Buletin Bisnis & Manajemen (BBM) terbit awal pada Pebruari 2015. BBM merupakan terbitan berkala ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi YPPI Rembang. Penerbitan BBM dimaksudkan sebagai media penuangan karya ilmiah baik berupa kajian ilmiah maupun hasil penelitian di bidang bisnis dan manajemen. BBM terbit dua kali dalam setahun, bulan Pebruari dan Agustus. Setiap naskah yang dikirimkan ke BBM akan di telaah oleh Mitra Bestari yang sesuai bidangnya. Penulis akan menerima dua eksemplar cetak lepas (off print) setelah terbit. Pengecekan plagiasi artikel dilakukan dengan Google Scholar dan Turnitin. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit Artikel penelitian yang disampaikan ke jurnal online ini akan review sekurang-kurangnya 2 (dua) reviewer. Artikel penelitian yang diterima akan tersedia secara online mengikuti proses peer review jurnal. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini adalah bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris. Dengan berubah bentuk STIE YPPI Rembang menjadi Universitas YPPI Rembang, maka Pengelolaan Buletin Bisnis & Manajemen (BBM) berada dibawah naungan Universitas YPPI Rembang.

Abstract

The research aims to prove and analyze the influence of current ratio, return on asset, debt to equity and earning per share towards share prices in textile and garment company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.  The population of the research is textile and garment factories listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 – 2017 periods. Technique selection sample used is purposive sample. Data analyzes method used is multiple linier regression analyzes. The research result shows that current ratio has insignificant negative effect towards share price. Return to asset ratio has insignificant positive effect towards share price. Debt to equity ratio has significant negative effect towards share price.  Earning per share has significant positive effect towards share price. Determination test result shows that variable current ratio, return on asset, debt to equity and earning to share are able to explain of 63,1% share price, while 36,9%  of the remaining is explained by other factors that are not included  in this research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ethics, motivation and behavior of the KRI crew with conservation status on the performance of soldiers in the ranks of Koarmada II. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative and then analyzed with validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression. Data were obtained by giving questionnaires to 58 KRI crew members with conservation status as respondents. The results of the analysis prove that there is an influence between the ethics and motivation of the KRI ABK with conservation status on the performance of soldiers in the ranks of Koarmada II. The behavior variable has no influence on the performance of soldiers. Simultaneously, ethics, motivation and behavior influence the performance of soldiers in the ranks of Koarmada II. The results of this study have implications for the ethics, motivation and behavior of KRI crew members with conservation status that need to be improved in order to improve the performance of soldiers in the ranks of Koarmada II.

Abstract

This research analyzes many factors which influence of the employees working. The pupose of the research is fainding many factors which influence the employee working. The contents is wisdom compentation distribution and satisfied of working releated with the influence the employee working. The object of this research is employees of Patra Jasa Convention Centre.Purposive sampling which choisen is to find out the data which needed in this studies there are 40 responden and all of the are Patra Jasa Convention Centre employee. The data analysis used SPSS program 19 series. Before doing regreesion analysis, the process analysis is trought many steps whisvh one of the is validity analysis, reliability test and classic assumtion test.In this research has three hypothesis and depards of the research analysis show that three hypothesis are acepted, it means the conclution of this research wisdom compentation distribution it influence satisfied of working towards increasing of employees working.Kata Kunci : wisdom distribution compentation, satisfied of working and employees working

Abstract

 The results of research by Choudury (2011) showed that service quality has a positive influence on word of mouth. Similarly penelitain by Rodney and Jhon (2009) which states that service quality affect the word of mouth. The results are different from the research by Jiewantoa et.al (2012) which states that service quality has no effect on word of mouth. Another study that states that service quality has no direct effect on word of mouth is a study by Li (2013). Li's research states that service quality has no effect on word of mouth. From the results of the above study there is a gap of research results. Furthermore, for this research to measure the influence of service quality, word of mouth and costumer perceived value to repurchase intention. In this study, as the samples are visitors Patra Jasa Convention Center Semarang a number of 150 people. The data collection tool is a statistical quantity of a statistical test with SEM using AMOS program version 18. The results show all hypothesis proposed accepted means service quality, customer perceived value, word of mouth give positive influence to repurchase intention.Keywords: service quality, customer perceived value, word of mouth, repurchase intention

Abstract

Achieving the end of 2018, the domestic capital market has the highest number of publicly traded companies in Asia. In addition to the increasing number of issuers, the number of investors continues to grow in line with confidence in economic growth in Indonesia. At present there are 1.6 million capital market investors. PT Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) recorded the number of investors in the capital market as of December 2018 reaching 1,606,481, an increase of 43 percent since the end of 2017.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Expected Return and Risk on the Appraisal of Stock Companies Going Public in 2015 - 2019 and to determine the stock valuation model in moderating the influence of Expected Return and Risk on Stock Appraisal on Stock Appraisal of Go Public Companies in 2015 - 2019.The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of publicly listed companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study is the company Go Public Manufacturing Sector (Consumer Goods Sector) Food and Beverage sub sector totaling 18 issuers. The sampling technique is done by using a saturated sample, which is a sample using the entire population, in this case totaling 18 issuers. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, moderating variable tests and model feasibility tests.Based on the results of the research test it was concluded that there was no significant negative effect between Expected Return on Stock Valuation. Variation of the Expected Return variable used in the model is able to explain variations in the Stock Valuation variable, while the rest is influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

There are regulations of solid waste and kind of solid waste in their households. Thepeople to be responsible with their own solid waste by separating organic and nonorganic solid waste in their households. Organic solid waste will be processed to becomecompost as organic fertilizer for all plants. Non organic solid waste will be reuse andrecycle to become usefull things or sell them to trash collector. Take in hand by progresif,simultaneous and integrated of organic solid waste and non organic solid waste isreduse big volume of solid waste. One of method in handling non organic solid waste istrash bank.This research about trash, trash bank in Indonesia and the sample of NirwanaTrash Bank located in RW 07, Pedurenan Village, Karang Tengah, Tangerang City.Nirwana Trash Bank has been operating more than two years (since 12 th October 2012),number of member 80 person or only 22,15% of 361 households in RW 07, with 9personil manajement (8 female, 1 male).Keywords: regulations, integrated, reduse, reuse, recycle, trash bank.

Abstract

The problem that forms the basis of this research is where the production employees of PT.Kartika Polaswasti Mahardhika is not able to reach the target that has been charged so that theperformance of the employees experienced a decline in employee performance and this studyaimed to analyze leadership factors, compensation and work environment on the performance ofemployees. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Kartika Polaswasti Mahardhikawhich amounted to 437 employees while the sampling technique used was a non probabilitysampling technique with the type of accidental sampling and the analysis tool used in this studymultiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership variables, compensation and workenvironment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT.Polaswasti Mahardhika Kartika and the results of the adjusted R square value in the regressionmodel were obtained at 0.571 which means that 57.1 percent of employee performance variablescan be explained by leadership variables, compensation and work environment while theremaining 42.9 percent is explained by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Business can be done anywhere and by anyone. Where the purpose of a business for some people is different. Among others there are which aims to increase revenue. So with that reason, began to grow home-based business scale. Where businesses are done by the community and are planted in housing. One home-based business is the laundry. Laundry business kilogram is now very widespread, almost in every street can be found Landry. However, if carelessly in managing this business, then the business can be folded more quickly. So it takes some analysis, including marketing mix, where to open this business, you need to know the 4Ps. Product, Price, Place and Promotion. In addition to the marketing mix, it is necessary to do a SWOT. This research was conducted using quantitative and qualitative methods. Where data collection is done by observation and interviews with business owners, employees and customers. Abstract

This research will examine the Influence of Viral Marketing Through Instagram which consists of Messenger, Message and Environment Toward the Interest of Buy Typical Local Snack Products. The purpose of this study to describe the activities of SMEs regional snack products in promoting their products through the media instagram. Promotion through social media instagram visual displays are expected to attract interest to buy snack products. This study uses questionnaires as a research instrument to obtain data from consumers of regional snack products in Instagram. In this study the respondent's criteria is the followers active Instagram snack products typical of the region, as well as respondents must follow at least one account of regional snack products in Instagram with the number of samples planned is 200 people obtained from the spread of questionnaires online through gogle form, monkey surveys, email and directly.             The results of data processing of this study show a linear simultaneous relationship between the independent variables Messenger, Message and Environment dependent variable that Interest Buy Local Products Typical Snacks. Partially any independent variables of Messenger, Message and Environment have a linear influence on variables dependent Buy Interest Typical Regional Snack Products. While the independent variables Environment has a dominant influence on variables dependent Buy Interest Snack Products Regional Typical Online compared to other independent variables. The result of multiple linear regression shows the variables of Environment influenced 51.5%, Messenger 24.1% Message 12.0% to Buy Local Area Typical Buy Interest.             The results of this study are expected to contribute positively to business actors in marketing regional special snacks online, faculty in college and further research.
