Abstract

Islamic values ​​are actually the accumulation of life principles that teach about how a person should conduct his daily life, one principle with another mutually reinforcing. There is no exception for Islamic values ​​that are carried out by micro-scale Islamic financial institutions such as BMT (Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil). BMT CeHa Al-Marzuqi as one of the Islamic microfinance institutions has these Islamic values ​​in carrying out its activities. In addition to the administrator or manager doing this, of course, members are also expected to do so. In this way, members' loyalty to the institution becomes more than having to choose another institution. Not infrequently members who do not pay attention to these value principles have very doubtful loyalty. The method of data collection is done by interviewing members/customers who are doing daily transactions at BMT then processed by data analysis techniques and presented clearly and actually. The Islamic values ​​include etiquette or morality, such as greeting members/customers who enter the office, greetings when they meet on a trip, praying for each other among members or administrators in terms of goodness and doing things that are justified according to the rules. - the rules or norms of Islamic law. Thus emerged a sense of bellonging or a sense of belonging to each other in order to provide benefits to the surrounding environment

Abstract

This research is to find out: Implementation of Academic Supervision by the Principal of senior High School Raudlatul Firdaus, Kubu Raya Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The main data sources in this study were principals and teachers obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. There are several research results that show that, the principal in planning academic supervision carries out several stages including the principal making a schedule and preparing instruments for the implementation of academic supervision to teachers, academic supervision is carried out in several steps such as the principal conducting class visits, class observations, involving teachers in meetings discussing the learning process, conducting problem solving discussions with teachers, improving teachers' academic abilities by holding wordshops and providing consultation time for teachers who have problems related to learning. And the principal is following up on the implementation of academic supervision that has been carried out so that it is not only the implementation of supervision, so that it has a beneficial effect on teachers at school, the principal is also required to make reports related to the results of the implementation of academic supervision to be published to all teachers who have been supervised so that the teacher can follow up on the results of supervision. so it can be concluded that the principal of senior High School Raudlatul Firdaus in terms of implementing academic supervision of teachers has gone through these stages so that after the implementation of supervision it brings changes to the learning process at school and easily achieves school goals that have been determined together.

Abstract

The flow of progressivism is the basic foundation to build the foundation in the application of character education. The flow of progressivism philosophy brings a concept of change in order to develop potential, and provide solutions for problem solving which we can later apply to design various types of basic values of character education in formal educational institutions in Indonesia. This study has the intent and purpose to explain how the concept of implementing character education in formal educational institutions in the study of the philosophy of progressivism. The method used is Literature Review. The references used were obtained from databases published in Indonesian journals in 2018-2022. The results of this study (1) Indonesian education is currently related to the concept of progressivism, starting from the implementation of an independent curriculum that is relevant to the concept of progressivism according to John Dewey; (2) the application of the flow of progressivism in character education can be done by providing examples/examples from the teacher to students, because the character and personality of the teacher can reflect the character and personality of the students themselves; (3) students are given guidance and accompanied by teachers according to their ability to develop themselves so that a great and strong character is formed.

Abstract

Rendahnya Kurangnya engagement siswa selama fase pelatihan di kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung memiliki andil terhadap hasil belajar matematikanya. Murid tidak berpartisipasi aktif dalam pelatihan di kelas dengan berinteraksi dengan guru atau siswa lain. Pelatihan tipe TGT merupakan komponen cara belajar kooperatif yang sederhana pelaksanaannya, menarik, dan menyenangkan bagi siswa. Ini menyangkut siswa yang berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pelatihan , siswa yang bertindak jadi tutor sebaya, dan permainan disertakan. Melalui model pelatihan kooperatif TGT, kajian ini bertujuan guna meningkatkan prestasi siswa dan acara terkait pelatihan .36 siswa berpartisipasi pada kajian tindakan kelas ini. Tes dan nontes adalah dua jenis metode pengumpulan data. Tes meliputi item untuk turnamen, sedangkan non-tes memuat observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk setiap siklus, analisa deskriptif kualitatif dipakai untuk menguji hasil pengamatan, dan analisa deskriptif kuantitatif dipakai untuk menguji hasil. Setiap siklus dari turnamen Penelitian ini memakai tiga siklus. Dengan memperhatikan hasil penelitian, model pelatihan kooperatif Team Games Tournament dapat menumbuhkan kegiatan siswa dan hasil belajar matematika. Hal ini diperliatkan pada penumbuhan acara siswa: pada siklus I , skor komulatif acara adalah 61,115 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik; pada siklus II meningkat dari 7.944 jadi 69.059 dengan kategori baik; dan pada siklus III naik lagi dari 8.410 jadi 77.469 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik. Rata-rata hasil belajar pada siklus I adalah 71.441, dan terdapat 16 orang yang menggapai skor KKM dan 18 orang yang belum menggapai skor KKM. Selain itu, terjadi penumbuhan hasil belajar. Pada siklus II meningkat jadi 79.028 terdapat 23 orang yang menggapai skor ketuntasan minimal dan 13 orang yang belum menggapai skor ketuntasan minimal, dan pada siklus III meningkat jadi 82,5 yaitu terdapat 30 orang yang menggapai skor KKM hanya 6 orang yang belum menggapai skor ketuntasan minimal. Dengan kata lain indikator keberhasilan penelitian dengan target acara siswa dalam pelatihan harus tergolong baik dan 83,3 % telah menggapai skor KKM (N ≥ 76) sudah tercapai.

Abstract

Forming character in the world of education is an initial effort that is structured and programmed to train and develop students' abilities in instilling and familiarizing commendable behavior. This research technique uses a Literature Review study. References for this writing come from journals, papers, and articles from 2018 to 2022. The results of this experiment are: 1). The development of character education in Indonesia has started since the preschool age 0-6 years and the school age 6-13 years through the development of the K.13 Curriculum by developing the goals of core competencies, namely the competence of spiritual attitudes, social attitudes, knowledge, and skills. 2). Creating a student's personality must instill three keys to education, namely parents, the world of education, and the public. 3). In applying the philosophy of education in schools, teachers should strengthen morals to students, as taught by the figures of Indonesian Education philosophy, namely "Ing Ngarso Sung Tulodo, Ing Madyo Mangun Karso, Tut Wuri Handayani". That is, a leader must be able to position himself as a role model or example, a balancer, and as a motivator.

Abstract

The Philosophy of Social Studies Education is not much different from other philosophies of educational sciences, because the philosophy of Social Studies Education is also an educational philosophy that discusses the actions of social science education aimed at making individuals or students able to understand social problems and be able to overcome them and be able to make the right decisions about the problems faced in their lives. The method used in this study is Literature Review. The role of educational philosophy can provide thoughts or ideas, namely stating educational goals for citizens, providing appropriate and clear instructions by asking questions about educational regulations and practices in the outdoor environment using clues from the ideas / concepts of educators.

Abstract

The decline in ethics has occurred all around us, whether from school institutions or the community has received a lot of public attentio. Many cases occur and we can know that one of them is an event that occurs between educators and students, the incident even to the point of sacrificing human souls. Therefore,This study explains the ethics of educators and students based on the perspective of Imam al-Ghazali. By using several literature sources, produces literature results in the amount of 8 articles, 1 thesis, and 6 theses. This study uses the SLR method (systematic literature review).Literature sources were obtained from the Google Scholar database and the Garuda Portal in 2018-2022. The results of this study produce several ethics of educators and students based on the perspective of Imam al-Ghazali,which is useful as a guide for educators and students as well as its implementation in society.

Abstract

Writing procedure text aims to make students understand how to do and how to make something with sequential steps. However, students find it difficult to write and develop procedural texts such as the lack of interesting media to support learning in writing procedural texts. Teachers still use environment-based media and lectures. Android-based learning is learning that uses innovative, creative, and interesting learning innovation media. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the interaction of students with the subject matter, students with teachers, and between students. This study uses the SLR method, the data obtained based on observations with the help of article reviews and documentation. The results of the research obtained are learning innovations based on android applications provide many benefits for students in developing ideas and making writings with interesting learning media. With these innovations, teachers and students gain experience in making applications and can be creative in the learning process which of course can utilize technology in learning and meet the achievement of learning objectives so as to make learning interesting and fun for teachers and students.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of employee engagement and competence on employee performance at the Prigen District Office, Pasuruan Regency through good governance as an intervening variable.The type of research used in this research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all employees of the Prigen District Office, Pasuruan Regency, totaling 33 employees. The researcher chose the sample using the saturated sampling technique because the population was relatively small. So that the sample used in this study amounted to 33 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using smartPLS version 3 software.The results of the study indicate that employee engagement is able to encourage an increase in employee performance. Competence is able to encourage employee performance improvement. Employee engagement is able to encourage the improvement of good governance. Competence is not able to encourage the improvement of good governance. Good governance is able to encourage the improvement of employee performance. Good governance is able to mediate the effect of employee engagement on employee performance. Good governance is not able to mediate the effect of competence on employee performance

Abstract

This study was a cause-and-effect correlation study that aimed to determine whether there was or there was not an effect of rewarding to the learning motivation of students in the high grades of SD Inpres 3/77 Panyili. The research data was obtained through a questionnaire. The population in the study was all of the high-grade students of SD Inpres 3/77 Panyili for the 2021/2022 academic year, in acount 48 people.Data analysis techniques include Prerequisite Test and Simple Linear Regression Analysis and t Test. The results showed that Fhitung (0.3038) ˃ Ftabel (0.0725) which meant that the provision of rewards and student learning motivation with in a linear pattern, KP = 23.04% which meant that the reward for student learning motivation was of 23.04% and thitung (3,670) > ttabel (1,125).Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there was a significant influence of rewarding to the the learning motivation of high-grade students of SD Inpres 3/77 Panyili. So, the better the reward given, the better the student's learning motivation
