Abstract

In the currently developing digital era, the use of live streaming on the TikTok platform is becoming an increasingly popular marketing strategy. This research aims to determine the relationship between TikTok live streaming and increasing consumer trust and purchasing decisions. By utilizing a literature review as a research method, this research aims to explore information from previous research involving TikTok live streaming, consumer trust, and purchasing decisions. Previous research results show that TikTok live streaming plays an important role in shaping consumer trust through content authenticity and direct interaction. Product details displayed during live streaming and the quality of the streamer's presentation can influence purchasing decisions. TikTok Live Streaming is considered effective as a promotional medium that can build trust and increase consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Tax revenue is important for a region, moreover tax revenue is used to support development in the region. Cigarette tax is a levy on cigarette excise collected by the central government. The aim of this research is to evaluate cigarette tax revenue at the Regional Revenue Agency of North Sulawesi Province. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods are interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of cigarette tax revenues by BAPENDA of North Sulawesi Province is in accordance with North Sulawesi Governor Regulation number 4 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Provincial Tax Profit Sharing and Law Number 1 of 2022 concerning Financial Relations between the Central Government and Regional Governments.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the efforts of the Tanah Mea village government, West Kutai Regency in improving the quality of public services. The research method uses a case study approach to explore in order to obtain an interpretation of the "interpretive framework" analysis to see the local government's efforts involving several village officials. The results of the research show that there are technical and non-technical obstacles in implementation, such as: unclear explanation of village regulations (Perdes), minimum standards for village services, standard operating procedures, minimal village apparatus resources in the use of technology and information, disruption to general infrastructure and electricity network constraints and service efforts. Fulfillment of basic rights can be accepted by local communities even though there are limited village apparatus resources and facilities and infrastructure in providing administrative services.

Abstract

Choosing a major in college is a crucial decision for students, which is influenced by internal factors such as interests and talents, as well as external factors such as the social and family environment. This research summarizes the factors that influence students' interest in choosing a major, with a focus on internal and external factors. In the context of this research, the use of the literature study method is used for in-depth analysis of relevant concepts referring to the collection and examination of papers, journals, books and other literature sources related to factors that influence students' interest in choosing a major. Research results suggests that personal interests, social interactions with peers, family support, and available information play key roles in students' decision making.

Abstract

This research delves into the profound impact of technological advancements in photography, particularly with the widespread use of smartphones. Focusing on the convergence of mobile phone technology and photography, the study explores the self-branding strategy employed by mobile photographers to cultivate a professional image on Instagram. Utilizing a descriptive phenomenological method, the research highlights key strategies such as showcasing skills, improving profile quality, individualizing the brand, expanding online presence, and fostering client relationships. The findings emphasize the significance of Instagram as a platform and unveil a comprehensive process involving content conceptualization, target selection, and consistent content delivery for successful self-branding in the mobile photography realm.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the profit target achieved using Cost Volume Profit (CVP) at Byta Hijab. This research uses a case study approach and research data was obtained through interviews with the owner of Byta Hijab. This research used qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. The data collection techniques in this research are observation by visiting for 1 day, interviews with business owners and documentation by searching for data in the form of financial data and photographs as a complement to primary data. The data analysis technique used is Cost Volume Profit (CVP) analysis by determining the number of units that must be sold to achieve the business profit target. The research results show that the CVP method produces more accurate profit target calculations than traditional methods

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how labor and capital influence the income of salt producers in Merdeka Village, East Kupang Regency. Multiple regression analysis, quantitative research methods, questionnaires, and documentation were used in this research to handle data depending on demand. The data processing technique used is multiple regression data analysis using SPSS 25, UI hypothesis testing, validity testing, and classical hypothesis testing. The findings of this study show that the capital variable increases salt farming income significantly and partially. Abstract

The purpose of this researchto determine the level of knowledge and characteristics of pregnant women regarding anemia in the Pangkalan Baru Community Health Center Working Area. This type of research is descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The total population was 34 pregnant women in the working area of the Pangkalan Baru community health center, taken using total sampling technique. The data collection method uses guided interviews. The research results showed that 61.8% of respondents had sufficient knowledge, 85.3% of respondents' age range was 20-35 years, 50% of respondents had a high school education, 94% of respondents' parity was <3, and 97.1% of respondents were housewives. The conclusion is that the level of knowledge of pregnant women about anemia in the work area of the Pangkalan Baru Community Health Center is in the sufficient category, namely 21 respondents (61.8%).

Abstract

This research discusses the large number of workers in Tanjungpinang, workers are encouraged to take part in non-formal learning and work counseling to increase their knowledge and abilities because of the pressure in the world of work on competent work effectiveness. The aim of this research is to find out how well the Tanjungpinang City BLK initiative is in reducing unemployment. To obtain data for this research, a qualitative approach was used, especially literature studies and interviews. This data shows that the Tanjungpinang City UPTD BLK program has not completely succeeded in reducing the unemployment rate. Only one of the five UPTD BLK effectiveness initiatives in Tanjungpinang City is running well. Even though the other four Tanjungpinang City BLK UPTD effectiveness projects have not been completely successful, the Tanjungpinang City BLK UPTD has been able to reduce the unemployment rate.

Abstract

The research carried out aims to evaluate student learning achievements through the Blended Learning model approach in the Ornamental Plant Agribusiness subject. The population for this research was all students in class XI ATPH consisting of four classes. The research sample was class XI ATPH 1 as the experimental class and class XI ATPH 4 as the control class, each with 23 students. Data was obtained through pretest and posttest before and after learning to measure student learning outcomes regarding material related to requirements for ornamental plant growing media. The results of the analysis show that the pretest average for the experimental group is 37.39 and the control group is 36.74. The posttest average for the experimental group increased to 80.65 while the control group became 65.87. The experimental class has an average N-Gain of 0.69, higher than the control class, which has an average N-Gain of 0.45.
