Journal Islamic Economics Ad Diwan; Institut Ummul Quro Al-ISlami Bogor adalah jurnal penelitian dalam disiplin ilmu ekonomi islam dan masalah ekonomi syariah yang diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi baru atau state-of-the-art untuk pengembangan akademik atau aplikasi dunia nyata atau keduanya. Abstract

The number of verses in the Qur'an has different opinions among scholars, the factor behind the disparity in the number of verses is the difference among those who listened to the Prophet's recitation, SAW. regarding waqf and washal. Regarding the number of ahkam verses, there is also ikhtilaf among scholars, the difference is caused by the perception of the criteria for the legal verses themselves, the reality does show that certain verses, on the one hand reflect legal verses, but on the other hand indicate other groups of verses. There are scholars who count the number of ahkam verses less, namely 150 verses, this may be because they only count those that really explain the law, in the sense of normative law only. There are scholars who count the number of ahkam verses reaching 900, some even count up to 1100 verses, this calculation is considered more realistic. because in reality, there are not a few legal istinbath taken from verses themed qashas (stories), verses of proverbs (parables) and even verses with other themes, but in the syar`i khitab it is still related to the actions of mukallaf people contained in the Qur'an and sunnah, both explicitly and implicitly. While some say that the number of economic and financial verses is only 10 verses and some say it reaches 400 verses, this is because some use verses as evidence in all aspects of the economy, both consumption, production, distribution, agriculture, fisheries, employment and other aspects, even though only implicitly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of empowerment and work motivation on employee performance at the Department of Public Housing and Settlement Areas of Banda Aceh City. The research method employed was quantitative with a census approach involving the entire population of 46 civil servants. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that empowerment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.316. Work motivation also shows a positive and significant effect, with a regression coefficient of 0.427, indicating that work motivation is the dominant factor in improving employee performance. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.779 demonstrates a strong relationship between empowerment and work motivation simultaneously on performance. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.589 shows that 58.9% of the variation in employee performance is explained by these two variables, while the remainder is influenced by other factors. These findings suggest that strategies to improve employee performance should integrate both work motivation and empowerment in a balanced manner. Practically, organizational leaders should develop policies that include training programs, delegation of authority, recognition of achievements, and the creation of a conducive work environment. This holistic approach is expected to encourage creativity, innovation, and productivity, thereby supporting the achievement of organizational goals effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

As a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia has the potential to become the center of the world's halal industry. With the Muslim population reaching 85% of the total population, this could be a supporting factor for success. However, the reality is that until now the potential has not been realized. One of the areas with a large Muslim population in Indonesia is Banten Province. There are 4,579 Islamic boarding schools that can be collaborated with as facilitators of halal development. The aim of this research is to see the effectiveness of collaboration between students, Islamic boarding schools and MSMEs in order to increase the number of halal certifications in Banten. Research that collaborates with this service takes the form of providing training and education for the community, such as skills training, workshops or seminars regarding the halal certification registration process in the Islamic boarding school environment. The activity, which was accompanied by 4 HES students, resulted in 59 halal certificates. The certificate consists of food and drinks. Starting from tea, cilok, contemporary food and so on. The result of this activity is that the department needs to pay attention to continuing to socialize and educate so that students are active in these activities. Indirectly, this program also helps departments for student tracer studies which have an impact on department accreditation. Active collaboration from various parties is very necessary. So it has a positive impact on major students and MSME players

Abstract

This research analyze potential of sustainable tourism development and religious moderation as a strategy to create halal tourism. In this study, halal tourism focuses not only on providing services that comply with sharia principles, but also on strengthening interfaith harmony that can support the sustainability of the tourism industry. This research highlights the importance of a moderate understanding of religious teachings that can encourage harmonious social interactions so as to create an environment conducive to the development of halal tourism destinations. By utilising local potential and involving the community in the management of tourism resources, it is expected to improve the economic welfare of the community while maintaining spiritual and cultural values. This research also explores the challenges faced in the implementation of halal tourism, such as the lack of facilities that support the needs of Muslim tourists. Thus, the development of halal tourism in the Tulungagung Southern Crossing is expected to be a model for other regions in combining economic sustainability with religious values, thus creating a tourist destination that is not only naturally attractive but also socially and spiritually meaningful

Abstract

The central bank plays a crucial role in the economy through the implementation of monetary policy to maintain inflation and exchange rate stability. As an inflation controller, the central bank uses instruments such as interest rates, open market operations, and mandatory reserve settings to control the money supply and adjust aggregate demand. Tight monetary policy is applied to suppress inflation, while expansionary policies are carried out in weak economic conditions to promote growth. On the other hand, in maintaining exchange rate stability, the central bank can intervene in the foreign exchange market to reduce currency volatility and maintain economic competitiveness. With price and exchange rate stability maintained, the economy can grow sustainably and avoid uncertainty. The role of the central bank becomes increasingly important in the face of complex global and domestic dynamics, and requires good coordination with fiscal policy to achieve optimal macroeconomic objectives. The economic development of a country, including in Indonesia, is certainly inseparable from the monetary and fiscal policies pursued by each country concerned. But the monetary and fiscal policies pursued vary by country depending on the real economic conditions, direction, and development goals to be achieved. Monetary and fiscal policy management in principle aims to maintain the inflation rate by regulating the circulation of money and interest rates that tend to increase in society. Bank Indonesia is an independent institution that has the task of determining and implementing monetary policy so that the value of the rupiah remains stable and the inflation rate can be controlled in order to maintain and increase Indonesia's economic growth. Abstract

This research applies the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyze the impact of using the marketplace on increasing sales of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research collected two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. References or reference materials were made through Garda Rujukan Digital (GARUDA). After going through the screening process, seven journals relevant to the research topic were found. Based on a review of nine articles published between 2019 and 2024, it was found that marketplace utilization plays an important role in expanding market reach, increasing product exposure, and simplifying the transaction process for customers. In addition, optimizing digital marketing strategies through marketplaces contributes to building customer loyalty and increasing the operational efficiency of MSMEs.  These findings highlight the urgency of implementing effective strategies in utilizing and managing marketplaces to support sustainable business growth and strengthen MSME competitiveness in the digital era. Furthermore, this study identifies that aspects such as service quality, customer trust, and innovation in promotional strategies influence the success of MSMEs in utilizing the marketplace. The use of integrated social media and data analysis allows MSMEs to understand consumer behavior and develop more targeted marketing strategies.  Although the marketplace offers various opportunities, there are still a number of obstacles such as the high level of competition, the cost of using the platform, and the limited digital literacy faced by some MSME players. Therefore, support is needed from various stakeholders, including the government, platform providers, and educational institutions, in the form of training, mentoring, and wider access to digital technology. Thus, MSMEs can optimize the use of marketplaces to achieve sustainable business growth and increase competitiveness in the global market.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the protective economic empowerment strategy implemented at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri Campus 8. The concept of protective economic empowerment does not merely focus on improving the economic welfare of female students (santriwati), teachers, and the surrounding community, but also functions as a safeguard to preserve the religious values and cultural traditions that are deeply rooted in the pesantren environment. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research gathers information through observation, interviews, and documentation of various ongoing economic programs. The main areas of focus include the development of pesantren cooperatives, the establishment of diverse micro-enterprise units, and the implementation of entrepreneurship training programs based on Islamic principles that aim to foster Islamic entrepreneurial character among students. The strategies are designed to encourage economic independence without compromising the religiosity that forms the core identity of the pesantren. The findings reveal that the implementation of protective economic empowerment strategies has significantly enhanced the pesantren’s capacity to build a sustainable and independent economic ecosystem. All economic activities are managed in accordance with sharia principles, such as interest-free financial management, the application of Islamic business ethics, transparency, and fairness in transactions. This approach not only strengthens the pesantren’s economic self-reliance but also serves as a practical example of integrating Islamic values with modern economic management. The results of this study indicate that protective economic empowerment can serve as a strategic model for pesantren-based economic development in Indonesia. Furthermore, this model may provide a valuable reference for building a sustainable, independent, and Islamic value-oriented economic system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction among Generation Z at one of the coffee shops in Bandar Lampung, namely Point Coffee. The background of this research is based on the growing trend of Generation Z’s interest in coffee shops as part of a modern lifestyle. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who are Generation Z consumers that have used the services of Point Coffee Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling to ensure that respondents met the research criteria. The results of the analysis show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t-count value of 9.560, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.984, and a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Furthermore, the relationship between the variables is categorized as strong, with a correlation coefficient of 0.695. Service quality contributes 48.3% to customer satisfaction, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings provide important implications for coffee shop management in formulating effective service strategies to attract and retain Generation Z customers. Thus, improving service quality is a key strategy to enhance customer satisfaction in the increasingly competitive coffee shop industry

Abstract

Unilever is facing reputation challenges due to its association with conflict countries and its involvement in environmental pollution. This has led to a decrease in consumer interest. In order to address these issues and develop effective marketing strategies, a study was conducted using a quantitative approach, focusing on green marketing and Islamic advertising. The research included 68 respondents who completed questionnaires using Likert scales. The results, analyzed using the SPSS program, showed that both green marketing and Islamic advertising have a significant and positive impact on purchasing decisions, both individually and together. The study found that 60.6% of purchasing decisions can be attributed to green marketing and Islamic advertising, while the remaining 39.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. Furthermore, Islamic advertising was identified as the most influential variable on purchasing decisions for Unilever's fast-moving consumer goods products in the Bogor Regency

Abstract

Perilaku kosumtif Ibu rumah tangga (IRT) yang ada di Jambi dalam belanja pakaian dan asesoris lainnya secara online yang harga dan intensitasnya cukup tinggi menarik minat penulis meneliti bagaimana perilaku kosumtif, apa yag menjadi penyebab dan bagaimana pandangan ekonomi Syari’ah tentang perilaku yang sedemikian itu. menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengambil instrumen data dari beberapa IRT yang menjadi responden penulis dengan teknik wawancara. Dari hasil yang didapat bahwa perilaku konsumtif ibu –ibu rumah tangga disebabkan faktor pendapaatan ekonomi yang tinggi, menjaga image/gengsi, budaya yag tidak mau kalah dari orang lain, percaya terhadap kualitas barang-barang branded dan transaksi yang mudah. Dalam teori kosumsi Islam dilandasi dengan lima prinsip diantaranya adalah prinsip keadilan, prinsip kebersihan, prinsip kesederhanaan, prinsip kemurahan hati dan prinsip moralitas, hasil peneltian menunjukan diantara lima prinsip yang ada ekonomi Islam ada dua prinsip yang diabaikan dengan perilaku IRT rumah tangga di jambi yaitu prinsip kesederhanaan dan moral. ada kesan Tabzir. Begitupun juga dengan prinsip moral dengan menjaga image /gengsi rela membeli barang-barang yang mahal padahal masih ada tetangga dan warga Desa yang masih membutuhkan bantuan. Secara moril seharusnya mendahulukan yang membutuhkan bukan hanya kepuasaan
