Civilization is the highest form of culture of a group of people that is distinguished significantly from other creatures, Religion (read Islam) is the most important factor that determines the characteristics of a civilization. Civilization reflects the quality of human life in society. The quality is measured by peace (human security), peace (peacefull), justice (justice), equitable welfare (welfare). The realization of economic and cultural socio-political justice will not be perfect with a haphazard agenda, but it will mature if done consciously and planned, because the State is obliged to provide equal legal services and certainty to the lives of diverse communities (diversity is Sunnatullah; QS. Al-Hujarat [49]: 13). The determination of the people to form a State Government that aims to protect the entire nation of society in one State, promote public welfare, educate the nation’s life, and participate in carrying out world order based on independence, lasting peace and social justice as stated in the opening of the 1945 Constitution essence in building and developing quality human resources, skilled human resources utilizing science and technology, cultured and moral that are rooted in religion that develops in a State. There are three forms of prosperous society which are recorded by the Qur’an and confirmed by the Ulama, the three forms have differences from each other in the characteristics, characteristics, foundation and supporting pillars that are supported (Dr. M. Ahmad Khalafallah; Hakaza Yabni al-Islam, 2008)

This study concludes that overcoming corruption with a non-theological conventional approach is deadlocked, which is caused by a moral crisis, identity, and social situation, and group propaganda that prioritizes corruption prevention strategies with an approach to improving legislation rather than theological approach. The conventional, non-theological approach has so far turned out to be ineffective, because it is only superficial (saṭḥiyyun wa ẓāhiriyyun), not a deep solution, that is, a solution that reaches deep into the substance of the problem, namely theological or religious approach. The perspective of the Qur'an in dealing with corruption is found through three strategies, namely: detective, preventive, and repressive. Detective and preventive strategies are pursued in three ways: strengthening faith, strengthening the heart, and strengthening morality. Meanwhile, the repressive strategy is pursued in four ways: strengthening supervisory institutions (al-ḥisbah), strengthening juridical law and the judiciary, strengthening communities, and strengthening aspects of religiosity. Meanwhile, the detective, preventive, and repressive strategies as a whole are taken through strengthening theological values. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, based on library research, verses of the Qur'an, publications in the form of research results, journals, seminars, and articles. While the interpretation method used is the thematic interpretation method (tafsīr mawḍū’ī), both when analyzing problems from a theological point of view and when using verses of the Qur'an.

The importance of reintroducing the holy book of the Qur'an to the public, especially among academics who are engaged in the field of the Qur'an. This paper provides important information regarding the explanation of the Qur'an about itself, so that it is hoped that with this description you can get to know the Qur'an closer and more intimately. The method used in writing this journal refers to the provisions of the thematic interpretation method, which is trying to collect verses containing the vocabulary of the Qur'an and trying to reveal the messages it contains. The goal is that Muslims can understand well the content of the verses of the Qur'an which contain information about the Qur'an itself. Allegedly while there are still many Muslims who do not know the Qur'an comprehensively in general, only among academics who are engaged in the field of the Qur'an, who may already know it, but in general there are still many who do not know. It is very important to dig out the names of the Qur'ān bi al-Qur'ān (the names of the Qur'an with the Qur'an).

This article will explain the development of the style of interpretation of the Koran from the classical period to the modern period. The authors use the literature research model (literature study) by reading books on interpretations from scholars and commentaries of scholars. Broadly speaking, the Classical period has many agreed-upon models of interpretation based on tradition and many uses of Islamic sources also support the linguistic aspect. While in the modern period emerged against the Old traditions ranging from the use of israiliyat tradition, the authority of the prophet, linguistic to the combination of the tradition of Western positivism thinking that illustrates various interpretations in the modern period with the exchange of mystical concepts and primitive concepts, also helped realize the discussions that support religion drocal.

Mulla Sadra's cosmological philosophy combined with the Qur'an which is rich in spiritual values can be used as a basis for building a new environmental ethic. Some of the basic principles of Mulla adrā's cosmological philosophy include: first, everything that exists, including Allah and His creation, has various hierarchies and strata of existence, which have basic and important similarities. God and His creation have an indivisible unity. Being (creation) is absolutely dependent on its Creator. Second, just as the universe with all its levels is a sign (āyah) for Allah Ta'ala, so is the Qur'an. The universe is a Big Book (Kitab Takwini), while the Qur'an is a Small Book (Kitab Tadwini). Third, as God's most perfect creation, humans have a central position and role in the hierarchy of levels of nature's existence, namely giving meaning to the reality of that existence. As the caliph of Allah, humans must do their best to maintain the balance of nature and interact fairly/correctly with other creatures (majud-majud).

This article discusses the interpretation of the Koran with the Sunnah. The approaches used in this paper are historical and sociological approaches. At the time of the Prophet Muhammad the interpretation of the verses of the Koran became his authority. However, he only interpreted the verses of the Qur'an which he considered important and which were asked by his companions. The source of his interpretation is the verses of the Qur'an and Sunnah. In later times like the Companions and Tabiin, the interpretation of the Qur'an continued to develop. The interpretation of the verses of the Qur'an at the time of the Prophet and his companions was known by word of mouth, because the codification of the interpretation was carried out at the end of the Umayyad empire, although the codification was still in a special chapter of the Hadith books. After that, the development of the codification of interpretation was carried out separately from the Hadith books to a special book for interpretation. Tafsir appeared at the same time as the Qur'an existed, namely when it was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad. Prophet Muhammad in interpreting the Koran there are those who use the hadith qawliyyah, fi'liyyah and also taqririyyah. In this article, we only discuss the interpretation of the Koran with al-Sunnah, the function of hadith on the Koran, the motives of the Prophet Muhammad in interpreting the Koran and the characteristics and privileges of interpreting the Koran with al-Sunnah.

The knowledge of the Qur'an is important to guide in interpreting the verses of the Qur'an, including the verses of jih?d and qit?l. It is the rule of 'amm which is one of the basic principles in the science of the Qur'an, it is important in understanding and interpreting the verses of warfare so as not to misunderstand jihad with the intent of terrorism. Jih?d / qit?l verses such as some of them QS. Al-Baqarah verse 191 and QS. At-Taubah verse 36. The two verses in the viewpoint of the rule of 'amm do not mean a war commandment in general with no justified background. With the takhsis al-'amm al-'aqli and sighah conditions, the two verses above command war only if the enemies of Islam fight or expel the believers first.

This research is an attempt to provide a description of the negative human character, through studies sourced from the holy book of the Al-Qur'an, because in general many humans are unable to describe the absolute truth. In fact, there is confusing information and various kinds of arguments used to legalize what is haram are allowed for humanitarian reasons. Whereas something that is forbidden by the teachings of Islam, of course, has a lot of negativity, and on the contrary, what is legal must provide more benefits for human life. This study aims to identify the negative character of humans, so that humans avoid themselves from these negative characters, so that they will be free from the ugliness that will befall them both in this world, especially in the afterlife. In this study, the authors used a thematic interpretation method, trying to collect verses from the Al-Qur'an, which were related to the negative character of humans. A temporary conclusion, by not knowing the negative character of humans, it is likely that human life will not find peace in their lives.

This paper describes the interpretation of the Koran with the Koran which is the earliest method of interpretation to emerge and develop. The interpretation of the Qur'an with the Qur'an is one type of interpretation bi al-ma'th?r which includes the interpretation and the interpreter. This type of interpretation is not filled with falsehood, because the source is directly from Allah SWT. The method used in this paper is descriptive analytic method. The interpretation of the Qur'an with the Qur'an uses several methods; Mujmal and Mubayyan (al-Ijm?l wa al-Bay?n); Al-Mu?laq and al-Muqayyad; Takh??? al'-?m; Al-Bay?n bil-Man??q aw bil-Mafh?m; Tafsr Lafzi bi-Lafzi; Tafsr Ma'n? with Ma'n?; Tafsr Usl?b f? yatin bi Uslbi f? yatin al-Ukhr?; Taby?n al-M?jaz bil-Mufa?al; Al-jam'u Baina m? This paper aims to determine parenting styles developed in theperspective of the Qur’an. The research method developed is a qualitative research method with a literature study approach and an approach to the interpretation of the verses of the Al-Qur’an by using the maudu’i interpretation. In the Al-Qur’an parenting is divided into twa, namely parenting which is carried out by following the rules of the Al-Qur’an and Sunnah and Parenting that is not in accordance with the rules of the Al-Qur’an. Both of the these parenting styles will have an effect on children’s lives. Children who are raised with parenting in accordance with the provisions of the al-Qur’an and Sunnah will create children as soothing hearts and become jewelry. Meanwhile, shildren who are educated in parenting styles who are not touched by the Al-Qur’an will make the child an enemy for their parents.
