Abstract

This study aims to analyze the process of diffusion of innovation in the implementation of hygiene programs in Bangkalan Regency, to understand how hygiene innovations are accepted and adopted by the local community as well as the challenges faced in the cleanliness program implemented by the Bangkalan Initiative Community, to find out how much influence the success and failure of diffusion of hygiene innovations, including public awareness, limitations of infrastructure,  and participation in environmental cleanliness programs. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative research type. The types and sources of information used in this study are using 2 types, namely primary data and secondary data. Initial information obtained from the first source of information or field hands, then we obtained this secondary information based on observations from podcasts along with documentation on Bangkalan social media initiatives such as: YouTobe, Instagram, and Tik Tok. The results of the study show that although there are a number of efforts to increase public awareness and provide hygiene facilities, the low level of community participation and limited human resources (HR) are still the main obstacles. Therefore, a more interactive innovation diffusion strategy that involves direct community participation in each stage of the program is urgently needed to increase the effectiveness and reach the cleanliness program in Bangkalan. This study provides recommendations for improvements in the design and implementation of a more inclusive and sustainable hygiene program. The Bangkalan program initiative has a great impact in the field of cleanliness, especially the Bangkalan community. The first step in the process of diffusion of innovation in the Bangkalan cleanliness initiative is the role of education, especially educators, which is the main factor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how product innovation and market orientation affect the marketing performance of fashion SMEs in South Tangerang City. The research employed an associative methodology, with a population comprising 112 fashion SMEs in the area. Data analysis methods included correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, partial t-tests, simultaneous F-tests, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression. The findings demonstrate that market orientation significantly and favorably affects marketing performance, as shown by the basic linear regression equation.Y = 23.735 + 0.422X. The correlation coefficient is 0.868 (very strong), with a determination coefficient of 75.4%. Furthermore, t-value (tcount) is 18.357, exceeding the t-table value of 1.981 with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). Similarly, product innovation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, demonstrated by the equation Y = 23.272 + 0.434X. The correlation coefficient is 0.769 (strong), and the determination coefficient is 59.1%. The t-value (tcount) is 12.619, greater than the t-table value of 1.981 with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). Simultaneously, market orientation and product innovation together positively and significantly affect marketing performance, supported by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 22.535 + 0.345X1 + 0.111X2. The correlation coefficient is 0.876 (very strong), with a determination coefficient of 76.7%. The F-value (Fcount) is 179.885, exceeding the F-table value of 3.93 with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05).

Abstract

In practice, the performance measurement of Islamic banks has only presented the performance of Islamic finance in a materialistic aspect, without revealing spiritual and social values. In fact, it is very important to measure the performance of Islamic finance to realize stakeholder trust.  Therefore, this study was conducted to find out whether Islamic banks in Indonesia have been able to realize stakeholder trust. This study is a quantitative study with the population of Islamic Banking companies for the 2017-2023 period found in the OJK. The sample selection in this study used purposive sampling. The analysis method uses a panel data regression model using the E-views software 12. The results show that the zakat performance ratio and the zakat performance ratio with FDR moderation show an influence on profitability. Meanwhile, the profit sharing ratio and the Islamic performance ratio with FDR moderation have no influence on profitability.

Abstract

AI is poised to be transformative across virtually all industries, and the financial sector has already experienced major impacts from AI in predictive analytics, fraud detection and risk management among others. This paper also describes the innovation of AI, machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) technologies and their availability in financial services in 2024. Its scope covers richer credit scoring models which harness predictive analytics to assess borrower performance, more sophisticated fraudulent activity detection frameworks that can identify suspicious transactions in real-time, and countless automated trading algorithms which can dynamically adapt to changing market behaviors. Moreover, Algorithms have also deployed in the way financial institutions are evaluating and handling second risk management; AIdriven Risk Management tools have been also there to facilitate decision making process for operational efficiency. We discuss these challenges, and also show how AI will be a crucial part of fundamentally transforming financial analysis from optimizing customer service interactions to stabilizing the economy.

Abstract

Holding pattern is an aircraft maneuver to remain in the air within a certain period to delay movement. This research aims to ascertain whether the creation of certain holding points used specificially for holding patterns exercises. This research uses the Research & Development (RnD) method which involves the process of planning, technical design, and feasibility test using Cessna 172Sp aircrafts. The results showed that the holding point could be carried out at the coordinates of the holding point coordinates 8°20'59"S 114°08'48.8"E which was then named point "MEYDA". The feasibility test results show that two holding patterns can be used, namely Model 1 (inbound 150° and outbound 330°) and Model 2 (inbound 080° and outbound 260°).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how the DIY Manpower and Transmigration Office's staff members' levels of job satisfaction, organisational commitment, and intrinsic motivation affect their OCB. The study's population included 85 workers selected using saturation sampling, and the research methodology was quantitative. The measuring tool used was a Likert scale. The results of the instrument tests demonstrate that the data is valid and trustworthy, distributed normally, and does not exhibit any signs of heteroscedasticity or multicollinearity. According to the study's results, an individual's level of job satisfaction significantly and positively affects their OCB, although work motivation and organisational commitment do not. At the same time, OCB is positively and significantly impacted by all three factors. This study's findings may help guide future studies and business initiatives aimed at enhancing organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB), which in turn impacts the success of organisations in reaching their objectives.

Abstract

Autoimmune diseases occur when the immune system attacks the body’s own tissues, causing serious complications and overlapping symptoms that challenge early detection. This study reviews the use of the K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) algorithm for classifying autoimmune diseases through a systematic literature review of five articles. Compared to methods like Genetic Algorithms, Support Vector Machines (SVM), and Single Layer Perceptrons (SLP), K-NN shows high accuracy when optimal parameters and neighbor counts are used. However, challenges include sensitivity to imbalanced data and high computational demands for large datasets. Combining K-NN with optimization techniques, such as Genetic Algorithms, enhances accuracy and stability. The study concludes that K-NN is effective for classifying autoimmune diseases, especially with hybrid approaches, and recommends further research with larger datasets.
