Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze how much influence between work culture and work environment on employees turnover intention at PT ABC President Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously. The used research method is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis methods used were normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, T test, coefficient test of determination and multiple linear regression. Population 150 people with sample used was 60 people according to calculations using the Slovin formula with a tolerance error of 0,1 or 10%. Based on the results obtained that the work culture and work environment at PT ABC President Indonesia (ABCPI) could be said to be unfavorable and has much affect on turnover intention both partially and simultaneously. This is evidenced by the results of the T count 3,780 > t table 1,6720 for the influence of work culture on turnover intention, the result of T count 1,952 > t table 1,6720 for the influence of the work environment on turnover intention, and the F test 16,236 > F table 3,16. Also based on the results of coefficient test of determination, the value of R Square is 0,363 which means that work culture and work environment affected of turnover intention by 36.3%.

Abstract

On the Job Training is a provision of knowledge through motivation that encourages mature work readiness. The purpose of the study is to see how API Banyuwangi three-year diploma programme cadets are prepared, especially motivation and job training. By distributing it to 26 samples of cadets and using SPSS 29 software. The collected data were subjected to validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis test, coefficient of determination analysis, and classical assumption test. The study found that On the Job Training is influenced by motivation, both separately and in combination have little effect on work preparation. That is, motivation and On the Job Training amounted to 8.7%, while other variables amounted to 91.3%. This study aims to support academics in improving job training programmes and to obtain more reliable results, it is recommended that future studies involve more people and collect larger sample sizes.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the influence of websites on emotion-mediated and cognitive dissonance and moderated lifestyle and gender. The research uses a quantitative approach. The novelty of research is cognitive dissonant behavior by examining its constituent factors. Respondents include the millennial generation who buy fashion products on Shopee. Purposive sampling method. The data collection technique uses a closed questionnaire. The data is statistically analyzed with SEMPLS. The findings of the analysis showed that cognitive dissonance was positively and significantly influenced by lifestyle. The implication of this research is that in online business, every marketer, especially fashion products, must understand the characteristics of the lifestyle that develops in society. Lifestyle is a very strong shaping factor in cognitive dissonance purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Matoa is an endemic plant in Indonesia that has great potential in the health sector. This study aims to examine the antioxidant potential of matoa through a narrative review approach. The literature search method was carried out on the Google Scholar and Research Gate databases with the keywords "matoa", "immunity", "health" and "exercise performance" limited to the last 10 years of publication. Of the 65 articles identified, 9 met the inclusion criteria for in-depth analysis. The results showed that matoa contained various bioactive compounds, especially phenolic groups that played a role in antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, cardiovascular and exercise performance. The use of matoa has been developed in various forms, ranging from health supplements to functional food products. This study also identifies the need for further research related to long-term safety evaluation and clinical validation to optimize the use of matoa in the health sector.

Abstract

The research aims to determine if surface texture of HHO generator’s electrode plate affect hydrogen production, and which of 4 tested surface textures gives the best performances. Electrolytes used is KOH with variation in concentration of 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 g/L. Testing is done by running the generator to produce 1 L of hydrogen, with the tested parameter being current, electrolytes temperatures, and time required. Data is measured in 2 waves: the first wave is 30 measurements with the generator always on, and the second wave is 30 measurements with the generator turned off for 10 seconds between measurements. The average, standard deviations, and correlation coefficients is compared to determine the best surface texture.

Abstract

This research develops a machine learning-based classification method to detect lung cancer early, with the aim of increasing the life expectancy of patients. Lung cancer diagnosis generally requires manual interpretation of CT (Computed Tomography) images, which is prone to human error and time consuming. The proposed method is the Genetic K-Nearest Neighbor (GKNN) algorithm, which combines the advantages of genetic algorithms in parameter optimization with the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) approach for classification. The dataset used comes from Kaggle, includes 309 entries with 16 features, and has gone through pre-processing to minimize noise and improve data quality. The GKNN model was compared with other algorithms such as Support Vector Machine (SVM), Random Forest, Artificial Neural Network (ANN), and Decision Tree. Results show that Decision Tree achieves the highest accuracy of 98.39%, while GKNN offers a reliable solution with 90% accuracy and a low false positive rate. The results of this study are expected to be a reference in the development of artificial intelligence-based systems for medical applications, supporting faster and more accurate clinical decision-making.

Abstract

The chronic autoimmune illness known as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is typified by tissue destruction in multiple organs and systemic inflammation. Diagnosing this condition might be difficult because of its varied and fluctuating clinical symptoms. The goal of this research is to use clinical and laboratory data to create a classification model for SLE diagnosis using the Naïve Bayes approach. Age, gender, clinical symptoms, and the outcomes of laboratory tests are among the information gathered for this study. This approach is crucial for helping with SLE management and early diagnosis. The Naïve Bayes model was used to assess and categorize these data according to the severity of the condition. The accuracy, precision, and recall measures were used in the study to evaluate the Naïve Bayes model. The outcomes demonstrated how well the Naïve Bayes algorithm can categorize SLE patients.

Abstract

This project aims to develop an expert system to support agricultural water management using Fuzzy Logic and Rule-Based Decision Making methods. This system is important for improving agricultural yields and environmental sustainability, especially with the increasing demand for food and the impacts of climate change. Data was taken from Kaggle, including information on soil conditions, temperature, and rainfall. Data processing includes missing value removal, outlier detection, and splitting the data into 80% training and 20% testing. Fuzzy Logic was chosen because it is able to handle data uncertainty and provide accurate output regarding crop water requirements, while Rule-Based Decision Making utilizes expert knowledge-based rules for decision making. Simulation results show that the Fuzzy Logic model provides recommendations for water needs according to actual conditions, with high responsiveness to soil moisture and temperature. The system is expected to be a tool to assist farmers in decision-making, increase agricultural productivity, and support water sustainability. This research contributes to the development of expert systems in agriculture and natural resource management based on modern technology.
