Abstract

Hiroprint Printing Shop is a business engaged in printing services, providing products such as stamps, business cards, banners, stickers, mugs, T-shirt screen printing, and visual design services. In the last two years, the average number of customers only reached 528 per year or 52.8% of the 1,000-customer target. This condition indicates low brand awareness, requiring a more effective promotional strategy. This study aims to create a 2D animation advertisement as a digital promotional medium to increase Hiroprint’s brand awareness. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), consisting of planning, product development, and testing stages. The result of this study is a 2D animation advertising video featuring characters of customers, designers, finishing operators, and delivery staff to illustrate service quality and speed. The final product is a 2D animation video in HDTV 1080p, 24fps, mp4 format. This 2D animation-based promotional media is expected to increase customer interest, strengthen brand image, and help Hiroprint achieve its marketing targets.

Abstract

Applications that implement user authentication, such as the To-Do List Application, often store sensitive information, requiring strong security protection. Passwords serve as the primary key for user authentication and must be secured to prevent unauthorized access. Therefore, this study applies the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm to the To-Do List Application to enhance password security. AES was chosen due to its high level of security and efficiency, making it highly effective in safeguarding user data. The Agile method was utilized to ensure flexibility and responsiveness to requirements throughout the application development process. This approach allows for a more efficient development process while maintaining quality. The result of this research is an Android-based To-Do List Application that not only meets user needs but also provides a high level of security, ensuring users feel more comfortable using the application.

Abstract

Stunting in toddlers remains a major public health challenge in Indonesia as it has long-term impacts on children’s growth and quality of life. Manual detection through community health posts often requires considerable time, is prone to errors, and lacks practical tools that can be independently used by the community. This study aims to develop an application based on the Naïve Bayes algorithm to support early detection of stunting risk among toddlers in the Bojongsari Community Health Center, Depok. The research employed a quantitative descriptive approach using the CRISP-DM method, involving data collection of children aged 0–59 months through observation, interviews, and documentation, followed by data cleaning, modeling with Naïve Bayes, and evaluation based on accuracy. The results indicate that the application successfully classifies toddlers’ nutritional status into normal or stunting categories with good accuracy, while providing a simple and user-friendly interface for independent use. The findings conclude that the implementation of the Naïve Bayes algorithm is effective in accelerating stunting risk detection and enhancing community participation in prevention efforts, which ultimately contributes to more efficient health services and reduced stunting prevalence.

Abstract

Although LPG is widely utilized in homes and restaurants, gas leaks pose a significant risk of deadly fire and explosion.   The objective of this project is to combine the Mamdani fuzzy logic technique, MQ-6 gas sensor, flame sensor, and ESP8266 microcontroller to create an Internet of Things (IoT)-based prototype system for detecting LPG leaks.   The system includes a servo motor, LCD, relay, buzzer, and real-time notifications using the Telegram app.   The research process employed was prototyping, which encompasses requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing of hardware and software.   In order to classify the environment into three safety conditions—danger, alert, and safe—sensor data from gas and flame detectors was interpreted using Mamdani fuzzy logic.   The experiment results showed that the system could detect changes in gas concentration and the presence of fire in real time with speed and accuracy.   The fuzzy logic approach makes decisions more smoothly than conventional logic, allowing for early identification even at low gas levels.   Telegram messages were effective in providing users with timely alerts to take preventative action.   In conclusion, by serving as an early warning system for LPG leaks, the proposed prototype system increases safety in residences and food stalls.  Additionally, it could serve as a foundation for the creation of more comprehensive IoT-based fire detection systems.

Abstract

This study aims to design a digital advertising strategy for the local product *Sambal Gami Rumini* from Kaliwungu by utilizing native autoplay ads as an effective promotional method on social media. The main focus is to create advertising content that integrates naturally into users’ media consumption without disrupting their experience, thereby attracting attention organically. The design process employed a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and literature study to gain a deeper understanding of the product characteristics, target audience, and appropriate distribution media. The choice of native autoplay ads was based on its ability to deliver messages smoothly through automatically played videos, without requiring initial user interaction, thus increasing engagement potential. The results of this study are expected to produce an attractive and adaptive visual communication solution that not only enhances the appeal of a local culinary product but also expands the digital market reach of *Sambal Gami Rumini*.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the business world has driven trading companies to utilize inventory information systems to improve operational efficiency and stock data accuracy. However, along with the increasing dependence on digital systems, serious challenges related to data and system security have emerged, especially in facing cyber threats. This study aims to analyze the implementation of cybersecurity in the inventory information system of a trading company, in order to evaluate the extent of protection applied to data and infrastructure. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies at a trading company. The results show that the implementation of cybersecurity in the inventory information system is still not optimal, characterized by weak access controls, the absence of an intrusion detection system, and a lack of documented security policies. This study provides recommendations such as the implementation of role-based access control, strengthening data encryption, as well as the development of security policies and regular training for system users. With improved cybersecurity implementation, companies are expected to minimize the risk of system disruptions and protect critical data from both external and internal threats.

Abstract

This study examines the sustainability of the implementation of the School Management Information System (SIMS) in Public Senior High Schools in Indonesia using a mixed methods approach and an explanatory sequential design. The focus of the study is to measure the levels of effectiveness, accountability, as well as the internal and external factors influencing the sustainability of SIMS. Quantitative data were collected through surveys involving at least 100 respondents, while qualitative data was obtained from in-depth interviews and focused group discussions. The results indicate that the sustainability of SIMS is influenced by human resource capacity, school policies, organizational culture, local government support, and technological infrastructure. SIMS has been proven to enhance the effectiveness and accountability of educational management, yet the sustainability of the system requires synergy between technical readiness and consistent policy support. These findings enrich the theory of information system management in the educational context and provide practical implications for policymakers and school administrators in designing sustainable SIMS implementation strategies. The study also identifies limitations related to geographic coverage and observation duration, thus recommending further research with a broader scope and longitudinal approaches to deepen the understanding of SIMS sustainability.

Abstract

This study addresses the challenges of manual leave management at PT Delta Tekno Perkasa, which cause administrative errors, inefficient workflows, data inconsistency, and a lack of transparency. To solve these issues, the research focuses on developing a web-based employee leave application system.The system is developed using the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology, an Agile model prioritizing flexibility, frequent iterations, and continuous user involvement. The design incorporates multiple user roles—employees, supervisors, managers, and HR—each with defined access and workflow responsibilities to ensure secure and structured processing.The anticipated result is a responsive and reliable web application that automates the entire request and approval cycle. Implementation aims to significantly reduce administrative workload, improve record accuracy, and enhance organizational transparency and accountability. Ultimately, the system is expected to serve as a foundational platform for future HRIS development within the company.

Abstract

Toko Ahmad Sport Demak merupakan sebuah toko yang bergerak dibidang Perlengkapan Olahraga yang mempunyai kantor di Mranggen, Demak. Setiap pembelian produk konsumen harus datang ke toko. Hal ini menjadi masalah jika produk yang diinginkan konsumen tidak sesuai dengan persedian yang ada. Berdasarkan survei penulis, konsumen Toko Ahmad Sport Demak sendiri kebanyakan sudah menggunakan smartphone. Gunanya untuk mempermudah konsumen untuk melihat produk Toko Ahmad Sport Demak, mendapatkan info barang terbaru dan bagaimana cara order online. Maka untuk memecahkan masalah ini diperlukan aplikasi yang khusus mengenai penjualan produk di Toko Ahmaad Sprt Demak. Aplikasi yang akan dibangun sendiri dapat diartikan sebuah pusat dokumentasi elektronik. Bagi pihak konsumen menggunakan aplikasi yang akan dibangun ini membuat berbelanja online menjadi singkat.

Abstract

The problem that often occurs at PT.Hasil Karya Tambang, especially in the administration section, is the availability of information in each branch office that is not qualified in solving problems that are often raised by customers so that it takes longer to handle them. With the Knowledge Management System, all problems in the field of information availability for administration can be overcome, where later the Knowledge Management System will be Web-oriented, which can be accessed easily, and can quickly provide solutions for customers who make complaints at various branch office of PT Karya Karya Tambang. And with this Knowledge Management System, the company can better analyze what problems are most often experienced and can fix them.
