Pandemi virus Corona bukan hanya sekedar bencana kesehatan, virus yang dikenal sebagai Covid-19 ini telah menimbulkan kekacauan di sektor ekonomi. Tidak hanya industri besar, pandemi virus Corona telah membuat pelaku UMKM di Indonesia mulai gelisah. Keberadaan UMKM yang peranannya memberikan sumbangsih yang cukup besar terhadap laju perekonomian tidak lepas terdampak dari wabah Covid-19. Batik Pesisir Pekalongan sebagai salah satu UMKM batik tulis Pekalongan juga ikut merasakan dampak dari Covid-19 ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi survival yang dijalankan oleh Batik Pesisir Pekalongan agar tetap bisa eksis dan bertahan di tengah pandemic Covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat diketahui bahwa dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, “Batik Pesisir Pekalongan” menggunakan berbagai macam strategi dalam menghadapi persaingan industri batik di tengah pandemi Covid-19. Strategi bersaing yang diambil dengan melakukan differensiasi produk setiap minggunya, inovasi dan kreatifitas menerapkan pelayanan yang ramah dan prima kepada konsumen sedangkan dalam strategi promosi “Batik Pesisir Pekalongan” menggunakan beberapa bauran promosi seperti periklanan (advertising), promosi penjualan (sales promotion), hubungan masyarakat (public relation) dan publikasi, pemasaran langsung (direct marketing), personal selling dan juga internet marketing seperti pemanfaatan social media dan shorby (link bisnis).

Konsep ekonomi kerakyatan adalah salah satu intrumen sistem perekonomian yang ada di Indonesia. Konsep ini digagas oleh Muhammad Hatta. Lahirnya konsep ini dilatar belakangi adanya keterpurukan perekonomian pada masa itu. Pada masa krisis moneter 1997 di Indonesia telah banyak menyebabkan hancurnya perekonomian. Namun, konsep ekonomi kerakyatan masih mampu berdiri tegak dengan prinsipnya saling gotong-royong dalam membangun perekonomian. Bagitupun dengan konsep koperasi syariah yang saat ini terus mengalami peningkatan dengan mengedepankan konsep kekeluargaan. Pendekatan peneltian library research digunakan untuk mempermudah mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian. Hal ini diperoleh melalui karya-karya orisinal Muhammad Hatta, buku-buku, jurnal, artikel serta dokumen lain yang relevan dengan tema pembahasan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep ekonomi kerakyatan menurut Muhammad Hatta mampu memberikan solusi dalam pengembangan koperasi syariah di Indonesia. Dengan mengedepankan prinsip tolong menolong (at-ta’awun), masyarakat akan lebih percaya dalam bertransaksi di koperasi syariah. Setidaknya ada tiga komponen dasar ekonomi kerakyatan dalam mengembangkan ekonomi syariah, yaitu, prinsip kebersamaan, kekuasaan milik rakyat serta lebih mementingkan orang banyak.

Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk memahami akuntabilitas berbasis syariah enterprise theory dalam mewujudkan ekonomi sustainable. Artikel ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui secara analisis mengenai pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas yang dengan mediasi commitment, Islamic customer intimacy dan kepuasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 nasabah dari Bank BSI Cabang MT Haryono Semarang. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan analisis kuantitatif dengan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan menggunakan SPSS 22 untuk pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian membuktikan: kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap commitment, Islamic customer intimacy dan kepuasan, kepercayaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas. commitment berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Islamic customer intimacy dan kepuasan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas. commitment tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara kepercayaan dan loyalitas. Islamic customer intimacy dan kepuasan mampu memediasi hubungan antara kepercayaan dan loyalitas.

The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth analysis of the LAZISMU fundraising strategy in Batu City. In this research, the researcher uses descriptive qualitative method so that it can describe what kind of fundraising strategy used by LAZISMU Batu City. The conclusion of this study shows that LAZISMU Batu City has two patterns in its fundraising strategy, namely, raising funds through available sources and raising funds by creating new funding sources. Fundraising on available sources by institutions uses methods such as identification of muzakki, use of direct and indirect fundraising methods, safeguarding and management of muzakki, as well as monitoring and evaluation. Raising by creating new funding sources is carried out through PPOB services in the form of bill payment service providers such as water, electricity, wifi, and others.

The study discusses the issue of buying and selling imported clothing online from the perspective of the islamic economy, which asa Muslim when engaging in activities must qualify and provide guidelines in order to make the activity legitimate or lawful according to religion. It is similar with sales in which to qualify and be reconciled to those who are selling and buying. The purpose of the study is to find out how the practice of selling imported goods online is done by the @hum2ndstuff according to the islamic economic perspective. This type of research method involves qualitative methods using data collection methods that are done, interviews and reference searches with library materials (books, magazines, newspapers, media, and the Internet, research published and others) to facilitate the research process. The results of this study are known to have been the practice of buying and selling used clothing online between traders and agents with direct purchases to distributors, then retailers via social media. The system of exchange carried out by the instagram account @hum2ndstuff is allowed because it qualifies and is good at selling and selling, with clothes being sold by prospective buyers, it also contains no negative elements.

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Telekomunikasi Seluler (GraPARI) Makassar. The sample used was 56 respondents from the total population. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. The statistical method uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with t statistical test hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance where t count is greater than t table (3.614> 2.00575) and discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance where the t value is greater than t table (2.177> 2.00575).

The economic crisis that hit Indonesia in mid-1997 and also pressure from the community to encourage the government to adopt policies for the realization of a just, prosperous, and prosper. In order to realize the wishes of citizens who continue to urge the government then pursued one way by implementing good government governance. Good governance covers broad aspects of life ranging from legal, political, economic, and social as well as closely with the principal task of organizing the function of state power executive, legislative, and judicial branches. Government in making all aspects related to it, the government tried to create a governance system of government based on excellent service that is supported by both the behavior or attitude of the implementing agency. Good attitude in this regard reflects the personality and attitude of high responsibility of state officials in performing its duty of providing excellent service to the community. Excellent service which became a major cornerstone in restoring the government's image in the public eye particularly in view of the terms of service should be carried out to the maximum so that people's expectations of the government can be realized.

This paper discusses the application of Islamic business ethics, especially in the cattle trade. How is the application of Islamic business ethics to the cattle trade in Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency. This type of research is a field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation in collecting the necessary data, the data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. This method is used to reveal facts, circumstances, phenomena, variables and circumstances that occurred during the research and showed the fact. Based on the author's observations, cattle traders have understood Islamic business ethics such as being honest, not taking many oaths and being tolerant in bargaining. Indirectly, cattle traders have understood Islamic business ethics by applying these three principles in conducting the cattle trading business

Service businesses that are in great demand by the community in their daily needs are lodging rental services, laundry or laundry services, computer repair services, motorcycle repair services, photography services, educational services and many other services. One of them is a laundry service which has also begun to be widely established, including in the city of Parepare. laundry service providers in weighing clothes using digital scales so that they are able to display the weight and price to be paid. However, in practice there is rounding of prices which will then be analyzed in the perspective of Islamic business ethics.
