Abstract

The management of village fund allocation is still not optimal in accordance with the objectives of Village Fund Allocation (ADD). The purpose of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) is to finance village government programs in carrying out government activities and empowering the population. The aim of this research is to determine the Management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) from an Islamic Economic Perspective in Sukajaya Village, Anak Ratu Aji District, Central Lampung Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results of the research show that the Management of Village Fund Allocations in Increasing Development in Sukajaya Village, Anak Ratu Aji District, Central Lampung Regency, goes through three stages, namely planning, implementation and accountability. The management of Village Fund Allocations in Sukajaya Village is reviewed from Islamic Economics, in the Planning, Implementation and Accountability stages in Sukajaya Village there are still many who have not followed the procedures in Islamic development economics.

Abstract

Sumber Agung Village Tourism in Bandar Lampung City is a small example of the many efforts to develop the creative economy carried out by the community. The aim of this research is to determine the potential development of tourist villages in increasing community employment according to Islamic economic views. The research method is field research. Data collection techniques are carried out through Interview, Observation and Documentation methods. The research results show that management of this tourist attraction is community-based, but that does not mean without supervision from the manager. Management here uses the POAC principle (Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling). The economic activities carried out by the community due to tourism are in accordance with Islamic economics.

Abstract

Media sosial adalah komponen utama yang mempengaruhi tren fashion hijab di kalangan generasi Z. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis dampak perkembangan media sosial terhadap pemasaran fashion hijab kepada generasi Z dan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dalam strategi pemasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk memahami bagaimana pemasaran fashion hijab di era GenerasiZ. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur,di mana peneliti dapat menggali lebih jauh pandangan dan pengalaman subjek terkait dengan topik yang dibahas. Pemilik toko hijab menekankan bahwa nilai-nilai Islam seperti kejujuran,dan kesederhanaan menjadi landasan bisnis mereka. persaingan dalam industri fashion hijab sangat ketat. tantangan utama adalah bagaimana bersaing dengan brand hijab lain yang menawarkan produk serupa dengan harga lebih murah.e-commerce dan teknologi digital membuka peluang besar bagi bisnis mereka. Pemasaran fashion hijab di era Gen Z mengalami perkembangan yang pesat seiring dengan meningkatnya minat masyarakat terhadap gaya hidup Islami yang modern. Dalam perspektif Islam,fashion hijab bukan hanya sekedar trend mode, tetapi juga manifestasi dari identitas religius yang mencerminkan kepatuhan terhadap syariat.

Abstract

Produktivitas auditor merupakan indikator penting dalam kesuksesan Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP), yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor organisasi seperti komunikasi efektif, kerja tim, dan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ketiga faktor tersebut terhadap produktivitas kerja auditor di KAP XYZ. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap 32 auditor tetap menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi efektif dan kerja tim memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja auditor. Sebaliknya, teknologi informasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.571 dan signifikansi 0.005. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa investasi pada teknologi audit digital seperti CAATs dan sistem pelaporan berbasis elektronik lebih berdampak langsung terhadap efisiensi dan kualitas kerja auditor. Oleh karena itu, organisasi disarankan untuk memprioritaskan penguatan infrastruktur teknologi dan pelatihan teknis yang berkelanjutan guna meningkatkan kinerja audit.

Abstract

Perkembangan digitalisasi telah mengubah paradigma transportasi umum dari konvensional menjadi berbasis aplikasi digital seperti dengan hadirnya Maxim. Sebagai penyedia layanan jasa transportasi online, penetapan harga dan sistem pembayaran e-wallet maxim kaspro dihadirkan sebagai upaya menarik minat pelanggan untuk menggunakan layanan maxim. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan sistem pembayaran e-wallet maxim kaspro terhadap keputusan penggunaan layanan maxim oleh mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Lampung (UML). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan sampel ditentukan menggunakan pendekatan Purposive Sampling. Purposive Sampling digunakan agar mendapatkan karakteristik responden yang lebih spesifik. Maka sampel yang dipilih pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa UML yang pernah menggunakan Maxim dan pernah menggunakan Maxim Wallet Kaspro. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesinoner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor harga dengan nilai t hitung (5.192) > t tabel (1.662) dan sig (0.001) < 0.05 dan sistem pembayaran e-wallet maxim kaspro dengan nilai t hitung (3.946) > t tabel (1.662) dan sig (0.001) < 0.005 sehingga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan maxim. Harga dan sistem pembayaran maxim wallet kaspro secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan mahasiswa UML menggunakan layanan maxim yang didasarkan pada perolehan nilai f hitung (77.031) > f tabel (3.948) dan nilai sig 0.001 < 0.05. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh penyedia layanan transportasi daring dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif khususnya dalam penetapan harga dan inovasi sistem pembayaran digital untuk menarik pengguna dikalangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Each type of mangrove has specific stomatal characteristics, one of which is stomatal density. This stomatal density is directly proportional to the rate of evaporation, transpiration, and photosynthesis which is a form of mangrove adaptation to its environment. One of the external factors affecting stomatal density is light intensity which can vary due to canopy cover. This study aims to compare the stomatal density of Rhizophora mucronata Poir. in the Angke-Kapuk area, Jakarta, Indonesia. The location is a mangrove conservation area that has experienced a lot of environmental pressure, especially due to population growth and land conversion into settlements. Descriptive methods was used with transect sampling techniques at locations that represent very open and very closed canopies determined by purposive sampling. Stomatal sampling was carried out by applying a transparent nail polish on the lower surface of the leaf and then covering it with tape. The tape was observed using a microscope, and showed that Rhizophora mucronata Poir. has a low stomatal density. The results of the parametric independent sample t-test showed that the stomatal density of Rhizophora mucronata was not significantly different between very open and very closed canopy cover.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the protective economic empowerment strategy implemented at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri Campus 8. The concept of protective economic empowerment does not merely focus on improving the economic welfare of female students (santriwati), teachers, and the surrounding community, but also functions as a safeguard to preserve the religious values and cultural traditions that are deeply rooted in the pesantren environment. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research gathers information through observation, interviews, and documentation of various ongoing economic programs. The main areas of focus include the development of pesantren cooperatives, the establishment of diverse micro-enterprise units, and the implementation of entrepreneurship training programs based on Islamic principles that aim to foster Islamic entrepreneurial character among students. The strategies are designed to encourage economic independence without compromising the religiosity that forms the core identity of the pesantren. The findings reveal that the implementation of protective economic empowerment strategies has significantly enhanced the pesantren’s capacity to build a sustainable and independent economic ecosystem. All economic activities are managed in accordance with sharia principles, such as interest-free financial management, the application of Islamic business ethics, transparency, and fairness in transactions. This approach not only strengthens the pesantren’s economic self-reliance but also serves as a practical example of integrating Islamic values with modern economic management. The results of this study indicate that protective economic empowerment can serve as a strategic model for pesantren-based economic development in Indonesia. Furthermore, this model may provide a valuable reference for building a sustainable, independent, and Islamic value-oriented economic system.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the quality of the DANA E-Wallet application on student user satisfaction at Muhammadiyah University of Lampung. Quantitative methods were employed, collecting data through Likert-scale questionnaires from 50 respondents. Variables analyzed include ease of use (X1), application features (X2), and user satisfaction (Y). Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that both independent variables significantly affect user satisfaction, with application features having the strongest positive influence and ease of use showing a negative effect. Validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests confirmed the data met statistical assumptions. The results emphasize the importance of developing comprehensive and innovative features along with careful improvements in ease of use to enhance user loyalty and satisfaction. The conclusion indicates that application quality factors, especially features and ease of use, are key determinants in increasing user satisfaction of DANA E-Wallet among students.

Abstract

The development of the internet has brought about changes in the implementation of company marketing strategies. This aligns with the increasing interest in Umrah and Hajj in Indonesia. This research aims to understand how PT implements the digital marketing strategy. DEWANGGA TRAVINDO (Umrah and Hajj Agency). This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The data used consists of primary and secondary data. The research follows a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the Umrah and Hajj Agency applies digital marketing steps as outlined by Thomas Joseph, encompassing the integration of critical elements of digital marketing such as content, SEO, social media, community web, mobile apps, search engines, and the effective utilization of CRM systems. Abstract

Pteridophyta adalah suatu divisi yang telah jelas dapat dibedakan akar, batang, dan daunnya, pada pteridophyta ini belum menghasilkan biji, pteridophyta bersifat heterogen, baik ditinjau dari segi habitus maupun cara hidupnya, pada umumnya tumbuhan paku tumbuh pada daerah yang lembab. Pada kawasan Air Terjun Tansi Ampek dan alirannya di Kabupaten Solok Selatan berada di kota Padang Aro, kota ini dikelilingi oleh sungai dan lembah, sungainya pun banyak dari hulu yang kecil hingga ke hilir yang semakin melebar, lokasi air terjun yang terpencil, dan kondisi lingkungan yang mendukung akan memungkinkan tumbuh dan berkembangnya berbagai jenis-jenis tumbuhan di kawasan tersebut, termasuk tumbuhan paku (Pteridophyta), maka perlu dilakukan  identifikasi Pteridophyta di kawasan Air Terjun Tansi Ampek, hasil identifikasi disumbangsihkan dalam betuk media  herbarium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis tumbuhan paku apa saja yang terdapat pada kawasan air terjun tansi ampek dan alirannya di kabauten Solok Selatan, untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa herbarium pada materi Keanekanragaman Hayati Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan juni-agustus 2024 pada kawasan air terjun Tansi Ampek Dan Alirannya Di Kabupaten Solok Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan menelitian survey deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel lakukan dengan metode jelajah pada sisi kiri dan kanan dari aliran air terjun tansi ampek sampai titik jatuhnya air terjun tansi ampek. Identifikasi dilakukan di laboratorium botani universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat data observasiyerkait penentuan nama spesies. Pteridophyta di analilis secara deskriptif dengan identifikasi menggunakan buku   Manuel J. G. C (2006) Guia Preliminar Generos de Helechos de Cuba, Gabriela Zuquim (2008) Reserva Biologica do Utuma, Amazonia Central, Brasil Pteridophyta do Uatuma, Data analisis secara deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitia tumbuhan paku yang dilakkukan  di kawasan air terjun tansi ampekk ditemukan sebanyak 20 jenis spesies yaitu: : Lycopodiella cernnum L., Asplenium nidus, Asplenium leutum Sw, Nephrolepis biserrata, Pyrrosia  piloselloides (L) M.G. Price, Lepisorus longifolius (BL.) Holtt, Thelypteris opulenta (kaulf) fosberg, Anetium citrifolium, Lepidogrammitis rostrata (Bedd.) Ching, Camphyloneurum repens (Aubl.)C.Presl, Christella parasitica, Blechnum serrulatum (Rich.), Tectaria heracleifolia (willd.) Underw. Selaginella caudate (Desv.) Spring, Selaginella pedata, Selaginella plana (Desv.) Hieron, Selaginella willdenowii (Desv) Backer, Lygodium circinatum (Burm.) Sw, Elaphoglossum cardiophyllum (Hk) Moore.
