Buletin Bisnis & Manajemen (BBM) terbit awal pada Pebruari 2015. BBM merupakan terbitan berkala ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi YPPI Rembang. Penerbitan BBM dimaksudkan sebagai media penuangan karya ilmiah baik berupa kajian ilmiah maupun hasil penelitian di bidang bisnis dan manajemen. BBM terbit dua kali dalam setahun, bulan Pebruari dan Agustus. Setiap naskah yang dikirimkan ke BBM akan di telaah oleh Mitra Bestari yang sesuai bidangnya. Penulis akan menerima dua eksemplar cetak lepas (off print) setelah terbit. Pengecekan plagiasi artikel dilakukan dengan Google Scholar dan Turnitin. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit Artikel penelitian yang disampaikan ke jurnal online ini akan review sekurang-kurangnya 2 (dua) reviewer. Artikel penelitian yang diterima akan tersedia secara online mengikuti proses peer review jurnal. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini adalah bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris. Dengan berubah bentuk STIE YPPI Rembang menjadi Universitas YPPI Rembang, maka Pengelolaan Buletin Bisnis & Manajemen (BBM) berada dibawah naungan Universitas YPPI Rembang.

Abstract

This research is a model of accountant behavior in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and the physical distancing situation (empirical study at the Central Java public accounting firm). The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to auditors. The population in this study were accountants who worked as auditors at the Public Accounting Firm in Central Java with a sample of 123 auditors who did Work From Home (WFH). The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression which is used to see indicators of the industrial revolution 4.0 and physical distancing regarding accountants' behavior models. Data was processed with the help of SPSS for Windows software. The results showed that the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 affected the behavior of accountants, by following the development of information technology, accountants tended to utilize and use paperless which became the basis for making economic decisions. Physical distancing has no effect on accountants 'behavior, this indicates that by implementing physical distancing, accountants' behavior tends to be limited in doing standard field work.

Abstract

The complex problems in Indonesia require the people initiative to help the government in finding the solution. Thus arise a movement calls social entrepreneurship to identify and solve society problems in large scale. This movement uses the principles of business, but instead of profit oriented it is more social value oriented. Universitas Ciputra Surabaya also performs social entrepreneurship through the "River Clinic" program. This program aims to preserve Sungai Mas as the main water source for Surabaya. The implementation of the program was analized based on the social entrepeneurship principles. The research result is hoped to be some suggestion for the program improvement, so that it can be more significantly affected the Surabaya people. Keywords: entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship implementation, river clinic program

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influence entrepreneurial motivation in 2014 STIE YPPI Rembang students. These factors include: self-efficacy that increases student motivation to gain success with entrepreneurship, risk tolerance, desire to feel freedom in work, and the influence of the entrepreneurial environment.This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The population of this study is the total 2014 STIE YPPI Rembang students, both from the Management study program and from the Accounting study program. Samples taken were 100 students of Management and Accounting study programs. Data collection uses questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Questionnaire with only 66 questionnaires. The sample technique used in this study was proportionate stratified random sampling. Test data analysis using validity, reliability, multiple linear regression tests.The results of this study indicate that all the independent variables, both the variables of self-efficacy in entrepreneurship, tolerance of risk, and the desire to feel freedom in work have a positive and significant influence on the desire and motivation of students for entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The development effort will lead to an ever increasing variety of problems, especially in its inventory. Inventories are assets of a very large company and prone to risk, whether the risk of damage or theft risk. In trading company's internal control over inventory is very important, the better the internal control over inventory the better inventory management in the business because inventory is the largest asset in the trading company.This research was conducted at Aneka Cake Shop Increased Noble, discussed in JL.Jagastru. Assorted Cake Shop is a pastry shop that sells a variety of products both dry and wet cake. The reason the author conducted research at Aneka Cake Shop is to evaluate the preparation of the internal control of goods is in conformity with the existing theory.In  this study,  the authors  conducted a  descriptive case  study.  The  method  of  data collection  is  by  interview,  observation,  and  documentation.  Source  of  data  used  is primary data. Then the authors made the analysis of degan using elements of internal control, whether it is in accordance with the existing theory. Based on the results it can be said that the internal controls Rising Star East Noble store for inventory is still weak. This can be seen from some of the elements of internal control that is not in accordance with the regulations and existing theories. The shortage lies in the structure of the organization still have a position and the lack of clear division of tasks. The documents were used.

Abstract

The SMEs sector is one of the economic drivers, but there are many unresolved issues in its current development, one of which is related to financial sector. This research aims to investigate the influence of financial literacy toward the performance of UMKM Batik Jumputan in Tahunan, Yogyakarta. The use sample of this research is 6 respondent of UMKM Batik Jumputan in Tahunan. Data are collected using questionnaire. Prerequisite test analysis include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression. The result of the analysis shows that financial literacy has no significant affect on the performance of UMKM Batik Jumputan in Tahunan. While the independent variable ability of the regression model explains that dependent variable is 57,7%, while 42,3 % is explained by other variable that is not observed in this research.Key words: Financial Literacy, SMEs Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the role of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Information Technology (IT) on the behavior of Word of Mouth (WOM) consumers Batik Tulis Lasem in Rembang Regency. The phenomenon of collaborative CRM strategy with the use of IT has become the trend of an increasingly competitive strategy and economical. The research location is on a cluster Batik Tulis Lasem which includes the District of Lasem and the District Pancur using survey method, the type of the data subject and the data source is primary with a questionnaire instrument by using purposive sampling of 140 respondents and involve 52 businesses Batik Tulis Lasem. Research data will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that both independent variables CRM (X1) and TI (X2) has positive and significant effect on the behavior of WOM (Y) consumers Batik Tulis Lasem.Keywords: Customer Relationship Management, Information Technology, and Word of Mouth.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the issue or phenomenon in which there are some users of public services government agency (district office-red) are still lacking memuasakan, for example, the existence; management of e-KTP, Legalization, SKCK, Letter Move etc. and laments of society due to information management systems and bureaucracy have not been so inadequate, so the lack of speed and accuracy in their handling of the case is. If this is the case can be indicated that the district office managerial performance to the public yet and or less common memadai.Secara aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on managerial performance to organizational culture as an intervening variable. So it can be analyzed whether variable organizational culture can serve as a mediation (intervening) to managerial performance. Specifically to improve managerial performance in public service district office in the city, with good emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence of the employees adequate districts its output will be more significant managerial performance.The variables in this study consisted of four variables which in the first stage variables emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence become independent variable while organizational culture becomes the dependent variable. Then in the second stage of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence as an independent variable, organizational culture as an intervening variable, while variables managerial performance as the dependent variable.Research data collection techniques by spreading questionnaires to employees (management) district office in the city of Semarang are arranged systematically with multiple choice answers are easy to understand. Distribution of questionnaires by way of a direct encounter conducted in the period April to August 2015, with the number of samples of 174 respondents. Then the data collected through a questionnaire to test the data analyst; validity and reliability, followed by analysis of the path (Path Analysis), test the strength of the model using SEM (Structural Equation Modelling).Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, Organizational Culture and Managerial Performance.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that the Semarang Branch Mas telemarketing employees were unable to achieve the targets set by the Semarang Branch Sinar Mas Bank and this study aimed to analyze the factors of work ethic, skills, competence and communication towards the performance of telemarketing employees of Bank Sinar Mas Semarang Branch . The population in this study were all employees of the Semarang Branch SinarMas telemarketing, amounting to 66 employees while the sampling technique used was census technique and the analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression.The results showed that the work ethic, skills, competencies and communication variables had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of Bank Sinar Mas Semarang Branch telemarketing and the results of the adjusted R square value in the regression model were obtained at 0.551 which means 55.1 percent of employee performance variables can be explained by work ethic, skills, competence and communication variables while the remaining 44.9 percent is explained by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Management Accounting System (MAS) is a procedure and systems formal that useinformation to maintain and provide an alternative of the various activities the company.Characteristics of accounting information management useful based on managerialperceptions as decision makers are categorized into four properties, namely the scope,timeliness, aggregation, integration. This research aims to test the effect of the use ofinformation technology to the quality of decisions through the characteristics ofmanagement accounting system (SAM) with interdependence as a moderating variable.This research use survey method with sampel is Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) inKabupaten Rembang, with cluster sampling obtained sample 138 SMEs. Data werecollected by means of questionnaires directly deliver to the address of the respondents,as well as its own returns the address of the respondents picked according topredetermined promise. Analysis of the data using linear regression. This researchsuggest that information technology influence positive to SAM and SAM influencepositive to decision quality. This is suggest that SAM indirectly can mediate therelationship between information technology with decision quality. Morever, thisresearch also refer that the SAM influence on the quality of decisions is stronger whenmoderated by interdependence.Keyword: information technology, quality of decisions, characteristics of managementaccounting system, interdependence
