Abstract

Improving health services to the community is the responsibility of all health facilities throughout Indonesia. One aspect that health facilities must pay attention to is being able to provide sustainable health services by looking at the diagnosis history and drug therapy that has been given to patients. This requires a tool to be able to view the history. However, in conditions where patients receive health services at different clinics or hospitals, problems arise, such as (1) Doctors cannot see the history of diagnosis and drug therapy at other health facilities, (2) Errors may occur in the next disease assessment, (3) and medically psychologically it can hinder doctors in making a diagnosis because sometimes the information from the patient is incomplete or does not meet the elements of truth. Hospital Management Information Systems usually only record the history of services, diagnoses, medical procedures, drug therapy given at the hospital. To find out the history of patients at other hospitals, SIMRS needs to bridge with systems outside it. Namely the BPJS Information system. The BPJS system has provided a service that can be used by Health Facilities to view patient history at other health facilities that the patient has visited. The system is named Icare BPJS. By connecting the Hospital SIM with the Icare BPJS SIM, it is hoped that it will be able to provide continuous health services to patients and minimize errors in determining diagnoses, drugs to be given and other medical procedures.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe the influence of parental education level and use of cellphones on the learning outcomes of class IV students at SD Negeri 064017 Medan Perjuangan. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The samples for this research were parents and fourth grade students at SD Negeri 064017 Medan Perjuangan. The data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires and documentation. This research uses a flow model qualitative research data analysis cycle which consists of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the last education of parents who were S1 (Strata-1) was 1 person with a percentage of 4%, the last education of parents who were high school/equivalent was 19 people with a percentage of 79%, the last education of parents who were junior high school/equivalent was 3 people. with a percentage of 13% and the parent's last education was elementary school, amounting to 1 person with a percentage of 4%. This shows that the final education of the parents of class IV students at SD Negeri 064017 Medan Perjuangan is more than SMA/SMK/MA graduates. Parents' latest education influences the learning outcomes of class IV students at SD Negeri 064017 Medan Perjuangan. The results showed that the learning outcomes of class IV students at SD Negeri 064017 Medan Perjuangan were in the low category as many as 12 people with an average of 50%, the learning outcomes of students in the medium category were 5 people with an average of 21%, the students' learning outcomes were in the There were 2 people in the sufficient category with an average of 8%, and there were 5 students in the high category with an average of 21%. From the data obtained, there were 87.5% of parents with details of the final education of the parents of 17 high school/vocational school graduates, 1 elementary school student and 3 high school students who stated that the use of cellphones had a negative influence on their children, such as being lazy about studying, late eating at home, lying to friends via social media and seeing bad things on social media. This shows that the negative influence of cellphones is greater than the positive influence of cellphones if there is no supervision and guidance from each parent.

Abstract

In the era of globalization as it is today, Information and communication technology is defined as the development of an important element and has a great influence on humans.Computers or gadgets become data processing devices and communication media that are very important in a job. No exception in the world of education that also uses these technological advances in the learning process, such as in schools and colleges. The use of e-report cards in schools still has its own challenges, especially in terms of acceptance and use by teachers. There are still various factors that can affect the acceptance and use of e-report card the application of Information Systems Technology in the field of Education. E-report card is one of the implementation of the application of Information Systems Technology in the field of education that serves in making the results of Student Assessment Reports. E-report cards provide benefits for teachers to process students ' academic and non-academic grades, and assist schools in preparing assessment reports in accordance with existing assessment guidelines. E- report information system is used to process the attitude value, knowledge value, and skill value that teachers put into the final grades of students. The results of observations and interviews that have been conducted with E-report card admin, subject teachers and homeroom teachers of SMK Negeri 2 Padang. Researchers found several facts that the difficulties and problems in using the E-Report Card system. It can be seen that there are teachers who have difficulty using E-report cards because the network is unstable, there are still teachers who do not understand the features of the E-Report Card application so that the difficulty when using it, there are still teachers who have difficulty when using the E-Report Card system, because the time when filling in the value is also limited, if there is a delay the teacher automatically cannot perform the assessment process to the E-Report Card Application System.

Abstract

In this era of globalization computers are needed in all aspects of life except in the world of education. One student sign is the identity of students as students who are still actively participating in school education. Student identification cards obtained at the YAPIM Pinang Awan school include the process of designing student sign cards that is difficult, seems old and still manually using the Microsoft Word application. With the support of existing technology, data processing currently carried out can be replaced with a web-based system. Data collection methods used are observation, interview and literature study while the programming used is Web site programming using MYSQL and PHP databases. This research produces a web-based YAPIM Pinang Awan student card design application system. Hopefully with the application system the design of the student sign card can facilitate the making of student card / student card printing.

Abstract

This research discusses observations of Law Number 41 concerning Waqf in the context of the practice of purchasing land for waqf done collectively. explained in a mosque, namely the Mosque Darussalam in Tourism City, Bogor. Purchase of land for waqf collective is an act of charity that can be carried out by individuals, group, or institution to acquire land or property with purpose of waqf. Waqf is a concept in Islam where a person or a group donates assets (usually land or property) to charitable or public interest purposes. The main purpose of waqf is to improve social and community welfare. This research examine relevant aspects, such as land purchasing practices, type of waqf used, pillars and terms of waqf according to Law Number 41 of 2004. This research method uses qualitative approach with data collection through interviews mosque administrators, identify related aspects with Law Number 41 concerning waqf, nadzir, power of attorney and property ownership, allocation of waqf assets. Research result shows that the practice of purchasing land for waqf is carried out collectively at the Darussalam Mosque Foundation is appropriate with the Waqf Law number 41 of 2004.

Abstract

Virtual Reality (VR) technology has changed the paradigm in the video gaming industry by providing immersive immersive experiences to users. One prominent implementation is in the VR game Lounge Room Resident Evil 8, offered by Blink Playstation Padang. This research aims to analyze the impact of using VR technology on the experience of playing this game at Blink Playstation Padang, especially regarding the level of player satisfaction, level of immersion, and acceleration in improving the playing experience. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving data collection through surveys and interviews with players who have tried VR technology at the facility. The results show that the use of VR increases the immersion and responsiveness of the game, although it also poses challenges such as initial adaptation to the interface and device controls. Overall, players were satisfied with the experience of playing the VR Lounge Room Resident Evil 8 game on Blink Playstation Padang, with a high level of satisfaction with the visual-audio quality and interaction provided by VR technology. This study provides insight into the potential applications of VR technology in the video game industry and its implications for further development.

Abstract

MD sigambal shop is one of the furniture stores that sell household furniture every day. various types of furniture produced are very varied and in accordance with consumer demand. in meeting consumer demands that are constantly changing, MD stores provide products with different amounts each day. this causes the MD sigambal store to be used as a place of research because the information system on the sale and purchase of furniture in that place has not been well managed so that there are often mistakes in the making of existing reports, such as uncertainty in producing the number of products (supplies). because it requires an accurate system for predicting the amount of furniture. This information system applies the waterfall model in its development and is built with the PHP programming language and uses MYSQL. program design that will be done with a reference program that is made using the UML (Unifed Modeling Language) method.

Abstract

Information and communication technology (ICT) continues to spread throughout all spheres of life, including education. UHW PERBANAS SURABAYA, uses data and correspondence innovation in instructing and advancing by utilizing the UHW PERBANAS SURABAYA E-Learning Site. However, in its application there are several problems when submitting opinions / answers to the discussion session. The column box that has been provided likes to disappear by itself or error by itself and in e-learning there is a limited size or size so that it cannot collect or send assignments with large file sizes, so it is required to compress the file first. This study intends to break down the variables that impact client (understudy) acknowledgment of the UHW PERBANAS SURABAYA E-Learning Site. This examination utilizes the UTAUT (Bound together hypothesis of Acknowledgment and Utilization of Innovation) research model. Testing utilizing Proportionate Delineated Arbitrary Inspecting procedure. A sample size of 347 respondents from UHW PERBANAS Surabaya students was used for the online data collection. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of implementing the PrestaShop e-commerce platform on the efficiency and sales of Fashion Outlet Rantauprapat on Sisingamangaraja. Using a case study approach using quantitative and qualitative data, this study analyzes purchase data before to and after PrestaShop implementation, as well as conducts research with store owners. The results of the study show that PrestaShop significantly improves operational efficiency, reduces market volatility, and increases sales. However, challenges such as a lack of technical knowledge and skills must be addressed. This study found that PrestaShop has a large potential to become an effective tool for Fashion Outlet Rantauprapat in terms of increasing sales in the digital era.

Abstract

To increase the sales index of Budi Shoes Thrift in the Glugur Rantauprapat market, this research will start developing e-commerce using CMS Prestashop. Data will be collected through observation and interviews with the owner of Budi Shoes Thrift.to understand customer preferences and buying and selling activities. Even though Prestashop allows easy online transactions, most users prefer to buy directly in store or use dropship services. The level of consumer trust in well-known local brand goods is the main component that influences this. Although Prestashop has tremendous potential to increase market and operational efficiency, effective promotion and outreach strategies are required to achieve success. The right strategy, which combines technology and increases customer trust, can drive Prestashop implementation, increase sales and strengthen market share.
