Kehadiran Jurnal Kronologi sebagai bagian penting dari usaha untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan. Selama ini banyak penelitian hanya tersimpan pada perpustakaan, berdebu dan lapuk serta hilang begitu saja. Lebih lebih hasil penelitian mahasiswa, disamping kuantitasnya yang banyak juga cukup variatif dan menginspirasi. Jurnal Kronologi berusaha menjembatani hal ini. Hasil riset akhir mahasiswa baik yang berkaitan sejarah murni dan penelitian berhubungan dengan pendidikan sejarah. Semuanya dipandang layak untuk dipublikasikan. Jurnal kronologi sebagai wadahnya. Bukan saja hasil penelitian mahasiswa sejarah Universitas Negeri Padang akan tetapi secara luas hasil penelitian akhir mahasiswa dari seluruh universitas yang terdapat di Indonesia.

<![CDATA[This study discusses the transportation of hansom in the city of Padang because until now the hams can still survive in the city of Padang in competition with motorized vehicles. The purpose of this study is to describe the development of the dam as a traditional transportation in the progress of motorized transportation in the city of Padang from 1960-2019. Analyzing the economic life of the coachman of the city of Padang 1960-2019. The research methods used are library studies, archival studies, and interviews. The development of the hansom from 19601990 experienced competition with motorized vehicles such as oplets, bemos and city buses which were faster to the destination. Bendi in 1991-2000 experienced a decrease in passengers bdue to competing with taxis faster motorbike taxis added to the monetary crisis caused the driver of the bendi coach revenue to decrease. In 2001-2019 the bendi also experienced competition with motorized pedicabs, motorcycle taxi bases, puclic transportation, Trans Padang and online transportation. The route taken by the Andalas Plaza bendi-Muaro Lasak Beach –Purus Beach, Pasar Raya- Muaro Lasak Beach, Tanah Kongsi Market-Resident’s house, Siti Nurbaya Bridge.This gets the attentition of the adang city government on the continuity of the bendi to survive in the city of Padang by means of the coachman of the dam joined in the Empowerment of TourismConscious Groups as a supporter of tourism tourism in the city of Padang.]]>

<![CDATA[Hasan Basri is a warrior From the Jappanese era until the PRRI uphevelin the city of Padang, in the articel thematic biography. This study analyzes the role of Hasan Basri as the comander pleton Reculer in the up[heavel in the City of Padang. This study uses the Historical method of the Heuristic proces, or the collection of sources and then proceed with the process of source criticism and data interpretation.The last stand is the writingof history so that this biography can be completed.the result showed that the attack on the land of Kuranjiwas faced by Hasan Basri agains the central army until finnalythe PRRI troops continued to recede toward the Lubuk Minturun. After the meetingin pariaman in the atmosphereof the PRRI upheavel, it was decided to form five Battalions under the Devision of devisi Banteng . Hasan Basri who has a hard attitude and will never back down to fight to Lubuk Alung and Solok by bringging his wife and children. The strunggle of Hasan Basri must end with his surrender to the headquarters of the central army so that he is sworn in to return to to the lap ibu pertiwi.]]>

<![CDATA[This Research explains about Alang Bangkeh Pauh V College of Pencak Silat in 1981-2018. This study uses a qualitative method of the processs: Heuristics (data colllection), then proceed with the process of source criticsm and interpretation of data, the final stage of historiography is historical research so that this research can be completed. Hail research shows the development of the Alang Bangkeh Pauh V tribe on its journey for 37 years in order to be able to promote Silat Pauh. Alang Bangkeh martial arts schools progressed in the period 2000 to 2018 by winning many Silat championships shaded by IPSI organizations such as the arena of penant baganti the traditional Minangkabau Martial arts festival. But a time goes by, Alang Bangkeh school has established a management system from the university leadership, secretaries,treasurers, and other members. Although the Alang Bangkeh martial arts school already has auniversiy, the management system has not yetrun well. In terms of facilities and infrastructure is very limited in the Alang Bangkeh martial arts college.This has no impacton the achievements of the Alang Bangkeh martial arts insitution in popularizing the traditional Minangkabau martial arts.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to find out the effect of application of pop-up book media in Indonesian History Lessons in Class X toward learning outcomes of SMAN 6 Padang. In this study, the pop-up book is done by students because with direct involvement in the learning process then student will be more understanble and cognitve will increased. This research is quantitative which using experiment method. The sample was taken using cluster random sampling technique. The sample of this research was students from class “X MIPA 1” as control class and class “X MIPA 3” as exsperimental class. Data collecting by giving a pretest and post-test using objective questions as many as 20 questions. The data were analyzed by using normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. The average value of the pre-test results of class “X MIPA 1” was 61.25 and the class “X MIPA 3” was 60.63. The average value of the post-test results of class “X MIPA 1” was 71.25 and the class “X MIPA 3” was 82.8. The data were analyzed quantitatively by using t-test with the help of SPSS 23. The t-test obtained the significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) was 0.000 < (smaller than) 0.05. It can be concluded that there is an effect of the Pop-up Book media in Indonesian History Lessons in Class X toward learning outcomes of SMAN 6 Padang.]]>

<![CDATA[The study aims to develop Audio Media and Song Lyrics Collection Book as a medium of learning history that is feasible and practically used by teachers in history subjects in Senior High Schools. Type of research is research and development using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The subjects of this research trial were 34 students of class X MIPA1 and 33 students of class X MIPA2 in SMAN 3 Padang Panjang. Data collection instruments used in this study was a questionnaire consisting of media validation test questionnaire, material validation test questionnaire, practicality test questionnaire by teachers and practicality test questionnaire by students. The research data were analyzed by qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results showed that the validity of audio media and song lyric collection books based on the validation research of the material experts obtained an average of 3.59 and 3.50 media experts with very decent criteria. The practicality results obtained by the teacher averaged 3.36 with very practical criteria, while the practicality results obtained by students averaged 3.39 with very practical criteria. Thuse the audio media and song Lyric collection books developed are very feasible and practical to increase student’s motivation to learn history in high school.]]>

<![CDATA[This research contains about the development of durian tapak silat which is located in the village of Kuranji as well as targeted efforts in maintaining the culture of pencak silat amid cultural degradation. This research uses the historical method which consists of four stages: first, heuristics or data collection, secondly the source criticism and interpretation of the data, finally making history writing so that this writing can be completed. The results of this study indicate that in the village of kuranji there are non-formal educational institutions engaged in the preservation of values and culture, namely pencak silat. The target of silat durian tapak was established in 1980, but the development ang change began in 2007 since it was inaugurated by the Mayor of Padang under the leardership of Erman Jamal. During the leadership of germany, Jamal began to form an organizational structure and management that were recognized leaglly by adat and government stakeholders. Since its establishment until now the number of enthusiast has increased. The form of durian in maintaining cultural degradation that occurred in Kuranji village is to seek financial assistance for the target so that facilities are equipped, conduct promotions by attending each invitation and making billboards as a form of promotion.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses students' perceptions of the history library at Adabiah Padang High School. The purpose of this study was conducted, namely to determine the percentage of students who have a positive impression of the function of library history and the intensity of student perceptions on each item of library function. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The subjects in this study were all students of class X, XI, and XII of Adabiah Padang high school in 2019/2020. The instrument used was a questionnaire distributed to 86 students. In this study, researchers focused more on how to utilize libraries based on library functions, namely the educational function, informative function, recreational function, and research function. From the results of research conducted using the TCR formula that each library function is classified as good, but there is one lowest percentage found in the informative function that is 66%. from the description of students' perceptions of the historical library as a whole is in the good category, where the TCR results are 71%. while the least percentage is in the sufficient category. In general, students' impressions of the history library are good, but there are some activities that have not been carried out because judging from the short break time, the lack of socialization of students in the modern era, and students are more passive than active.]]>

<![CDATA[This study describes the history of the company in the field of PT. NPM transportation. This type of research includes qualitative research using historical research methods. In historical research there are several steps namely heuristics (collecting data), source criticism (making criticism of existing sources), interpretation (making interpretations related to historical facts) and historiography (writing history). The results of this study explain the development of PT.NPM Padang Panjang as a family company still survives until the third generation. PT. NPM Padang Panjang was established in 1937 by Bahauddin Sutan Barbanso Nan Kuniang. In 1997 the company experienced a setback caused by several factors, namely; (1) the monetary crisis caused capital and spare parts costs to be expensive, so that it affected the increase in transportation prices, (2) the strategy of low-cost aircraft fares since 2002, (3) the existence of travel and minibuses resulted in passengers leaving large buses as a result PT. NPM stopped the AKDP (Inter-City Within Province) route in mid 2008. In the third Angga Vircansa Chairul (2009) PT. NPM experienced a heyday after formalizing tourism transportation in 2012 under the name Vircansa Tour Bous. End of 2018 a fresh breeze for transportation companies after the government implemented an increase in aircraft fares. Until 2019 PT. NPM serves regular transportation and tourism with the latest online ticket and route purchase system to Riau province.]]>

<![CDATA[This article examines the Life of Javanese Communities in Jorong Purwajaya, Regency of 50 Cities in 1964-2017. Describes how the struggles of the transmigrants to establish Jorong Purwajaya and how the social and cultural life of the Javanese people who live together in one location with different ethnicities. This research method is qualitative. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. Interviewing the oldest in Purwajaya and the Purwajaya community. Using in depth interview techniques in-depth interviews with interview guidelines. The results showed that the history of Jorong Purwajaya establishment from the transmigration process of Halaban tea plantation workers who lost their jobs and home due to the PRRI rebellion in 1958. Jorong Purwajaya being a transmigration location for Javanese people in Payakumbuh influenced the concentration of Javanese communities in one location causing Jorong Purwajaya synonymous with Javanese culture, although Purwajaya is not only inhabited by Javanese but there are also Minangkabau and Batak ethnicities. The dominance of the Javanese culture to be dominant in Purwajaya over other ethnic groups living in the same location.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the distribution of material, basic competencies, indicators of achievement of competencies that exist in the RPP, as well as the level of thinking in odd semester final exam questions for history subjects class XI 2019/2020 academic year. This research was conducted at Adabiah 2 Senior High School in Padang. This type of research is a qualitative research with descriptive methods. The object of this study is the odd semester final exam subject for history class XI. The data in this study were obtained by means of document studies. The results showed that: 1) The distribution of material and basic competencies in the questions were not evenly distributed, 2) The distribution of competency achievement indicators was not evenly distributed, 3) The distribution of thinking levels in odd semester final exam questions was not evenly distributed, questions were dominated by the level of thinking thinking (C1) and understand (C2), 4 The average level of thinking distribution in questions is at the C1 level as many as 35 questions and C2 as many as 5 questions, while the level of thinking C3, C4, C5, and C6 has no problems.]]>
