Abstract

PT. Eka Sari Lorena (PT ESL) is a service company engaged in the delivery of goods or packages. The accounting information system is an important part of the goods delivery process for the company. The purpose of this article is to analyze PT ESL's goods delivery accounting information system. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature. Data collection was carried out through interviews and observations with related parties to find out directly about the practices of PT ESL's goods delivery accounting information system. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that PT ESL's goods delivery travel accounting information system is still not effective and functional. The first is that the number of goods sent has fluctuated in recent years, and the second is that there are constant errors when sending goods so that the target for sending goods is not achieved

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Ownership Structure, Business Risk and Growth Opportunity on Dividend Policy in Consumer Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 – 2022. Through the purposive sampling method, samples were collected from 36 companies for 6 years for research puproses. By utilizing Microsoft Excel and Eview 9 application software, the analysis process for this research involves panel data regression analysis. According to research, dividend policy is influenced by ownership structure and business risk and growth opportunity. Share ownership structure has no effect on Dividen Policy, while business risk partially has an effect on Dividend Policy and Growth Opportunity has no effect on dividend policy

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the effect of servant leader leadership style on motivation, culture value on motivation, servant leader leadership style on performance, culture value on performance, motivation on performance, servant leader leadership style to performance through motivation, culture value through to performance through motivation of the head of PNM Magelang Branch. Using quantitative research with population and samples, saturated sampling are PNM employees who serve as heads units at the Magelang Branch, 64 employees. Using SEM, Smart Pls version 4 servant leader have no significant effect on motivation. Culture value have a significant effect on motivation. Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze the impact of organizational culture on employee performance, the impact of compensation on employee performance, the impact of motivation on employee performance, the impact of organizational culture, compensation through motivation on employee performance. Abstract

The aim of this service is to increase community empowerment efforts in transferring knowledge and skills from public officials to and between communities and between other communities, as well as bringing closer primary health services, especially those related to reducing maternal mortality (MMR). Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) and Child Mortality Rate (AKABA) as well as achieving the goal of a healthy city. The aim is for cadres to expand their knowledge and skills in carrying out Posyandu activities independently. The method used is to provide several hours of crash training for 3 days at 5 hours of training (45 minutes per hour). The participants were 22 Posyandu cadres in the Mattirowalie sub-district, West Tanete Riattang District. The facilities and infrastructure used are projectors, laptops, microphones, posyandu framework training modules and materials, posyandu teaching tools, sphygmomanometers, stethoscopes, scales, Dacin and Metline scales. The result of the control activity is the acquisition of knowledge after training with an average score before the test of 68, at post-test 80, so the average knowledge gain is 11 points. Cadres can also practice measuring blood pressure, weighing with Dacin, practicing the 5-table posyandu system, counseling and recording reports. The results of this charity activity are the creation of modules and publication of the results of charity activities. Facilities and infrastructure can be equipped to optimize Posyandu services. Abstract

This research aims to determine local wisdom-based community concern for people with disabilities. This research uses qualitative research. Data was obtained by field research using observation, interviews and documentation methods, involving the community and government officials. The results of this research show that in society's view of people with disabilities, no human being is born perfect, because Allah SWT created humans each equipped with their own strengths and weaknesses. Likewise with people who have physical limitations, people with disabilities are stated in the cultural norms and values ​​of sipakatau, sipakainge and sipakalebbi (3S). The community in Bongki Village, North Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency always provides support to people with disabilities. One way of showing this support is social support as the presence of people who personally provide advice, motivate, direct, encourage and show a way out when experiencing problems and when experiencing obstacles in carrying out activities in a directed manner to achieve goals

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and measure the extent to which liquidity ratio, firm’s size, gearing ratio and market share affect the profitability on Indonesia manufacturing, case study with automobiles and components sector. The research method uses quantitative research with saturated samples 10 companies and the financial year period 2015-2020. Panel regression with common model effect regression analysed by Eviews10 software. This study show that liquidity ratio has a significant positive effect on profitability (proxy by return on assets, net profit margin and gross profit margin). Leverage with gearing ratio has a significant negative effect on profitability (proxied by net profit margin), while company size and market share have an effect on profitability, with smaller significance probability

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine whether the financial performance of MSMEs in Kartasura District is influenced by credit distribution, capital, financial management and financial literacy. The research subjects for this research population are MSMEs in the Kartasura Regency, concluded the author. A simple random sampling technique, or random sampling, was applied in this research. Hundreds of MSMEs are located in Kartasura Regency. Viability models, multiple linear regression, partial testing, and coefficient of determination tests were used in this quantitative research. Normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity were evaluated using classical assumptions. Validity and reliability were assessed using instrument data. tested using hypotheses (f, t, and R2). Data processing was carried out with SPSS 25.0. The findings show that while the financial literacy variable has a partially negative influence on the financial performance of MSMEs in Kartasura Regency, the capital, financial management and credit granting variables have a partial positive and quite large influence

Abstract

This paper aims to identify research trends on procedural justice on performance globally. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a bibliometric analysis. As for the data found, 122 documents were obtained and analyzed from 2014-2023. This dataset was converted to CSV format and for Bibliometrix in the analysis using VOSviewer. The study included publication distribution year, country, keywords, and authors. The findings of this research showed that the research trend from 2014 to 2023 Experienced a significant increase in interest and research related to procedural justice on performance. The United States is the country that contributes the most research publications, research trends show an increasing focus throughout this decade. The increasing focus on procedural justice on performance reflects a paradigm shift in understanding and dealing with the challenges and opportunities faced by organizations in applying the principles of procedural justice used in organizations to their employees. The main limitation of this study should be considered - the use of data derived only from the Scopus database. This paper reveals research trends and areas of procedural justice on performance over the past few years. The results can help organisations to quickly understand procedural justice in performance research. This paper also provides an alternative approach in conducting literature reviews with qualitative research analysis tools that were previously widely adopted in various disciplines and are relatively new compared to conventional systematic literature
