Abstract

Drug trafficking and abuse is a very complex problem, which requires efforts to overcome it. Given that there are still many obstacles in the process of grouping drug users at the Binjai City BNN Office, for this reason the author tries to create a system to support a computerized grouping process that can help automatically classify drug users based on age, so there is an opportunity to design a grouping data mining system in it. Data mining is part of a computer-based information system that employs one or more computer learning techniques to analyze and extract knowledge automatically that is used to support grouping within an organization or a company. Clustering is a method that is applied to create a grouping data mining system to make it easier for staff to classify drug users based on age. Based on the analysis that has been done on grouping drug user data using the clustering, it is necessary to do the cluster several times to get the same results according to the first process. In this process, the process is carried out 10 times to obtain cluster. In cluster 1 which is 3 9 4,  cluster 2 is 3 1 4, cluster 3 is 3 5 4 with the number of members of cluster 1 as much as 322 data, cluster 2 as much as 81 data and cluster 3 as much as 97 data.

Abstract

Expert system is a system that uses human knowledge, where the knowledge is entered into a computer, and then used to solve problems that usually require human expertise or expertise. In this case the expert system is used to diagnose pregnancy diseases in women. Pregnancy disease is a condition in which there is a disturbance in pregnancy or the fetus in the womb. An expert system for diagnosing pregnancy diseases in women is an expert system designed as a tool for diagnosing types of pregnancy diseases. Computer programs are intended to provide aids in solving problems in certain areas of specialization such as pregnancy problems in women. This knowledge is obtained from various sources including books and the internet related to the causes of pregnancy in women. The knowledge base is structured in such a way as to become a database with several disease tables and symptom tables to facilitate system performance in drawing conclusions on this expert system using Naive Bayes. This expert system will display a choice of symptoms that can be selected by the user, where each symptom choice will read the user to the next symptom choice to get the final result.

Abstract

Public health center is a health service facility that organizes health efforts for the community. Currently, most public health center are still using the old system to record all transaction results, and the data processing is still in manual form so that this method can be time consuming and inefficient. Therefore, the researcher intends to find out and analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction with the customer relationship management method. One of the things that health workers need to know and pay attention to is efforts to improve the quality of services that can have an impact on the good or bad of the patient's assessment of the public health center. The stages of data collection were carried out by conducting interviews, literature studies, and observations. and using the RAD method at the system development stage. The application of the Customer Relationship Management method at the UPT Public health center Perbaungan was built on a web-based basis, with the CRM application it is expected to help attract new patients and also maintain the quality of services provided to patients so that they can continue to assist the marketing process for service satisfaction at the Public health center.

Abstract

Uterine cancer is a malignant process an event that occurs in female reproduction, so that the surrounding tissue cannot perform its function properly. This condition is usually accompanied by abnormal vaginal bleeding and discharge, this disease can occur repeatedly. The possibility of uterine cancer can attack the womb for pregnant women as great as those who are not pregnant. The condition of cancer in the uterus or reproduction during pregnancy is not something that is taken lightly so that it is immediately possible to take appropriate action and treatment. For proper treatment, of course, requires an expert who in this case is a doctor. However, it is not uncommon to get service and treatment from a doctor, having to wait a long time. This is because there are few doctors who handle this case but there are many patients who must be treated. This is not to mention the costs incurred are fairly large. With a fairly large cost, it is not uncommon for people to choose traditional medicine. Therefore, to overcome difficult problems and the high cost of treatment, one alternative is to provide an application to diagnose uterine cancer. With an application that can be accessed online, it makes it easier for the public to find out early on and seek treatment. The results of research that adopts an expert system and Bayes' theorem as an alternative are difficult and expensive to treat, so that people are more helped and get education from an early age.

Abstract

Computer technology that is increasingly developing has created a situation that demands everything to be computerized. Science from technology has also changed the way of life of most Indonesians. The presence of information and communication technology affects the technology applied in information systems, especially the input and output mechanisms. One of them is at the Clinic which requires computer technology in its operations. The design of this website also uses 3 stages of Rapid Application Development (RAD) system design, the result of which is a website for a medical record information system. In order for clinical activities to run smoothly at the Clinic, an information system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method is needed because the software development process model is classified as an incremental technique and emphasizes short, short, and fast development cycles. Medical record system testing will be tested using Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT) testing.

The purpose of this study is to emphasize the influence and effect of E-Commerce on business. E-Commerce is purchasing and selling goods and services through the Internet. The company concept is developed to present its services online, allowing clients to choose and purchase the needed things. Web-based business is a way to do business through the Internet. E-Commerce has transformed the nature of business so swiftly and dramatically that what was once revolutionary is now just evolutionary. The study's primary goals are to research the idea and effect of E-Commerce, as well as to present the pros and downsides of E-Commerce. They are considering the study's aims, namely the success of E-Commerce and the challenges of the conventional company, which businesspeople encounter several issues daily. If you conventionally join the market, you will quickly find that competition is fiercer than ever, innovation is costly, and creating and recruiting a team is time-consuming. Solving difficulties and staying on top of the game have serious financial consequences for the firm. More preparation and even more cost-effective explanations are required for you as a business to approach the market. On the other hand, this study concentrates on performing sales and marketing online, which may be more productive than conventional methods. Finally, this article aims to examine E-Commerce's efficacy in contrast to conventional business.

Abstract

At the time of the current era of technological globalization, the need for the Basic Education Council at the branch level is to be able to manage school business charities for more than 2 schools, with hundreds of teachers and students, so that the implementation of data collection is quite complicated and complex. Data collection that is done manually is considered inefficient considering the large number of teaching staff and schools managed by the head of education and education. One of them is at the Tegal Sari II branch which has 8 schools consisting of Kindergarten, Elementary School, and Junior High School. Online administrative services are considered sufficient to be a solution in the implementation of administration, one of the systems that has been widely developed is a website-based information system. One of the programming languages ​​that can be used in website development is PHP and MySQL. This research uses the R&D (Research and Development) method. Researchers conduct research in advance to collect the required amount of data with interviews, then carry out system development and conduct testing and evaluation of the system created.

Abstract

Senior High School 1 Tigapanah  is a high school located in Mulawari Village, Tigapanah District, Karo Regency. The existing system in the library is still done conventionally, namely by recording a list of members and transactions into a book. The data collection technique used is through survey methods and small interviews with respondents. The results obtained from this study indicate that the positive reinforcement with significant numbers in utilizing the school library comes from the invitation of friends, secondly from the teacher, from parents, from library facilities and finally from the librarian. While the negative reinforcement with significant numbers came from the teacher, the second was from discomfort factors such as stress and boredom, and the last was from the surrounding environmental conditions. In the library system, errors often occur in inputting so that data processing becomes slow and the calculation of fines given to students who are late in returning books to the library is often wrong. In paying attention to these problems, a system is needed that can process the existing transaction processes in the library. The programming languages ​​used are: PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. With this system, all activities make it easy for the library to process borrowing and returning transactions as well as calculating fines.

Abstract

The Hapesong New Village Office is a village asset building specifically designated for the operational activities of the Hapesong Baru Village government. The absence of employees at the Hapesong Baru Village office is an important and mandatory role for all employees to be used for official purposes in administration and administration. So far, the government of Batang Toru District, South Tapanuli Regency is still using the attendance system in a manual way that is still not computerized where employees must fill in attendance by writing down attendance signs for example the signature of the employee concerned, this way of attendance has the risk of committing fraud. quite large, because there is still an opportunity to fake employee attendance signs. Data accumulation and errors often become obstacles in processing employee attendance data. Therefore, the authors chose Batang Toru District, South Tapanuli Regency as the object of research. With the development of digital technology, one of which is in the field of computerization, it can help the system in employee attendance. The result of this research is the Design of an Employee Attendance Information System at the Web-Based Hapesong Baru Village Office. In making attendance attendance applications, which are built using a programming language, on the server side is PHP while on the client server side it is HTML. In the database using SQL language with MYSQL DBMS. The modeling of this expert system uses the Unified Modeling Language model.

Abstract

The development of information technology can make it easier to do various things, including the provision of services that use technology in providing information to customers who need and receive information. The service at PT Sumatera Sistem Integrasi is that the process of complaining about network disturbances from customers is still manual, so that customers still come directly to the company or by telephone to make complaints and prepare reports still in the form of ledgers and customers. queues are not yet systematic and integrated. Based on these problems, the authors built a website-based customer complaint application using the Dynamic Priority Scheduling algorithm as a queue priority. The Dynamic Priority Scheduling Algorithm is a dynamic approach to the priority scheduling algorithm. In the dynamic approach, this algorithm focuses on the process of determining the queue based on predetermined priority rules. With this application, it is hoped that it can simplify and improve the quality of service to customers optimally at PT Sumatra Sistem Integrasi.
