conceptualized into managerial digital capability and operational digital capability. Data were collected from 113 respondents across 67 customer service units and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and Multi-Group Analysis (MGA). The results indicate that both managerial and operational digital capabilities significantly improve company performance. Sustainability strategy strengthens the effect of managerial capability but weakens the effect of operational capability. MGA results reveal that managerial capability is more influential in low-digital readiness units, whereas operational capability is stronger in high-digital readiness units.

This study analyzes the legal status of Acting Regional Heads within Indonesia’s constitutional system as a solution to the postponement of Regional Head Elections. The postponement of such elections has the potential to create a leadership vacuum that may disrupt the continuity of regional governance. This research employs a normative juridical method, using both statutory and conceptual approaches. The findings indicate that, formally, the existence of Acting Regional Heads has a valid legal basis. However, there remain normative weaknesses concerning the limits of authority, accountability mechanisms, and democratic legitimacy. Acting Regional Heads do not possess a direct mandate from the people, which may lead to a legitimacy deficit. Nevertheless, their presence remains necessary to ensure the continuity of governance. Therefore, stronger, clearer, and more comprehensive regulatory frameworks are required.
