Buletin Bisnis & Manajemen (BBM) terbit awal pada Pebruari 2015. BBM merupakan terbitan berkala ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi YPPI Rembang. Penerbitan BBM dimaksudkan sebagai media penuangan karya ilmiah baik berupa kajian ilmiah maupun hasil penelitian di bidang bisnis dan manajemen. BBM terbit dua kali dalam setahun, bulan Pebruari dan Agustus. Setiap naskah yang dikirimkan ke BBM akan di telaah oleh Mitra Bestari yang sesuai bidangnya. Penulis akan menerima dua eksemplar cetak lepas (off print) setelah terbit. Pengecekan plagiasi artikel dilakukan dengan Google Scholar dan Turnitin. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit Artikel penelitian yang disampaikan ke jurnal online ini akan review sekurang-kurangnya 2 (dua) reviewer. Artikel penelitian yang diterima akan tersedia secara online mengikuti proses peer review jurnal. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini adalah bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris. Dengan berubah bentuk STIE YPPI Rembang menjadi Universitas YPPI Rembang, maka Pengelolaan Buletin Bisnis & Manajemen (BBM) berada dibawah naungan Universitas YPPI Rembang.

Abstract

MSMEs have a significant role in the economy in Indonesia. Micro, Small and MediumEnterprises (MSMEs), is one of the leading driving forces in economic development (LPPI and BI,2015). In Indonesia itself, the existence of small industries is very important in saving the nationaleconomy. In Indonesia MSMEs have become an important part of the economic system. MSMEsare also able to create considerable employment opportunities for domestic workers, so it is veryhelpful in reducing the number of unemployed.This study aims to examine organizational learning with the 4I framework (intuiting,interpreting, integrating and institutionalizing) that is applied and carried out by Batik Tulis LasemMSMEs in Rembang District based on the business scale of small business groups and mediumbusiness groups. As well as examining the factors that become obstacles and driving the success oforganizational learning in Batik Tulis Lasem MSMEs in Rembang District.The results of the study show that: 1) The intuitive factors of individual SMEs in Batik aretriggered by their level of experience, and subjective perceptions that lead to leaps of success. 2)The learning of organizational interpreting from Lasem Batik Entrepreneurs is mostly obtainedfrom the feedback of interaction with stakeholders. 3) Integrating learning of the Batik Tulis LasemMSMEs organization that is more sharing among fellow batik entrepreneurs, enriching theirinsights and knowledge, so that it becomes an awareness and shared learning that with a solidcommunity (Cluster) Batik Tulis Lasem MSME can enhance mutual competitiveness. 4) Institalizingorganizational learning in the form of a joint commitment to maintain handmade batik that isloaded with designs that contain artistic and philosophical values as well as ancestral culturalreflections that have high economic values that are preserved in clusters and instill in generationsthat occur by individuals and groups in organizations that include systems, structures, procedures,and strategies with a framework of cultural wisdom and values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze organizational culture at government institution X using OCAI(Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument). The research population is all employees ofGovernment Institution X consisting of groups of rank IV, III and II. Based on the results obtained,the appreciation of the employees who devote themselves to Government Institution X theyappreciate the organization of Government Institution X as an organization with a Hierarchy type.This reflects the existence of a control system management to ensure that procedures,measurement, and monitoring systems are in place to keep processes and performance undercontrol. Focus on coordination, fostering coordination within the organization as well as withexternal work units to obtain accurate cross-border information to carry out its activities. Similarly,expectations for changes in organizational culture in the future, they do not expect changes inorganizational culture, this is felt in the three groups of ranks.Keywords: organizational culture, goverment institution, ocai.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to strengthen and analyze emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence to job satisfaction and performance of teachers in the School of Extraordinary Affairs of Batang.    Data were obtained as many as 18 respondents from 18 questionnaires distributed. This research was conducted by using concept. (PLS) for data analysis.   The findings of this study indicate that emotional quotient has no effect on job satisfaction, intelligence quotient has an effect on job satisfaction, spiritual quotient has an effect on job satisfaction, and emotional quotient influence teacher performance, intelligence quotient has no effect on teacher performance, spiritual quotient has no effect on teacher performance , and job satisfaction have a significant effect on teacher performance. Keywords : emotional quotient, intelligence quotient, spiritual quotient, job satisfaction, teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a model in implementing Pancasila values in the best practice corporate governance (IPCG) and to examine the relation between IPCG and banking performance in Indonesia. IPCG was measured by using index based on the CG principles which had been adjusted to the values of Pancasila. Bank performance was measured by using ROA, ROE, LDR, and OER.                The result shows that Pancasila values have been well implemented in the Indonesian banking. IPCG does not affect ROA and ROE, but negatively effects on LDR and OER, in which LDR becomes lower as IPCG becomes higher, meaning that it has less risk.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Compilation of Job Analysis in Pemerintahan Kota Magelang. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations. The informant determination technique used by the writer is purposive sampling. Section chairman, Chairperson of Subdivision and staff Staff at the Organization Section of the Secretariat of the Dearah are informants in this study. The results of the study aimed at compiling a job analysis on the part of the organization running effectively by combining several methods, such as the method of checking documents, interviews and observing the field of employees. Managing employees who are spread out in the regional apparatus in the government system needs to place the right human resources as the main asset for the institution. As a government agency, it is necessary to prepare a job analysis which is part of the management of human resources in the organization as a determination of the content of a position that includes duties, responsibilities, authority, working conditions, education, expertise, ability, work experience, and relationships with other positions in the organization, as well as the occupational requirements needed by an employee to be able to carry out work duties in the position he is carrying well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh internal knowledge capability dan external knowledge capability terhadap inovasi model bisnis UKM saat Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian mengambil objek penelitian di UKM batik tulis Lasem di Kabupaten Rembang, Jawa Tengah. Total populasi ada 107 UKM dan responden yang dijadikan sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 UKM yaitu yang mengembalikan kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internal knowledge capability berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap inovasi model bisnis UKM, external knowledge capability berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap inovasi model bisnis UKM dan internal knowledge capability dan external knowledge capability secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap inovasi model bisnis UKM. Adjusted R square mempunyai nilai sebesar 0.178. Artinya faktor-faktor yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini meliputi internal knowledge capability dan external knowledge capability mempunyai pengaruh terhadap inovasi model bisnis UKM sebesar sebesar 17.8%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 82.2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar model yang diteliti. Kata Kunci: internal knowledge capability, external knowledge capability, inovasi model bisnis dan UKM

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe of relationship lending between moneylenders and small traders in the Pasar Kutoarjo by the scope of the relationship, the distance from the borrower, the frequency of contact and the exclusivity of lenders. This study uses primary data from moneylenders and small traders in Pasar Kutoarjo and analysed qualitatively. The results show that relationship lending in terms of the scope of the relationship, the distance from the borrower, the frequency of contact and the exclusivity of lenders between moneylenders and small traders in the Pasar Kutoarjo developed well. It supports the characteristics of microfinance institution as stated by  financial service authority (OJK)  pursuant Act number 1/2013 in terms of simple, quick and non written general procedures and loan agreement.  Keywords: money lenders, relationship lending, informal financial institution, analysis

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the variable profitability (ROA), dividend policy (DPR), solvency (DER), and company size (SIZE) on firm value (Prince to Book Value). This study uses data obtained from the annual financial statements of Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The population in this research is all manufacturing companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 as many as 99 companies. In the purposive sampling stage, the number of samples that were suitable for use were 28 Manufacturing Companies. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing uses t-tests to partially test variables, and F-tests. The analysis shows that profitability (ROA), dividend policy (DPR), solvency (DER) and company size (PBV) affect the firm value (PBV). Then the results of the regression analysis detected profitability (ROA), dividend policy (DPR), solvency (DER) and company size (PBV) showed an effect on firm value (PBV) of 54.8%, the remaining 45.2% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The Indonesian Warships (KRI) owned by the Indonesian Navy needs maintenance and repairs in accordance with its basic functions    so that the KRI is ready to carry out operavtiiions. With this, a Dislaikmatal surveyor is needed who checks and tests the results of maintenance   and repair of KRI. Data collection was obtained through interviews, documentation and observation. From the SWOT data processing, the main strategy is to optimize equipment and maintenance at KRI by using complete work tools and equipment as well as receiving support from the National   Professional   Standards   Agency   to   improve   the   quality  of Dislaikmatal  surveyors.  The  theoriesviiused  by researchers  to  support  the SWOT method include human resource management theory, education and training theory, competency theory, professionalism theory, and safety theory so that it is hoped that Dislaikmatal surveyors' work professionalism in determining the feasibility of RI will be more optimal.
