Abstract

The goal of Indonesian education is to make people who are religious, insightful, have noble character, and are capable. In order to achieve the nation's noble values, it is necessary to practice learning and applying citizenship education. This research technique uses a literature review study. References for this writing come from related articles, papers, to books. This article provides a philosophical perspective on civic education. Philosophy of science itself has 3 foundations, including Epistemology, Ontology, and Axiology. Scientific citizenship education can be a solution in achieving this. Citizenship education basically talks about values, morals, normals, and ethics that apply in everyday life. Citizenship education in its application is a subject that must be applied from the low level to the high level due to the importance of being an intelligent and character citizen through citizenship education.

Abstract

Education is an effort to liberate oneself in an effort to continue the culture and idiology of a generation in the next generation. The continuity of the educational and cultural relay that occurs will give birth to a national character. A valued nation is a nation that has exclusive characteristics so that it can live in the global diversity of the world. This characteristic will be self-efficacy of the challenges of the times faced by a generation of nations. Ki Hajar Dewantara as the main foundation of the philosophy of education in Indonesia holds the main key, when his down-to-earth thinking ideas continue to be maintained, alive and continue to grow amid the challenges of globalization. How is the idiology of KHD education in its role in constructing Indonesian Education in the 21st century to prepare the golden generation of 2045? This research uses a philosophical approach and literature review. Iiteratur sources are articles obtained from the Google Scholar database in journals in. Indonesia in 2018-2022. From the author's analysis of Ki Hajar Dewantara's thoughts, it can be concluded that education is not only centered on the development of knowledge and skills but also on the formation of children's character performance which is the responsibility of the family, school and community environment as an educational ecosystem. The system approach and the teachings of understanding, ngrasa and nglakoni in the process are carried out to guide students to grow according to the nature of nature and the times.

Abstract

This research was made to know and analyze the Talent Management Model, Talent Management Study to Talent Management Mapping from companies in the tourism sector, spesifically resort in Bintan island. The method used in this research is a method of searching data from the internet and available materials. For data analysis, the author will use the components mentioned to analyze how the companies of tourism sector in Bintan island manages its talent from planning, attracting, developing, and retaining to transitioning. Then the author gets the companies using a combination of 2 strategies for the talent management strategy, namely by hiring only top employees and hiring promising specialists and developing them. And finally the use of 9 boxes of talent mapping will be used by the author to analyze talent from the tourism sector in Bintan island. The author suggests that companies need to carry out an evaluation process for each of their employees and also inform HR to train and monitor the performance of managers.

Abstract

The Main problem why companies keep raw material in quantities is as a safety stock, in chase of delay in delivery from supplier so the process of production process does not stop. Inventory control of auxiliary raw materials aims to achieve optimal efficiency and efectiveness in the supply of raw materials so that there is no excess and shortage of inventory stock. So this study aims to determine whether the amount of stock the raw materials in PT. PHPO KIM - II has been efficient when compared with the result of calculation by using MRP Method. This study will be done on four supporting raw materials that used for the glycerine manufacturing process are; HCl, Ca(OH)2, Filter Aid, NaOH.

Abstract

Tujuan untuk mengetahui urgensi digitalisasi bagi UMKM dan pentingnya laporan keuangan bagi UMKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif yang didukung dengan data sekunder. Lebih lanjut rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah (i) Apa yang menjadi urgensi digitalisasi bagi UMKM?; (ii) Bagaimana pentingnya laporan keuangan bagi UMKM. Hasil dari penelitian adalah (i) Digitalisasi UMKM merupakan suatu keniscayaan dan harus mendapatkan dukungan dari seluruh stakeholder dalam rangka menjaga stabilitas ekonomi Indonesia dimana UMKM merupakan mayoritas pelaku ekonomi nasional; (ii) keberadaan laporan keuangan oleh UMKM menjadi suatu yang penting dalam berinteraksi dengan pihak perbankan dan mitra serta mendukung dalam pengambilan keputusan yang efektif untuk pengembangan bisnis dari UMKM. Adapun implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan informasi dan referensi baik kepada praktisi maupun akademisi serta para stakeholder yang memiliki kepedulian terhadap perkembangan digitalisasi UMKM dan pentingnya penyusunan laporan dalam mengembangkan usahanya bagi UMKM.

Abstract

Grammar is a very important reference in the language learning process, but it is also an obstacle and a challenge for the teacher. This study aims at knowing the use and relevance of Traditional Grammar in the era of independent learning. This study made use of library research to collect the required data. The results of the study showed that Traditional Grammar is still relevant to be used in language learning in this era of independent learning, of course by providing modifications in its application. This study reveals the importance of Traditional Grammar in the era of independent learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi harga saham pada perusahaan retail trade yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel penelitian yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 6 perusahaan retail trade yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah data pengamatan (n) = 36. Program statistik yang digunakan adalah E-views 9, Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Data Panel. Hasil penelitian menemukan secara parsial earning per share berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan price earning ratio, debt equity ratio dan net profit margin tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Secara simultan variabel earning per share, price earning ratio, debt equity ratio dan net profit margin berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

PT Baturona Adimulya is a holder of coal mining business license located in Keluang Selatan Village, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatera Province. In production process, there must be leftover materials or toxic and hazardous material waste which is hazardous for the environment and human’s health. Therefore, there is a treatment of toxic and hazardous material waste to treat the leftover materials from the production. Toxic and hazardous materials waste refers to leftover of an activity containing hazardous and toxic materials because the characteristics, concentration and amount could pollute the environment. The toxic and hazardous material waste treated by PT Baturona Adimulya were used filter, used dust cloth, used battery, used hose, used lamp and used oil, and those have toxic characteristics such a used filter, used dust cloth, used hose and used oil. The waste which is corrosive were used oil and hazardous for the environment was lamp. The treatment of toxic and hazardous material waste conducted by environment department were identifying the waste, collecting the waste, labeling of symbolizing the waste, storing the waste at the landfill until the waste was picked up by third party which already had special license to conduct toxic and hazardousa material waste hauling according to the applied regulations.

Abstract

Diabetes Melitus (DM) merupakan adanya suatu gangguan metabolisme kronis ditunjukkan dengan kadar gula darah yang tinggi bersama gangguan metabolisme karbohidrat, lemak, dan protein. Gangguan tersebut sebagai akibat dari sel-sel tubuh yang kurang responsif terhadap insulin atau sel-sel beta Langerhans kelenjar pankreas yang menyebabkan berkurangnya produksi insulin. Metode penelitian non eksperimental dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang diambil secara Retrospektif. Menggunakan rangcangan penelitian total sampling. Kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan karakteristik pasien (usia, jenis kelamin, diagnosis) Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif, kemudian data ditabulasikan dan hasil penelitian dapat dikaji ketepatan berdasarkan kriteria 4T (Tepat indikasi, Tepat pemilihan obat, Tepat Dosis, Tepat pasien). Hasil penelitian di Puskesmas Gogagoman tahun 2022 menunjukkan pengobatan Diabetes Melitus tipe 2 menggunakan metformin (61%), glimepirid (11%), glibenklamid (2%), metformin & glimepiride (11%), dan kombinasi metformin & glibenklamid (2%). Rasionalitas pengobatan Diabetes Melitus tipe 2 di Puskesmas gogagoman tahun 2022 sebesar 34%. Berdasarkan evaluasi pengobatan pasien antidiabetes tepat indikasi, 68% tepat obat, 69% tepat pasien 75%, dan 77% tepat dosis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran translation dengan berbantuan Computer Assisted Translation Tools (CAT Tools) bagi mahasiswa semester 6 FKIP Unmas Denpasar. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif fenomenologi, dimana untuk pengumpulan data, peneliti melakukan pengamatan langsung pada kelas-kelas penerjemahan di semester 6. Wawancara dilakukan kepada mahasiswa guna mengetahui motivasi mereka dalam pembelajaran translation dengan CAT Tools. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diketahui bahwa pembelajaran translation dengan CAT Tools membuat mahasiswa lebih percaya diri dengan terjemahan yang mereka hasilkan. Mahasiswa juga tidak terbebani dengan pencarian daftar padanan kosakata yang belum mereka ketahui sebelumnya karena Cat Tools memberikan referensi penerjemahan
