This study aims to determine how the influence of workload on the performance of employees at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of the Health Center Batu-Batu Soppeng Regency. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed and related to the problem under study with a sample of 35 people. Data analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis method with assistance SPSS 23 data processing to prove the hypothesis. The research results show that the workload variable has a significant level of 0.000, which is more smaller than 0.05. The coefficient value is -0.416 which shows the influence given is negative to the dependent variable. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected so it can be said that workload has a negative effect and significant to employee performance.

The study aims to determine the financial performance of the cosmetic industry listed in IDX using the analysis of liquidity ratio and profitability ratio. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data source used in this study is secondary data and the data collection technique in this study is documentation. The population of this study is the cosmetic industry listed in IDX and sampling method using purposive sampling techniques, so the samples on this research are PT Kino Indonesia Tbk and PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk with the period from 2019 to 2021. The results of this study show that the analysis of liquidity ratio measured by current ratio and quick ratio at PT Kino Indonesia Tbk period from 2019 to 2021 is superior, it is show that the company is able to meet its current obligations. And analysis of profitability ratios measured by net profit margin and return on assets at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk period from 2019 to 2021 has a superior value, it is show that the company is able to generate high net profit.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of institutional reputation on students' decisions to choose management studies at Makassar State University. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample used in this study amounted to 88 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used a simple linear regression test and hypothesis testing used a partial test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that Institutional Reputation had a significant value of 0.001 less than 0.05 and with a regression coefficient of 0.724 in a positive direction, it means that Institutional Reputation has a positive and significant effect on Student Voting Decisions.

This study aims to examine how coaching, mentoring, and coworker support affect employee job performance. Data were collected from 40 employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Nganjuk Branch using 37 statement items with quantitative methods. IBM SPSS 26 was used for data analysis. Likert scale was used as the measurement scale. The results showed that coaching has a positive and significant effect on job performance, mentoring has a positive and significant effect on job performance, and coworker support has a positive and significant effect on job performance.

Cash turnover is a measure of efficiency in the use of cash by a company. The cash turnover rate describes the speed of cash flow, the return of cash that has been invested in working capital. In measuring the level of cash turnover that has been embedded in working capital is derived from the company's operational activities. The research method used in this study is regression analysis on the financial data of companies listed on the capital market. In addition to the cash turnover rate, control variables such as company size, leverage, and sales growth are also included in the analysis to gain a more comprehensive understanding. This study aims to investigate the effect of the level of cash turnover on the profitability of a company. The level of cash turnover is considered an important indicator in measuring the efficiency of financial management, while the value of profitability reflects the profits generated by the company from the investments made. The results of this research show that there is a positive relationship between the level of cash turnover and profitability. In other words, when the cash turnover rate increases, the value of profitability also tends to increase

Bankruptcy prediction using the springate method is one way that companies can do to determine company bankruptcy. The goal is that the company can find out the potential for bankruptcy of the company in a certain year or period and also the company can find out what things can put the company in the danger zone or have the potential to go bankrupt. In this study, the type of research used is descriptive quantitative and the research method used is the springate method with the variables consisting of 4 ratios, namely the ratio of working capital to assets (X1), the ratio of earnings before interest and taxes to total assets (X2), the ratio profit before tax to total current liabilities (X3) and ratio of sales to total assets (x4). The results of the calculations from this study are that from 2016 to 2019 the company is in the danger zone or has the potential to go bankrupt but in the last 2 years, namely in 2020 and 2021 the company started in fairly good condition or there is no potential for bankruptcy at the company.

This study aims to determine whether or not there were differences in financial performance and firm value before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in the mining sector and the consumer goods industry sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. Financial performance is measured by Earning Per Share (EPS) and firm value is measured by Price Earning Ratio (PER). This research includes quantitative research with research populations in the mining sector and the consumer goods industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The sample is determined by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used the Wilcoxon Signed Test with a total sample of 40 companies in the mining sector and 44 companies in the consumer goods industry sector. The data is processed using SPSS software version 25. The results show that there is a difference in the financial performance of the mining sector and there are no differences in the firm value in the mining sector. In the consumer goods industry sector, there are no differences in financial performance and firm value.

This study aims to see the effect of work discipline and leadership on employee performance with employee work motivation as an intervening variable. Quantitative associative is the type of research used, this research was conducted at the Medan Region II Airport Authority Office. The research population was 96 employees, and the research took all the population into a sample with a saturated sample technique. The research model used is Path analysis and the measuring tool is Smart PLS 3.3.3. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires and surveys. Based on the results of the research that has been done and data analysis as explained in the previous chapter, the following conclusions are conveyed from the results of the research as follows: Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance Work Discipline has a negative but not significant effect on Work Motivation. Leadership has no significant negative effect on employee performance. Leadership has no significant positive effect on work motivation. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Discipline has an effect on Employee Performance through negative and insignificant Work Motivation. Leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance through Work Motivation. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Discipline has an effect on Employee Performance through negative and insignificant Work Motivation. Leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance through Work Motivation. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Discipline has an effect on Employee Performance through negative and insignificant Work Motivation. Labor issues are a crucial issue that has not been resolved to date. The existence of a mismatch between the needs of companies and job seekers who want to get a job according to their abilities is the main problem of employment in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product, Provincial Minimum Wage, and Human Development Index on Labor absorption in Indonesia in 2016 - 2022 using secondary data and multiple linear regression analysis of panel data with quantitative methods processed using Eviews 9 software. Total The samples used were 34 provinces in Indonesia and 196 observation units. The results showed that the Gross Regional Domestic Product variable had a positive and significant effect on Labor absorption in Indonesia in 2016 – 2022, the Provincial Minimum Wage variable had a negative and significant effect on Labor absorption in Indonesia in 2016 – 2022, the Human Development Index variable had a positive and significant impact on Labor Absorption in Indonesia in 2016 – 2022.

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and training on work spirit with the work environment as an intervening variable at the Medan Airport Authority Region II. The employee population is 96 employees. The research model is path analysis and research data collection using a questionnaire. The results of the study are as follows: Employee compensation has a positive and significant effect on the work environment. Employee training has a positive and significant effect on the work environment. Employee compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee spirit.
