Abstract

Permata Digital Printing merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang digital printing dan advertising yang berpusat di Kota Denpasar. Saat ini belum menerapkan konsep CRM sehingga kurang maksimal dalam melayani pelanggan. Peningkatan pelayanan perlu dilakukan guna mencapai tujuan CRM dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan serta menjaga loyalitas pelanggan. Perancangan CRM menggunakan Metode CRM-IRIS dengan menganalisis kerangka organisasi,  strategi pelanggan, hubungan dengan pelanggan, serta merancang sistem CRM. Hasil analisis hubungan pelanggan ditemukan poin permasalahan yang diselesaikan dengan mengimplemantasikannya ke sistem CRM berbasis Website. Website ini mempunyai halaman admin dan halaman pelanggan dengan penggunaan yang berbeda. Hasil sistem tersebut kemudian diuji menggunakan Kuesioner SUS yang diberikan kepada Responden. Hasil website yang di rancang tersebut dapat memberikan solusi bagi perusahaan dalam menjaga loyalitas pelanggan dengan memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal. Kata kunci: CRM, Website, Metode CRM-IRIS, Kuesioner SUS, Digital Printing.

Abstract

Employee performance appraisals are sometimes not in accordance with the results of their performance. Employee benefits are often equated, or sometimes benefits are only given to employees without applying a strong calculation. This is due to the employee appraisal monitoring system that is used still in a personal way without using an appraisal system and the data collected is not optimal and inaccurate. Based on these problems, the researchers conducted their research by applying data mining techniques using the Support Vector Machine algorithm to obtain accurate results that can be used as an additional reference in employee performance appraisal decisions to determine whether or not they are eligible for a salary increase. This research also uses the Orange support application for testing the accuracy of the system created. The data used is 396 data taken from permanent employee performance appraisal data for the period January 2020 - December 2020. The data is then analyzed using the Orange support application. The test results produce a Classification Accuracy level that reaches 0.972, Area Under Curve (AUC) 0.944, F1 results 0.972, Recall results 0.972, Precision results 0.973 can be categorized as Excellent Classification because the accuracy is between 0.90 – 1.00.

Abstract

Warung Blaster and Warung Bhineka Sanur are restaurants that combine Asian, Italian and Western food. In processing sales data, Warung Blaster and Warung Bhineka Muda Sanur still perform manual processes in Microsoft Excel. So that the data can be processed into valuable information, a Business intelligence (BI) software is needed that can visualize the data so that it can display information about sales data. The development of a Business Intelligence system in processing dashboard system-based data using Microsoft Power BI has resulted in good information in the form of graphic visualization. Warung Blaster and Warung Bhineka Muda Sanur are able to apply Business Intelligence based on a dashboard system to make it easier to generate sales reports and can help analyze a problem and determine the performance of each business.

Abstract

In era of the Covid-19 pandemic MSMEs in Denpasar City has increased but not significantly compared to previous years. Entering the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0 requires business actors to be more creative and innovative. In this case, it is very important for MSMEs to determine the right strategy, especially in terms of product promotion so that they can compete in expanding the market and increasing income, so that it is expected to revive the economy of Denpasar City. The Denpasar City Government has a large number of MSME data, but this data has not been used properly. One of the data mining methods is K-Means clustering. The stages of data mining in this research process include: 1)data pre-processing which includes data cleaning, data integration, data selection and data transformation; 2)the application of data mining methods using the K-Means clustering algorithm, which at this stage has the same characteristics and characteristics in certain clusters, and finally 3)data interpretation and evaluation of the information and knowledge patterns generated from the mining process. The cluster results obtained from this study are expected to be a reference in policy making to determine the promotion strategy of creative industry products in Denpasar City.

Abstract

MSMEs are currently booming in collaboration with innovative startups. According to the Assistant Governor of the BI Department of Economic and Monetary Policy Mr. Dody Budi Waluyo, there are have 3 problems related to agriculture, including production, distribution, and price affordability. This research uses Agile and BMC (Business Model Canvas) methods. Agile is a system development method that helps users/users so that the results obtained and in line with user needs, while BMC is a 9-component business model. The stages used in this study use the Agile model from Kanban to help see which processes will be implement,which proces are ongoing and which have been complete. It's hoped that the application of Agile and BMC methods can help solve the 3 main problems that exist in Indonesian its mean agriculture, especially in UMKMEkspor.id startups.

Abstract

Sistem pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid19 ini telah beralih menjadi pembelajaran dalam jaringan (daring). Berbagai komentar baik positif maupun negatif diungkapkan khususnya oleh peserta didik. Mahasiswa STMIK Primakara menyampaikan kritik/saran/pendapat terkait metode atau strategi mengajar yang dilakukan oleh dosen dalam pembelajaran daring melalui sistem SISKA Primakara. pengisian data EDOM oleh mahasiswa dilakukan setiap 6 (enam) bulan sekali. Hingga saat ini data komentar edom berjumlah sangat besar dan belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Selain itu, saat ini belum ada strategi yang tepat mengenai metode pembelajaran yang harus diimplementasikan dalam situasi pembelajaran daring. Untuk itu dilakukan penerapan text mining dalam analisis sentiment pembelajaran daring di STMIK Primakara menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam penentuan metode dan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat guna tercapainya peningkatan kepuasan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran daring. Tahapan penelitian meliputi identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, pengumpulan data, text preprocessing (filtering, cleansing, case folding, tokenizing, stemming, stopword, dan cross validation), analisis dan kesimpulan, pembuatan laporan, serta publikasi luaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komentar mahasiswa lebih cenderung sentimen negatif. Persepsi negatif dihasilkan karena ketidakpuasan mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

Abstract: CYZ educational institutions have used technology as a promotional medium to find new students. CYZ is an educational institution that has used technological developments to develop its business. CYZ uses social media and websites as one of the supporters in introducing campuses and finding new students. In this study, qualitative descriptive research was used. This method focuses on answering research questions related to Digital Marketing Strategy Analysis in Increasing the Number of Students at CYZ Educational Institutions, especially in the use of social media and websites. This study also uses SWOT analysis to analyze internal strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats externally, and to determine the position of CYZ's company. With the SWOT weighting being in quadrant I implementing an aggressive strategy, means that CYZ is in a ready condition to continue to grow and develop by utilizing strengths and seizing opportunities to the fullest.

Abstract

XYZ educational institution is an educational institution that has used technological developments as a step in developing a business. XYZ utilizes social media and websites as one of the supporters in campus introductions and finding new students. Social media that have been used, for example, such as Websites, Instagram and Facebook. In this study using qualitative descriptive research methods. This method focuses on answering research questions related to marketing strategy analysis in Increasing the Number of Students. This study also uses STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) analysis, a marketing model whose application involves three stages, namely segmenting the market, targeting the segments that are believed to be the most profitable and positioning the products sold in the most valuable way.

Abstract

Information technology governance is a branch of corporate governance that focuses on information technology (IT) systems and their performance and risk management. The application of information technology in the ABC Dance Studio is currently still limited. The system that has been used at ABC Dance Studio is very limited and there is almost no special application for managing operational processes. ABC Dance Studio has subscribed to cloud computing, namely WD Digital as a back-up storage media and as a server if data is needed at any time. COBIT 4.1 was chosen to determine the maturity level of information technology governance carried out at the ABC Dance Studio and what targets will be achieved to improve the quality of its governance. The results obtained that the level of governance maturity at ABC Dance Studio is currently at level 2 and for the target to be achieved at level 4 maturity, increasing the maturity level to the target must go through level 3 first before reaching the goal level. Recommendations for increasing the maturity of governance are also given to raise the level.

Abstract

Sistem informasi manajemen adalah jaringan prosedur pengolah data oleh suatu organisasi dan disatukan apabila dipandang perlu dengan maksud memberikan data yang bersifat internal maupun data yang bersifat external untuk dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam rangka mencapai tujuan organisasi, menggunakan program yang diolah untuk mempermudah dan mengandalkan efisiensi dalam memanajemen seminar bagi karyawan, dan peserta seminar yang ingin mengikuti seminar, dapat mendaftar, dan mengorganisasi melalui program website. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi dengan mengkaji beberapa teori berdasarkan hasil dari wawancara lapangan dalam rangka perancangan sistem informasi manajemen seminar pada penyelenggara acara bernama Indonesia gaming arena atau disingkat IGA. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode waterfall. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan CSS untuk desain tampilan pada website, Javascript dan Codeigniter untuk model pengembangan Model, View, & Controller. Kemudian manajemen database pengelolaan menggunakan MySQL.Hasil dari penelitian adalah terwujudnya sebuah sistem informasi manajemen yang dapat mempermudah karyawan, peserta seminar, dan semua yang terlibat dalam proses seminar, sehingga dapat bermanfaat dan meningkatkan efesiensi dalam pengelolaan manajemen seminar. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Seminar Pada Indonesia Gaming Arena telah selesai dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan database MySQL. Menggunakan Waterfall method, sebagai pengembang perangkat lunak.
