Abstract

This article describes the psychological well-being based on the Al-Qur'an as psychic-spiritual immunity, especially in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. Psychological well-being is one of the factors of a person's happiness and health in life. Psychological welfare based on or based on the Al-Qur'an is expected to be able to increase immunity, especially for Muslims in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. This paper supports Laura A. King's opinion regarding the factors of psychological well-being and relates it to the verses of the Al- Qur'an. Abstract

This article aims to explain that the Qur’an does not at all justify the practice of violence or extreme attitudes in the name of religion. On the contrary, the Qur'an encourages a balanced religious attitude between the practice of one's own religion (exclusive) and the religious practices of others who have different beliefs (inclusive). This study offers a solution through three basic principles in the Qur’an, namely the principle of universality, the principle of integration, and the principle of multiculturalism. This study uses library research which is descriptive in nature by referring to and taking the thoughts of both classical and modern commentators and referring to books, journals, articles that can support this writing. The results of this paper find that through a basic understanding of the principles of the Qur’an, someone who has an inclusive and radical understanding of religion will gradually give birth to an attitude of exclusiveness, mutual respect, acceptance and tolerance in social life

Abstract

One of the books of interpretation that is often used as a reference in the study of interpretation is the book of interpretation by al-Qurtubî. This book of interpretation is included in the category of al-Tafsîr al-Ma`tsȗr. In its interpretive methodology, al-Qurtubî requires relying on a history to its narrators, and refrains from mentioning stories that are widely quoted by commentators and news from historians. However, it turns out that al-Qurtubî (read: al-Qurtubî methodology) does not fully implement the methodology specified in its interpretation. This paper shows the interpretation of al-Dakhîl in the book of interpretation of al-Jâmi' li Ahkâm al-Qur`an which includes the use of fake status history, weak status history, mast 'anhu isrâîliyyât history, and the use of isrâîliyyât history that contradicts the texts. Al-Qur'an, Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. and common sense (mukhâlif). The findings of this paper were obtained after examining the narrations and their contents, analyzing the contents of the commentary book of al-Jâmi' li Ahkâm al-Qur`an, especially in Surah Yusuf, then proceeding to compare it with other commentary books that deserve to be used as a guide. This paper is expected to contribute to the alignment of the interpretation of the Qur'an from the various elements of al-Dakhîl contained in this book of interpretation of the Qur'an and is also expected to enrich the scientific treasures relating to the theme of al-Dakhîl in interpretation

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the occurrence of marital rape or rape in marriage according to the view of the Qur'an. The term marital rape is used for an incident where a husband forcibly has sexual relations with his wife. It is called forcing because in having sexual relations the wife does not want it. Then the term became popular in Islamic studies which were discussed massively by progressive groups to find their theological legitimacy. This paper was written using Hasan Hanafi's thematic interpretation study method by using the starting point from events to text (minal waqi' ila an-Nash). The conclusion of this paper is that in Islam, especially in the Qur'an, there are no terms related explicitly to marital rape. Precisely with the existence of marriage, it signifies the validity of the social relationship between men and women in a way that is makruf and each is under the auspices of marriage rights. So that in marriage there is essentially no idea of ​​rape in marriage. This article agrees with the findings of Marlia and Dzuhayatin who reject the existence of bias in interpretation of the verses on the relationship between husband and wife that is not equal

Abstract

This study discusses the position of women in the household through interpretation theory with a gender approach. The results of this study conclude that although Islam normatively views women as noble and honorable creatures, there are interpretations of several Qur'anic verses about household leadership that are biased in partihiarchy and do not provide a portion of justice for women's rights in the household. In line with the development of science, there are interpretations that have a more equal spirit regarding gender relations. Several interpretation theories were developed using a gender perspective approach, among others, by Muhammad Abduh, Asghar Ali Engineer, Amina Wadud, and Quraish Shihab

Abstract

Prophet Mūsā was the first Prophet from the Children of Israel and became the icon of that people. Even though his story is narrated in the Quran in many separate verses and chapters, that story describes a series of sub-stories under one title. So that, it attracts the reader's attention. What is more interesting is that, in the story of Prophet Mūsā, the perspective of the Quran contains educational values, morals (moral-ethics) and faith (theology). These three points emphasize the value of independence (physical), emotional maturity (emotional), and religious maturity (spiritual). So that it becomes an inspiration for the world of education in Indonesia. The Quranic perspective in the story of Prophet Mūsā is found under three main objectives of the moral message of education, namely; to direct people to fear Allah (Q.S. Ṭāhā [20]: 13-14), to guide all the mankind into the noble character (Q.S. al-Qaṣaṣ [28]: 14); and to uphold justice (Q.S. Ṭāhā [20]: 42-47).

Abstract

The conclusion of this article is that the prophetic intelligence based on the prayers of the prophets in the Koran is a holistic-integrality intelligence that collects spiritual, emotional, intellectual, adversity, physical and naturalistic intelligences. Indicators of prophetic intelligence based on the prayers of the prophets include: 1) Self renewal through repentance; 2) The habit of praying for oneself, family and society; 3) Be grateful; 4) Affection; 5) Tawakal; 6) Choosing comrades in arms; 7) Printing a quality generation; 8) Love the motherland; 9) Develop scientific insights; 10) Skills to solve problems; 11) Communication skills; 12) Be patient; 13) Think positively; 14) Establishing prayers; 15) Performing Hajj; 16) Prospering the mosque; 17) Produce useful works; 18) Therapy with water; and 19) Herbal therapy. The method used in this research is qualitative method. This method is used to produce descriptive data, where the results are presented in a qualitative form. The method of interpretation used in this research is descriptive-thematic (mawdhūʻī).

Abstract

The conclusion of this study explains the nature of human dignity inherent in it from birth and its chronological process. The Al-Qur'an explains in detail and sequentially that the glorification of human dignity occurs in several phases. The first is before his existence on earth (unseen world): when Allah wants to make a human caliph (ruler) on earth, he orders the angels to prostrate to Adam as a respect, excellence, exaltation and knowledge are taught as a whole. Second, when in the womb where the fetus is well cared for and is well cared for by getting nutritious food through the placenta. Third, when he is in the world, he is given a perfect body shape, makes it easy for him to control the land and sea, is given the right to manage the world and everything in it, is given good sustenance, and is honored by other creations of Allah SWT. Fourth, be glorified at the time of death, at funerals, and after death. To maintain and protect the dignity of human beings, Allah has prepared three important components for humans as a basis for protecting human rights (HAM), namely faith, law, and morals. The method used in interpretation related to this research is the thematic method or maudui 'which is combined with qualitative methods as a basis for library research, Al-Qur'an verses, hadith syarif, journals, articles, seminars, and conference proceedings.

Abstract

The conclusion of this article is that the human right of women in law.The perspective of the koran is a basic right inheren in women as a gift from God related to norm s and laws that protect women as individual sosial beings and the spritual dimension. Individual women’s right in family law are the right to the right to the opportunity to gain education and achievement, right related to marriege and khulu right and enheritance right. While women’s right as social beings is the right of women to have the opportunity to take part in a balanced manner in the domestic and public sphere, namely the right to work the right to become the leader of entrepreneurial right, security rights, fan comfort in the workplace and social media including getting a healty environment. As well as women’s right as a spritual dimension women also have the right as a spritual dimension women also have the right to worship according to religios provisions and with the dosire and ability no one can deprive women of their right to worship

Abstract

This article presents the leadership of Prophet Muhammad PBUH in the field of military that has relevance to the Indonesian National Army as reflected in his actions and behaviors, which are highly spirited, brave and intelligent, militant, strong and skilled and his role model as a perfect individual. In leading the military, Muhammad PBUH prioritized ethics in battles and efforts for self defense. This is different from, example the style of military leadership of Hitler and Genghis Khan who tended to use any means to materialize their ambition to control a region. The perspective of the Qur’an and hadith on the military ethics of the Prophet is found in several characteristics, among others: 1) obedient and loyal to Allah the God, His Messengers, leaders and the people; 2) Commitment by mutual agreement with other parties; 3) Defending the oppressed; 4) Not damaging public facilities; 5) Not damaging historical sites; 6) Not killing the elderly, children and the surrendered. The interpretation method used in this study is the method of maudhu’i interpretation and the historical-critical-contextual method. While the approach used is qualitative approach. Qualitative approach is used to produce descriptive data which results are presented in the form of qualitative.
