Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pembelajaran PAI di masa pandemi. Peningkatan ini dilakukan melalui penerapan metode Daring model Pedagogis Kontruktivistik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilakukan dalam proses kegiatan pembelajaran online, dengan subyek penelitian siswa SD Negeri 2 Rejasari Kecamatan Purwokerto Barat. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada penerapan metode Daring model Pedagogis Kontruktivistik yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar PAI. Prosedur penelitian dilakukan dalam 4 tahap, diawali dengan perencanaan, realisasi rencana, observasi, evaluasi dan perbaikan. Pengumpulan informasinya menggunakan wawancara dan observasi serta dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, di mana Hasil penelitiannya menunjukan bahwa upaya dalam meningkatkan mutu belajar PAI berhasil dengan baik. Mutu pembelajaran terlihat pada perubahan kegiatan pembelajaran Daring model Pedagogis Kontruktivistik. Pada siklus I siswa masih terlihat bingung, Rebutan bertanya, dan sebagian ada yang kurang memperhatikan penjelasan guru yang di kirim lewat pembelajaran online. Kegiatan Daring ternyata didominasi siswa yang aktif dan mempunyai media pendukung. Pada siklus 2, tampak keberanian siswa untuk bertanya dan menyampaikan pendapatnya bertambah. Kegiatan pembelajarannya berkembang sangat baik. Masing-masing siswa tampak bersemangat mengukir prestasi yang baik. Peningkatan prestasi belajar bertujuan dengan keaktifan siswa, hal ini dapat dilihat pada nilai ketuntasan belajar peserta didik dengan rata rata 68 pada siklus I, dan naik menjadi 79,5 pada siklus II.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the creativity of teachers in an effort to increase student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic season at MI Ma'arif NU Karangasem Purbalingga. This research uses a qualitative approach, case study method. Data collection techniques that researchers use are interviews and observation. Based on the results of research at MI Ma'arif NU Karangasem Purbalingga, teacher creativity in increasing student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic season, including: 1) Teacher creativity in paying attention to students; 2) Teacher creativity in choosing and using appropriate learning methods. 3) Teacher creativity in selecting and using learning media; 4) the creativity of teachers in developing learning resources; 5) The creativity of teachers in conducting assessments; and 6) The creativity of teachers in appreciating and utilizing student work.

Abstract

Internalisasi adalah penghayatan secara mendalam mengenai suatu doktrin ajaran tertentu dalam hal ini yaitu islam, sehingga peserta didik meyakini dengan sadar akan kebenaran doktrin yang diterimanya dan diwujudkan dengan tampilan sikap dan perilaku peserta didik. internalisasi Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam pembentukan sikap dan perilaku siswa merupakan proses dimana siswa didorong untuk bersikap dan berperilaku yang sesuai dengan tuntunan agama Islam secara mendalam. Sehingga terbentuk siswa dengan sikap dan perilaku yang baik serta bertanggung jawab dan tidak merugikan orang lain. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian studi literatur atau studi kepustakaan. Studi literatur menekankan pada cara memperoleh data dalam penelitian, yang mana sumber data berasal dari karya ilmiah baik yang sudah dipublikasikan atau belum dipublikasikan. Internalisani PAI dalam pembentukan sikap dan prilaku siswa memiliki 3 tahap yaitu tahap traformasi nilai, tahap transaksi nilai, dan tahap transInternalisasi nilai. Dalam pelaksanaanya internalisasi PAI dalam pembetukan sikap dan prilaku siswa pasti mendapat hambatan dan kendala, hambatan dan kendala diantisipasi dengan menggunakan 3 tindakan yaitu tindakan preventif (pencegahan), tindakan represis (menghambat) dan tindakan kuratif (penyembuhan)

Abstract

The rapid development of communication and information technology that has been wrapped up in a global order of life has a complex impact on all groups, including the younger generation. In addition to the positive impact that has emerged, namely with the expansion of knowledge, the negative impact in the form of degradation of moral values and kindness among the young generation of Indonesia is starting to fade and even almost lost by this current wave. For this reason, alternative problem solving is needed so as not to dissolve in moral decline. One of them is through Social Sciences (IPS) education by giving its role to shape the nation's character. This paper aims to examine the formation of character through social studies learning. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method to explore the values and character of education in Social Sciences (IPS) subjects with the researcher as the main instrument. Field findings show that the curriculum, materials, teachers and teaching and learning processes have an important role in the formation of students' character through social studies learning that is structured and designed to introduce and develop knowledge, understanding, and the ability to be sensitive and sympathetic to the environment with the principle of meaningful, integrated, challenging, active, and value-based.

Abstract

This research was conducted to describe the role of parents in helping children do assignments during distance learning at MIM Purbalingga Branch. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation with descriptive data analysis. The analysis technique that the researchers did was from data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that parents have various roles in helping with children's tasks during distance learning. First, parents play a role in accompanying children. Both parents play a role in guiding the child. And the third parent plays a role in helping children work on assignments during distance learning at MIM Purbalingga Branch.

Abstract

Improving the quality of schools can be through superior programs. There are many excellent programs, one of which is based on religion. The flagship religious-based program carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Kedungbanteng, Banyumas Regency includes 1) the full day school system, which adds religious material in the curriculum content that is integrated in curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities. 2) education programs based on local excellence, namely through activities religious studies, namely the study of books and reading and writing of the Qur'an which ends with the Khotmil Qur'an activity which is a sign that students have completed the Qur'an. 3) Life skills education programs, including personal, social, academic, and vocational life skills . This activity is in the form of skills in writing and reading the Qur'an, making calligraphy, the art of reading the Qur'an, and the ability as a small preacher through extracurricular activities khitobah, 4) Graduate quality improvement programs, namely Increasing faith and piety through habituation activities such as tadarus Al-Qur'an, dhuha prayer, dhuhur prayer in congregation of Hajj Manasik activities, Spensa Bersholawat, and Istighosah before the School Exam. The success of the flagship religious-based program cannot be separated from the principal's role as manager, namely planning, organizing and controlling.

Abstract

Management is the whole process of carrying out a job through other people carried out by two or more people to achieve a common goal that has been determined or decided previously, it can also be said that management is an organizational tool. Meanwhile, financial management is one of the management substances in educational institutions that will determine the course of educational activities at the institution. Financial management activities are carried out through the process of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, supervising or controlling. The function of financial management is to obtain, and seek opportunities for funding sources for activities at the educational institution, in order to be able to use funds effectively and not violate the rules, and to make transparent and accountable financial reports. The principles of financial management are transparency, accountability, effectiveness, and efficiency. Meanwhile, organizational performance is the results obtained by an organization, both profit-oriented and non-profit-oriented organizations that are produced over a period of time and are measurable work achievements, related to the ability and strength of the organization as a whole to achieve organizational goals. Performance appraisal is basically used to assess the success or failure of implementing activities, programs and/or policies in accordance with the goals and objectives that have been set in order to realize the vision and mission of government agencies. The management model and strategy for improving the quality of graduates in educational institutions can be pursued through, among others: (a) Total Quality Management Theory. (b) Organizing Business For Excelency Theory. Educators must also master and be able to implement four competencies, to realize their professional performance, namely pedagogic competence, personality competence, professional competence and social competence. In addition, excellent service and management must be optimized to improve the quality of graduates in these educational institutions, so that the "output" satisfies educational customers, and the "selling value" of the educational institution is high, public trust also increases.

Abstract

Islamic religious learning for early childhood is increasingly prioritized at this time. Parents are required to introduce their children to the teachings of Islam from an early age so that knowledge, insight, and monotheism will be more attached and leave an imprint on the child's heart. At the stage of early childhood education, the child will tend to be more interested in learning media that is easy to understand and includes moving animated images and sounds that attract attention. With IT-based media in delivering teaching materials and students can carry out their activities directly by interacting via computers, laptops and Android phones. For this reason, an interactive learning media application was made to introduce Islam by using one of the applicative programming. So that it helps teachers or parents to easily introduce Islam with a pleasant appearance so that the material offered is absorbed by the children who study it. For this reason, this study aims to compare how effective public PAUD and private PAUD are in developing IT-based media in PAI PAUD learning in the era of society 5.0. The development of IT-based learning media on PAI learning in South Purwokerto State Kindergarten less effective and Al Fattah Purwokerto Utara IT (Islam Teladan) kindergarten has applied multimedia learning media consisting of computer devices, LCDs and Audio Visual media in KBM effectively.

Abstract

Good character is the ultimate and main goal in education. Field facts show that not a few young people, even students, commit immoral acts that should not be done. This indicates that the goals of education in Indonesia have not been achieved perfectly. Various factors contributed to this failure, including weak character education planning. This study aims to analyze the planning of character education in SD Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah 02 Purwokerto. This research is a type of field research that is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the planning of character education at SD Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah 02 Purwokerto is a participatory professional structural, namely character education planning that involves various parties in the educational institution starting from the level of foundation management (LPP), school management (headmaster) and vice principals), homeroom teachers/teachers to the active involvement of guardians of students with duties and responsibilities according to their respective capacities for the achievement of the goals that have been set. The stages of character education planning carried out by SD Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah 02 Purwokerto include determining character education goals, distributing tasks and responsibilities (job descriptions, and developing character education plans.

Abstract

This article presents how the management of the head of MIN 3 BREBES in realizing learning effectiveness in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic situation. Problems that are clearly experienced by educational institutions at MIN 3 Brebes are the lack of knowledge and mastery of teachers regarding learning applications, as well as the strategy of the head of madrasah in conducting training on the use of google classroom. Management is a series of activities carried out to achieve the expected goals. The management of the madrasah principal occupies a strategic position so that learning continues and students do not lose their rights. This study is a qualitative research that aims to obtain an overview and information about the management of the Ibtidaiyah madrasah principal in realizing the effectiveness of learning in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic situation. The research subject is the head of the madrasa. Data were collected by means of unstructured interviews or personal discussions with the head of the madrasa as the main data source and the guardians of the students as supporting data. Data analysis was performed using data reduction techniques. The results obtained show: (1) the management of the madrasah principal has been carried out according to management rules, which include the planning, organizing and implementation stages, as well as monitoring and evaluation as steps taken so that the learning process continues to be carried out, (2) developing learning videos by making teams School IT in collecting learning videos made by MIN 3 Brebes teachers. Keywords : Management, Head of Madrasah, Covid-19 Abstrak Tulisan ini menyajikan tentang bagaimana manajemen kepala MIN 3 BREBES dalam mewujukan efektifitas pembelajaran ditengah situasi pandemi covid-19. Permasalahan yang jelas dialami lembaga pendidikan MIN 3 Brebes adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan penguasaan guru mengenai aplikasi pembelajaran, serta straegi kepala madrasah dalam mengadakan pelatihan pemanfaatan google classroom. Manajemen merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Manajemen kepala madrasah menempati posisi strategis agar pembelajaran tetap terlaksana dan peserta didik tidak kehilangan haknya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran dan informasi tentang manajemen kepala madrasah Ibtidaiyah dalam mewujudkan efektifitas pembelajaran di tengah situasi pandemic covid-19. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala madrasah. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara tidak terstruktur atau diskusi personal dengnan kepala madrasah sebagai sumber data utama dan wali murid sebagai data pendukung. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik reduksi data. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan: (1) manajemen kepala madrasah telah dilaksanakan sebagaimana kaidah manajemen, yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian dan pelaksanaan, serta pengawasan dan evaluasi sebagai langkah yang ditempuh agar proses pembelajaran tetap terlaksana, (2) mengembangkan video pembelajaran dengan membuat tim IT sekolah dalam menghimpun video pembelajaran yang dibuat oleh guru MIN 3 Brebes. Kata kunci : Manajemen, Kepala Madrasah, Covid-19
