Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to fulfill the assignment for the Final Semester Examination for the Indonesian Language corse. Apart from that, another aim of writing this article is to be able to find out Indonesian language learning methods using learning media combined with learning methods based on a learning curriculum that is in accordance with the government based on cybernetic learning theory. In the educational context, cybernetic learning is often synonymous with feedback. This feedback from students allows teachers to find out what students' difficulties are in understanding the material and whether the material presented has been understood or not. To produce efficient learning, you don't just need to use one method, but need several methods. The learning methods applied in the classroom must be in accordance with the material and the teacher's disposition so that it will produce students who are creative, productive and have good and correct knowledge. According to Anggit Sri, et al (2013) revealed that a process of interaction between students and learning resources in a learning environment is an understanding of the learning process. In order for the process of acquiring science and knowledge, mastering skills, habits, and forming attitudes and beliefs in students, educators provide assistance in the form of learning. In other words, the process of helping students to learn well is called learning. Thus, this article was written in the hope that it can fulfill the Mid-Semester Exam assignment for the Indonesian language course and become a reference for every reader to be able to develop their abilities in developing a learning process based on cybernetic learning theory.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan pembangkit listrik tenaga air skala kecil dapat diterapkan didaerah terpencil yang ketersediaan air melimpah dan tidak terjangkau aliran listrik dari Perusahaan Listrik Negara dengan. Prototype Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Pikohidro dibuat untuk modul belajar bagi mahasiswa agar dapat memahami proses terbangkitnya listrik dari salah satu jenis pembangkit listrik yang tersedia. Prototype ini dibuat menggunakan generator arus searah (DC) dan keluarannya di konversikan menjadi arus bolak balik (AC) agar dapat digunakan untuk peralatan rumah tangga. Komponen-komponen pembangkit ini dirancang dari peralatan yang sederhana, sehingga hanya bisa dibebani sesuai kapasitas dari generator yang digunakan. Tegangan keluaran generator yang dihasilkan adalah 18 Volt tanpa beban dan 12 Volt disaat diebani sebesar 10 Watt dan 20 Watt

Abstract

Menumbuhkan rasa nasionalisme pada generasi milenial memang sulit, di tengah perkembangan zaman yang semakin maju serta teknologi yang semakin canggih membuat kita lebih ekstra dalam mendidik anak, memperkenalkan mereka dengan produk-produk dalam negeri,mengajarkan mereka mencintai tanah air kita, mengajarkan sopan santun, dan memperkenalkan sejarah serta keanekaragaman Indonesia. Urgensi penelitian ini adalah bagaimana implementasi kurikulum pendidikan kewarganegaraan di kelas IX SMP Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor dan Apa Faktor Pendukung dan Penghambat implementasi kurikulum Pendidikan kewarganegaraan untuk membentuk karakter islami peserta didik di Kelas IX SMP Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. Penelitian ini memakai metode penelitian deskritif kualitatif. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Bahwa Implementasi pendidikan karakter pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan kelas IX SMP Darunnajah , secara garis besar sudah dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik, yang telah disesuaikan dengan indicator yaitu, karakter religus, peduli lingkungan, mandiri, jujur , dan tanggung jawab. Faktor Pendukung diantaranya yaitu motivasi guru, santri/siswa SMP darunnajah 2 cipining bogor yang berada di pesantren dan kegiatan ektrakurikuler pramuka. Faktor penghambat diantaranya memiliki kemauan dan kebiasaan dalam bertingkah laku setiap siswa sangat berbeda-beda.

Abstract

Pupuk Indonesia has a commitment to support food security in this country. This led Pupuk Indonesia to transform into a complete and integrated agricultural solution provider. In increasing interest in innovation within Pupuk Indonesia, innovation must be part of KPIs up to the work unit level. By designing and executing promotional strategies through socialization well, PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang can strengthen its brand image, increase sales, and build better relationships with customers and other stakeholders. This study used a qualitative approach with observation and interviews. Based on the research that the author conducted, the conclusion of promotional activities by means of socialization plays an important role in creating brand awareness of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang among potential customers and the general public. By demonstrating their products or services live, companies can give audiences a real experience of the value and benefits they offer.

Abstract

How effective is the use of social media in increasing community or customer engagement, with fairly active interactions, such as likes, comments, and sharing information. The purpose of this study is to investigate and explore in depth about how the effectiveness of using social media in increasing brand awareness. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the development of theoretical knowledge in digital marketing for readers or writers, this research is a qualitative study with the observation method, data obtained from direct observation at the internship site which is then recorded or recorded directly. The data collected shows that PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja is active on various social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Content posting is done with varying frequency depending on the platform. The published content is diverse, including images, videos, and articles. Customer responses show positive interactions, such as likes, comments, and shares.Based on the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang has successfully utilized digital technology well to increase brand awareness of their products. They use various digital platforms and channels, such as social media, websites, and online advertising, to achieve brand awareness.

Abstract

Teamwork generates positive synergies through coordinated efforts. This has the understanding that the performance achieved by a team is better than the performance per individual in an organization or a company. From all the notions of teamwork that have been stated, it can be concluded that teamwork is the most effective way to unite all employees in carrying out their tasks to achieve company goals with better results. This type of research uses quantitative research. This qualitative approach is carried out to explain and analyze individual or group phenomena, events, social dynamics, attitudes, beliefs, and perceptions. The result of the analysis is communication at the Marketing Support office at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang has a significant effect on employee performance. Indicators as supervision/coordination, motivation, as disseminators or sharers of information, and display feelings and emotions.

Abstract

Background:Worry pre operation often linked with procedure anesthesia, so expert anesthesia is best suited to reduce worry patient with ensure effective communication _ between doctor and patient during visit inspection pre-anesthesia pressure blood and pulse patient. Effective communication _ during visit pre-anesthesia is also a factor important in reduce worry Purpose: to find out is There is connection between level knowledge pre anesthesia with level worry pre anesthesia at Amalia Bontang Hospital.Method:This research is study Cross Sectional with sample totaling 55 pre- anesthesia patients in the room maintenance 3rd floor with retrieval technique sample is Purposive sampling uses the Chi square test.Results: chi square test analysis results obtained p value = 0.000 ≤ 0.05 with can withdrawn conclusion There is significant relationship _ between level knowledge pre anesthesia with level worry pre anesthesia in patients operation electi at Amalia Bontang Hospital.

Abstract

Innovation of Indonesian language learning media in the independent curriculum which is a means of infrastructure for teachers, students and all parties in developing student competency which makes Indonesian language learning media not rigid, monotonous and boring. Through this research method, we found many innovative Indonesian language learning concepts in the independent learning curriculum in elementary schools which can be applied in schools by teaching staff, in order to be able to create learning activities that are conducive, effective, creative and innovative and easy to accept and understand by students. . Even though there are several challenges regarding the implementation of this learning media innovation, in the end the resulting learning can make it easier for various parties, both teachers and students.

Abstract

Introduction: Menopausal women experience a decrease in the hormone estrogen which plays an important role in controlling cholesterol levels and functions as an antioxidant. The role of estrogen as an antioxidant is to prevent the LDL oxidation process so that LDL's ability to penetrate plaque is reduced. High LDL levels require treatment, one of which is non-pharmacological treatment using infusion of telang flowers. There is a growing phenomenon regarding the benefits of butterfly pea flowers, especially in lipoprotein oxidation, which is very beneficial for consumption by menopausal women. This study aims to determine the effect of steeping telang flowers on LDL levels in menopausal women. Method: The research design was pre-experimental using a quantitative type of research, the population studied were all menopausal women who had LDL levels ˃ 100mg/dl and did not take cholesterol medication, the sample size in the study was 16 people (pre-post) using the Federer formula. The instrument used is an observation sheet with a paired sample T test. Results: analysis shows ρ value 0.026˂ 0.05, meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so that there is an influence of giving telang flower infusion on LDL levels in menopausal women in the Bontang area. Conclusion: There is a difference in the pre-test LDL results of drinking telang flower infusion and the post-test LDL results of drinking telang flower infusion in the Bontang Community Health Center area.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the management process for improving teacher pedagogical competence at Madrasah Aliyah Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors. This type of this research is descriptive-qualitative research, with data collection methods through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed descriptively by data reduction, presentation, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that efforts to improve teacher pedagogical competence at Madrasah Aliyah Darunnajah 2 Cipining have gone well and are quite effective, planning is made based on an analysis of school needs, the principal works with the team he has made, the activities which been carried out are IHT, MGMP, ta'hil mudarrisin, and educational supervision, the evaluation is carried out at the end by holding teacher exams and distributing questionnaires. Supporting factors include: the number of education experts, the availability of facilities and infrastructure, the support and leadership of the school principal, relevants of communication media, and the awareness of each teacher. While the inhibiting factors include: the quick change of curriculum, many newbie teachers, a busy educational calendar, resistance to change, and low motivation.
