Abstract

Good medical record keeping is a successful management of a health service. Filling is part of the Medical Record Unit (URM) which has an important role in functioning for various purposes, protecting the confidentiality of the contents of the Medical Record Document (DRM) from unauthorized parties, and protecting the Medical Record Document (DRM) archive from physical and chemical damage. , and biology. Missfile is a medical record file that is lost and misplaced on the medical record file storage shelf in the filling room. A medical record file is said to be misplaced or missing (Missfile) if the file is needed but on the storage shelf the file is not available or does not exist. The impact of a missfile is that it causes patient service in searching medical records to be delayed. Apart from that, it can also result in duplication of medical record numbers and the contents of medical record documents becoming discontinuous. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach whose data collection methods are observation and interviews. The research results showed that factors causing missfiles include the Human Resources (HR) factor, namely the number of medical record officers, only two people who have a high workload, the method factor, namely the absence of SOPs regarding borrowing and returning medical record documents, the machine factor, namely slow shelves. storage of medical record documents and the money factor, namely there is no special budget for the medical record room.

Abstract

One of the macronutrients for the prevention of Chronic Energy Deficiency (SEZ) is protein. Muscle mass is affected by the level of adequacy of energy and protein, the level of adequacy of energy and less protein can lead to a decrease in muscle mass in the subject. If protein intake is sufficient, then nutritional status will be good including the size of the upper arm circumference (LILA). Factors that are strongly suspected to influence the diet of protein sources are the type of region that is closely related to the potential of the region in providing natural food for its population. The availability of various foods is largely determined by geographical conditions (including topography) of the region because it will affect the amount and type of food that can be produced by the region. Objective: This study is to determine the difference in protein consumption of adolescent girls who experience SEZ aged 15-19 years in coastal and non-coastal areas. This type of research is an observational analytical design with a comparative study approach with a population of 213 respondents selected by cluster random sampling technique and obtained 138 respondents. Data on independent and dependent variables were collected through questionnaire interview techniques. The Independent Sample T Test is used to determine whether there is an average difference between two unpaired samples (p-value <0.05). Independent sample test results obtained Asymp sig values. (2-tailed) of 0.008 for differences in protein consumption, it was concluded that the difference in protein consumption in adolescent girls who experienced SEZs aged 15-19 years in coastal and non-coastal areas.

Abstract

The study addresses the escalating global health concern of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), particularly in Indonesia, where mortality rates decreased significantly from 41.3% in 1968 to 0.87% in 2010. Despite this achievement, morbidity rates remain high, emphasizing the need for effective prevention strategies. The study, conducted in Air Paoh Village, OKU Regency, aims to explore the relationship between knowledge, the role of jumantik cadres, counseling, and family head actions in DHF prevention. Utilizing a Cross-Sectional research design, the study included 93 heads of families from a total population of 2,553. Univariate analysis revealed that 72% of respondents demonstrated good efforts in dengue prevention, with 60.2% possessing adequate knowledge. Additionally, 47.3% acknowledged the role of jumantik cadres, while 53.8% attended counseling sessions. Bivariate analysis using the chi-square test indicated significant associations. Knowledge had a p-value of 0.000, the role of jumantik cadres showed a p-value of 0.026, and counseling exhibited a p-value of 0.001. These results suggest a meaningful correlation between knowledge, the involvement of jumantik cadres, counseling attendance, and the actions taken by family heads in preventing DHF in Air Paoh Village. The study's implications highlight the importance of targeted education, active involvement of community cadres, and enhanced counseling programs to reinforce preventive actions. The findings contribute valuable insights for public health strategies, emphasizing the significance of a multifaceted approach to combat the growing prevalence of DHF in the community.

Abstract

Hospital statistics are health statistics based on medical record data as a producer of health information to obtain certainty for health practitioners, management and medical personnel in making decisions related to health services in hospitals. Health services in hospitals include services in the intensive unit, namely the ICU. Patient mortality is an indicator of the quality of nursing services in the ICU. The ability to serve emergency and critical patients affects the quality of service that contributes to mortality rates (Hanafie 2008). The purpose of this paper is to analyze the factors and patient mortality rates in the ICU room in the hospital. The method used for literature review is a method that is done by collecting, identifying, and analyzing research works that have been produced by researchers. The analysis was carried out by calculating the percentage of 4 ICUs in different hospitals that had been collected from the work of researchers. It is known that the mortality rate indicator in Icu and Hcu Rsup Dr. Kariadi has the highest rate of 49.5%, followed by the Intesive Care Unit (ICU) room of the second West Java regional hospital 29.9%, the Intensive Therapy room of Sanglah Central General Hospital Denpasar third 24.8% and which has the lowest mortality rate in the Icu / Hcu Room at Rsud Wajo Regency South Sulawesi 2.4%. Abstract

A hospital is a health service institution that provides plenary individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. (Dzulhidayat, 2022). Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia number 24 of 2022 Medical Record is a document that contains patient identity data, examinations, treatment, actions, and other services that have been provided to patients. The daily inpatient census is a routine activity carried out in hospitals that counts the number of patients served in the inpatient unit. The daily inpatient census is conducted from 00:00 to 24:00 by officers in the care ward. The ward officer counts the number of incoming patients, outgoing patients, transferred or transferred patients, deceased patients and days of patient care. . The data will be recapitulated every month and used as statistics on hospital services that will be reported to the authorities. (Garmelia et al., 2018). The method in this research is a literature study, where this research is carried out with a data set technique to study books A literature search of records and reports related to research with the results obtained still found the implementation of the daily census of hospitalizations that are still delayed due to inadequate human resources In the absence of socialization to fellow officers, SOPs governing the daily census have not been implemented properly. This is why most of the daily census process of hospitalizations has not been well implemented
