Abstract

Every company is required to compete competitively in increasing the intensity of the number ofcompetitors. One of them is by paying attention to the company's brand image so that it can meet thewants and needs of customers in order to maintain customer loyalty. In this research, it is hoped that itwill be found how the influence of brand image on customer loyalty at PT. Saudara Cipta Sukses.. Theresearch method used is quantitative associative and uses purposive sampling technique where thenumber of respondents is 34 shop owners who have made repeat purchases at least 2 times each monthstarting from January 2022 to April 2022. The big influence of brand image on customer loyalty at PT.Saudara Cipta Sukses can be seen from the determination (R2) the percentage is 70.7%. With thiscoefficient of determination, it can be concluded that customer loyalty is influenced by Brand Image onaspects of the Company (Corporate Image), Consumer Aspects (Usher Image) and Product Aspects(Product Image) by 70.7%, while the remaining 29.3% is contributed by other factors. which can beexplained by other variables outside the model in this study.

Abstract

Basic Health Research data in 2018 shows that the coverage of Complete Basic Immunization (IDL) reaches 57.9%, incomplete immunization is 32.9%, and 9.2% is not immunized (Kemenkes RI, 2018). It is estimated that 1.7 million deaths that occur in children under five in Indonesia are the result of PD3I. This study aims to determine the factors that influence Indonesia's immunization rates and the role of citizens in it. This paper aims to determine what factors influence Indonesia's immunization rate and the part of citizens in it. Another objective is to assess citizens' role in immunization rates in Indonesia to determine the factors that influence the immunization rate of the people in Indonesia. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The effectiveness of the immunization program in Indonesia itself has again been proven from year to year, also every citizen is strongly encouraged to complete the basic immunization program. Therefore, Health Law number 36 of 2009 states that every child has the right to receive necessary immunization to prevent diseases that can be avoided through vaccination. The government is obliged to provide complete immunization to every baby and child. Full primary immunization (IDL) can be influenced by several factors, such as the level of parental knowledge about vaccination, parental motivation, and socio-cultural factors and parental beliefs. Benefits of the immunization program must be supported by citizens through educate the society about the effectiveness of Vaccines especially for children.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the discipline of employees at PT. Mekada Abadi Medan. In this study, the method used is a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique used is structured interview. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data obtained from structured interviews were carried out through validity checking using source triangulation. In sampling, the number of informants interviewed was 6 (six) people including 1 (one) operational manager, 4 (four) division heads from each department and 1 (one) employee from the marketing department. The data analysis method includes 3 (three) activities, namely data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that employee work discipline is still lacking, several things that must be considered are the employee's discipline attitude to the company and the sanctions given by the company to its employees as well as compensation for incentive payments must be in accordance with the promised date.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the influence of corporate social responsibility disclosure and social influence on financial performance in Indonesia. Samples were taken using the judgment sampling technique with a total sample of observations. We leverage content analysis, fixed-effects, and random-effects models to examine the effect of engaging in CSRD on financial performance in the technology industry. The empirical study consists of panel data of the top technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019 to 2021. The results showed that CSRD has an effect on financial performance as measured by Return on Asset (ROA). That is, the higher CSR disclosures made company can improve the company's financial performance. The results of this study also show that social influence has an effect on financial performance. Abstract

Critical discourse analysis (AWK) is one of the views on language in discourse analysis which views powers as always involved in the formation of subjects represented in language. The AWK model used in this paper is Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis. Critical discourse analysis which generally analyzes media texts can also be done to analyze literary works including short stories. The short story analyzed by Norman Fairclough's discourse analysis is Mbah Sidiq's short story by A. Mustofa Bisri which is presented in the book Collection of Short Calligraphy Paintings. In Norman Fairclough's discourse analysis, texts, discourse practice, and sociocultural practice are examined. Through the descriptive method, finally the three aspects of Norman Fairclough's discourse analysis can be answered. In the text section, the researcher can find three basic elements in the Norman Fairclough model, namely the elements of representation, relations and identity in Mbah Sidiq's short story. While this paper will only discuss one element, namely representation. Mbah Sidiq's short story above is an Islamic short story with a Javanese cultural background. The short story displays a portrait of the life of the Javanese and Indonesian Islamic communities. In addition, Gus Mus, through his short stories, also tries to criticize the behavior and social conditions of Javanese society and Indonesian Islamic society in general, which still cannot separate religious spiritual behavior from ancestral traditions which sometimes contradict Islamic teachings. This was done because Gus Mus in his daily life is a kiai, a preacher who cares for a boarding school, which incidentally is someone who has deeply studied and mastered the Islamic sciences.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are one of the instruments that manage local economic empowerment with various types of potential in developing businesses in the village. BUMDes as a commercial institution that has a goal or is oriented towards profit or profit through the sale of beneficial goods and services to the community. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data analysis method used is the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing or verification. The results of the research and discussion are that success can be shown in BUMDes Makmur Abadi to achieve its business functions by meeting the needs and satisfaction of farmers, gaining profits and getting better benefits for the Government and the community in Dulohupa Village. Management model Dulohupa  Village, but there needs to be another model that is able to support the business being run, such as a sustainable order to be able to obtain BUMDes organizational activities that provide more successful implementation of BUMDes Makmur at the appropriate stage so as to maximize profits and give more hope to the government and the goals of BUMDes Makmur Abadi can be achieved.

Abstract

PT. Adi Kuasa Gasindo, Medan is a provider engaged in the transmission and distribution of natural gas. The formulation of the problem in this research is “How is the product quality applied to PT. Adi Power of Gasindo, Medan?” The purpose of the study was to find out what was applied at PT Adi Power Gasindo Medan. The research method that the author uses is a qualitative descriptive research method. The data collection technique used by the author is a structured interview technique. From the results of interviews with the warehouse head and admin staff, information was obtained that the product quality at PT. Adi Power of Gasindo is still not good. improve quality control so that no product damage is presented to customers, give customers the opportunity to provide input on new products, as well as provide advance warning about damage that can cause large losses, without having to burden employees

Abstract

BISA Group – Medan is a company engaged in the food and beverage sector. This company was founded in 2004 which is located on Jl. Teuku Daud No. 9, Madras Hulu, Kec. Medan Polonia, Medan City, North Sumatra. According to(Kotler, Philip & Amstrong, 2020),product quality is a strategic weapon with the capacity to beat competitors. So only companies with the best product quality will grow rapidly, and in the long run the company will be more successful than other companies. other. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data sources. Analysis of the data used is Miles and Huberman. The credibility test of the data used is source triangulation. The results of the research are: 6 dimensions of product quality where all dimensions produce good results, but there are some that can be given input so that the company can develop in a better direction. The suggestions are that the company does not only develop a service system, but also better facilities and infrastructure to be developed so as not to make customers queue for too long, improve quality control so that there is no damage to the products served to customers, given the opportunity for customers to provide input on new products. , as well as giving advance warning about damage that could cause a lot of loss, without having to burden employees

Abstract

The Election Supervisory Board has the authority to supervise and prevent violations in the election of regional heads who aim to be able to carry out decisive, effective and fair justice. The issue in which the Electoral Supervisory Board found reports of alleged violations as many as 20 alleged violation. Purpose of the research is to find out how the role and function of the Election Supervisory Board of Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency in the 2020 regional head elections. The research method uses qualitative research that aims to obtain a decripive analysis. The data is obtained through interview techniques, observations, literature and documentation. The research was conducted on April 26, 2021-May 20, 2021. Based on the results of the data, it can be known that the Election Supervision Agency of Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency has carried out its function and authority duties according to Law number 10 of 2016 concerning regional head elections seen from 6 aspects, namely a) the Election Supervision Agency coordinates and monitors the establishment of ad hoc election committees, stakeholders, communities and participatory supervision. b) evaluation, implementation of stakeholder organizers, local governments, police, winning teams of candidate couples, religious leaders, community leaders and community participation. c) receiving reports includes: alleged violations of electoral crimes, code of conduct, money politic, neutralist. d) facilities are obtained through capital from the budget of state revenue and expenditure from the government. e) receiving and following up on the report, the Election Supervision Agency received 20 alleged violations and 8 in follow-up in following up the report seen from because of the limited time of a short seven days in the handling of violations causing not all to go well as scheduled. f) follow up on recommendations and/or rulings using legal grounds, and regional head election laws.
