Buletin Bisnis & Manajemen (BBM) terbit awal pada Pebruari 2015. BBM merupakan terbitan berkala ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi YPPI Rembang. Penerbitan BBM dimaksudkan sebagai media penuangan karya ilmiah baik berupa kajian ilmiah maupun hasil penelitian di bidang bisnis dan manajemen. BBM terbit dua kali dalam setahun, bulan Pebruari dan Agustus. Setiap naskah yang dikirimkan ke BBM akan di telaah oleh Mitra Bestari yang sesuai bidangnya. Penulis akan menerima dua eksemplar cetak lepas (off print) setelah terbit. Pengecekan plagiasi artikel dilakukan dengan Google Scholar dan Turnitin. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit Artikel penelitian yang disampaikan ke jurnal online ini akan review sekurang-kurangnya 2 (dua) reviewer. Artikel penelitian yang diterima akan tersedia secara online mengikuti proses peer review jurnal. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini adalah bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris. Dengan berubah bentuk STIE YPPI Rembang menjadi Universitas YPPI Rembang, maka Pengelolaan Buletin Bisnis & Manajemen (BBM) berada dibawah naungan Universitas YPPI Rembang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Kertasemaya District Office of Indramayu Regency. The data in this study were obtained by observation, interviews, and using statement questionnaires distributed to 42 respondents and all of them were employees at the Kertasemaya District Office in Indramayu Regency.This study uses an associative descriptive method, the independent variable of this study is Work Discipline and Work Motivation, while Performance becomes the dependent variable. Work Discipline has a direct and positive effect on Performance included in the Medium category, Work Motivation has a direct and positive effect on Performance including the Very Low category, Work Discipline has a direct and positive influence on Work Motivation included in the Medium category, Work Discipline and Work Motivation have a positive and direct effect on Performance is included in the Medium category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan dan sikap keuangan dengan demografi sebagai moderasi terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan Kelompok Wanita Tani “Ceria” Kabupaten Kendal. Penelitian menggunakan teknik cluster sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 30 orang anggota kelompok Wanita Tani “Ceria”. Alat analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan keuangan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan KWT Ceria dengan nilai t sebesar 2,499 dan signifikansi < 5%, sikap keuangan mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan dengan nilai t sebesar -2,485 dan signifikansi < 5%, namun setelah beinteraksi dengan demografi sebagai variabel moderasi mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan sebesar 2,781 dengan signifikansi < 5%. Variabel pengetahuan keuangan, sikap keuangan dan variabel demografi sebagai variabel moderasi mempunyai  pengaruh positif terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan dengan kontribusi nilai sebesar 63,9% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian sebesar 36,1%.

Abstract

This research analyzes many factors which can influence someone to be come STIEPARI Students. The problem of the research refers to the phenomena of STIEPARI wihich does not fulfill new students expectation target. The purpose of the research is to enhance the interest target to be students of STIEPARI Semarang.The data analysis technique to the rest the hypotesis is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) which is operated with the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) Versi 18.0. The result shows that marketing public relation anda campus image veriable as an intervening variable in this research is correct. It means that marketing public relation influences the campus image which correlates the decision to be STIEPARI students.Kata Kunci : marketing public relation, campusimage & becoming STIEPARI students

Abstract

ASEAN is an intergovernmental organization in Shouteast Asia, working together on economic and political issues. With the establishment of economic relations, one of them in the field of capital market will give effect to the movement of capital market indices in each country in the ASEAN region. Knowing the integration of capital market in ASEAN region can help investors in determining which capital markets will be used to form international diversification so that it can give potential benefits. In this study analyzed the level of capital market integration between ASEAN-5 capital markets from 2006 to 2017 years. The method of analysis used in this study is the Augmented Dickey Fuller (ADF), Johansen Cointegration, VAR estimation (Vector Auto Regression), and Granger Causality Test. By using this method of analysis it is concluded that there is a long term relationship between capital market integration in ASEAN-5. And in this study we found that there is a causal relationship between capital market in ASEAN-5, although not entirely. Abstract

Affairs of local government based on the principles of autonomy and duty auxiliary fields opinion, financial and asset management area. The main function of accounting in the calculation not to benefit as much as it is a function of efficiency in managing funds that are set to not having swelling funds.In this office for the cost of vehicles by the end of 2011 was Rp. 980,658,541.00. Assets of these vehicles in the estimate has economic life for five years, whereas the residual value at the end of 2015 there was Rp. 885,658,541.00. In the calculation using the straight-line method of depreciation expense each year will be a constant that will ease the calculation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and prove the factors that directly affect their business strategy in order to improve the performance of the terasi production in the district of Rembang and to analyze and prove the factors that directly affect business strategy in order to improve the performance of the terasi production in the district of Rembang. Respondents in this study were managers or owners of terasi production in the district of Rembang. The analysis technique uset test track path. The results of this study concluded that education, skill, and environmentally significant positive effect on improvement of the business strategy of terasi production in the district of Rembang. As well as education, skills, and environment as well as good business strategy will accelerate the improvement of business performance of terasi production in the district of Rembang.Keywords: performance improvement, the business strategy, education, skills and the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence Financial Literacy of Business Owners, namelyfinancial literacy, financial planning, Level of Education Against Business Sustainability at RattanUMKM Trangsan Village, Gatak District, Central Java. Data collection techniques researchers doby observing and distributing questionnaires directly by visiting the object of research that is RattanUMKM Owner. Samples in this study amounted to 100 Rattan UMKM Business Actors. Dataprocessing uses SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that the level of education has nosignificant effect on business continuity while financial literacy variables, financial planning havesignificant influence on business continuity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of Organizational Employee Relationship onOrganizational Resilience Hotel X in facing a crisis. Every crisis creates a lot of uncertainty for allmembers of the organization, including employees. The focus of this research is to see thedynamics of the relationship between employees and their organizations in dealing with crisesbetter in order to remain resilient during and after the crisis. The sample in this study was n = 48employees of hotel X which were selected by simple random sampling. The results obtained showthat there is an influence of Organizational Employee Resilience on Organizational Resilience.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of CSR program implementation of economic, environmental and social dimension either partially or simultaneously to PT PJB UBJ O & M PLTU Rembang. The sample in this research is ring society 1 PT PJB UBJ O & M PLTU Rembang Leran Village, Trahan, Jurangjero and Pangkalan which amounted to 160 people. Sampling using simple random sampling method and test using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the economic dimension, environmental dimension and social dimension either partially or simultaneously have a significant positive effect on company image of PT PJB UBJ O & M PLTU Rembang. The result of determination test shows that the economic dimension variable, environmental dimension and social dimension able to explain the dependent variable (corporate image) is 63,9%. While the rest of 37.1% is explained by other causes outside the model not examined in this study. Keywords: CSR, Economics, Environment, Social, Corporate Image
