Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan mutu pendidikan secara menyeluruh dan komprehensif mulai dari input, proses, output dan outcome, berfokus kepada orang yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan secara berkelanjutan kepuasan customer pada biaya sesungguhnya yang secara berkelanjutan turun menurun. Manajemen peningkatan mutu Pendidikan Islam secara terpadu melalui Sistem Kredit Semester di SMA. Sistem Kredit Semester merupakan sebuah inovasi pendidikan yang merujuk pada pemberian fasilitas kepada siswa yang memiliki bakat dan kecerdasan diatas rata-rata agar mampu menguasai banyak isi pelajaran dalam rentang waktu yang lebih singkat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian menggunakan metode metode kombinasi (mixed method sequential ekploratory) Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket. Analisis data dilakukan dengan memberikan makna terhadap data yang dikumpulkan, kemudian dari makna data tersebut penulis menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) Manajemen peningkatan mutu Pendidikan secara menyeluruh meliputi: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan.

Abstract

Abstract Educators must have an attitude in dealing with students so that they are in accordance with the teachings conveyed by Islam. Educators need to know and be aware of the profession that is taken as a calling for the soul to be able to achieve a maximum learning goal, they need to know and practice several tasks as professional educators. Professional educators are regulated in the Law on Teachers and Lecturers. Therefore, it is important for an educator to learn and implement it to become a professional educator. This research uses descriptive analysis method. This type of research is carried out on national and international literature review sources related to the concept of professional educators. Professional educators must carry out their duties as educators as stated in the law on teachers and lecturers. Professional educators must have educator competencies in carrying out their responsibilities in educating, teaching, guiding, assessing, training, and evaluating students. In addition, the quality of an educator will continue to improve, which in the end, the quality of educational institutions will also have quality. Professional educators will continue to strive to develop themselves according to the times. Has the nature and character that is in accordance with the duties or obligations as an educator Keywords Educators, Professional, and Law Abstrak Pendidik harus memiliki sikap dalam menangani peserta didik agar sesuai dengan ajaran yang disampaikan oleh agama Islam. Pendidik perlu mengetahui dan sadar akan profesi yang diambil sebagai panggilan jiwa untuk dapat mencapai sebuah tujuan pembelajaran yang maksimal perlu mengetahui dan mengamalkan beberapa tugas sebagai pendidik professional. Pendidik profesional sudah diatur dalam Undang-Undang tentang Guru dan Dosen. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya seorang pendidik mempelajari dan melaksanakan untuk menjadi pendidik yang profesional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deksriptif. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan pada sumber-sumber kajian pustaka nasional maupun internasional yang berhubungan dengan konsep pendidik profesional. Pendidik profesional harus menjalankan tugas sebagai pendidik yang telah tercantum di dalam undang-undang tentang guru dan dosen. Pendidik profesional harus memiliki kompetensi-kompetensi pendidik dalam menjalankan tanggung jawab dalam mendidik, mengajar, membimbing, menilai, melatih serta mengevaluasi peserta didik. Selain itu, kualitas yang dimiliki seorang pendidik akan terus meningkat yang pada akhirnya kualitas lembaga pendidikan juga akan ikut bekualitas. Pendidik profesional akan terus berusaha untuk mengembangkan diri sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Memiliki sifat dan karakter yang sesuai dengan tugas atau kewajiban sebagai pendidik. Abstract

It’s a case study research by using descriptive qualitative approach. Aimed to give the representation class management of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating on class management of the excellent class’ mathematics learning on MTs Nurul Huda NU Pesanggrahan, Kecamatan Paguyangan. The subjects of this research was the headmaster, mathematics teachers, and students. Interview and observation is used to collect the data by using triangulation processes and the analysis technique used inductive analysis from Miles and Huberman. The result of the mathematics study management as follow: 1). Planning phase by preparing materials, lesson plan, and learning media. 2). Organizing phase use scientific approach and by involving them to understand materials, solve the problems, relating the materials in daily life, and use IT. 3). Implementing phase begins by reviewing previous materials, exercises, and convey the main materials. 4). Evaluating by giving different exercises that aimed to develop the question correctly.

Abstract

The research aim to measure the students’ reading competence in using Recount Text tense. The reading skill became very important in the education field, students need to be exercised and trained in order to have a good reading skill. The research was descriptive quantitative method. The writer had been conducted on September 2013 and The subject of this research was the Eighth Grade students of SMP Bustanul ulum Bantarkawung, Brebes in the Academic year 2012/2013. The sample was 41 students of 82 Students, consisting of 41 from class VIII A and 41 students from class VIII B. In collecting data, the writer used a subjective test which consisted of 20 items, all the items were multiple choice test. After conducting the research, it revealed that the mean of the students’ reading competence in using Recount Text tense was 78. It means that the average of the students could answer 61-80%% of the test items correctly. It indicated that the students’ reading competence in using Recount Text belonged to “good” category. The finding of the research had been contribution to reading competence education in SMP Bustanul Ulum Bantarkawung. The English teacher could get some different ways to improve the students’ reading competence.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the study of social capital as capital for madrasa in development of their institutions. Madrasa is an educational institution labeled as Islamic which initially did not immediately receive public attention. Many attempts have been made to obtain the legality of recognition of its existence. In addition, madrasa are educational institutions that have a close image with community contributions in the sense that madrasa cannot be separated from society. This contribution is an important asset for the survival and existence of madrasa. Madrasa in its development involves the community as the center of the progress of the institution. This community contribution is a social capital that can improve the quality of madrasa through their role and support. In the study of social capital, there are three main elements, namely trust, value and network. The three of them are related to each other and form a bond as an asset in developing madrasa. Madrasa and communities establish close relationships as a strategic step in improving the quality of educational institutions. Therefore it is necessary to have a harmonious relationship between madrasa and society so that common goals can be achieved.

Abstract

This study was aimed at obtaining a description of how to deal with students' aggressive behavior at SDN 2 Karangreja, Kutasari sub-district, Puerbalingga district. This research is a case study research conducted with a qualitative approach. Data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Then the data were analyzed through three stages of data analysis, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the form of aggressive behavior carried out by students was verbal and nonverbal aggressiveness. The handling is done by reducing repressive actions on aggressive students, not giving physical punishment to aggressive students, paying attention and appreciation for positive aggressive student behavior, giving confidence to aggressive students, providing comfort to all students, and limiting student rights. Teachers have carried out optimal handling, however, parents are still lacking in providing treatment.

Abstract

The method is one of the most influential aspects to achieve something success in carrying out the teaching and learning process. In the educational process of memorizing Juz' amma a teacher is programmed in an instructional design to make students or students learn actively which emphasizes the provision of learning resources. So in essence the educational procedure for memorizing juz' amma is a path or method carried out in the educational process in order to facilitate educational activities in memorizing the last juz' amma or juz in the Qur'an at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Dukuhwaluh Purwokerto. This research aims to identify what and how the educational process and also the procedures used in memorizing Juz' amma at Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Dukuhwaluh Purwokerto. This type of research is field research with descriptive qualitative research type. To get the data needed. The results of the research show that the Juz Amma memorization education procedure at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Dukuhwaluh Purwokerto is implemented and various methods of memorization education are applied. There are also memorization education methods used at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Dukuhwaluh Purwokerto, namely the wahdah procedure, namely memorizing verse per verse, the khitabah or writing method, the observing or Sima'i method, the jama method, the repeat method with fellow students and the deposit method. Abstract

This study aimed to: (1) analyze the competence of teachers at SD Negeri 4 Krandegan, Banjarnegara District, Banjarnegara Regency; (2) analyzing the strategic efforts to strengthen teacher competence in SD Negeri 4 Krandegan, Banjarnegara District, Banjarnegara Regency. This research method uses descriptive quantitative and qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation studies. While the data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the competence of teachers at SD Negeri 4 Krandelan was very good. The strategic efforts to strengthen competence were carried out, namely: (1) pedagogic competence: by discussing with teachers both formal and non-formal, giving assignments to teachers to transmit the results of technical guidance, holding workshops, supervision, comparative studies, increasing time allocation; (2) personality competencies: giving rewards, freedom of opinion, coaching, and bringing in lecturers; (3) Professional competence: facilitating teachers to be active in the KKG, increasing teacher insight, encouraging teachers to take part in scientific/innovative work competitions, assigning tasks to teachers to guide academic competitions, assigning teachers to guide and develop curriculum development, involving teachers to become curriculum development teams in schools ; (4) Social competence: design learning with cooperative methods, group activities that require collaboration, such as outbound, extracurricular, tourism, being friends in CAR, and giving dispensation to teachers in community activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of Internet media as a learning resource by students and teachers in learning. This study uses a qualitative research approach with the type of phenomenological research. Data were collected by observation, interviews, and documentation. Then analyzed using three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that students are familiar with Internet media from various sources including social media, parents and television. As for the use of Internet media facilities by students, including Google, YouTube, and learning applications as learning resources. Students in the use of Internet media have the skills to access various information that is used to support learning resources. Meanwhile, the use of Internet media by teachers is at the planning stage which includes socializing online learning procedures, preparing online Learning Implementation Plans (RPP), downloading applications that will be used in e-learning, and downloading materials. The implementation phase includes the use of Internet media to optimize applications used in e-learning, as well as the use of Google and YouTube as learning resources. The learning outcomes stage includes the use of Internet media to evaluate, guide, and send assignments online.

Abstract

Kecerdasan emosional dilakukan dengan cara melakukan perkenalan dan mengendalikan emosi, memberikan motivasi kepada pribadi, pengenalan emosi ini tidak hanya bagi diri sendiri namun juga emosi orang lain yang berguna dalam memperbaiki dan mempertahankan hubungan. Kecerdasan ini dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan keluarga dan non keluarga. Kecerdasan spiritual sendiri di maknai sebagai puncak kecerdasan manusia, di mana ketika kecerdasan spiritual seseorang sudah berada taraf yang baik, manusia itu akan memiliki kemampuan dalam mengatasi berbagai persoalan hidup yang dihadapi, karena kecerdasan spiritual mampu menghubungan rasio dengan emosi, pikiran dan tubuh. Dua kecerdasan ini sangat dibutuhkan dalam pengembangan pendidikan karakter. Dua kecerdasan ini merupakan pembuka pintu gerbang dan harus dimunculkan siswa untuk melaksanakan pendidikan karakter. Meskipun dalam menumbuhkembangkan kecerdasan ini membutuhkan setting lokasi, waktu dan tenaga yang lebih juga peningkatan kompetensi guru dan pemahaman akan kecerdasan ini, namun hal ini dirasa sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk menumbuhkan karakter yang ada dalam diri peserta didik.
