Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze learning at the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School (SIKL) in an effort to develop student talent interest during the new normal. The research approach in this study uses a qualitative research type. The data collection method is in the form of an analysis that is interview and documentation in the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School (SIKL). The data analysis technique used descriptive-qualitative. The results of the study explained that the concept of learning at the Kuala Lumpur Indonesian School (SIKL) was carried out with two models, namely BDR (learning from home) and BDS (learning at school). For the BDR learning model (learning from home) it is carried out online accompanied by parents using the classroom application, video, converence, telephone or live chat, zoom or via the whatsapp group. While the BDS learning model (learning at school) uses standard operating procedures (SOP) including 3M, washing hands, wearing masks and maintaining distance. Efforts to develop students 'interests and talents at Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur (SIKL) in the new normal era teachers pay more attention to students, Collaboration between parents and teachers plays an important role in developing students' interests and talents, providing motivation for students to develop their interests and talents , schools must facilitate facilities for students to develop their interests and talents. Finally, teachers hold various kinds of competitions as a place to develop their interests and talents.

Abstract

Abstract Teens have different characters from children and adults and the problems they face. With this difference, it is necessary to take steps to remain a good teenager. In general, there are ten characters that exist in adolescents that parents and teachers must know about, namely physical changes, socialization, cognitive development, personal and emotional characteristics, independence, emotionality and rebellion, extreme moodiness, self-identity, peer relationships, independence and testing limits, selfish attitude. With characters who tend much opposed by the parents and teachers, it is necessary their internalization or inculcation of religious values in adolescents. As for actions that do the elderly within the family and teachers in the school such as provide exemplary self, their sense of togetherness in the realization of the values of religious, harmonious relationship the parents (father 's mother), the intimacy of the relationship people parents with children, train bear responsibility, exercise and habitation of children since age early in the realization of the values of religious, consistency and unity of the behavior of the parents, the creation of an atmosphere of openness, and communication dialogical, and children are also able to choose companions who diligently carry out the command of religion. Abstrak Remaja memiliki karakter yang berbeda dengan anak-anak maupun orang dewasa dan problematika yang dihadapinya. Dengan adanya perbedaan itulah perlu adanya langkah-langkah yang dilakukan agar tetap menjadi remaja yang baik. Secara umum ada sepuluk karakter yang ada pada remaja yang orang tua maupun guru harus mengetahuinya, yaitu perubahan fisik, sosialisasi, perkembangan kognitif, karakteristik pribadi dan emosional, independen, emosional dan pemberontak, moodiness ekstrim, identitas diri, hubungan sebaya, kemandirian dan batas pengujian, sikap egois. Dengan karakter yang cenderung banyak berlawanan dengan orang tua maupun guru, maka perlu adanya internalisasi atau penanaman nilai-nilai keagamaan pada remaja. Adapun tindakan yang dilakukan orang tua didalam keluarga maupun guru di sekolah diantaranya memberikan keteladanan diri, adanya rasa kebersamaan dalam merealisasikan nilai-nilai keagamaan, keharmonisan hubungan orang tua (ayah-ibu), kemesraan hubungan orang tua dengan anak, melatih tanggung jawab, latihan dan pembiasaan anak-anak sejak usia dini dalam merealisasikan nilai-nilai keagamaan, konsistensi dan kesatuan perilaku orang tua, penciptaan suasana keterbukaan, dan komunikasi dialogis, dan anak juga mampu memilih sahabat yang rajin menjalankan perintah agama.

Abstract

Wabah corona yang disebabkan oleh Novel Corona Virus (SARS-Cov- 2) sejak akhir bulan Desember 2019 dan sampai sekarang belum dapat diatasi menyebabkan dunia pendidikan harus beradaptasi dengan menyelenggarakan kegiatan belajar mengajar secara daring atau dikenal dengan istilah Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen kelas pada pembelajaran jarak jauh di MI Muhammadiyah Pandansari Kecamatan Ajibarang. Penelitian yang dilakukan pada tanggal 4-15 Januari 2021 di kelas I (satu) pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Tehnik untuk mengumpulkan data adalah dengan pengamatan (observasi), interview (wawancara), analisis dokumen dan atau analisis isi wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk mengimplementasikan manajemen kelas pada pembelajaran jarak jauh, guru melakukan kegiatan: 1) mengabsen siswa untuk mengetahui kesiapan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran, 2) melibatkan orang tua dalam proses pembelajaran, 3) memberikan batas waktu dalam mengirimkan tugas pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of teacher's performance in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto Banyumas Regency, as well as its implications to the quality of education improvement.This research is a qualitative descriptive. This research was conducted in places named SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto. The subjects of the study were head of sekolah, vice principal of sekolah, and sekolah teacher. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were interactive models consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Test the validity of data was triangulation. The results of this research were a) the improvement of teacher's performance in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto was good and effective. This can be seen from the various efforts or steps that have been done by the educational institutions. The improvement of teacher's performance in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto was done by coaching and developing teacher profession and career, both in the form of education and training, and non-training. Meanwhile, SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto conducted several programs and teacher upgrading activities in the form of seminars and workshops, MGMP, seeking new information independently, improving teachers' welfare and educational supervision, b) the improvement of teacher performance in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto has implication on education quality. This was realized with teachers always make learning plans, use varied learning methods and take into account the condition of learners before using certain methods in teaching and learning, and creating a conducive classroom climate. Effective and efficient learning can improve student achievement and the realization of quality education.

Abstract

Abstract Leadership is a competency that must be owned by madrasah principals. Decision making in educational organizations is directly related to the head of the madrasah. The principal of the madrasah as manager has an important role in making decisions quickly, precisely and effectively by using data and information for optimal educational environmental performance. Decision-making by the head of the MA Ar - Ridlo Pekuncen Banyumas has gone well, this can be seen from the processes and stages carried out by the head of the madrasah in making decisions with observation, data, planning and recording related to education in madrasahs. Then, conduct deliberations with teachers to take policies, take an interpersonal approach to teachers to hold events, give ideas, involve teachers in training, and supervise as supervisory activities. As stated in the teacher work assessment, this is useful for increasing the potential and performance of teachers, to improve the quality of teaching and learning outcomes at MA Ar - Ridlo Pekuncen Banyumas. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal the implementation of decentralization policies through the School Based Management (SBM) program. The research method was carried out with a qualitative approach. The data were collected through direct observation and structured interviews with the principal, teachers and employees. The results showed that the implementation of the education decentralization policy was carried out through; (a) determining structural positions (b) managing school finances, (c) structuring teachers and employees, and (d) determining school planning and programs. All stakeholders are able to work in accordance with predetermined main duties and functions and can synergize with one unit to another.

Abstract

Pada saat ini pendidikan cenderung hanya berorentasi kepada kebutuhan material, tanpa memperhatikan kebutuan moral, sehingga akan menciptakan manusia yang bersifat matrealistis, oleh karena itu semuanya diukur oleh materi tanpa melihat nilai positif dan negatifnya. Pendidikan akan mengarahkan peserta didik menjadi intelektualitas keilmuan dan keterampilan saja tanpa dibarengi dengan amaliah ilmiahnya. Orang tua memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mendidik dan merawat anak. Oleh karena itu keberhasilan pendidikan anak merupakan tanggung jawab bagi orang tua dalam mengembangkan potensi anak. Tulisan ini berupaya menyajikan konsep bagaimana pendidikan anak yang ideal perspektif Islam. Pendidikan anak merupakan amanah bagi orang tua, sehingga Al-Qur’an dan Sunnah senantiasa mengarahkan dan membimbing terhadap proses pendidikan anak. Tanggung jawab orang tua terhadap pendidikan anak merupakan sesuatu yang harus dipenuhi dan tidak bisa ditawar lagi, sehingga keberhasilan dalam proses pendidikan anak, harus ditanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan yang positif berdasarkan pengetahuan yang memadai melalui sumber-sumber ajaran Islam. Proses pendidikan anak harus ada relasi timbal balik bagi keduanya, maksudnya harus ada hak dan kewajiban antara orang tua dan anak yang harus dipenuhi oleh keduanya. Islam telah mengatur dan memberikan penjelasan secara komprehensif dan detail mengenai pendidikan anak dalam mewujudkan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the problem of distance learning in farming families in MI Ma'arif NU Karanggedang 2 Purbalingga. This research uses qualitative research methods or often referred to as naturalistic research methods, namely research conducted in natural conditions or natural settings. For almost a year, since the Covid-19 pandemic season, learning, which was originally carried out directly and centered on schools, has now changed to a distance learning system via online or online. Now, parents of students are required to be able to be good teachers for their children at home. Not a few parents have encountered various problems related to this distance learning process. Parents' hearts are screaming, restless, restless, and even have entered a stressful stage. They are not ready to face the changes in the education system for their children in this pandemic season. Various problems in distance learning, especially in farming families, were revealed in this study. There are three problems experienced by parents of students who work as farmers, namely technology problems, skills problems, and personal problems. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang problematika pembelajaran jarak jauh pada keluarga petani di MI Ma’arif NU Karanggedang 2 Purbalingga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif atau sering disebut sebagai metode penelitian naturalistik yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan kondisi alamiah atau natural setting. Selama hampir satu tahun, sejak musim pandemi covid-19 pembelajaran yang semula dilaksanakan secara langsung dan berpusat di sekolah-sekolah, kini berganti dengan sistem pembelajaran jarak jauh via online atau daring. Kini, orang tua siswa diharuskan mampu menjadi guru yang baik untuk anak-anaknya di rumah. Tidak sedikit orang tua yang mendapatkan berbagai permasalahan terkait proses pembelajaran jarak jauh ini. Hati orang tua menjerit, resah, gelisah, bahkan sudah masuk tahap stress. Mereka belum siap menghadapi perubahan sistem pendidikan untuk anak-anaknya di musim pandemi ini. Berbagai permasalahan dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh khususnya pada keluarga petani terungkap dalam penelitian ini. Ada tiga pokok persoalan atau problematika yang dialami oleh para orang tua siswa yang berprofesi sebagai petani yaitu problematika teknologi, problematika keterampilan, dan problematika personal. Kata Kunci: keluarga petani, pembelajaran jarak jauh, problematika.

Abstract

Abstract This study describes the role of parents in increasing children's learning motivation at MI Ma'arif NU 01 Sokanegara Purbalingga. This study used a descriptive survey research method. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with the criteria of the parents of MI Ma'arif NU 01 Sokanegara students, Purbalingga. The sample in this study were 10 respondents who were conducted in February 2021. To obtain data, researchers used interview and observation methods. As we all know, the Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world has had many impacts in various fields of human life, including education. Likewise in our country, Indonesia. Since the Covid-19 pandemic occurred in early 2020, the government immediately took a system change policy in the delivery of education. So far, prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, teaching and learning activities were carried out directly and centered on schools. Now, in the Covid-19 pandemic season, distance learning has been chosen as the best alternative for students to take. In the implementation of distance learning (PJJ) via online or online, students learn independently from their respective homes, teachers deliver learning materials, provide learning assignments through online learning media. To achieve the success of online learning, of course, requires good participation and cooperation between the school / teacher, students, and parents. The role of parents to motivate children's interest in learning is needed. From the results of the research, the roles played by parents as motivators for children include giving attention, affection, learning facilities, praise, gifts, rewards, and punishments. Keywords: parents, motivation to learn, children, the Covid-19 pandemic Abstrak Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak di MI Ma’arif NU 01 Sokanegara Purbalingga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria orang tua siswa MI Ma’arif NU 01 Sokanegara Purbalingga. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 10 responden yang dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2021. Untuk memperoleh data, peneliti menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Sebagaimana yang telah kita ketahui bersama bahwa pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda dunia, berdampak banyak di berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia, tak terkecuali bidang pendidikan. Demikian pula di negara kita, Indonesia. Sejak terjadi pandemi Covid-19 pada awal tahun 2020, pemerintah segera mengambil kebijakan perubahan sistem pada penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Selama ini, sebelum terjadi pandemi Covid-19, kegiatan belajar mengajar dilaksanakan secara langsung dan berpusat di sekolah-sekolah. Kini, di musim pandemi Covid-19, pembelajaran jarak jauh dipilih sebagai alternatif terbaik yang harus ditempuh oleh para siswa. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) via online atau daring, siswa belajar secara mandiri dari rumah masing-masing, guru menyampaikan materi pembelajaran, memberikan tugas-tugas belajar melalui media pembelajaran daring. Untuk mencapai keberhasilan pembelajaran daring ini tentu membutuhkan peran serta dan kerjasama yang baik antara pihak sekolah/guru, siswa, dan orang tua siswa. Peran orang tua untuk memotivasi minat belajar anak sangat dibutuhkan. Dari hasil penelitian, peran yang dilakukan oleh orang tua sebagai motivator untuk anak diantaranya adalah memberikan perhatian, kasih sayang, fasilitas belajar, pujian, hadiah, penghargaan, dan hukuman. Abstract

Abstract Government policy in the world of education during the pandemic requires teaching and learning activities to no longer be in schools, but to be diverted into distance learning activities for safety and health that are centered in their homes. Situations and conditions like this require the maximum involvement of parents and restore the role of parents in educating children essentially. The role and function of parents initially is as a place for children's education to be first and foremost in instilling religious values, shaping character and character, but during a pandemic like this where children have to study at home, the role of parents increases by accompanying children when learning is something very important. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the role of parents in accompanying children to learn during the pandemic. Data collection in the form of interviews, documentation, observation. And the type of research is qualitative. The results of research on the role of parents in accompanying children during the pandemic show that parents are very bothered in dividing their time, energy, and smartphone. From the research results, it can be concluded that parents have a very important role in assisting children to learn during a pandemic. Learning assistance for children can be seen from explaining material that the child does not understand, how parents help children's task difficulties, communicating or borrowing a smartphone to do the tasks given by the teacher. Abstrak Kebijakan pemerintah dalam dunia pendidikan saat pandemi mengharuskan kegiatan belajar mengajar tidak lagi di sekolah, namun dialihkan menjadi kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh demi keamanan dan kesehatan yang berpusat di rumah masing-masing. Situasi dan kondisi seperti ini mengharuskan interaksimorang tua secara lebihmmaksimal dan mengembalikan peran orang tua didalam mendidik anak secara hakiki. Peran dan fungsi orang tua awalnya adalah sebagai,tempat,pendidikan,anak,yang,pertama,dan,utama,didalam menanamkan nilai-nilai,,agama, membentuk karakter dan berbudi pekerti,meskipun saat terjadi pandemi seperti ini,,dimana anak harus belajar di rumah maka peran orang tua menjadi bertambah dengan mengawasi anak saat belajar merupakan hal yang begitu penting. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mendiskripsikan dan menganalisa anak belajar dengan didampingi orang tua dalam pandemik. Wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi merupakan pengumpulan data. Serta jenis penelitian yaitu kualitatif. Hasil penelitian tentang anak dalam pandemic dengan didampingi oleh orang tua, menunjukkan bahwa orang tua begitu repot didalam membagi waktu, tenaga, dan smartphonnya. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa orang tua memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mendampingi anak untuk belajar pada saat pandemi. Bantuan belajar anak terlihat dari penjelaskan tugas yang kurang dipahami anak, bagaimana orang tua membantu anak dengan tugas yang sulit, mengkomunikasikan atau peminjamkan smartphone untuk mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan oleh gurunya.
