Jurnal Ilmu Komputer Dan Informatika (JUKOMIKA) adalah jurnal ilmiah peer-review yang membahas mengenai desain dan implementasi algoritma dalam sebuah perangkat lunak. Selain itu, jurnal ini juga membahas mengenai perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan berbasis robotika, kecerdasan buatan, pengolahan data serta informasi. Jurnal menerbitkan secara berkala dua kali setahun yaitu pada Juni dan Desember. Abstract

Kota Bengkulu merupakan salah satu daerah yang sering terjadi banjir akibat meluapnya Air Bengkulu (Sungai Bungkulu). Hampir setiap tahun, Kota Bengkulu mengalami dua hingga tiga kali banjir yang menggenangi sekitar 400 hektar wilayahnya. Kelurahan Semarang, Kec. Sungai Serut merupakan salah satu daerah yang sering terjadi bencana banjir di Provinsi Bengkulu. Hal ini disebabkan tidak adanya penyerapan air akibat pengerukan sungai (untuk batu bara) yang terus menerus dan karena letaknya yang relatif rendah di atas permukaan laut saat hujan. Air menggenang dan banjir terjadi karena kurangnya drainase. Banjir ini lebih sering terjadi bukan hanya karena faktor ketinggian, tapi juga karena meluapnya air sungai ke wilayah kelurahan Semarang kec. Sungai Serut Kota Bengkulu. Oleh karena itu diperlukan jalur evakuasi sehingga semakin cepat evakuasi dilakukan, semakin besar kemungkinan jumlah orang yang dapat diselamatkan dari bencana tersebut. Algoritma A* adalah satu metode yang cukup sering digunakan untuk mencari rute terpendek dari suatu titik menuju titik lainnya. Algoritma A* juga dapat digunakan untuk menentukan rute terpendek untuk jalur evakuasi bencana banjir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menentukan Jalur Evakuasi Bencana Banjir di Kelurahan Semarang Kec. Sungai Serut Kota Bengkulu menggunakan Algoritma A (a-star) dan membantu daerah Kelurahan Semarang kec. Sungai Serut Kota Bengkulu dengan mudah dan cepat dalam pencarian rute terpendek tempat evakuasi bencana banjir. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi jalur terpendek tempat evakuasi bencana banjir menggunakan metode Algoritma A (a-star) untuk menentukan rute terpendek dalam evakuasi bencana banjir dan dapat mencari rute terdekat dari suatu lokasi menuju lokasi lainnya yang dimana terdapat lokasi yang dapat dilewati dan lokasi tidak dapat di lewati dan melakukan pencarian. Dari hasil pengujian, diperoleh jawaban sangat menarik 47 %, menarik 45 %, dan tidak menarik 8%.

Abstract

Currently, information systems also have a huge influence, one of which is on the process of accepting new students at school. Acceptance of new students at school is defined as a place where students gain access to information to start further education. Currently, there are still many schools that do not use information systems technology to handle their problems. Such as the selection of outstanding students, environmental development students, and services when accepting new students, as well as the process of making reports, are all still manual. As happened at SMA 01 Pasmah Air Keruh, it was felt that the data collection processes were still not optimal and did not fully utilize information system technology. The system development method uses Rapid Application Development (RAD), system design uses DFD (Data Flow Diagram). The results of this research are that the system that has been built can be utilized by SMA N 01 Pasmah Air Keruh in carrying out promotions and accepting new students. Students who want to register don't need to bother coming to school, students just need to register via the new student admissions website that has been provided so it is faster and more efficient.

Abstract

New student registration is the initial stage process for new students to be able to carry out education in the school environment. An efficient and effective registration process is important for every school to ensure that every prospective student gets a fair and equal opportunity to get a quality education. SMP Negeri 8 Bengkulu also admits new students, but in this case SMP 8 Bengkulu registration is still done manually which results in frequent data errors. Another problem that is often faced is the complexity of the registration process which takes time so that the registration process is slow because this registration process involves collecting personal information, documents, filling out forms, selecting classes, and meeting various other requirements. This process not only requires the involvement of prospective students and parents, but also involves school officials in managing and verifying data. The solution to this problem is to create an online registration system for new students at SMPN 8 Bengkulu. The registration system can be completed by using the Multilevel Queue method which is one of the methods in overcoming the queue problem. This method can group small queues where each queue will run with the FCFS (First Come First Serve) method. In the context of the new student registration system, the Multilevel Queue method can be used to set priorities and schedule the processing of registration data, thus ensuring the smooth process of registering new students efficiently and accurately. This system can also help the process of registering new students at SMPN 8 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Permasalahan Dalam Pendataan data alumni di PalComTech Sudirman saat ini dilakukan dengan cara mencatat data di kertas lalu dipindahkan ke Microsoft Excel. Sehingga resiko terjadinya kehilangan data atau corrupt pada data file tersebut sangat besar. Selain itu dalam menyajikan data laporan alumni memakan waktu yang lebih lama karena harus membuka arsip data terlebih dahulu. Hal ini sangat menyulitkan bagi pihak lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Dilihat dari permasalahan diatas maka dibutuhkanya sebuah sistem yang dapat mengatasi masalah diatas. Sistem yang akan dibangun diharapkan akan mempermudah dalam pengolahan dan pengelolaan data alumni. Website Pengolahan Data Alumni dapat memfasilitasi berbagai keperluan seperti tracing (penelusuran) alumni, berita dan informasi kegiatan, dan itu semua dapat diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun. Agar Lebih terarah website ini di bangun menggunakan metode Waterfall

Abstract

Computer-based information systems are information systems that use computers and other electronic machines to replace manual processes related to information communication for both internal and external purposes of the company. The distribution or delivery of information carried out on online information systems can be accessed by anyone and anywhere with the provision that they must have an internet connection. The purpose of this study is to study several theories and observations in the field in order to design a web-based passport service information system. The application development methodology used by the author is the UML method with a waterfall process model until the application creation stage. The programming used is Sublime Text using MySQL as its database. The expected result of the study is the creation of an application that can make it easier for the public to find information on passport services that can help in managing passports and documents that must be prepared. of course, with the creation of this application, it can also help companies in getting additional clients.

Abstract

Pulau Kemang Village is one of the villages located in Ulu Musi District, Empat Lawang Regency. One of the things that is often a problem in the community of Pulau Kemang Village is that making letters in the Village takes a long time because it is manual using Ms.Word and some still use bookkeeping. With these problems, a solution is needed to be able to convert the function of making letters which is still done manually by utilizing information technology, namely by making web-based letters. It is hoped that this new system can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of administration, especially village letters. From these problems, the focus of this study is to increase the efficiency of letter services with a web-based application that uses the method of implementing literature studies, observations, interviews, and type development with the waterfall method and creating a system using the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​based on the system framework created. At the system testing stage using Beta. Beta testing is a test carried out by several website users, this will be an important step in finding out whether it is in accordance with what the researcher expects.

Abstract

The Surabaya City Cooperative Office of Small and Medium Enterprises and Trade (DINKOPDAG) has an important role in supporting the development of the UMKM sector, but the management of UMKM data which is still carried out manually causes various obstacles such as data loss, reporting delays, and hampering the development of UMKMs. The recording process that still uses paper makes the access of UMKM players to government programs hampered. To overcome these problems, this research aims to design and build a website-based UMKM management information system using the Prototype method, with an iterative and participatory approach. The system was built using the Laravel framework, MySQL database, and tested using black-box, white-box, and User Acceptance Testing methods to ensure the system functionality runs according to the needs. The results showed that the developed information system can significantly replace manual processes into digital processes. Field officers can input data in real-time without having to come to the office, UMKM players can register independently, and DINKOPDAG can monitor the development of UMKMs and intervention activities through the available dashboard. Thus, this system provides a good solution to improve the accuracy and affordability of UMKM management in Surabaya City.

Abstract

Proses rekrutmen karyawan merupakan elemen kunci dalam manajemen tenaga kerja yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pekerja yang berkualitas sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. PT. ISR, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur, mengalami berbagai kendala dalam proses rekrutmen manual seperti lamaran yang menumpuk, sulitnya melakukan penyaringan pelamar secara efektif, serta tidak adanya sistem monitoring lamaran yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi manajemen rekrutmen berbasis web dengan sistem penilaian otomatis yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode Waterfall diterapkan dalam proses pengembangan sistem ini, yang terdiri dari berbagai tahapan yaitu, tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, hingga pemeliharaan. Pengujian menggunakan metode black-box untuk memastikan seluruh fungsi dalam aplikasi berjalan sesuai spesifikasi tanpa memerlukan pemeriksaan kode sumber internal. Hasil dari pengembangan sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan keterbukaan dalam proses seleksi karyawan di PT. ISR, sehingga dapat mempercepat proses perekrutan dan meningkatkan kualitas SDM perusahaan

Abstract

The development of science and technology (IPTEK) is currently experiencing very rapid progress, one of which is seen from the emergence of a digital library information system. The Integrated Management Library System (IMAGIN) is equipped with various features, including e-catalogs. the ability to download, as well as a home page display that can be accessed directly from the device's main screen and the Progressive Web App (PWA) feature. The development of the IMAGIN system so that it can be accessed offline and is based on a mobile application using PWA. The implementation results show that with Service Worker technology and App Shell Architecture, the system can run offline and is compatible with mobile devices. Testing using Edge DevTool Testing and Black Box Testing proved that there were no Errors or Bugs, so this system was declared successfully developed into a PWA-based website.

Abstract

Dejavu Barbershop  faces challenges in maximizing promotional appeal amidst increasingly fierce industry competition. Dejavu Barbershop  currently uses social media by posting simple pictures and videos of haircut results. However, this method has not been able to attract maximum attention amid increasingly fierce competition. This research aims to increase the attractiveness of promotions through making videos with aspects of Cinematographic Techniques namely composition, camera angle, shot type, camera movement, lighting, and editing,  using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method which includes six stages: concept, design, material collection, creation, testing, and distribution. The results of the research are in the form of a promotional video for Dejavu Barbershop  with a duration of 1 minute 30 seconds published through the POLNES Multimedia Informatics Engineering YouTube platform. Based on the questionnaire results, this romotional video with Cinematography Techniques was rated very well by respondents, with a total percentage of 90.39%. In addition, this promotional video has a positive impact on sales at Dejavu Barbershop  after the video is published, with an increase in the number of customers and sales figures.
