Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are: 1) the influence of learning styles on physics learning outcomes, 2) the influence of interest in learning on physics learning outcomes, 3) the influence of learning styles and interest in learning together on physics learning outcomes in class X SMA Negeri 1 Nimboran . This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Nimboran in April - May 2021. The subjects in this study were all 52 students of class X majoring in science and the objects of research were learning styles, interest in learning and physics learning outcomes. The instruments used are questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the Pearson correlation test with a significance level of 0.05 and a regression test which resulted in conclusions as a result of the study. The results showed that, 1) there was a significant influence of learning style on physics learning outcomes with a contribution of 50.8%, 2) there was a significant influence of interest in learning on physics learning outcomes with a contribution of 60.9%, 3) there were significant influence of learning style and interest in learning, together on the learning outcomes of physics with a contribution of 64.3% influence

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1. Desain pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran tipe Jigsaw yang dapat diimplementasikan dengan lebih mudah dan menarik perhatian siswa dengan belajar dalam kelompok-kelompok kecil setidaknya 5 orang, baik pada kelompok dasar dan kelompok ahli untuk menjadi mampu menemukan konsep sendiri sehingga siswa menjadi terampil, aktif, dan dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar terutama pada bahan struktur atom 2. Cari tahu efektivitas penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif, jigsaw-tipe model dengan membandingkan dua kelas belajar yaitu kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen keaktifan dan hasil belajar pada materi struktur atom di kelas X dengan kelompok masing-masing studi dari 31 siswa. Analisis analisis data yang digunakan adalah normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji T sehingga hasil penelitian rata-rata N-Gain dari kelas eksperimen dari 0,68 lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol 0,53. Hal ini jelas terlihat bahwa materi struktur atom yang lebih mudah untuk belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran jigsaw-jenis karena model yang disediakan kemerdekaan berpikir belajar dan menganalisis secara sederhana dan tidak keluar dari konsep yang ada sehingga hasilnya terbukti sesuai dengan konsepKata kunci: Jigsaw-jenis, keaktifan, hasil, struktur atom

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian dengan judul Pengembangan Modul IPA Dengan Pendekatan Kontekstual Pada Topik Objek IPA Dan Pengamatannya di Kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah Jayapura. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: cara merancang modul IPA, tingkat kelayakan modul IPA yang dikembangkan, hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan modul IPA, dan efektivitas modul IPA pada topik objek IPA dan pengamatannya di kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah Jayapura. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 3D dan menggunakan rancangan nonequivalent group pretest-posttest design. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) cara merancang modul IPA dengan pendekatan kontekstual yang baik yaitu mengumpulkan informasi awal, pembuatan draf, validasi pakar, dan uji coba produk, 2) modul layak untuk dilkembangkan, 3) hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan modul IPA meningkat dengan n-Gain: RPP1 0,434, RPP2 0,765, RPP3 0,612 dan rata-rata RPP 0,604 berkategori sedang, 4) modul efektif untuk dikembangkan. Kata kunci: modul IPA, pendekatan kontekstual, objek IPA dan pengamatannya

Abstract

Using conventional learning methods for students who get bored quickly and are not interested in chemistry lessons. These challenges require problem solving through the learning activities provided. Learning can be done with learning models that are appropriate to the characteristics of chemicals. One learning model that provides opportunities for participants to develop their knowledge through direct experience and indirect experience is the generative learning model. The sample in this study was class X as many as 34 people. The method in this research is the design of one group pretest posttest. The purpose of this study is to study and improve the learning outcomes of chemicals in chemical bonds (n-Gain) using generative learning models in automotive class X students of SMK Negeri 3 Jayapura. Learning that involves and enhances chemistry learning outcomes in chemical bonding materials (n-Gain) using generative learning models in automotive class X students of SMK Negeri 3 Jayapura with an average n-Gain value of RPP 1 of 0.62, RPP 2 of 0 68 and RPP 3 are 0.79. The average n-Gain value of RPP 1, RPP 2 and RPP 3 is 0.71 (high category).

Abstract

Abstract Research has been carried out of the title “Headmaster leadership, the work motivation and the work discipline for the work result by MIPA teacher of Junior High School in Mamberamo Tengah Regency”. This research aims for test and analyze the influence the principal leadership, work motivation and work discipline for the work result by MIPA teacher of Junior High School in Mamberamo Tengah regency. Method used in this study is descriptive analysis methods, the data collection was conducted through quessionaires and implemented for 15 people (5 Headmasters of Junior High School and 10 Teachers of MIPA og Junior High School) in Mamberamo Tengah Regency. Data analysis in this study using the helpof SPSS version 16. Sampling technique was used and the method of testing techniques census data that in used in this study include test validity and rehabilitation, the classic assumption test and multiple linearregression analysis. The analyze result of Headmaster’s leadership of data preparation result included very goog category. The statistic calculation result indicate that value of t arithmetic = 3,045 with using significant limit 0,001 more trivial than 0,05, it means that the Headmater’s leadership has influence for the MIPA teahcer in Junior High School in Mamberamo Tengah regency. The work motivation that included intrinsic and extrinsic motivation approriate with data preparation result included good category. The statistic calculation result indicate that value of t arithmetic = 1,358 with using significant limit 0,202 more big than 0,05, it means that the work motivation doesn’t has influence for the MIPA teacher of Junior High School in Mamberamo Tengah regency. The work discipline that include accuracy of time, the realization in work and discipline for the result approriate with the result of data preparation include good category. The statistic calcultion result indicate that value of t arithmetic = 2,578 with using significant limit 0,026 more trivial than 0,05, it means that work discipline has influence for the work result of MIPA teacher of Junior High School in Mamberamo Tengah regency. The work result of MIPA teacher of Junior High School in Mamberamo Tengah regency that include educate, teach, lead to aim, train, appraise and evaluate appropriate with the data preparation include good cateogry. The statistic calculation result indicate that value of t arithmetic = 10,187, with using significant limit 0,002 more trivial than 1,05. According to variable simultaneous the leadership of headmaster, work motivation and work discpline have influence for the teacher’s work result.Keywords : Leadership, Motivation, Work Discipline, Teacher’s Work Result

Abstract

Telah dilakukan Penelitian tentang pengaruh metode eksperimen dan motivasi belajar terhadap penguasaan konsep pada pokok bahasan listrik dinamis siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri  1  Dum  Kota  Sorong.  Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh penggunaan  metode  eksperimen  (X1)  terhadap  penguasaan  konsep  (Y),  motivasi belajar (X2) terhadap penguasaan konsep  (Y) serta secara bersama-sama penggunaan metode eksperimen (X1) dan motivasi belajar (X2) terhadap penguasaan konsep (Y). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk:(1). Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru MIPA SMA di Kabupaten Keerom. ( 2 ). Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru MIPA SMA di Kabupaten Keerom. ( 3). Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Motivasi Kerja Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru MIPA SMA di Kabupaten Keerom. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah guru MIPA SMA di Kabupaten Keerom. Teknik sampling  yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh yaitu subjek 33 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Angket ( kuisioner), Wawancara dan Observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan kartu agustus terhadap minat belajar matematika sebesar 50,9% Siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Arso Kabupaten Keerom dan Terdapat  pengaruh  penggunaan kartu agustus terhadap tingkat kehadiaran siswa kelas XI IPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Arso Kabupaten Keerom Sebesar 51,3%KataKunci: Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi Kerja , dan Kinerja Guru

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the development of spiritual intelligence through a method of telling stories to children in group B1 of YPPK TK Christ Terang Dunia. The results of the study showed that the spiritual intelligence of group B1 children in YPPK TK Christ Terang Dunia can be developed through storytelling methods.

Abstract

this study aims to determine the influence of guided inquiry approach combined with a flow diagram of the level of student understanding and of the student learning outcomes, and the improving student learning outcomes after learning use of guided inquiry approach combined with a flow chart. The results showed that : (1) a significant difference between guided inquiry approach combined with a flow diagram of the level of understanding of students with count of sig. 0,000 < 5 %, as well as the influence of 98.6%. (2) a significant difference between guided inquiry approach combined with a flowchart of the learning outcomes 1, 2, and 3 with sig. of count 0.000 < 5 % with the average percentage of the influence is 67.8 %. (3) an increase in the average learning outcomes of students from all three meetings, including in the medium category with a value of n-Gain an average of 0.616

This study aims to determine whether Twitter-based e-learning media can be developed as a media for teaching biology on the structure and function of plant tissue. This research method is research and development. The research sample was teenage smartphone users in Walahar Village, Cirebon Regency. The results showed that e-learning based on twitter can be used and developed as a medium of teaching materials on the structure and function of plant networks
